Firstly, we thank Almighty Allah that Sheikh Asifi
has come back home healthy after a long journey of
treatment. It is worth saying that he has been working in
knowledge field for more than seventy years.
The article is an analytic review for the above verse
(7:201) which the Sheikh deals with, through an accurate
gnostic study, in three topics:
First: () where he discusses the full meaning of Godfearingness
and its features.
Second: Visitation of Satan (insinuation). Here he
embodies it in away that the reader can realize it directly.
Third: The faithful remembering of Allah which leads
the believer to the right way in this life and winning
mercy in the Hereafter.

The article deals with a linguistic phenomenon
in the Qur'anic style which is the "sequence of
references". The writer tries to collect the ideas of
the main linguists of Arabic language who studied
it thoroughly. It exposes this phenomenon in the
Qur'anic text and focusses on its syntactical and
grammatical distinguished features. Meanwhile
the writer, here, concentrates on the significance of
this phenomenon and its effect on the significance
of the Qur'anic text. As a result, the article includes
all different sides of this phenomenon.

Al-Missbah had begun in its nineteenth edition with a publication of a sentence written by the late scholar investigator Muhammad Hadi Maarifa and did not publish it. And here we are, we are publishing another valuable scientific research, provided that we reject the students of the sciences of the Qur’an, unless God Almighty wills.

While presenting SuratAr-Rahman, the writer
simplifies many different important matters like
whether the Sura had been revealed in Makkah
or Madina and which choice is the correct. Many
historical events like Al-Hudaibiyyah truce are
referred to support his idea.
Another discussion and refutation to a silly idea by
a so-called documenting historian are presented in
the article. It says that SuratAr-Rahman is a fabricated
work done by the false prophet, Museilamah the liar
and others.
The article also highlights the miraculous style of
the Qur'an in the Sura through a linguistic study (i.e)
the secret behind the repetition of the verse many
times ( ). Finally conclusions and a list of references
depended on are mentioned.

Manifestations of inferential meanings: The Qur’anic meaning is characterized by its highness with the rationality of its speech, its connection with the minutes of a person’s conscience and feelings, its effects are rooted, and its connotations prevail in a statement and an influential appearance in the addresser regardless of his intellectual belief and psychological motives.

The article studies the rhetoric reasons which
resulted in changing prepositions in some Qur'anic
verses as a miraculous feature of the Qur'an. However
two verses seem similar in most of their words but
differ in some others. Or a word comes in a verse but
is replaced by another one in similar verse in words.
Thus the article studies the rhetoric significance of
this replacement paying attention to the miraculous
composition of the words, the good eloquence and
beauty of utterance. As a result the two words occupy
their suitable correct position. Twenty examples are
given from the Holy Qur'an to support the idea and
finally conclusions are mentioned.

In the article, the writer collects all what
Muhammed bin Yousif narrated on authority
of the Imams who are buried in Al-Baqee'
cemetery in Al-Madina. He concludes that Ibn
Hayan, unlike other interpreters, does not feel
embarrassed to narrate via Ahlul-Bayt as some
do bigotedly or disdainfully. This is why his book
(Al-Bahr Al-Muheet) is considered one of the best
scientifically dependable ones on interpretation
after Al-Razi's (Mefateeh Al-Gheib). The article
consists of a preface, four topics and a conclusion.

Thearticle deals with an important subject in the
modern Islamic ideology. Through studying the verse
of compulsion (Al-Ikrah) (i.e.) (2:256) it is proved
that the Holy Qur'an legislates the right to choose the
religious belief. The article also refutes abrogating
the above-mentioned verse with verse of sword and
fighting (to convert to Islam). Within the article,
there is another refutation to the claim that the verse
(2:256) was limited to the people of the Book or
others exclusively according to reasons of revelation.
Wide discussion about the ideas of different Muslim
and non-Muslim Qur'an interpreters as well as
orientalist and Arabscholars.
Moreover, the article discusses fully the issue
of apostasy from Islam which demands killing an
apostate Muslim. The writer criticizes and analyses it
widely whether it is accepted or rejected referring to
the judgment of blasphemy in other religious. Finally,
conclusions and glossary of references and resources
are mentioned.

Here the writer tries to explain the
declensional deviation of some words in
the Holy Qur'an which was intended to
change the meaning. That ia a grammatical
type like praising and dispraising and
specialization style.
The writer adopts such title to be away
from the theory of the effecting element
(in grammar) and the effected one in
order not to misunderstand.

The article studies the Qur'anic text in Surat
Al-Kawthar linguistically (i.e.) showing its
structural and aesthetical abilities away from
applying the modern western stylistic criteria on
the Qur'anic text. It focusses on the privacy of
the text as it deals with the sender, receiver and
the message. It also concentrates on the stylistic
concepts and applications of the Arabic rhetoric
heritage. Finally speaking the article consists of
the four linguistic levels:
- the phonetic level.
- the morphological level.
- the grammatical level.
- the semantic level.

The article deals with a historical-religious issue.
That is the divine order which Prophet Abraham
(p.b.u.h.) received in a dream to slaughter his son and
how Abraham (p.b.u.h.) responded to it. Then how the
slaughtered had been sacrificed with aram instead.
It is worth mentioning that the article is very
important because it shows a comparison between
the claim of the Torah (which represents Jews' idea),
the Gospels (which represent Christians' idea) and the
Holy Qur'an which does not declare the name of the
slaughtered directly. But narrations on authority of
the Prophet, the Infallible Imams and the Companions
(of the Prophet) declare the truth. Undoubtedly they
refer to the slaughtered as Ishmael (p.b.u.h.). To show
facts, the writer divides the article into three topics
and a conclusion. All evidences are quoted from the
Torah, Gospels and Qur'an.

The article focusses on ethics and good
behaviours which the Holy Qur'an refers to in
Surat Al-Mutefifeen (The Defrauders) while
dealing with others. Here the writer simplifies
the significance of defraud which Almighty
Allah forbids and stresses on punishing the
doer. Meanwhile the Prophet and Imam Ali
(p.b.u.t.) also stress on prohibiting it because it
brings good community down, the writer goes
on saying.
Finally, the writer turns to the rulers and
politicians of our present time and how they
adopt (defraud) in dealing with nations in
general and Iraqis in particular.

It is a descriptive analytic article studying
esteem of man as decided by the Holy Qur'an.
The main result the writer concludes is that
dignity is divided into "self-esteem" and
"acquired esteem". Each one of them has
different expressions.
Self-esteem is represented by subjecting
everything in the universe to be of service to
man and granted him mind, knowledge and
readiness to accept divine guardianship. As for
acquired esteem, it is represented by the endless
graces sent by Allah from heaven and earth.

The researcher tries to focus on the Qur’anic discourse by studying a comprehensive stylistic study. She dealt with the Qur’anic discourse on women as a model for research.
The research dealt with the beginning of the concept of discourse among the ancients and modernists, with an explanation of the problematic surrounding this concept among the modernists.
Then the researcher spoke about the levels of the Qur’anic discourse for women, including direct speech and hidden (indirect) discourse, which we find that they come in parallel with the man’s speech, and the research proved that the Holy Qur’an has many methods in addressing women. There is the direct method, the narrative style, commandments, description, and dialogue And controversy, and so on, depending on the Quranic verses that pertain to this area.

It is a philosophic deductive article talking
about issues like (beauty and charity, evil
and ugliness) which are widely discussed by
ancient, Qur'an and modern philosophies.
The writer studies their meanings gradually
according to those philosophic theories
till he reaches their meanings in the Holy
Qur'anQur'an. In a fantastic discussion, he
discusses ideas of the scholar interpreter
Muhammed Hussein Al-Tabtabaii and
concludes fundamentals of good doing and
merits of the good-doer and bad-doer.

The Holy Qur’an is the greatest miracle, and the first legislative source for various sciences and arts. The scholars have unanimously agreed that it contains abrogated and abrogated, decisive and similar, absolute and restricted, general and clear, general and specific, and it is an explanation of everything.
