The phenomenon of domestic violence is one of the widespread social phenomena, it is a world-wide phenomenon and despite the increase of contrast between one country and another, the suffering is the same everywhere. Violence is the use of illegal force by an adult in the family against the other individuals The domestic violence is one of the most dangerous ways of human rights violations. The subject of juvenile delinquents is considered one of the serious and important topics in the current time, with mounting danger in case it is neglected and it is regarded important because it is related directly or indirectly, to half the population of the community, who are the young and juvenile who will take the responsibility of community building and leading in the future. The problem of juvenile delinquency is one of the serious problems that society faces, especially in light of the marked increase in the rates of juvenile delinquency which requires addressing this problem and find out the reasons leading to it. The current research aims to identify the domestic violence and its relationship to juvenile delinquency. The research instrument is applied on a sample of (100) juvenile delinquents (70) males and (30) females were included search tool two sections the first section contains personal information consisting of (18 questions) and the Department of the other contains data for domestic violence, has reached the researchers to following results: -1 - All guests were subjected to domestic violence, which caused the deviation events .2 - the social status of the family is the main cause of juvenile delinquency. 3 - level of education your parents has an impact on juvenile delinquency .4 - accumulation of family members in one family, as well as cruel treatment made from this category deviate from Guanyin society. 5 - loss of parents or one of them is the main reason for the deviation of juvenile delinquency and the role of Baz in the formation of the child's personality and assistant to cope with life. As a complement to search the current researchers have found a set of recommendations: -1 - Work to increase awareness of family, through the intensification of programs for the family and the child through various media .2 - stimulating events to obey their parents and listen to their advice and guidance 3 - activation of dialogue and debate between members Alasrhlaata events the opportunity to express their views and work to meet their needs. 4 - Coordination with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and other relevant bodies on the work of children and preventing children from work is not nine years old for any reason The researchers suggested a number of research, including: -1 - make comparative studies between male and female events to find out the factors leading to delinquency. 2 - a study on the impact of community on children in prisons Molodn 3 - a study similar to the current study dealing with the other variables

This Research is dealing with the foundations and characteristics of the Agreement of Morocco- 1994 (World Trade Organization Treaty- WTO treaty), and we concluded that :
1- The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade GATT-1947) which created integral organs, that we (termed ((an innominate international organization)) developed to WTO-1994 .
2- The WTO treaty, is , to protect and observe of the commerce, industry, and hegemony of a super- state and developed countries in all over the world .
3- The WTO treaty does not contain the following matters: foreign debts, the effective responsibility or sanction, and the other kinds of damage or harm, such as, environmental harm.
4- The WTO treaty having the following characteristics:
A- a dual nature: conventional - constitutional. B - a dual rules in framework of multilateral treaty. C - No Reservations. D- Soft law in frame work of hard law. E-Its(( obligations, are, bilateral not collective in nature, in other words, are not of the interdependent or “ all or nothing “” type, also, are not part of Jus cogens or obligations erga omnes (common or collective interest ) 5- The principles of International Commerce must be consist with the fundamental principles of International Law.

This study discussed a subject of great importance to the practical level, namely, to challenge the decisions of assessment work injuries, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act, through the three sections discussed in the first, the concept of work-related injury in the second part, the appeal of the administrative decisions of the assessment work injuries examined in the third, including the appeal judicial decisions of the assessment work injury, the study showed that this matter is still uncertain given the lack of specialized studies and the absence of an integrated legal system of the subject also found a number of recommendations concerning the status of specific provisions for appeal against decisions of the assessment work injuries at both the administrative or judicial.

The airplanes which carry people face kidnapping actions done by a person or group of people and changing their directions. The motive of the kidnapping may be political or sometimes personal. In either way the kidnapping is described as a criminal act which is contrary to the international legality and this is the legal basis of the crime and the kidnapper will be criminally responsible. The kidnapping act is fulfilled when the kidnapper is on the airplane and when he changes the direction of it. Since the airplane kidnapping is an act which must be punished on, the kidnapper must be arrested and judged according to the article (2) from the convention of Lahay for the year 1970. The contracting state must make a vow to make the crime be punished on, and if the state on which the airplane has land doesn’t want to judge the kidnapper, it must surrender him to the state which wants to judge him according to the rules of criminals surrendering.

The Arab revolutions that began in late 2010 resulted in the fall of many political regimes in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen, which gave the impression of the beginning of a new phase in the regional system based on the adoption of the principle of peaceful transfer of power and the rule of free elections in determining the legitimacy of the regime. The crime of immigrant smuggling is defined as; enabling a person to leave illegally the country where he/she lives for political, economical or social reasons or enabling a person to enter illegally to the territory of another country, or enabling him/her to stay there illegally. The crime of immigrant smuggling must have three basic cornerstones; the material, the moral and the place of the crime (the person/persons it targets). As for the material cornerstone; it is achieved with the existence of one of the following demeanors; 1-Arranging the illegal entrance of a person to the territory of the country. 2-Arranging the illegal stay of a person on the territory of the country. 3-Arranging the illegal departure of a person to the territory of another country. 4-Forge a travel document or falsified ID, issuing it, arranging getting it or bearing it. The moral cornerstone is represented by the criminal intention which is based on two factors; knowledge and will. As for the target of the crime; the person must be alive. The crime of immigrant smuggling has many characteristics; it is deliberate, continuous and targeting persons. Despite the common features between this crime and other similar crimes such as salve trading and cheating, yet it is distinguished with special characteristics. As for the penal sequences resulted from the criminal responsibility of immigrant smuggling, it is represented by determining the punishment, it's intensifying & forgiving conditions. There are three types of punishment; the original which represented by jail ,prison or fine .the sequent which follows the indicted with the power of law without the need to mention it in the sentence issued by the court and the complementary which does not follow the indicted if not clearly mentioned in the sentence issued by the court. The intensifying conditions are represented by; committing the crime by organized groups, having multiple criminals, bearing arms, committing the crime repeatedly, using others' names and features as covers to commit the crime, and the criminal's characteristics. While the forgiving apologies are; preserving the family relations and encouraging relieving the smuggled person. Based on the above mentioned, we reached some conclusions; 1-The criminal demeanor that consists the material cornerstone is represented by arranging the illegal entrance, departure & stay in the territory of a state while is moral cornerstone is represented by the criminal intention as it is a deliberate crime targeting an alive person. 2-It is subjected from the place specialization point of view to the conclusive specialization. 3-The penal legislations organizing the rules for this crime approved the punishment of prison, jail and fine with consideration of the gradual application of law in determining it, i.e. it did not approve a one limit punishment for this crime. 4-The penal legislations arranging the rules for this crime mentioned intensifying conditions such as committing the crime by organized groups …etc and forgiving apologies such as preserving family relations and encouraging relieving the smuggled person.
