This study spotting the light on the connotation of the
word (Alwelayah) clarification compatible with the linguistic
results of meanings using hermeneutical approach, which
is taking on concern the lexical meanings of the Central
Words in the texts, and indicating all the meanings which the
context holds without changing, but recognizing the context
consistency which would give it new meanings which may not
being recognized in earlier works.
Therefore, we will concentrate on the meanings of
Alwelayah which Almighty Allah Has given to Imam Ali bin
Abu Talib peace be upon him, after the Nobelist prophet
Mohammed peace be upon him and his family.

In this research I discussed the event of Al-Ghadeer
from a Quranic vision, interrogating the opinions of the
commentators of the two doctrine, and focusing on three
verses specialised on this matter (the verse of Altabligh/
to deliver ˹the message˺, the verse of Ekmal Aldeen/the
faith completion, the verse of Alsa-el/ the questioner), and
discussing their opinions.
In the other hand, I did my best to present this humble
work and wish to benefit from it in this world and hereafter,
{And my success is not but through Allah. Upon Him I haverelied, and to Him I return}.

This research presents the narrations of eight of the
Companions regarding the revelation of the Almighty’s verse: ( بلغ ما انزل اليك )
Then mentions the reason for its revelation
among some other sects, and concludes with the opinion of
the Imamiyyah with some comments related to the research.

Since the Qur’anic text aims to persuasion and influence,
while the receiver has taken position the middle between
Interpretation and elucidation due to rule as a reflection for the
communication process and an example of communication,
but at some point the text change from one context to another
on purpose to alert the receiver and obtain his attention to
the importance of the context which the text moved to it all
of sudden, and for this reason the (unexpected) is the reason
behind the sudden change, which will help the receiver to
connect with the text and paying attention to the details,
because breaking the expectation process was a result for
the Innovative Contingency and not the regular expected )
Expected from oneself(.
For sure, the importance of the text does not come being a
news text bringing us amount of information, but the mission/
purpose of the text is to make us interact with it, and take
inspiration for new matters from it, that break our expectation
since there is an inverse relationship between the expectation
and the surprise that resulted from the unexpected on the
other hand, and if the expectation ratio increase the surprise
ration decrease.
Communication and influence process between the
text and the receiver based on the interact of the receiver
and the quality of his reception for the text signs which are
enlightening him, and this happens when the reader spotting
in the text body an unexpected stylistic action, unexpected
acceptability of evidence, contextual surprises, or when you
change the direction of the text into different course suddenly
to break it’s expectation horizon, because the method of
surprise or astonishment has the ability to attract and intrigue
the recipient.
Therefore, the two verses of Al-Ghadeer in Surat-Almaeda
has been revealed in two different contexts from the content
of the two verses on purpose to obtain the attention of the
reader and breaking his expectations and then surprise him
with their content which is different than the previous and
subsequent contexts for the importance of this incident and
the need to spotting the lights on it.

The main idea of this research is about to know the word
(Almawla) and its correspondings to referring to the Wilayah/
leadership of commander of the faithful Imam Ali peace be upon
him in the Tafseer/interpretations books of the Sunnis, since those
books mentioned important scenes in the history of Bay'at Al-
Ghadeer and it's events, even though some of the Sunnis tried to
doubt and misinterpret the events on purpose to divert this virtue.
In spite of Allah above, and after willing on the power of
the almighty Allah I was able to monitor solutions and ideas
to support the idea of the research through referring to the
major authentic classic and modern interpertions, and the
research included; an introduction, a preface, three topics,
tailed with a summary for the important points of the research.

and due to that the importance of this research appeared as a
hidden study for the Andalusian history, and due to the necessity
required by the nature of the research, the study was organized
as following; an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.
The first topic studied the event of Al-Ghadeer in the historical
narrations, and the second topic was organized to spotting the
light on the embodiment of Al-Ghadeer event in the Quranic
interpretation, especially among the Andalusian commentators,
and the conclusion presents the findings of the research.
the researcher followed The Historical Method which
is based on linking historical events with each other; on
purpose of reaching reliable results, by relying on the analysis
of historical narrations, and reading the interpretation of the
Quranic verses related to the Al-Ghadeer event according to
what is accurate and objective in order to obtain a realistic
reading for historical events and facts.

This study is about the concept of Quotation in language
and idiom sciences, and clarifying it’s aesthetic and semantic
functions, and showing the main topics which the sermon
of Alghadeer mentioned, and then studying the quotation
practically and explaining the depth of it’s impact on the
receiver of the text considering their varieties.

Ghadeer-Khum is one of the Motwater/frequent hadith
which was known by near and far inside the Islamic nation. It
is indeed a hadith for divine call, hadith of perfection of faith,
completion of grace, and satisfaction of Allah for the religion
which He revealed to our noble prophet, and therefore it is
an indisputable hadith, because the event of Al-Ghadeer if
known to everyone among the adversaries and the believers
of the event.
It was unanimously agreed that the Messenger may
Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his family
decided to go for Hajj on the tenth year of Hijri Islamic
calendar, and proclaimed to the people the hajj, and great
number of Al-Medina citizens followed him on the journey to
the hajj which was called the Farewell Hajj. Also, unknown
number of groups of people joined him that no one except
Allah Almighty knows their amount. Some historians have
tried to count these masses, but in vain.
Therefore, I tried in this humble search to spot the light
on the Quran verses which were revealed on this occasion,
considering the reason, place, and time of the verse revelation,
interpretations of the verse, words of the verse and their
meanings, and determining meanings of some special words
like; the word (Alyawmdue : اليوم today) and its significance
due to the different interpretations of it, using the synergy
of meaning and contextual evidence of the Quranic verses
and the reasons for their revelation, as well as refuting the
opinions that against the rightful facts and strengthen the
right opinion.
The nature of the research necessitated to base the
search on three topics starting with introduction about the
event of Ghadeer-Khum, and a conclusion included the most
important findings of the search.
In the first topic I discussed the (verse: 67) from Surat
Al-Ma’idah, and in the second topic I studied: (verse: 3) from
Surat Al-Ma’idah.
In the third topic emphasis on the entitlement of the
Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali peace be upon him to
Alwelayah/rule using of the first verse of Surat Al-Maarij.
On this search I have relied on several resources and
references represented by books of interpretation of all
schools of thought, language books, and Arabic dictionaries.

It is no secret that the imamate is one of the important
issues on which the leadership of Muslims and the legislative
and political authority is built after the Messenger of God,
may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
Therefore, this research sheds light on the central issue of
the Imamate in two important verses on which the public and
private sons of the Ahl al-Bayt school and the followers of
the Caliphs school relied in proving their claims in this issue.
We have chosen the most important interpretations of the
two groups to make a comparison between them in order to
know the significance of the two verses on the centrality of the
Imamate with an interpretive view. An analytical comparison
between two important interpretations of two sciences from
the media of the Islamic nation are Al-Tabataba’i and Al-Razi.

The oriental researches have taken an important role in
the history of Muslims, and those researches were positioned
as a path to be followed by those whom interested in the
Islamic affairs.
Among those researches concentrated on studying the
incidents and facts that had an impact on changing the course
of the reality of political Islam, and one of the main event was
the allegiance (Ghadeer-Khum) which was announced by the
prophet Mohammed(PBUH) to position Imam Ali bin Abu
Talib (PBUH) as a caliph of Muslims at the farewell Hajj/
Hajjatul-wada’ at the tenth year of Hijri.
This announcement and the allegiance followed had
caused a wide echo among the Muslims at that time.
However, it was repealed later, and the event of Al-
Ghadeer has become an event that distinguishes Shiites from
other Muslims throughout the ages.
Therefore, this incident took a good place in the studies
of orientalists from various fields.
This study recalling the impact of the Quranic text, and
the approach between it and the hadith text of the Succession/
Caliphate of Muslims through the Allegiance of Al-Ghadeer
in a clear orientalist vision.

The issue of the Imamate was and still is the aspiration for
the attention and remembrance of the educated and Islamic
commentators since ages.
Then, the scholars of Islam were divided into two major
groups the Shiites and Sunnis.
all the Shiites groups agreed on defining the Imamate by text,
but the Sunni groups agreed on the statement of allegiance and
the consensus of the people of mind and authority in this matter.
The Shiite groups were not the same on the matter of
announcing the Imam approach; some of them believed in
announcement through hidden/secret text, and some said that
the imam is not infallible, and among them was the Twelver
Shiites whom believe that the presence of the Imam is proven
because the Imamate ,(اللطف) through the rational rule Allutf
is an extension of prophethood.
Also, in presenting the proof of the Imamate with this
rational rule, they also prove the infallibility and the text
on the Imam from Allah and the Messengers, depending on
reason and transmission.
