The research plan consists of three demands the first
one: the status of (jihad and money) in the Holy Qura'n the
second one: about the importance of money in the Holy
Qura'n and the third one: it was about the importance of
jihad with money in the Holy Qura'n and a conclusion and a
list of sources.

The research carried a new vision in the function of
the tool (either) in Arabic grammar I do not claim that it is
innovative in its entirety but I sought to collect what the
grammarians said about its functions in general and to
reach a unified conclusion that the tool (either) carries the
meaning of detail not the condition and that the meaning
of the condition is not compatible with it nor with the nature
of the conditional structure; Therefore the research was
divided into two sections the first of which I mentioned the
grammatical functions of the tool (as) for the grammarians
and I transferred it as they have it to show their position
on it and as for the other topic it was proven that this tool
is unconditional relying on some Qura'nic texts and the
opinions of some careful grammarians With a modern
vision that respects the old and searches for the new.

This research deals with the interpretation of a Qur'anic
verse: Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the
last day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah
and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not
adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the
Scripture [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while
they are humbled. It is the twenty-ninth verse of Surat
al-Tawbah and it is one of the civil Surahs except for two
verses in which commentators disagreed. However the
word jizyah is mentioned only once in the Holy Qur'an. The
main issue on which the research focuses is the review
of the interpretations of the Imami Shiites in particular
and the foundations from which they departed and the
evidence they adopted in their exegesis and at the same
time the researcher tries to make a comparison between
the exegesis represented in explaining the aspects of
divergence and convergence in the interpretation of
this verse as we found that there are four aspects in its
interpretation among them those who said that the people
of the Book had approved their false religion by taking the
jizya while others interpreted as a sanctity for their parents and their ancestors others believe that the tax is not a
compulsion but rather in return for a benefit that Islam has
offered them and the last interpretation was it is paid be
exempted from fighting and enslavement acknowledging
their religion and hence were allowed to live in the state
of Islam feeling safe about themselves and their money.
It is worth noting that this research aims to study the real
reasons behind that difference of commentators especially
the ancient and contemporary in their view of the word
jizyah and its implications.

Semantics is one of the most important sciences that
helps us to understand the words and concepts of the
Qur›an accurately. And in the semantic studies of the Qur'an
we must analyze its language - that is Arabic words in order
to find its way into the heart of the verses and words and
depending on our scope drink the clarity of its teachings.
The word “Hatta” has been used twice and in the same
position in the Qur'an. Due to the ambiguity regarding the
meaning of this word in the Qur'an the purpose of this
article is to use a descriptive-analytical method based on
a semantic approach based on etymology and referring to
Persian and English translations semantic evolution and
how to translate this Analyze the word. Considering the
different meanings of “Hatta” in the poems of the poets
of the pre-Islamic period the results indicate that some
meanings are close to their roots and are in a specific
semantic domain but other meanings such as “lowering
something from above” and “lowering the burden” “Cattle”
is in the circle of sub-meanings. The English translators
according to the equivalents that have been considered
for the word “Hatta” like the Persian translators have more faith in the meaning of “asking for forgiveness” and the
context in the two verses in which this word is used is
different and the meanings are different. It is special and
accurate.

There is no doubt that naming Ibn Shahrashob his
substantive interpretation as “similar to the Qur'an and
different in it” is not without a pilgrimage that is founding

Arabs are original in composing the Arabic dictionary
their first and basic purpose is: to understand the
vocabulary of the Noble Qura'n and other Arab vocabulary
whether it is alone or within the context. To show its real
metaphorical use and to show the development that takes
place in some vocabulary in a way that partially changes
the meaning. From this point of view orientalists tended
to study the Arabic dictionary and the Arabic semantic
lesson so they put many shortcomings on the study in my
opinion. These shortcomings may be a kind of questioning
the authenticity of heritage Arabic and may be to raise the
status of the foreign language.

Verification of the text is one of the virtues of the
research sciences and arts. Because it brings out the
empty heritage from the shelves of the libraries to the
Square of Light and Knowledge so that the children can
see what the grandparents left for them from the scientific
legacy referred to by Lebanon.
This investigation is based on scientific controls that
are well known among the distinguished scholars who
have systematically established this art and our goal is
the scientific benefit of this valuable and eternal heritage.
Perhaps our message is one of those pearls that shone on
the horizon of our lofty beliefs.
So “The Sagarat al-Tur fi Tafsir The Verse of Light” is

those analogies are the analogies in the noble Quran.
