I discussed in this humble research the properties of the ethical system. The research includes four chapters, the first being the preface and the last being the conclusion. I discussed in the preface the importance of ethics in general, and the importance of its details in particular, the reasons why the Quran dealt with ethics with great detail, The need of our society for ethics in general, and the Quranic approach in corroborating ethic in particular. I also discussed previous studies of this topic, then, the need to dedicate a lesson for ethic within the curricula of the Islamic Universities in particular, and the Academic Universities in general.

Context has a significant impact on the interpretation of Qur'anic and literary texts, especially in ancient Arabic poetry since that language is no longer considered as a contemporary understandable language. Hence this research is entitled:( Impact of context in determining the semantics of the additional verb with two letters in the Diwan of Abi Al-Aswad Al- Dau’ali) and the morphological meanings indicated by the morphological formula which lack the combination of other contextual clues.

The Koran is not a book of religion guide to which is the best, but it is life and therefore we talked about everythink did not leave small or large of subjects without study and human its orbit
Then after that, all this was guaranteed by the law of conservation, and the heavens were preserved from the introversion, and the preservation of the earth to make the mountains and the poles of the earth so that the creation would not collapse, and this or that we found that conservation is a broad subject, truth and words behind the secrets not known as God but God, despit the differences of scholars in the issue of Taqiyah or duty or reward, but we recognize that Taqiyah is a principle and basis of conservation from the fact that the human must keep himself or his money or his children is responsible for that, and that the soul of honesty must be preserved of all the progress entered into the subject and knowledge of its meanings in the Koran and this is only the collection of words in the Koran and stand on its meaning in the books of language and translation and differences and vocabulary and books of interpretation and then a statement of its uses in the context of the Koran and we mean the purposes that revolve in all its expressions the Koranic verse and conveys it from its lexicon meaning.

Baalbek ( Heliopolis- the City of the Sun), one of the most important historical cities in Lebanon, has known as multiple civilizations in successive historical periods, which have left many archaeological evidences, the most important ones are the castle and the roman temples.
The Islamic architectural and artistic heritage in Baalbek was consisted from different types of buildings: religious, civil, military and social in addition to many archaeological arts that were mastered by the Muslims.
This research Comes as a contribution to show the importance of the Islamic religious architecture in Baalbek and its civilizing role in a time in which there is an increasing number of Studies at an international level concerning of the Roman archaeology of the castle and the temples , which does not deny the importance and scientific value

Baghdad municipality considered one of the inveterate department . it takes serious tasks to prominence the real capital (Baghdad).
This research is as a definition of municipality and its duties . it was then follow the first foundation of Baghdad municipality ,production law and the names of their chairmen through the last Ottoman judge in Iraq .
British force when it entered in 1917 paid attention to it and tried to concentrate on developing municipal councils in Iraq in particular in Baghdad , hired some Iraqis who worked with the Ottomans .

The unification of Italian states in 1869 represents the point at which Italy set out to enter the colonial domain .in fact , it had no options other than Tripoli of the west and Barqa in Northern Africa . GIS is characterized by great potentialeties to deal with huge geographical data and conclude what is necessary for it. It was very useful to get use of the potentialities of this system of GIS in the field of archaeology and to harvest very accurate results in a relatively short time, compared to the old archaeological methods. college of archaeology
