Abstract
Dealing with a foreign language requires dealing with its speakers, institutions, countries and concepts. Thus translation places the translator in situations which necessitate religious knowledge that protects him from committing mistakes or sins. This paper aims at investigating some of these situations and their applicable juridical rules. For instance, the paper tackles cases in which a source text may include expressions of blasphemy, cursing, or atheism; where a translator works with bodies whose demands may contradict with the interests of Islam or Muslims; or works with the occupants of one's country. The paper also investigates the rights of the source text producer and translator. The Friday sermon for non-native speakers of Arabic is also tackled in this paper. The paper concludes that some translations are lawful and others are unlawful, whereas it is possible to modify others. The paper states the viewpoints of Islamic jurors about money earned from translation, the rights of the source text producer and translator and how to get rid of the money earned by unlawful means.

Abstract
The research is (the opinions of Bishr Al-Muraisy in which he violated his Hanafi school, purity and prayer as a model), and I chose him; For the oldest study of his views compared to the opinions of the Hanafi school of thought, it reveals the nature of the issues in which the jurisprudence of the doctrine was violated, and the extent of this violation, for the purpose of distinguishing between its contradictory statements, and the sayings of scholars of the madhhab, and to warn people of illusion and confusion. Bishr al-Muraisy is not considered one of the jurists of the Hanafi school, even though he took fiqh from the senior scholars of the school of thought, because he went against the principles and principles of the school in his opinions.. The research was divided into five sections:The first: Bishr Al-Muraisy's life, which includes his personal and scientific life. The second: Issues of purity, and it includes the purification of the well if an animal falls into it and dies, and the purification of an unclean garment that is repeated washing in a well.

Within this research I have explained how Islamic Sharia is based on alleviation and simplification in many Sharia laws that are grounded on predominance of supposition in worshipping to the extent that adopting these suppositions is the complying to Sharia goals and is dependent on in Sharia controversies and thoughts.
I have also indicated that a lot of Sharia cases whether in worshipping or other fields are built on predominance of supposition , in this research I included worshipping cases only.
I have also explained how humans can worship Allah by predominant supposition , knowing that if we worship Allah by certainty in all cases and circumstances the case will be of extreme difficulty and exhaustion . Hence endorsing predominant supposition in many worshipping as in : cleanliness , prayers , charity , fasting and Haj is aligned with alleviation and simplification.

Suicide is a baffling social problem that threatens the safety of the family and community, reflected in ever-increasing numbers in recent age. This study aimed to deal with the suicide definition, its realistic health, psychological, and religious causes, and treatments for cases of depression, despair, and death anxiety. These causes deem the most prominent motives for committing suicide. The treatment for such case was faith in Allah, His decree and destiny, the Last Day, knowledge of God, and perseverance in His remembrance.

The reality of modern Arab criticism raises a collection of problems relating to critical approaches in terms of their multiplicity, diversity, variation of knowledge foundations, and their relationship to texts, in addition to their philosophical backgrounds which should be known for the purpose of investing all of their potential in order to reveal the secrets of creative texts. The text may need more than one approach to access its secrets. A text may require the tools of its understanding from outside this or that approach. However, the critic’s ability to reconcile and combine more than one critical approach in one critical study is often fraught with the peril of falling into unacceptable multiplicity, combining contrasts, unification of what should remain separate, which leads to the loss of approach and consequently the loss of literary text under investigation bcause it is the approach which allows us to produce an organized and regular knowledge in a philosophical framework that builds on epistemological pillars that, in the process of surrounding the text’s intended meanings, imply values interwoven with the text’s implicit meanings in their production of its explicit meanings.

Abstract
This research is a study and investigation of a precious script by Imam Siraj Alddin Al bulqeeni Alshafiaee (805 A. H.)، named Nashr Alabeer Litay Aldhameer. Its content is the relatedness of the explicit and implicit pronoun of the absentee to the described noun regardless of its property. It mentioned the various opinions and discussions of scientists and authorities. The topic is purely Linguistic and Jurisprudence. The research includes an introduction، three sections and a conclusion. The first section has two requirements: the first section includes the general life of Bulqeeni and his scientific influences. The second section talks about the concept of Tay Aldhameer as a linguistic and as a term. The second section is a study of the terminology and it contains two requirements: the first one is about the terminology of the author and the second is the terminology of investigation.The third section was devoted to the investigation of the text of investigation. The current research seeks to identify moral motivation and its relationship to the perceived stresses of life among primary school teachers. for Baghdad Governorate. In order to collect data about the two variables of the research, the researcher adopted the measures of moral motivation and perceived life stress, and extracted the appropriate psychometric characteristics for them. The research reached the following:
1. Teachers have an average level of moral motivation and use it in their professional and life lives
2. Teachers with high moral motivation face high environments in terms of perceived stress, and teachers try to resist it.
3. The differences in moral motivation and life pressures are in favor of males, as they have more space for movement and position than others.
4. There is a high and high level of perceived life stress among primary school teachers.
5. There is a statistically significant relationship between moral motivation and perceived life pressures among primary school teachers

Within all these historical states, Tabuk was supporting the stability of the place, and the region has monuments thart refer to each state.

The current research aims to identify:
1- The level of psychological loneliness among orphaned students.
2- Differences in the level of psychological feeling according to the gender variable ,males, females.
To achieve the research objectives the two researcher adopted a scale (Buhairi,2016) component of(19) paragraph and quadruple alternatives to measure psychological unit, after applying the scale to the research sample made up of(200) pupils Elementary students in the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of primary school. The results showed that the degree of psychological loneliness orphaned primary school students were low ,The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of psychological loneliness according to the gender variable in favor of females.

In civil law, commentators usually do not address the marriage contract, and this may be due to two reasons, the first is that the marriage contract in Arab countries in general is subject to the provisions of Islamic Sharia, which is the only historical source for this contract. Unlike contracts in civil law, which are a mixture of Islamic jurisprudence and Western laws. As for the second reason, it is that what is contracted in the marriage contract or what is known as the subject of the marriage contract is not money, and it is known that what can be the subject of the contract are those things that do not depart from dealing by nature or by virtue of the law, according to the provisions of Article 61 of the Iraqi Civil Code. The subject of the contract is always something that is included in the transaction, which means that it is valid to be the subject of financial rights. And because the subject of the marriage contract is not money, the question then is as follows: What is the subject of the marriage contract? We will try through this research to answer this question.

Abstract
The research aimed to identify: the proactive confrontation of educational counselors in Diyala governorate, and the significance of the difference in the proactive confrontation of educational counselors in Diyala governorate according to the gender variable (male/female), and the significance of the difference in the confrontation in Diyala governorate for educational counselors according to the service variable (less than 6 years) (6 years - or more). The scale consisted of (14) items, and its characteristics were confirmed, as the scale was applied to a sample of (200) male and female counsellors, who were chosen in a cluster random manner. In the proactive confrontation according to the variable of sex, and there are no statistically significant differences in the proactive confrontation according to the variable of service (less than 6 years) (6 years and more). In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The action of the evaluation of the book makes basic base wherever it the need comes for taking a decision as it is an action for gathering and anylsing for the purpose of deter mining the degree of achieving the educational targets and taking the decisions about it for treating the weak sides and providing the equal safe growth through reback the arranging the educational environment and making it rich, The object of this study is to evaluate the book of physics for second year from the point of teachers by shedding the light upon the powerful point and assuring it and making recommends that may be useful by ad jesting and correcting the weak points in the book, It has been chosen the community of research from the teachers of intermediate school of the General directorate of Al-kharkh Third, The total number for the schools is (149) and the male and female teachers in the former schools (296), The model of the research has been choosen from (89) schools from the original number which is (149) and (178) teachers from the original number which is (296), The number chosen is (93) female teachers and (85) male teachers, That's (60%) from the total number, The questionnaire has been used as a way for gathering data research, The researcher has used (SPSS) for calculating the rate and the weighted average and Berson connection factor so, the study has reached to numbers of results especially weakness in pupils' understanding for environmental problem and trying for taking clear decisions for solving them and also in the technical education which enables them to understand the exchanging effects, i-e (science, technology and society), The book lacks the carefulness in providing the pupils for scientific tendencies and the hobby of making simple scientific devices and no-providing of the proper devices in the laboratory for making tests and activities, and the weakness of the subjects connection with the first year intermediate, so the study has reached to number of recommends especially the necessity of work to provide the pupils with the skills which are suitable with the age stage and also number of suggestions especially making a similar study for the evaluate on physics books for all stages.

Motor response and concentration of attention for young football players.
As for the research problem, it lies in the fact that the problems facing specialists in the training process is how to measure mental abilities and the ability to give digital values and based on accurate scientific foundations, which in turn helps specialists to employ them in the practiced activity, and the lack of accurate objective tests that depend on electronic devices to measure them. Moreover, if these tests are found, there are no criteria that enable the coach to assess the player's immediate condition. The research aims to prepare and design computerized tests to measure the motor response time and focus attention for young football players and to find standards for grades and levels for computerized tests.
As for the fields of research, it included the human field represented by young football players in Karbala governorate, and the temporal domain of the sports season (2019-2020) was determined, while the spatial domain was in the yards of the researched clubs, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (49) player, and the researcher concluded that it was reached to design a computerized system to measure the kinetic response time and focus attention for young football players and to find the criteria represented by the grades and levels for these tests

Abstract: The study aims at showing the nature and methodology of the narrative style of the Irish novelist James Joyce, shed light on his skills in describing many factors that reflect his works as the gods and cultural sources of his society. As it reflects the author’s large and comprehensive culture of his country’s culture and cultural heritage, linked to all the features of belonging, which was a reason to strengthen the patriotism of the citizens of his country of Ireland, in addition to his employing many factors, especially music as it used in emotions associated with the time and place of events, and added a kind of spiritual correlation. And the emotional with the beauty of those images lurking in the inner consciousness of the human being, then returning to integrate in the reader's imagination and eyes as he looks at the pages of Joyce's works.

Abstract
This paper aims to shed light on the influence of Thinking and Learning Styles on the process of learning English upon the students of Iraqi Schools of the Distinguished in al- Karkh side of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. 100 students were chosen (50 first class students and 50 third class students). A questionnaire consisting of 30 questions was distributed to the aforementioned students as the researcher instructed them on how to fill in the questionnaire appropriately. Results show that Thinking and Learning Styles are effective and useful tools among students that help them improve their English language even indirectly as they practise them almost daily.

Due to their wide importance in our education field, Thinking and Learning Styles become effective tools by their own. Many students around the globe are using them and many and many students are developed and enhance their educational level by using them every day. Since Thinking and Learning Styles are a means of communication, it is clear that students communicate with their teacher through these diverse styles. Therefore, they have a great impact on the way students learn English language being a lingua franca in this changing world. This paper explored the Thinking and the Learning styles in the students’ minds. The paper also sought to accomplish some if not many styles and devices, and tools which are characterized by a centralized and effective policy. Moreover, this paper also deals with the effect which Thinking and Learning Styles have on the students' way of learning English. It investigates how students use these styles to learn English as well as age differentiations as there are: first and third class students.

Abstract
Despite the repressive and racist system in American society, the diversity of individual African-American experiences has accompanied the ancestry of their oral traditions and folklore, influencing literature positively or negatively. The paper aims to examine history and folklore in the well-known two novels Ralph Ellison's Invisible Man and Mules and Men by Zora Neale as essential structuring elements in the formation of subjectivity. The novel Invisible Man synthesizes his experiences in the North and South with African-American folklore and motifs from Western white works to create a rich depiction of life in the United States. The fluctuating popularity of Hurston reveals a significant shift in the criteria for evaluating African-American literature during the twentieth century. In light of their authorial attitudes and sociological and historical evidence about African-American manhood, a comparison of the two authors' works reveals that Ralph Ellison presented a vision of ideal African-American manhood based on models of white masculinity. And "resurrection" of Zora Neale Hurston's work has become an important story for anyone interested in this unclassifiable work. These works examine American history and society's facts and circumstances to question white and African-American people's traditional gender roles. In asserting the place of black women and condemning the attempt by white writers to write black history, Hurston was an influence not only for these women writers but also, more broadly, on the black movement in the United States. The two writers were interested in incorporating folklore into their writing because it was vital for them to keep their identities as original citizens and stay together.
