This is the summary of our thesis entitied (communities syntax and voice of the phoneme interval in Surah Moon and their role in the production of parallelism) I found that the interval which expresses the stand numbered at the end of each verse repeated phonemically, rhythmically and partially in the last verse of the Surah, it turned out that redundancy in the forms: parallel, and the interval achieved commitment, medium, and balanced Hence, the current research investigates the various types of the interval and the role of the rhythm in it. so the research came into two axes: the first axis: to know the address contents: (aesthetics of syntax, the phoneme, the interval and its significance, the role of parallelism in the interval, and the rhythm of the interval), and axis II: study (the grammar and voice aesthetics composition to the phoneme interval in Surah the Moon- and their role in the production of parallel)

The comparative science of religions was not limited to issues of faith only, but also included all jurisprudential and educational rulings, and among these rulings are those related to the rulings of the newborn, since childhood is the most important stage of human life because of its great impact on the life of the nation and the lives of societies in the future.Children are the bricks on whom depends the building of the future since they represent the power of the humankind The humankind on which the nation depends in the construction of civilization, so it has become one of the characteristics of our present time to pay attention to the stages of childhood and take care of it . Due to this great importance, my view fell on this topic and I wanted to contribute to this blessed work to clarify the provisions of the Christian religion concerning the newborn compared to our true Islamic religion, showing aspects of convergence and divergence between the two religions.

The Islamic faith has influenced the various political, economic, social, and cultural systems and made them a true social justice and democracy that did not emerge in any of the eras. Islam is an international religion that could not be bounded to a specific environment, racialism or era. Islam did not know sectarian and racial discrimination. Islam came with its tolerant teachings, its righteous principles, and its great purposes, to preserve people’s religion, provide their dignity, preserve their rights and necessities, and guide them to what benefits them in their religion and their worldly life. Since violence is an unjustified assault on people’s souls and money and a violation of their sanctities, their security and their interests, it is imperative that efforts should be made to defend and eliminate it, in order to preserve people’s necessities, security and interests, The Islamic system has stated all the preventive and curative means for these deviations.

This study deals with the science of exegesis for one of the most famous interpreters in the fourth century AH, He is Abu Al-Layth Al-Samarqandi. The current study sheds light on his procedure followed in the interpretation of the Holy Quran and the most important references considered in that interpretation in his book entitled(The Sea of Sciences). Abu Al-Layth has mentioned his favourites in the interpretation and adopted Surat Yusuf as a model on Youssef is a model on Al-Samarqandi's approach and preferences, with the aim of clarifying the subject in all the aspects that the reader deals with.

The research plan necessitated that I divide the research into two sections: the first section: explaining the reason for the revelation of the verse and the sayings of the commentators, and It includes are two demands. It includes two matters. The first matter explains the cause behind the revelation, the difference among the scientists and its effect on the story , what the preponderant narration is, the possibility of the collection among narration. The second mater is concerning the saying of the ancient as well as the modern interprters of the verse, and the second topic was entitled: The sayings of the jurists regarding the saying the forbidden word and the response to the appeals about the verse, and there are two matters. The first matter is related to the sayings of jurists a bout the divorce by forbidden word. The second matters is related to the criticism raised about this Verse and incident and clarify the right to it.
Then I ended the research with a conclusion that outlined the most important results that I reached in this research

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, and upon all his family and companions, and after: Fiqh systems are like other scientific systems, and it is one of the ways that scholars (may God have mercy on them) used in codifying fiqh and its branches. Rather, it is one of the means of bringing Islamic sciences closer to its students, due to the accuracy of its systems, the ease of memorization, the splendor of its statement and the delicacy of its words. Hanafi jurisprudence has been filled with many jurisprudential systems, in which their compilers have recorded strays and anecdotes that are not found in many great texts and collected in them the origins of the Hanafi school and the fatwas of the imams of the doctrine in a delicate and gentle manner. Some of them have been published and others stayed in libraries without publication so they are unknown among the students of science, I wanted to collect the various jurisprudential systems of the Hanafi masters with the contracts of Hassan, so this research was marked (The good contracts in the systems of jurisprudence of al-Numan, may God have mercy on him (Wahbaniah as a model) The research was divided into an introduction and three sections, the first was about the nature of the systems and their role in bringing Islamic sciences closer to each other , the second in the restriction of the Hanafi jurisprudence systems and defining them and their regulators, and the third was the Wahbaniyah system as a model and conclusion and the most important results that I reached through the research and then mentioned the sources and references.

Some of the benevolent efforts of scholars were written down in small letters that did not receive sufficient attention inspite of its size, it has useful sciences, including a treatise (On the Origins of the Fatwa), by the scholar Ibn Al-Shelbi (may God have mercy on him), in which he summarized the principles of fatwas on the Hanafi school with justification of the aspects of ontweighting between the sayings.

The interest in the objectives, and its adoption as a source of knowledge of the legal rulings, and following them, began early since the first era of Islam, then the need for it was reinforced with the expansion of the Islamic conquest, the diversity of cities, and the spread of the Companions . This is evident especially in the Al-Umary jurisprudence, and the jurisprudence of Ali bin Abi Talib, and Abdullah Ibn Masoud although the term “maqasid” was not defined as a term, circulated among people, as other words were used to denote its meaning, such as wisdom, purpose and meaning.

This research has followed the term (time) with its various morphological constructs in the Holy Quran, Hadith and the Arabs' speech ;in order to find out the significance of each of them through the linguistic context in which it appears. This thing has become clear through the three treatises: refrences, derivations , the formulas of verbs, and the combinations structure. The research proved the semantic privacy that has been stimulated by some time structures and has become a boundary between them
