Molucca Strait occupies an important point of the sensitive and central points in transporting energy resources (gas and oil) from areas of production to areas of consumption. In case this strait is exposured to any kind of suffocation or closure the oil markets will face crises in supplying that might effect on prices of petrol and level of geopolitics storage in large industrial countries which depends heavily on fuel in providing sources of energy. This might create an increasing competition between regional and international naval forces like United States of America, China, India, Japan, and Australia to control paths of navigation leading to Molucca Strait, especially China depends on a strategy called (Pearls Neckless) to develop its naval military capabilities on the area of Molucca Strait. So, United States of America directs and moves its geopolitical focus and dependency from Middle East Region towards Asian and Pacific (Molucca Strait) in order to balance the Chinese raise in the area of Molucca Strait and to come closer to South East countries.
The geopolitical future of Molucca Strait within this increasing competition between regional and international countries to ensure and guarantee of receiving supplies of energy sources and to implement its control and domination on Molucca Strait this could lead to a conflict between the countries especially United States of America and China because China considers Strait the artery of life that supplies it with energy resources.
This research dealt with three sections proceeded by an introduction and theoretical frame of study. First section dealt with geographical situation of Molucca Strait and its importance concerning economical and strategical domains. Second section discussed the regional and international geopolitical competition in Molucca Strait. Third section discussed the geopolitical future of Molucca Strait followed by most important conclusions

The study of an integrated management of Ruz irrigation project and its impact on sustainable agricultural development aims at clarifying the optimal use of the water, since this irrigation project is recently constructed but old in its flowing. The researcher postulates that there is a close cooperation between the project management and the concerned agricultural department for an accurate implementation of the water policy which is already drawn up to achieve the promising objectives of this policy.
Al-Ruz irrigation project is one of the most important projects in terms of land reclamation in Diyala province. It is located in the Lower Basin of Diyala River, 45 km east of the province center. The project is bordered to the north by the lands of Al-Sadr joint project, bordered to the south by the Shuweijah lowlands, bordered to the east by the plug of Saladin, bordered to the west by the main estuary of Mahrut and estuary of Izziyah.
Al-Ruz main channel is branched from Al-Sadr joint stream at 3.5 km. It is powdery stream, flowing within the territory of Miqdadiyah irrigation project. The lands of Al-Ruz irrigation project intervene at the area of (21 Kilo), and after irrigation canal, the channel is lined to the end.
The project is divided into two parts: the irrigation project of northern Ruz, which includes sectors of (1,3,5,6), and the irrigation project of southern Ruz, which covers sectors of (2,4,7,8,9,10,11). Balad Ruz - Mandali Road is the borderline between the lands of these two irrigation projects. All the sectors lands of the project have been completely reclaimed except the lands of (2, 9) sectors which have been partially reclaimed.
This research paper includes four aspects: the first section addresses the water usage of Al-Ruz irrigation project in agriculture. Second section deals with the reality of water resources management of Al-Ruz irrigation project and its impact on sustainable agricultural development. Third section examined the impact of water resources management in Al-Ruz irrigation project on sustainable agricultural development). Fourth section investigates the challenges that encounter the integrated water management in the project).

Society different types of people with various origins. Each environment and age has its own characteristics. Researchers in social life might find certain groups of people with names and terms to call themselves like spongers. They are present in different ages and societies. They consist a permanent social phenomenon. This study investigates them in the Abbasid age. It consisted of two sections. The first section investigated the concept of a sponger and their social status. The second section discussed the names of meals and their auxiliaries according to spongers.
The study found that the Abbasid age ,especially the first and second, was luxurious and economically prosperous. Many people had luxury meals and feasts due to their good economic status. They named many meals and their auxiliaries with funny names.

It is confirmed by several studies that the statistical reports of the ministry of planning and the central statistical bureau in industrial statistics that the range of unemployment raise in Diyala governorate increasingly. That is because the unnatural circumstances at this governorate along the last decade which causes the stopping of most industrial foundations specifically the small, middle, and big ones. These projects played an important and prominent role in the economic and social activities through reducing exacerbation of unemployment problem and exploit as much as possible of the untapped energies. These projects did not able to staff all the idle labors where the number of labors in varied industrial activities were (213476) workers. The whole numbers of the registered unemployed individuals in operating center (73299) thousand people, (41815) of them were employed during (2010-2015).
As this research states, it is found that the center of Baquba gains number one with percentage of (22. 32) in terms of the number of employees, unemployed, expected chances of work now and in future as well as the number of industrial foundations as follows (2853, 4628, 1034, 123). Then, Al-Muqdadia province comes second where the range of male and female in urban and rural areas in 2010 (28.1), where they were as follows in 2015. the males (11.7) and the females (12.5). So, it is clear that the number of registered unemployed people for 2010 were (11375) workers where as the number of operated workers (10787) workers. In 2015, it is registered (11567) unemployed workers and (5886) operated workers respectively.
This paper discusses the impact of industrial activity on staffing the unemployment and its reflections on the economic and social development, what exists in the governorate such as the industrial foundations that have a role in the development of large, middle and small industries structure and to its branches according to the international classification and its geographical separation on the cities and provinces, and the statistical studies. This all happen by using the regression technique through (SPSS) programme and some statistical equations such as the equation of industrial site, the proportion of industrial transfer of the unemployment transformation in the governorates’ provinces, concentration coefficient and the re-partition coefficient for industries and the industrial situations that are related to the industrial foundations.

The study of tribes and clans is one of the most important studies in historical studies in order to ascertain the extent to which these tribes and dynasties contributed to the events of their era whether negatively or positively and their participation and distribution over the geographical area of the Arab Islamic state. Many tribes, clans and even dynasties of subdivisions settled and extended along with Arab Islamic army in libration and early Islamic conquests. They reached to quite far away and settled in Islamic Mashreq, Iraq, the Levant (Syria), North Africa and Andalusia. This indicates to their active contributions to the Islamic Arab state. Among these were the Qurayshi sons of Saham clan, who were considered from the core dynasties of Quraysh, and from the prominent leaders of Arabs.

The rain water and rivers resources are considered an important source of public treasury. They have a direct effect on the factor of agriculture in western part of Arab Homeland. Many productive domains depend on them. Agriculture depends widely on these two sources. Their dryness or lack has large effect on the sources and incomes of public treasury either as being money or gifts. There are many notes and references showing aridity during several separated years in west.

In this study, we discussed the criticisms of the proposers of the proposal and their response to al-Suyuti, in four explanations of the proposal's book:
1. Al-Falah Al-Falah, for the experts of the proposal, for Ibn 'Alan al-Siddiqi (1057 AH).
2. Proposition in the fundamentals of grammar, for the Indian ideal (v. 1137 e).
3. The publication of the Annunciation from the introduction of the proposal, to Ibn Tayeb al-Fassi (d. 1170 e).
4. Al-Sabah in explaining the proposal, by Dr. Mahmoud Fajal (d. 1437 e).
The study was divided into two sections: Criticism of the suggestion of Suyuti and the criticism of the Suyuti style in expression and transport, and criticism of his opinions and statements. As for the second section, it was in the hadiths of al-Shara 'on al-Suyuti.
We adopted the analytical approach in studying the issues and presenting them to the sources so that we can find out the truth of the rulings of the critical commentators and their reasoning on al-Suyuti.
The sources varied according to the need to search for them.
The research concluded several results, including:
- The book of proposal in the grammarology of the Suyuti of the most important books that were classified in the science of grammar, so scientists intended to explain without any other than what was classified in this science.
- Criticism of the shrews and their emphasis on al-Suyuti objectivity away from the intolerance of any sect or doctrine, so came most of their criticism and recovery in place.

The study about Egypt has attracted the attention of Scholars and Researchers in particular, especially in the study of the social life. It is one of the topics that ancient and modern Scholars have given great importance. Many books have appeared about this study. Among these books was the Book Rafa'a Alousir ain Quthat Masir (Raising the Heads of the Judges of Egypt) that dealt the Judges in Egypt. In this study the researchers discussed the impact of these Judges in Egypt on the social domain, besides dealing with other aspects related to the public life in Egypt.

Through this study which was based on the poetic language of Ibn Rasheeq, the researcher tried to search for the theoretical views of Ibn Rasheeq Al- Keirawani which are related to the poetic language, balancing them with his poetry and identifying the extent to which he applied these views or contradicted them.
Ibn Rasheeq distinguished the language of poetry from the ordinary language. He raised the issue of the word and meaning, and then, in the language of poetry, he warned of several things, including: affectation, complexity, authorization, useless prolongation, poetic necessities and stuffing, but he often contradicted his views

The study aimed at identifying the most significant concepts of security education in the university education, and revealing the reality Saudi universities’ roles in achieving security education for their students through; University management, university professor, curriculum, non-classroom activities, then to provide a comprehensive strategy to achieve security education among students of the Saudi universities.
The study used the descriptive survey approach and the documentary methodology. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 584 students from King Saud University, Imam Mohammed bin Saud and Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman in Riyadh. The study revealed the following findings:
1.Among the most prominent concepts of security education in the university education in terms of security domains are; the sense of security responsibility, crisis and disaster management, social solidarity, crime control, intellectual property protection, regulatory system, family security, consumer protection law, information technology ethics.
2.The role of the university management, university professor and curriculum in achieving security education was high from the perspective of the study participants, whereas the role of classroom activities in achieving security education was average.
3.Providing a trial strategy based on vision, mission, objectives, principles, implementation requirements and mechanisms of the strategy, the parties responsible for its implementation, the obstacles to its implementation and the proposed methods to overcome these obstacles

Al-Mufassal is considered one of the greatest texts and of abundant knowledge . Al-Mufassal’s author ( Jarr Allah Al-zamakhshari died 538 A.H. ). He is the author of the most well-known categories in the various fields of language , interpretation ( exegesis ) , syntax and literature . Furthermore , the value of this text is embodied in the intellectual revolution that this manuscript has produced in terms of explanations , footnotes , abbreviations . The field research and authorship of other scientists were fair enough marked evidences of this manuscript , as it has been marked by seven subsequent explanations . The approach of these authors ranges from being elaborated in details to briefly summarized and in between these extremes . Their approaches were characterized with various advantages ; the most prominent outcome of these approaches was the variety of parsing and annotation perspectives of every single marked explanation . The exponent of the marked explanation lists several parsing possibilities for stanza . This kind of variety has resulted new meanings in which the marked explanation has been effected semantically .
However , their expressed opinions towards variety of parsing perspectives indicates a clear sign of their ability in grammatical competence and their approach varied in this variety , they once prefer specific perspective on the other with the statement of the cause , sometimes they favor particular standpoint on the other without showing the reason and they occasionally put down the aspects without giving preponderance . Therefore , the researcher will address their approaches and methods in stating the possibility of inflectional and syntactic annotation in this research by the conciliation of God .

The idea of the research hypothesizes that there is a cooperation among the levels of language, especially the phonetic, syntactic and semantic levels. The language levels interact constantly to reach the end of language as means of social communication. The researcher proceeds from the theoretical framework found in modern researchers’ works who wrote in syntactic phonetics and the effect of their interaction in the language. The researcher chose to study phonetic intonation in the interrogative and vocative moods and mark out their effect and remarks in two Meccan and Madinan Surahs; the Meccan surah is represented by Al-Kahf Surah (people of the cave) and Madinan Surah is represented by Al-Ahzaab Surah (confederates of an alliance among the Quraysh and other tribes)

This study aims at discovering the characteristics of the effective teacher from the viewpoint of high school leaders in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. To this end, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (25) items, distributed to a sample from the target population of (26) leaders(male and female).
This research has revealed that the level of effective teacher characteristics appeared moderately, with an arithmetic mean of (2.70) and a standard deviation of (0.46). This study has shown no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the sample’s expectations of the study’s variables.
The current study suggests a couple of recommendations, such as providing teachers with enough feedback on the characteristics, which according toleaders, are necessary for each teacher. Besides, organizing workshops to train teachers and make them familiar with the required characteristics for a successful educational mission.

The research aims to study the reality of agricultural crops in Diyala Governorate in 2016. The areas cultivated with different agricultural crops in 2016 were studied. The size of these areas was about 7074000 dunums of the total size of arable lands. The agricultural crops were divided into three agricultural types in addition to livestock breeding. The cultivated areas in these types varied between the administrative units in the governorate. This spatial variability was due to natural and human factors that were referred to in the research body. The study depended on the data of the Directorate of Agriculture of Diyala concerning the cultivated areas. The study adopted the method of comparison and analysis of the variation of cultivated area

The study sample consisted of (60) teachers and schools in the middle stage with 30 teachers and 30 schools who continued to serve for the academic year (2017-2018). They were selected randomly. To achieve the research objective, a questionnaire was prepared with 54 paragraphs Distributed over six areas:
The researcher used the survey questionnaire and the previous studies in preparing the tool to meet the conditions of numbers in validity, honesty and stability. The researcher used statistical means to analyze the data, such as: the equation of the weighted mean to find the severity of the paragraph, the double test for two differences between the groups, For the extraction of stability, and percentage, and the most prominent results of the research:
1. There are a number of problems with the teaching of Arabic language in the intermediate stage from the point of view of teachers and teachers.
2. There is a statistically significant difference between the responses of the teachers on the one hand and the teachers on the other hand.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following:
. 1.Train teachers to use modern and interesting teaching methods, and avoid old methods that do not care about the active participation of students.
. 2.The possibility of benefiting from the results of the study in the development of Arabic language teaching.
. 3.Helps curriculum planners (textbook) to take into account the recommendations during the course of the curriculum

There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average level students who experimental group studying material history of Europe and America modern and contemporary to conform to the form Ideal and the average level students the control group who are studying the same article, the usual way to test the dimensional analytical thinking.
2- There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who were studying material history of Europe and America modern and contemporary to conform to the form in the two applications Ideal pre and post test analytical thinking.

3- There is no difference is statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the control group students who were studying material history of Europe and America modern and contemporary in the usual way in the two applications for pre and post test analytical thinking
To achieve this, the researcher adopted the experimental design of the part-tuning a two designs (experimental and control) and test analytical thinking.

year (2015-2016), which were selected from the Karkh schools Qsidia third
Tkavo researcher conducted between the two sets of search variables the following : ( degrees history of the previous academic year 2014-2015 , the IQ test , test tribal analytical thinking , academic achievement for parents ) and using the Chi square test and the test Altaia.
And that the number of her students (70 students) by (35) student experimental group taught to conform to the form Ideal, and (35) a student of the control group according to ordinary method.
Independent equal to the number of samples found that there were no statistically significant differences between the groups in these variables at the level of significance (0.05).
Having identified the researcher subject to be studied in the experiment, the first three chapters of the book of the history of Europe and America Contemporary scheduled to be taught to students in the fifth grade literary academic year (2015-2016), drafted a researcher behavioral targets, the number is (121) target included six levels of classification Bloom (bloom), (knowledge, comprehension, application, installation, analysis, evaluation), and then prepared lesson plans for the experimental and control groups, and offered a model of which a group of specialists to ensure their validity.
Researcher experience at the beginning of the first semester began on Monday, 12-10- 2015, the researcher studied both groups on their own, at the end of the experiment test dish dimensional analytical thinking on the two sets of search on Thursday, 14 -1-2016, it turned out as follows:-
1- After the correct answers to students and using Altaia test for two independent samples of equal number show superiority of students in the experimental group to the control group in average test scores analytical thinking and thus rejects the hypothesis.
2- After finding the difference between the scores of students in the experimental group in the two applications for pre and post test analytical thinking and using Altaia test of interrelated samples show that the result statistically significant for post-test and thus reject the null hypothesis.
3- After finding the difference between the scores of students in the control group two applications pre and post , and the use of Altaia test of interrelated two samples show that the result is not statistically significant

The aim of this research is to identify “The Effect of Using SWOM Strategy for Second Grade Intermediate Students Attainment in Student of Biology”. The researchers conducted an experiment on one of the schools in Governorate of Diyala during the second academic semester 2016-2017. The partial metering with post-test has been chosen. The sample was chosen randomly with (76 male and female students) at fourth High school stage divided into two sections about (38 students) in each section at Fatimah School for girls in which section (B) represented the experimental group and section (A) represented the control group after equaling them statistically according to variables of chronical age in months, intelligence, pre-test, and scientific thinking. The last three chapters of biology book have been chosen and behavioral aims werelimited and lesson plans. All were shown to jury of experts in Methodology.
The data were treated statistically using statistical means like Pearson Correlation Coefficient and T-Test. The results showed superiority of experimental group students in attainment test. According to the results the researchers recommend implementing SWOM Strategy in teaching material of Biology and inserting it within Methodology curricula at Colleges, Educational Institutions, and train teachers on how to use this strateg

This research in “The Sematic Techniques and Its Effect on Producing Short Story” in series of (Alsmat wal Sada) (Silence and Echo) for the Narrator Salah Zankana. The research was done according to analytical descriptive method, introduction, and three sections. The introduction included the concept of sematic techniques and its effect on Iraqi short story. The first section discussed the study of (the scene as part of drama scenes, imagery scene, and dialogue scene). The second section discussed the study of (the movement of the camera and the poeticalness of the shot). The third section discussed the study of (formation) followed by results of study, references, and bibliography.

The main goal of the current research is to recognize the effect of the strategy of dangling paintings on the development of reading skills in third grade pupils for the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample of the study consisted of two groups: the experimental group consists of 30 pupils and a control group includes 30 pupils. The researcher utilized the achievement test as a tool of this research, consisting of (17) test items, 10 multiple choice items are distributed over the first question. The third question included two word order items to form a useful sentence, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group who studied according to the strategy of the pendent posters in the achievement test.
The researcher concluded the following:
1 - The use of the strategy of pendent posters has a role in the development of reading skills in the primary third grade pupils.
2 - Primary third grade pupils are in need of modern methods of teaching in the development of reading skills.
3 - The strategy of pendent posters has proved effective in the field in which it was applied.
4. The traditional way of teaching reading does not stimulate students' motivation for learning.
5. It is easy to develop the reading skills in primary third grade pupils through the use of modern educational strategies.
6 - Using the strategy of pendent posters helps to provide an appropriate and interesting educational environment for the development of reading skills among primary third grade pupils

The current research aims to identify the effect of the strategy of classification matrix in the achievement of the primary school students / fifth grade in the material of reading and texts. To achieve this aim, the researcher formulated the following zero hypothesis:
There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and the mean scores of the students of the control group in the post-achievement test.
The researcher adopted the experimental approach as it is the most suitable approach for the aim, hypothesis, nature of the problem and procedures. The research community is limited to the primary school students in Diyala governorate (fifth graders). Because of the large size of the researcher's society and because of the nature of the experimental research, which requires the researcher to choose a representative sample for the research society, the researcher chose a sample of the research society and in a deliberate manner and it was two sections of the fifth grade of the primary. This sample consisted of (60) pupils from Al- Ameen Primary School who were distributed on two sections. In an intentional manner section (A) was chosen to represent the experimental group and it consisted of (30) pupils, while section (B) was chosen to represent the control group which included (30) pupils as well. Before the beginning of the experiment, the researcher was keen on conducting the equivalence procedures between the two groups of the research in the variables (pupil’s age, the grades of the previous year in the Arabic language and the academic achievements of the pupils’ parents). Then, the researcher prepared the research requirements by defining the scientific material and the behavioral goals for the topics that will be studied by the researcher during the period of the experiment, which adopted the first three levels of the level of knowledge of Bloom’s classification. He prepared the necessary plans for both groups. He prepared the necessary plans for the experimental group according to the strategy of the classification matrix while he prepared the necessary plans for the control group according to the usual method.
The researcher prepared an achievement test for subjects that were studied during the period of the experiment which lasted for the first course of the academic year 2018 -2019. The test included (20) experimental items of the type of thematic items (multiple choice) as they help the pupils to answer clearly and as they are categorized by the objectivity and economy of time and effort and have high psychometric characteristics.
The researcher verified the validity and consistency of the test by presenting it to a group of experts, using a number of statistical methods and extracting a number of psychometric characteristics of the items of the test by experimenting them with a selected exploratory sample from the community of the research.
Before the end of the period of the experiment, he applied the post achievement test to the experimental and control groups. After collecting the data and analyzing them statistically by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the students of the experimental group showed superiority of the experimental group to the students in the control group. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations to the concerned authorities

The language of the Quranic expression is described as renewable, expanding to a wide range of semantic levels according to the values of its structures. These structures vary in terms of employment dimensions, which are derived by the recipient through the nature of the context and the ways of its formation. Hence, the research in the context of the Qur'anic expression is associated with linguistic ramifications in reference to semantic contents. These contents are related to the values which raise the recipient's sense of beauty and develop his literary taste. This contributes to the production of his/her structures in a way that suits his uniqueness in expression. The Qur'anic context has semantic spaces that are exposed through the textual data and the possibilities afforded by the horizons of picturing and its aesthetic motives that draw the different conditions of human beings. According to this, this research aims to trace the context and to analyze the reflections of psychological dimension to which his/her pictorial units tends, and the implications of the aesthetic nature in picturizing feelings and emotions. Also, it aims to show the conditions of the human beings through the various modes of picturizing context in three levels of search:
The first topic: (psychological picturizing through the appearance of colors). It is based on the fact that the color is a psychological speech embodies the psychological transformations and expresses the feeling that is referred to it.
The second topic: (the decline of psychological meanings through the movements of the body). This is because these movements inherent self-significance and internal feeling which makes it an external language (sensual) that explain an internal implication (Psychological). The third topic: (psychological meanings formations by the effects of sound inspiration). It examines the functions of sound and its implications of psychological meanings, as the sound is the substance of the soul and its formations include the entries and is closely related to psychological meanings and expressions

Health care service is one of the most important sectors that is related to human development .It is a set of preservation services that preserve people from infection or diseases if they are applied properly through regular health checking , first aid , human health care and healthy food supply .
This research aims to find out the actual health care at AL-Mansooriah Health center due to the growth of population , the details of the health center in this district , the troubles or the obstacles they come across in this district .It also shows to what extent the people are satisfied with this service , and to what extent this sector meets their needs .
This research has concluded that there is a difference in distributing the quantity of services in the district ,besides , the lack of its medical staff ,the lack of their efficiency .

The study examined the physical and chemical properties of soils and their analysis and the most significant spatial relations in many environmental phenomena’s in the District of Bani Saad. The researcher relied on office and field work, and found that the area of study has a different variant (20) types of soil samples conducting on them chemical and physical analysis. The study of the geological composition of the area of study shows that it is a modern sediment from the four-year period which is part of the sediment of the sedimentary plain. The classification of land according to its productivity, depending on the 1975 Iraqi classification of the production capacity classified the soil of the area of study within the first five varieties and dealt with the most important environmental problems affecting the soil, including the problem of salinity, erosion, soil poverty and desertification, and the soils were classified according to the American classification(FAO) for Iraqi soil including the area of study.

This study aims at 1- investigating the communicative functions of illocutionary forms of the prophets and every day ritual supplications 2-showing the different types of supplications 3- the difference in terminology between the Muslims and Christians. It is hypnotized that 1- there are different illocutionary forms used by the supplicant to communicate with His Lord. 2-different illocutionary forms are controlled by the several situations and psychological feelings to convey his message to His God .
Data of this work is collected from supplications of the prophets in Qur'an and every day supplications of (Al- Nawawy ) reference. After analyzing data, the study has come up with some results that supplication in Islam has a lot of communicative functions , such as request , address, thank ,praise , repentance , worship, which has proven the hypothesis (1) there are different illocutionary forms used by the supplicant to communicate with His Lord . Muslims from time to time ask God to increase their faith to forgive them for their sins or pertaining to the world or to increase in wealth, or to be cured from diseases, or to be granted more children, this proves hypothesis (2) which says different illocutionary forms are controlled by the supplicant's situation
