إنّ ظاهرة المعیّة قد استحوذت على کثیر من أَسالیب العربیة التی تناولها النحاة فی عدد من الأبواب النحویة, وقد وضعت العربیة لفظة (مع) لتکون النّواة التی تُبنى علیها هذه الأسالیب, وقد تشارک اللغویون والنحویون لبیان دلالتها, وهذا ما أردنا إزاحة بعض ما یعتوره من غموض من خلال هذا البحث, الذی تناولنا فیه جانبًا من جوانب إضافة (مع) فی اللغة العربیة عامة, وفی القرآن الکریم خاصة, وهو إضافته إلى ضمیر المخاطب على مختلف مقاماته, على أنّنا لا نتوسّع فی ذلک التوسّع الممل, ولا نوجز الإیجاز المخلّ, ومن الله التوفیق.

Abstract

The research addresses "the other" as a warrior in the poetry of Ibn
al-Dahan al-Moslli. His images have varied and overlapped in an era of
political turmoil and successive wars that he has written down in his
poetry. The warrior's image was a live transmitter of the war reality with
poetic structures dominated by visual and auditory sensitive realities.
The research consists of two requirements; The first is "the other",
an individual warrior (heroism and influence of opinion), in which he
mentions the exploits of individual warfare courage such as relief and
crackdown on "the other", which is the enemy.

Abstract

يدرس البحث الآخر المحارب في شعر" ابن الدهان الموصلي(ت581هـ)
وقد تنوعت صوره، وتداخلت في موقفٍ تتجسد فيه معالم البطولة والبذل والايثار في
عصر شهد اضطرابات سياسية وحروب متتالية؛ إثر حملات عسكرية متكررة تستهدف
الارض وأهلها دوّنها شعرًا؛ فكانت صورة المحارب بتفاصيلها ومكوناتها ناقلًا حيًّا
للواقع الحربي ومؤدياته المتكررة؛ ببنى شعرية هيمنت عليها المدارك الحسية
البصرية والسمعية، وتألف البحث من مطلبين الأول: الآخر محاربًا بالصفة
الفردية(البطولة ونفوذ الرأي)، وفيه تعداد لمآثر البطولة الحربية الفردية من إغاثة،
وبطش بالآخر العدو، والمطلب الثاني: الآخر محاربًا بالصفة الجمعية (طرفا القوة
والانكسار)، وفيه رسخت البنى الشعرية الإقدام والبطولة، وتفاصيلهما في الآخر
بصيغة الجمع لطرفين متقابلين مدافع ومعتدٍ.

Shadow in the Poetry of Ibnu Nubata Al-Masry

Abstract

The frequent presence of the shadow of the beloved in the poem
augments its structure and subject matter. Through the shadow, the poet
substantiates his imagination recalling all subtle details with respect to his
beloved. It is a powerful tool that arises feelings of separation and parting
inside the poet, which affects the psyche of the poet firstly, then the
audience subsequently as to the poetic and humane satisfaction the poet
gets after the meeting with the shadow.
The poet's language surpasses the lexical meanings of the words
more to a space of suggestions hidden in himself and he contrives to
reveal them to his audience.
For the poet, the assets of nature are his raw materials by which he
describes his visiting imaginary shadow of the beloved. Also, the image
of the blaming person(s) is present to add to the poetic implications as the
poet is aware that, to get desired response, his poems must be creative in
both creation and reception. So, he meant to create varieties in order to
fulfill this goal.
It is impossible to separate the poet/man and his visiting imaginary
shadow of the beloved because his feelings are closely connected to the
shadow, through which he expresses complaints, paining, and grieving for
separation and partin.

By the shadow texts, the poet built complete and tight images expressive
of his experiences with his lady. Finally, the shadow in Ibn Nubuta's
poetry is based on suggestiveness and imagination for both are means of
revelation of his secret feelings.

يشكل الطيف في القصيدة دورًا كبيرًا في ثناياها وبنائها الفني والموضوعي
وله دلالات مؤثرة وفاعلة، فالشاعر يضع فيها قوة خياله، في ذكر المرأة وتذكرها
ووصف محاسنها، فالطيف عنده يثير فكرة الشعور بالانفصال والبعد ويمتلك قوة هائلة
في التأثير للحالة النفسية للشاعر أولاً، والمتلقي ثانيًا فقد أرضت غريزته الشّعرية
وأشبعت حاجاته الإنسانية، وألفاظ الشاعر تخرج من دلالاتها المعجمية إلى إيحاءات
مخفية في ذاته يحاول بيانها للمتلقي، فموجودات الطبيعة كانت المادة الخام للشاعر
يعبر بها عن طيفه الزائر المتخيل, ويتمثل بها إشباعًا لحاجاته النفسية الإنسانية، كما
أَنَّ العاذل كان مشخصًا أَيضًا في النصوص إكمالاً لدلالاته الشّعرية، فالشاعر يدرك
تمامًا أن نصوصه لن تتلقى الاستجابة المطلوبة مالم تحقق الإبداع في التشكيل
والتلقي، فعمد إلى تنويعها حتى تحقق الغرض، ولا يمكن الفصل بين الشاعر/ الإنسان
وبين خياله المتمثل بالطيف وما يحمله من تأثير على الذات، فشعوره ملازم للطيف،
وهو بالطيف يعبر عن شكواه وألمه وحزنه للفقد والهجر والرحيل، وقد ارتبط الطيف
بموجودات الطبيعة وصور اجتماعية تمثلت بالعاذل؛ إذ بنى الشاعر بنصوص الطيف
صورًا متكاملة ، كانت لوحات شعرية معبرة عن ذاته؛ ليقدّم بها تجارب مع المرأة
متنوعة الثراء والدلالة، والطيف عند ابن نُباتة يقوم على عنصري الإيحاء والخيال،
يعبر به عن مكنونات ذاته ودواخله العميقة.

The Morphological Objections of Naqra Karr (T. 776 AH) in the Explanation of ‘Shafia Ibn al-Hajeb’ (646 AH)

Abstract

This paper concentrated on the particle “Innamaa” through the
analysis of the grammatical process of emphasis in non – kernel
sentences . The study deals with this particle in terms of structure and
function in order to pave the way for a better understanding of the
Prophetic text . The study resorts to the hadith interpreters who elaborate
on this particle for it is the initiative element of this hadith actions are
judged by intentions.
The particle innamaa , in addition to emphasis, implies
exclusiveness . The actions performed by the subject are exclusively
judged by the intentions of the predicate. . The definite particle al at the ·
beginning of the word al - a maal /deeds / is a generic particle and alamaal
is restricted here to acts of mind not to acts of heart. There is a
difference of opinion on the function of the particle " bi " at the beginning
of " bilniyyat The particle may have the function of causation,
instrument or association . The research favors the meaning of adhesion
which is chosen by Sibawahi . This meaning embraces the other
mentioned meanings.
The study also concludes that the repitition of the Particle innamaa in
the second clause Everyone will get the reward according to his intention.

Abstract

تطرَق البحث في سياق حديثه عن التوكيد- بوصفه إحدى العوارض المهمّة
التي تطرأ على الجملة العربية- إلى الحديث عن الأداة "إنّما", وهي المحور الذي يدور
عليه البحث من جهة ماهيتها, ووظيفتها في الجملة العربية, في إطار التراث اللغوي
العربي، تمهيدا للإفادة من ذلك في تحليل النصّ الحديثي.
في حين بسط البحث الكلام على هذه الأداة عند شرّاح الحديث في سياق
شرحهم حديث النبي # المشهور: ((إنّما الأعمال بالنيّات))، الذي صُدَّرت به جملته.
وتوصّل البحث إلى نتائج عدّة, لعلَّ من أهمّها من الوجهة اللغوية ممّا له صلة بصلب
بحثنا، حصر المسند إليه بالمسند بتأثير الأداة "إنّما" التي تفيد الحصر فوق تحقيقها
معنى التوكيد, وأنّ (أل) في (الأعمال) أُريد بها المعهود الذهني بقرينة السياق وهي
الأعمال الشرعية, لا مطلق الأعمال كأعمال القلوب مثلًا, لتعذّر حصول ذلك.
وممّا له صلة بعملنا، ذلك الخلاف الحاصل بين العلماء في حقيقة (الباء) في
قوله عليه الصلاة والسّلام: (بالنيّات), فمنهم مَن عدّها للاستعانة, أو المصاحبة, أو
السببية. في حين رجّح البحث المعنى الأصلي للباء الذي أقرّه سيبويه في كتابه, ألَا
وهو (الإلصاق) الذي يستغرق بطبيعته سائر المعاني الأخرى.
ومن تلك النتائج أيضا, أنّ تكرار الأداة "إنّما" في جملة: (وإنّما لكلَّ امرئٍ ما
نوى) اشتمل على فوائد نفيسة جمّة, ومنها توكيدها معنى الجملة الأولى, فوق

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع خدمات المكتبة العامة المركزية في
الموصل من حيث مجموعتها وأبرز الخدمات المقدمة فيها والتعرف على ملاكها
الوظيفي وأبرز الظروف المحيطة بهم والتعرف على اساليب العمل فيها .
اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة بدراسة حالة المكتبة واعتمد في جمع
البيانات على المقابلة مع مدير المكتبة ومعاونه فضلا عن بعض العاملين في المكتبة
للتعرف على ظروف العمل المحيطة بهم للوقوف على مشاكلهم ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول
المناسبة لمعالجتها والنهوض بواقعها الراهن، واعتمد في الجانب النظري من
الدراسة على مجموعة من المصادر الورقية كالكتب والدوريات وبعض المصادر
الإلكترونيَّة من الإنترنيت، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة استنتاجات أبرزها :
1-ضرورة تعيين عدد كافي من الموظفين المتخصصين في مجال العمل المكتبي
ولاسيَّما من حملة الشهادات العليا.
2-ضعف عملية المشاركة في الندوات والمؤتمرات والدورات التدريبية وإقامة
معارض الكتب التي تقام في بقية المكتبات .
وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة مقترحات كان أبرزها :
1-ضرورة تشكيل لجان بالاستعانة باختصاصيين من خارج المكتبة تعمل بالاتفاق مع
إدارة المكتبة لغرض وضع سياسة واضحة ومكتوبة لاختيار وتزويد المكتبة لتنمية
مجموعتها .

Building an expert system for classifying university theses using the Naïve Bayes algorithm: an empirical study

Abstract

Data classification has become a widespread field of knowledge,
especially in light of the tremendous development of information
technology and expert systems. Among the most important fields of
knowledge that are concerned with data classification is the classification
of text data. In our research, we present a model for an expert system
whose task is to classify university theses and theses based on their
Arabic titles and using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. In the research, a
database was used, which was compiled using the (Scrapping) technique,
which is to collect data from repositories spread on the Internet. A
database of (6100) titles for a master\'s thesis and a doctoral thesis was
built. These titles were divided into (seven) categories representing the
general specialization of the thesis - thesis. Among the most important
challenges faced by the research is the nature of the Arabic language and
its degree of complexity. The results of the research proved that the model
was able to classify theses and theses at a rate of (86%), which is a very
promising percentage. The proposed model was also evaluated by
distributing a questionnaire to a number of specialists in computer science
and information systems. The questionnaire included measuring the
impact of two independent variables, namely, the accuracy and
importance of the expert system. The results proved that there is a
statistically significant effect of the independent variables on the
dependent variable (the desired benefit of the expert system). The results

صار تصنيف البيانات من الحقول المعرفية واسعة الانتشار، ولاسيَّما في ظل
التطور الهائل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والنظم الخبيرة، ومن بين أبرز حقول المعرفة
التي تعنى بتصنيف البيانات هو تصنيف البيانات النصية، في بحثنا هذا نقدم نموذجاً
لنظام خبير مهمته تصنيف الرسائل الجامعية اعتمادًا على عناوينها العربية وباستخدام
خوارزمية (Naive Bayes). في البحث تم استخدام قاعدة بيانات تم تجميعها
باستخدام تقنية (Scrapping) وتتمثل في جمع البيانات من المستودعات المنتشرة
على شبكة الإنترنت؛ إذ جرى بناء قاعدة بيانات قوامها (6100) عنوان لرسالة
ماجستير وأطروحة دكتوراه، توزعت هذه العناوين على (سبعة) فئات تمثل
الاختصاص العام للرسالة - الأطروحة. من بين أبرز التحديات التي واجهت البحث هو
طبيعة اللغة العربية ودرجة تعقيدها. أثبتت نتائج البحث أن الأنموذج كان قادرًا على
تصنيف الرسائل بنسبة (86%) وهي نسبة تعد واعدة بشكل كبير. كما جرى أيضًا
تقييم للنموذج المقترح عن طريق توزيع استبانة لعدد من المختصين في علم
الحاسبات ونظم المعلومات، اشتمل الاستبانة على قياس أثر متغيرين مستقلين هما دقة
النظام الخبير واهميته. اثبتت النتائج ان هنالك تأثيراً ذو دلالة إحصائيَّة للمتغيرين
المستقلين على المتغير المعتمد (الفائدة المتوخاة من النظام الخبير). ان نتائج البحث
تفتح افاقاً جديدة في عملية تصنيف البيانات النصية وبالأخص اللغة العربية، وتفتح
المجال صوب تنفيذ خوارزميات أُخرى ومقارنة النتائج.

The Attitude of University Students towards ELearning and its Relation to Academic Self- Regulation

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the students' attitude towards elearning
and its relationship to academic self-regulation among university
students, and to reveal the differences according to the variable (gender -
specialization), The basic research sample amounted to (294) male and
female students, (146) male students, and (148) female students, The data
were processed using the statistical package (SPSS), The research reached
the following results that the level of students' attitudes towards elearning
among university students is within the intermediate level, as
well as academic self-regulation, And that there is a statistically
significant relationship between students’ attitudes toward e-learning and
academic self-regulation, and there is a statistically significant difference
in students’ attitudes toward e-learning according to the gender variable
and in favor of males, And there are no statistically significant differences
according to specialization, and there are no statistically significant
differences in academic self-regulation according to the variable of sex as
well as specialization, The researcher put forward a set of
recommendations, including the need for the Ministry of Higher
Education to pay attention to the establishment of training courses that
contribute to raising the level of e-learning among students, The results
also resulted in a number of proposals, including conducting a study on elearning
and its relationship to academic achievement among university
students.

استهدف البحث التعرف على اتجاه الطلبة نحو التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقته
بالتنظيم الذاتي الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة، والكشف عن الفروق وفقاً لمتغير
(الجنس - التخصص)، وبلغت عينة البحث الأساسيَّة (294) طالبًا وطالبة بواقع
(146) طالبًا و(148) طالبة، وتم بناء المقياسين من الباحث، وإيجاد صدقهما
وثباتهما؛ إذ بلغ (0,83)، و(0,82)، وقد عولجت البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائيَّة
(SPSS)، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية إنَّ مستوى اتجاه الطلبة نحو التعليم
الإلكتروني لدى طلبة الجامعة ضمن المستوى المتوسط وكذلك التنظيم الذاتي
الأكاديمي، وإنَّ هناك علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين اتجاه الطلبة نحو التعليم الإلكتروني
والتنظيم الذاتي الأكاديمي، ويوجد فرق دال إحصائيًا في اتجاه الطلبة نحو التعليم
الإلكتروني تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، ولاتوجد فروق دالة إِحصائيًا تبعاً
للتخصص، ولاتوجد فروق دالُ إِحصائيًا في التنظيم الذاتي الأكاديمي تبعاً لمتغير
الجنس وكذلك التخصص، وقد وضع الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها ضرورة
اهتمام وزارة التعليم العالي بإقامة الدورات التدريبية التي تسهمُ في رفع مستوى
التعليم الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة، كما اسفرت النتائج عن عدد من المقترحات منها إجراء
دراسة عن التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقته بالإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعة.

The Difficulties of Teaching Physics at the Secondary Stage from the Point of View of Physics Teachers in Mosul City

Abstract

The subject of the research is the study of the characteristics of non-phonetic letters in terms of comparison between the Turkish language and the Turkmen dialect in some of the poems and the Quriyat (Khuyrat) of the poet Recep Hamdi Shukar Berbaroglu. The reason for my choice of this topic is to study the Turkmen dialect in writing and speaking, and to compare the Turkish language and to delve deeper into the study to show many trends that were hidden and work to uncover them. As well as shedding better light on the poet Recep Barbaraoglu in the Turkmen literature and better introducing him among the poets. And since Turkmen poetry derives its transformation from reality and its long history full of everything that is authentic, so I dealt with poetry and Quriyat as a means of speaking with minds and as a means of advice and guidance. We can consider al-Khuwayrat in poetry as one of the strongest examples of free poetry. However, for a number of reasons, popular poetry, except for songs and poems, was subjected to a long period of stagnation until the nineteenth century, when the creativity of poets began again.

موضوع البحث هو دراسة خصائص الحروف غير الصوتية من حيث المقارنة بين
اللغة التركيَّة واللهجة التركمانية في بعض أشعار والقوريات (خويرات) الشاعر رجب حمدي
شكر بربراوغلو، وسبب اختياري لهذا الموضوع هو دراسة اللهجة التركمانية كتابةً وتحدُّثاً
والمقارنة بين اللغة التركية والتعمق في الدراسة لإظهار الكثير من الاتجاهات التي كانت
مخفية والعمل على كشفها، وكذلك تسليط الضوء بشكل أفضل عن الشاعر رجب بربراوغلو
في الأدب التركماني وتعريفه بين أوساط الشعراء بشكل أفضل، وبما أَنَّ الشعر التركماني
يستمد صيرورته من الواقع وتاريخه الطويل الحافل بكل ما هو أصيل؛ لذا فإنَّني تناولت
الشعر والقوريات وسيلة للتحدث مع العقول ووسيلة للنصح والإِرشاد، ويمكننا عدُّ الخويرات
في الشعر من أقوى الأَمثلة للشعر الحر، ولكن ولعدد من الأسباب قد تعرَضَ الشعر الشعبي
عدا (الأَغاني والخويرات) لمُدَّة طويلة من الجمود حتى القرن التاسع عشر؛ إذ بدأ إبداع
الشعراء من جديد.
في مدخل البحث تناولتُ نبذة مختصرة عن الأدب التركماني وإعطاء معلومات عن
فروعه ولي مسقط رأس الشاعر ناحية ( تازة خورماتو ) الذي تربى ودرس فيه، وفي (علم
الصوت) فقد قمت دراسة الحرف غير الصوتيَّة، وإظهار خصائصه وإجراء مقارنة بين اللهجة
التركمانية واللغة التركية بإعطاء الأمثلة، وقمت أَيضًا بكتابة بعض أشعار للشاعر ونسخها
نسخة طبق الأصل وكتابتها حرفًا بحرف وأُجريتُ التغيرات اللازمة في الحروف لتلائم اللهجة
التركمانية وفي كتابة (القاموس) قمت بإعطاء معاني بعض الكلمات التي مرت في الأشعار
الَّتي تكون مختلفة من حيث الشكل والمعنى إلى التركية الحديثة وفي الخاتمة قمتُ بإعطاء
الخصائص المميَّزة في اللهجة التركمانية.
