The role of the science of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) is evident in explaining the sources of Islamic legislation and how to derive rulings from these sources. The topic of prohibitive forms is one of the most important chapters of the science of Islamic jurisprudence, as it leads to rulings of prohibition or reprehensibility according to the indication of the texts and the evidence thereof. The topic of prohibitive forms in the prohibition of injustice is of great importance, as it shows the seriousness of injustice and the resulting threats, warnings, and bad consequences that threaten societies, individuals, and groups, and disrupt the interests of people and cause injustice and harm to individuals. There is no doubt that the texts from the Book of God Almighty and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the prohibition of injustice are too numerous to be contained in this research. Therefore, I have addressed important topics in the prohibition of injustice, hoping that this research will address a reality of ours in reducing the types of injustice in our society. I have divided this research into four sections.

The reason I chose this research is my reverence for the Prophet Muhammad (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) and my respect for the one whom God chose, chose, chose, and purified.
And he made him a good example for us. My goal in the research was to clarify and show the true image of his personality, and to remove the doubts that revolve around his honorable person. The reader of the path of this great person does not doubt his infallibility from his inception until God (the Almighty) resurrects him. As for my division of the research, it was as follows: The following: The first section deals with infallibility linguistically and terminologically, the first of which is the definition of infallibility linguistically, but the second is terminologically, and the second section deals with the infallibility of the Prophet (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) according to the Imamis, the first of which is in his infallibility from error, forgetfulness and oversight, and the second is in his infallibility. Of sins and transgressions, and finally, I hope that God (Almighty) will accept this simple work, which is not sufficient for the sake of our honorable Prophet Muhammad (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family).
