This research Highlights the economic impact of legal texts, which must be important for research and study from both practical and legal aspects, because this study reveals the important impact of economic aspects on the legislate of draft laws and their proposals by studying their financial cost and economic feasibility, as well as their impact on the economic and financial aspects of the state in terms of their implementation. Development and investment. This research shows the importance of taking into account financial and economic considerations before embarking on legislating and enacting laws, because they include a financial cost that the state bears as a result of its legislation. It also requires studying the impact of this legislation on the business environment, investment, and job opportunities. This research has been divided into two sections that we study. In the first section: the economic analysis of legislative texts, and in the second section we examine: the economic impact of legislations.

يًعالج هذا البحث موضوع التأثير الاقتصادي للنصوص القانونية الذي يجد له أهمية للبحث والدراسة من الناحيتين العملية والقانونية لكون هذه الدراسة تكشف ما للجوانب الاقتصادية من أثر مهم في سن مشروعات القوانين ومقترحاتها بدراسة تكلفتها المالية وجدواها الاقتصادية، وكذلك تأثيرها في الجوانب الاقتصادية والمالية في الدولة من حيث تحقيقها للتنمية والاستثمار، ويبين هذا البحث أهمية الاخذ بالاعتبارات المالية والاقتصادية قبل الشروع في تشريع القوانين وسنها لكونها تتضمن تكلفة مالية تتحملها الدولة جراء تشريعها، كما يتطلب بذات القدر من دراسة تأثير هذه التشريعات على بيئة الاعمال والاستثمار وفرص العمل، وقد تم تقسيم هذا البحث على مبحثين ندرس في المبحث الأول: التحليل الاقتصادي للنصوص التشريعية، ونبحث في المبحث الثاني: التأثير الاقتصادي للتشريعات.
