The tools of religious unity and regional unity of the Arab nation meet with the Prophet of God, Abraham, peace be upon him, because he is called (the father of the prophets) because he is the meeting place of the heavenly religions, and this is what made God Almighty the true Islamic religion the seal of religions, and his honest and trustworthy messenger Muhammad, may the best prayers and peace be upon him, the seal of the prophets, respect and appreciation for other heavenly religions, God Almighty said (There is no compulsion in religion. The right path has become clear from the wrong) and historical sources confirmed that Abraham, peace be upon him, traveled between Iraq, the Levant, Egypt and the Arabian Peninsula, and this confirms that this land is the cradle of the prophets, peace be upon them, and God Almighty later blessed it to be the abode of the imams from the family of the Prophet, the saints and the righteous, and the focal point between the prophets and messengers who descended from the lineage of Abraham, peace be upon him, was the doctrine of (monotheism).

Abstract
The rhetorical ability in the texts of the Holy Quran has exceeded the limits of human knowledge until it became a kind of miracle and a new type of Arabic rhetoric that no literary text can match.
Verbal art in the speech of the Arabs has three types: poetry, prose and Quran. Poetry includes poems, fragments, verses, verses, verses and evidence, and prose includes stories, tales, myths, proverbs, sermons, rhymes and letters. Although the Quran includes all the meters of poetry and represents the most refined models of artistic prose in general, we cannot call it poetry, just as we cannot call it prose, because it is not this and that, but it is the Quran and that is enough:
Quran is a proper name that is not derived from the speech of God Almighty, as Al-Shafi'i sees it and Al-Suyuti prefers it, and the imams of the fundamentalists agree with it.

The rhetorical significance is an important element of revealing the aspects of the Qur’anic text, as rhetoric is a developed science that has grown as a result of the growth of Qur’anic rhetorical studies, and there is no wonder in that, as the sciences of meanings and rhetoric are two sciences specialized in the Qur’an, as they are the basis of the science of interpretation. If the latter means (the science of the revelation of the verse, its surah and its stories, and the reasons for its revelation, the arrangement of its Meccan and Medinan, its ambiguous, its abrogating and abrogated, its specific and general, its absolute and restricted, its general and interpreted... and the science of its permissible and forbidden, its promise and threat, its command and prohibition, its lessons and examples). then rhetoric enters an important performance in the fabric of the text and its composition, and through it its purpose is reached, as it is a component of the text, like the other elements that are used to reach the meaning.

History books have mentioned to us the religions of the pre-Islamic era that the Arabs followed. There were monotheists from the remnants of the religion of Abraham, peace be upon him, and there were Christians, Jews, and other religions. These religions, in their entirety, unified God Almighty. The religion of Abraham, peace be upon him, was the most prominent of these religions, as the Arabs believed in God Almighty and glorified the Sacred House and practiced their slogans during the Hajj season, the sacred months as a safety for those who wanted to perform Hajj or Umrah. Despite all of this, this faith was tainted by a kind of polytheism that led the Arabs to worship idols, as Ibn al-Kalbi narrates, where he mentioned that whoever departed from a religion carried a stone with him in glorification of the Sacred House and infatuation with Mecca, and wherever it was located, he would place it and circle around it as he would circle around the House. Then, little by little, this act developed to become an act of worship. From here, the connection of the Arabs with God Almighty was a strong connection, and their glorification of Mecca was derived from this connection, which was originally derived from the remnants of the religion of Abraham, peace be upon him. Peace) as we mentioned.

تحدّثَ النقاد العربُ القدامى في الطبع والصّـنعة بوصفهما مصطلحين يمثل أحدهما او كلاهما حجر الزاوية في النتاج الأدبي، وأنْ لا غنى للأديب عنهما، فالطبع باعث على النظم والنثر لأنه الموهبة الفطرية والملكة التي تمكن الاديب من ذلك. والموهبة تغذيها الدربة والثقافة وتلهمها البيئة الخصبة. قال ابن قتيبة ت 276 هـ: للشعر دواع ٍ تحث البطيء، وتبعث المتكلف، منها الطمع، منها الغضب، ومنها الشوق.. وللشعر اوقات يبعد فيها قريبه ويستصعب فيها ريضة، وكذلك الكلام المنثور من الرسائل والمقامات . . .)).
وهذا البحث يتناول اراء النقاد العرب القدامى في بيان حاجة الشاعر والناثر إلى ان يكون موهوباً مطبوعاً او ان يكون عالماً بالصناعة. وكان حديث النقاد في هذا الموضوع طويلاً، ثم كان المستخلص من آرائهم ان الموهبة اساس في الصناعة الادبية وتصقلها الدربة والمعرفة بهذه الصناعة.

Our research which entitled ((parts of semantic)) or ((parts of maany Al- Kalam)) studies these parts for the linguists، Jusprvdents and rletories and in the books of the quranic science and show the opinions or ideas of each group about these simantics، its numbers and its parts and it includes rooting the erlier or former of these scientests to give that idioms (simanties) (maany Al- Kalam) and itss parts. the research found the Ibn fares (dead in 395 H) was the first linguist who used the idiom (semantics) or (maany Al Kalam)) on the section of predicate and composition in his ((AL- Sahiby in philology)) so he preceded his precedors in this side but the preceded him in refering to (the parts of maany AL- Kalam) without using the idiom.

There is no doubt that Iraq is suffering from the dangerous expanding adminstrative corruption in all the joints of the government and the society. I discussed in my research, (the administrative corruption from the Islamic point of view), ways of treating this abnormality in order to save thr Iraqi people. I mentioned the importannce of finance in Islam and considered it the axis of happiness in life if it has been earned through legal resources and has been spent in the needed places. Then I defined the adminstrative corruption with its causes and considered it as a negative indicator in the community and a twin for the terroism. I also explained the sides that trats the adminstrative corrpution focusing on the importance of the religious factor in eradicating it through the legal (fatwa) of the highest referntai clerics and the legislative and cultural means to stop it. Then I mentioned the qualification that an official employee has to have and the ones that he/she should leave. At the end of the research I mentioned the refernce that I depended on in achieving it

The subject of this research is the adornment in universities، its reasons، its results and its treatment according to Holly Quran and doctrinal writings of Muslims.
The research is divided into four chapters: -
First chapter is about the meaning of adornment; which means showing what is not allowed from body or adding something to the body and the forms of adornment are adornment by clothes or makiage of discovering the hair or the eloquences by voice or dressing the trappings or making some movements during walking
Second chapter is about the style of Holy Quran in showing this phenomenon and its treatment، and this can be express in seven stages:
1- To end this phenomenon and its reasons by cast down the eyes.
2- Treat reasons of looking، which is no adornment.
3- Order by mantle.
4- Stop the movements that incite the instincts.
5- Stop the exciting by smooth voice.
6- The step of torpor in the house except case of emergency or to the work.
7- The step of specifying the type of clothes and its philosophy.
Third chapter is about the position of Muslim jurists about this phenomenon. There are three opinions and they are: -
1- The right of woman in display face، hands and feet.
2- Display face and hands only.
3- Prevent display anything of her body.
Fourth chapter is about the reasons of adornment in universities and can be limited in four reasons. The reasons are: -
1- The slackness in applying the university uniform.
2- Weakness of religious motif.
3- Free times.
4- The weakness of the control of the family.
And I finished my research by results and recommendations

With the outbreak of World War II, Arab leaders were divided into two teams, one team declared its support for the Allied countries in their struggle against the Axis powers in the hope that the Arabs' hopes for independence and unity would be fulfilled after the end of the war, and the second team blamed the Allies for neglecting the Arabs and saw that the opportunity was ripe to take advantage of the international situation by adopting a neutral position between the two warring blocs until the situation became clear and the Arabs knew which of the two blocs would help them gain independence and achieve unity. After the Allied victory in the Battle of El Alamein, the Iraqi government found the opportunity ripe to take action, so it invited Colonel (Stuart Newcomb) to discuss Arab unity with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Said, but the first (Stuart Newcomb) explicitly declared that Arab unity was impossible due to the circumstances of the war.

Critics called (the field stabilization) on a certain technique method. It is in their point of view the poet tends to stop at a selected a scene from his experience and decrypt it accurately even though the ting components without exceptions. This description comes from the pasts feeling and at the same time the receiver take part with him in this description depending on his feeling and the humanity look، abilities and imagination. The two style which it is (a psychological optics system) at the cinema and feelings emotions at poetry disappear behind the wards and this is a psychological uiynstoa.
