And the language once again distinguished itself in the way of its system after emptying it of understanding and jurisprudence, to the way of its production-using, to return to it after formation at another time, not in a way of separation, but in a way of connection, whose origins document its chapters, and it is manifested by a complementary interaction between the components, to testify in turn that Studying it in systematic thought, there is nothing but a message in it, and that it is the one that leads to that and nothing else. As for the language itself, it refuses to be a language without discrimination.
And pragmatic, that object that is formed in the most severe and complex forms, has formed itself inside the language at one time, and outside it at another, to become a formation that exceeds itself a limit, to what it reveals, and it is the human being - the great sign in: speech - utterance, from the verbal act to the human interpretation, and from it In the language to the same jurisprudence.

This research discusses the Abbasid poem from two perspectives, the first perspective deals with the poem of wine, while the second represents the poem of love, and in both perspectives we found a separation after a connection by the Abbasid poet. In such a controversial issue, the poet tries to break away from the level of thinking and visions that prevailed before this era. The absence of historical reference for a group of poets had a great impact on building bridges between one poet and another, as the wine turned into a philosophy that the poet must comprehend when the love poem was a kind of jumping on the cultural legacies of the Arab community.

This feature is distinct in the Arabic language because it is marked with diacritics, but the other languages lack this feature, and a word can only hold one position, and accordingly have less flexibility in this respect. Thus, parsing eliminates ambiguity in the meaning of utterances, and manifests the intentions of speakers. No doubt, for Tusee, parsing and meaning are two main principles in his hermeneutic orientation of interpreting the Qur'an, explicating the implicatures that diversity in parsing can indicate. The research reinforces the idea that the meaning had a clear impact on the multiplicity of parsing. It is the basis in parsing and constrains the orientation in parsing, for the Arabic language being so extended in vocabulary and fertility of diction. Qur'anic readings can render diversity in parsing with diversity in meaning, and thus affecting the religious injunction. The study sheds light on the impact of parsing and meaning due to diversity of Tusee's hermeneutic orientation of the interpretation in ( The Bayan in Interpreting the Qur'an). I hope that this with be of great benefit.

This study seeks to stand on an important aspect of Arabic grammar, which is the subject of protesting the hadith of the Prophet and Arabic poetry. The research addresses the colors contained in the Poetry collection of Safi al-Din al-Hali, relying on the close association and dialectic relationship between poetry and other arts, and the research stopped at the explicit and direct white color, and showed us the importance of the direct color uses made by the Hali, and their effectiveness in the poetic context Because of its close associations with the experience of the poet, who sought to employ color effectively, and to use it artistically to highlight his aesthetic in the poetic text, because the color has a linguistic code, and a special qualitative composition, which exercises its hobby in the production of the game of meaning.. Hence the importance of this research in identifying the white connotations of Hali in his poems.

The issue of poetic necessity preoccupied the minds of most scholars of the Arabic language, ancient and modern, and due to the importance of this topic and the large number of studies on it and the different opinions about it, the research dealt with this linguistic issue, and the grammarians did not care about poetic weight or rhyme as much as they cared about the grammatical rule. On these duties, they made it a special language for poetry, and part of it rejected it and considered it to be heard beyond measure, and another forced them to interpret, and some of it was the language of people whose poetry was used as evidence.

Dealing ,with Islam as a approach of life and dealing with the Prophet Mohammad as an impeccable leader for the missionary line in the community lived a life of Aljahilia, considers very difficult because it is related to accumulated remains for many years. These remains formed beliefs and attitudes needed to be adapted and refined. The Prophet tried to form a new thought that contradicted these beliefs, habits and behaviors in Pre- Islamic community. This research tries to focus on the main factors for instilling these Pre- Islamic habits in Muslim personality during The Prophet's era and stand on their reality and their existence. Social and religious education in ancient Iran occupied a special place, especially during the Sassanid era, which witnessed developments in the social and religious aspects regarding the social stratification system and the recognition of Zoroastrianism as the official state religion. Education in these two aspects had clear effects on Sassanid society in general, because studies are almost non-existent. On this subject and from this aspect, we decided to write a detailed research on social and religious education in ancient Iran during the Sanni era.

The early stages of his political activity emerged after his move from the village of Tekiye to the city of Sulaymaniyah, influenced by the political stages that the country was going through, which were represented by his involvement in the political corps in 1946 through his active participation in educating the Iraqi Communist Party Which marked the first start of his connection with and joining communism, his formation of party cells within a short period of his joining the Iraqi Communist Party .And then his participation in the demonstrations in 1948 against the Portsmouth Treaty, which was concluded between Iraq and Britain.
