Surah Quraysh is considered one of the short surahs, and the most deserving thing for which ages have been exhausted is a book of God Almighty. For this reason, the Holy Qur’an, in each of its surahs, deals with topics and concerns of aspects of life. It has the precedence in interpreting its verses and searching for their meanings, and what Surah Quraysh includes is the great surah of the rights of God over His servants for the blessings bestowed upon His servants, as the Surah included the path of noble life, which requires worshiping God alone and thanking Him for the many blessings, and a doctrinal study. I divided this research into two sections, the first section was: the theoretical framework, the second section: the doctrinal issues included in the Surah, first, the lordship of God. Glory be to Him, then the wisdom of attributing the verse to God, then the obligation to thank the benefactor and to disagree about it, and secondly: the divinity of God, Glory be to Him, then thirdly: the divine attributes, then the conclusion.

The research dealt with one of the Jewish prophets, the Prophet Daniel, peace be upon him, and the researcher dealt with it according to the Jewish legislative sources, compared to what was found about him in the Islamic sources, where the Jewish sources stated that he was born in Jerusalem.
He was taken captive by Nebuchadnezzar and held a great position with him due to the noble personal characteristics and great dignity found in him, especially in the interpretation of the vision that King Nebuchadnezzar saw. In addition to that, he was known for his pride in his people and his prowess in architecture and construction. Among the Jews’ belief is that the Prophet Daniel had a holy book and a book bearing his name. It is the Book of Daniel, and the book was written in two languages, Aramaic and Hebrew.
As for the Holy Qur’an, his name was not mentioned among the names mentioned in the Holy Qur’an because, as is known, there are many prophets whose stories the Qur’an did not mention. As for the Islamic narrations, he was mentioned and they mentioned several miracles of him, including that God preserved him during captivity and made him strong and honored, even though he refused to do so. He prostrated himself to Nebuchadnezzar, so he threw him into the fire and God protected him from it. He was imprisoned and deprived of food, so the food came to him by God’s command.

The research deals with the rulings related to the subject of concealment and its effect in breaking up families and corruption among people in general and the wife’s corruption of her husband in particular. It was dealt with in a study between Islamic jurisprudence and positive law, and concealment and corruption is a dangerous matter because it destroys the family and fragments it after it was built on familiarity, love and meeting, and research is conducted on it. The importance of it touching on our family life and society, and that it addresses this problem that has become a problem for couples and families, so I worked hard as much as I could to bridge the gap from which something that is widespread evil might come, and to work on reforming couples and staying away from everything that would destroy the building of that family, showing the images of disruption. He has the power to pardon what he cannot bear or create, and to return the good deeds of His kindness to him after his affliction and the expiration of his fate. So my research was entitled “Caring for the Mentally and Morally Disabled in the Purified Prophetic Sunnah.” So the revelation of the Prophethood had established the features of advocacy for those who were destined to soar. So the first section included: Caring for the morally disabled in light of the Prophetic Sunnah, and not belittling or showing them good deeds by distorting their creation or describing their bodies because of the psychological aspects of these symptoms. The second section: Caring for the psychologically disabled in the Prophetic Sunnah, and reminding the disabled to believe in Allah’s decree and destiny, and reminding the disabled that calamities are a blessing from Allah to raise their status in the hereafter. The revelation came with what was introduced from the Sunnah to the people who were afflicted with this affliction and disease, because the treatment of the person who believes in God Almighty is only with what was described for this estimation of raising the reward and recompense for those who are patient and satisfied because what was found from the concept of worldly happiness is not according to the standards of money and prestige the amount of happiness, because many people have that without happiness and healing of their bodies, so the revelation surrounded him with what was hidden, which is the worldly and afterlife reward and recompense, so the disabled person stood between satisfaction and contentment for God and from God Almighty and His Messenger, so the Sunnah came to describe and describe what was hidden and apparent of this affliction to be the focus of honor and favor thanks to the religion of Islam and the Sunnah of its Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. This study aims to shed light on how the Prophet directed the attention of the Muslim community to care for the disabled and the necessity of giving them the required care, including moral and psychological care, taking into account their human dignity that requires achieving their respect and making them feel equal to others. The Sunnah of the Prophet forbade insulting the dignity of the disabled, mocking them, or despising them. Thus, Muslim society began to look at the disabled with honor and appreciation, not with disdain and contempt

Therefore, it is necessary to encourage and develop the search for safe alternatives to these chemical pesticides that are used to combat diseases and insects that infect plants.

The research deals with the subject of the inheritance of the father, mother, grandfather, brothers and grandmother, it was presented with a new methodology and calculation methods. Among the research topics, the subject of the grandfather, full brothers and paternal brothers in inheritance is surrounded by a special feature; since both the grandfather and brothers are related to the deceased through the father, so this was a cause for disagreement among jurists about the right to inheritance, the grandfather or the brothers, with the difference that the grandfather from the father's side is preferred over the brothers' side, and taking into consideration the issue of their shared proximity to the deceased, the grandfather must be given preference due to his affiliation to the father's side, and since this matter may be somewhat difficult to understand, and since the cases of the grandfather with the brothers are complex therefore require precise mental mathematical operations that may be difficult for the beginner to understand, especially if presented in the old way, in which he may resort to listing cases to find out which is best for the grandfather; To be memorized by the learner, therefore it is noted that some jurists may delay talking about the provisions of the subject of the grandfather with brothers and sisters within the subjects of inheritance due to its difficulty for the beginner, so this research came to overcome the difficulties that inheritance learners may face in terms of the method of presentation with a new mathematical style and the arrangement of information in all research issues in general the issue of the grandfather and brothers in particular through the use of simplified mathematical methods with an innovative style; It allows solving issues easily without the need to memorize cases in which the preference is for the grandfather or not, therefore this research has shortened a path that is not easy for the learner, I thank God for my success in pointing out the use of these mathematical methods in this field, this research is the second part of the study of inheritance issues in a contemporary style consisting of three sections

This research examines some of Imam Al-Ghazali\\'s perspectives on morals. In the first section, I discussed Al-Ghazali\\'s viewpoint on the possibility of changing one\\'s moral character, his response to those who denied this possibility, and clarification of the concept of moral character change. The second section addresses Al-Ghazali\\'s perspective on how a person can recognize the faults of their own soul in order to purify them, mentioning four methods: the sheikh, the companion, the enemy, and mingling with people. The third section discusses the method Al-Ghazali proposed for refining and purifying moral character and his opinion on this matter. In the fourth section, I presented Al-Ghazali\\'s perspective on raising children with good morals from an early age and how he believed this should be done.

Among the objectives and goals of Islamic law that it urged to achieve and preserve is the objective of preserving the soul and justice in dealing with it, and spreading mercy and peace to form a virtuous human society in which the spirit of love, peace and harmony prevails among all segments of society. For this reason, the noble Sharia forbade harming people and assaulting their lives and property, especially the crime of murder, which is one of the most heinous crimes that can befall a person. This shows the seriousness of assaulting lives and the necessity of preserving them and criminalizing those who assault them unjustly. Today, there are some negative phenomena that are contrary to Islamic law that have spread and may cause the loss of lives and damage to property. Among these negative phenomena is “firing bullets” through which people express their joy, whether at wedding parties, graduation parties, success parties, or upon the return of an absent person, etc. These are bad habits that are contrary to Islamic law, and even to sound societal norms, as they cause injuries that may lead to death, disabilities, paralysis or lameness. In addition to the fact that it is a waste of money in ways that are not permitted by God, this phenomenon has spread widely in all circles, despite the great tragedies that have occurred, which have increased in recent times, and there is no deterrent to prevent these incidents. This has a realistic importance that shows the state of society and addresses some of the foreign customs and traditions that have been introduced into it that have nothing to do with civilization and advancement, in addition to being matters that contradict divine texts.

This manuscript is concerned with mentioning and explaining the prophetic hadiths regarding the children of polytheists who die before reaching puberty, explaining their condition in the afterlife, and mentioning the differences of scholars from the predecessors and successors in interpreting these hadiths and presenting them in detail from the manuscript’s compiler, Taqi al-Din al-Subki, which I - with the help of God Almighty - investigated and commented on the sayings of the. Scholars in detail, explanation and simplification for the reader; Because these hadiths address an issue in faith and unseen matters in which disagrement of opinion and interpretation are widespread
