The issue of the (interior meanings of the Qur’an) is
considered one of the argumentative ones in researches
of exegesis and interpretation. Some deny the authentic
evidences to prove them, others exaggerate proving
them at the expense of the external meanings while
others stress on the necessity to understand the different
interior meanings of the Qur’an.
The writer touches on the idea of the interior meaning
of the Qur’an and the evidences that prove it and showing
their meanings . He also shows two trends of originating
them:
- The cognitive trend.
- The existential trend.
While discussing them, he clarifies that each trend
results in different adaptations of the interior meanings
and their origins.

The study tries to examine the significances of
(voicing) and (devoicing); the origin of setting them
and how exegetical and interpretative semantic
remarks appeared later. Definitely they reflect clearly
the miraculous style in the Holy Qur’an.
The article aims at clarifying the following points:
• The Holy Qur’an brought a new ideology to the
Arabs using their own words.
• The Holy Qur’an is a miracle in meanings and
words.
• The Qur’anic context adds a semantic dimension
to the lexical meaning of a word beside its
legislative and interpretive meaning.

Many of our sons and youths ignore the fact of
the children of Israel and their history. The article
sheds light on the identity of (Israel ) and his children,
who the prophets were and what their scriptures
were. The writer deals with those matters briefly.
He, furthermore, studies the history of the children
of Israel from Prophet Jacob (p.b.u.h.) to (Joshua
bin Noon) . Then he mentions the prophets of the
children of Israel and their Books.
In another topic, the writer talks about Prophet
Moses ( p.b.u.h.), his time, call to his people and their
journey to Palestine. All those are dealt with through a
truthful Qur’anic vision which talks about this history
in details in many suras and verses.

The article studies a linguistic and eloquent art called
by ancient exegetes and eloquence scholars “Directed
Speech“ by which scholars study multi-significance in a
text. I have divided my article into three axes . In the first
one I deal with the item of directed speech examining
the ancient scholars who used it and showing how they
comprehend it through their definitions and examples.
It is worthy saying that the ancient scholars in the
Arab heritage used other idioms instead of the term (the
directed speech). The article also shows the difference
between them .While the second axis deals with the main
Qur’anic texts including the directed speech depending
on the ideas of the exegetes in discovering the probable
significances in them and the reasons behind the multiple
meanings in a text. As for the third axis it includes a
conclusion and the main results.
