The study focuses on the night in Ibn Hamdis al-Sikli's poetry, who died in 527 AH. Night is one of the aspects of peaceful nature in which a person might worship, meditate, or be alone with oneself. The night has been utilized extensively in Arab poetry; it is the center of life; it is a sign of serenity and, at times, calmness; it may be a source of dread, anguish, happiness, and gloom. This study focuses on night-related expressions in Ibn Hamdis al-Saqili's poetry in terms of connotations and meanings in which the night was an aspect of meaning formation.

Abstract
It is inescapable to say that Diaa Khudair presented the works of the poets Saadi Youssef and Hamid Saeed to an audience of Arab readers. Despite the fame of these two poets, the two books of Diaa Khudair have formed another window through which their poetry runs out.
He formed a book, Diaa Khudair, as an applied criticism, through textual analysis of the poems of the two poets, in which the author selected different poems from the production of the two Iraqi poets. This is due to the strength of friendship that binds them.
The most prominent characteristic of Dia Khudair's criticism is that it employs comparisons in its attempts to analyze the poetic selections from the texts of the poets, and what Dia Khudair accomplished in Dohat Chestnut is no different from his analytical attempts in the Baghdadi Mu'allaqa.

This research deals with the retrieval technique in the novels of Nizar Abdel Sattar, as it is one of the most prominent novelistic techniques used by the novelist in particular, because it is one of the important and new issues in the Arab critical and narrative environment at the same time, and since the novel is the epic of the modern era and its historical record, and the novel through the novelist, the intellectual, social, political, psychological, and economic issues of modern human society are written down, hence the importance of the novel, and hence the narrative techniques are part of this novel, and the retrieval technique is one of them. As each novelist has his own technique that he uses in narrating the events of his novels, it must be noted that this research is based on narrative levels, on the first theoretical level defining the technique, defining the temporal paradox and the retrieval technique according to the narrative term, and on the second level procedurally analyzing texts from Novels of Nizar Abdel Sattar according to the methods of analyzing literary texts

When delving into any field of research or cognitive study, it is necessary to define the concept of the term; because it removes illusion and clarifies the path along which the terms move, clarifying their meanings from which the meaning of the text can be understood. The term text, whose definition is still under debate, has been subject to the intended meaning, despite the fact that in all Arab heritage studies, no mention of this term was found.
Arab scholars relied on the theories and sayings of Western scholars, in order to read and interrogate the heritage, which led to the difficulty of capturing the features of this term, to the point where contemporary Arab thought began to attract with the West its terms that came to us, and because it is a linguistic activity completed in a specific space-time, carrying individual and collective characteristics that reflect the environment. In which it was created, its concept formed a pole for contemporary studies related to it under many names, including: textual science, textual linguistics, and textual grammar. It witnessed widespread interest in Arab and Western studies until it began to devote a science to it itself, which was called (textual science).
The text is considered the basic unit of analysis and description among linguists, as it is what the meaning appears through, and it means what can only be interpreted with one meaning. It was said that what cannot be interpreted, and it was said what increases clarity over the apparent meaning of the speaker. Perhaps the science of theology, rhetoric, and jurisprudence are among the sciences that contributed. In developing its meaning, due to the effort to understand the structure of the Qur’anic text, its clarification and understanding, because the Qur’anic text is characterized by its perfection, it is indistinguishable from other texts, and that “it can only bear one meaning

Freedom is a language of understanding that free peoples are fluent in and through which they communicate.
The world witnessed significant political and ideological changes, according to which many of the ruling dictatorial political regimes were removed and replaced by ruling regimes with an external democratic appearance and a subservient ideological content molded according to the other’s vision of his or her interests in this or that country.

Remediation is the focus of attention of ancient and modern grammarians and linguists. Being a revealer of the imperfection that the scholar overlooks, redress means correcting a mistake, expanding a concept, completing a deficiency, or clarifying an opinion whose understanding is closed. This research deals with Al-Fishi's correction of Ibn Hisham in his two commentaries (Explanation of Golden Seeds, and Explanation of Qatar Al-Nada), As Ibn Hisham used to shorten some of the places where the explanation should be prolonged. In order for the reader to understand that it is an educational book, and does not mention examples of its clarification of certain issues. Since Ibn Hisham mentioned four places of omitting the subject, Al-Fishi corrected him by mentioning the rest of the places in which the subject is omitted (and the research came: from an introduction, a preface to the topic, and the issues that Al-Fishi corrected on Ibn Hisham, a conclusion, and a list of sources.

En conséquence, Beaumarchais veut critiquer les lois, les vices à l'époque et il veut inciter ses spectateurs à rire à travers son théâtre comico- satirique.

The latest technological advances associated with virtual reality can support and accelerate daily life tasks especially in the field of online interpretation. Heavy processes associated with interpretation make interpreters resort to tools and methods in order to ease the translating process. The study investigates the effectiveness of the two variables; collaborative translation use in English-Arabic interpretation of final debate conference held for the current Australian presidency, and the usability of Zoom as an interpretation tool. The study aims at:
1. Investigating the concept of collaborative translation, its usability in maintaining a good quality of translations concerning meaning consistency and accuracy, saving time and effort of the translators.
2. Inspecting the consequences of the technological development and the employment of internet on the use of the collaborative translation around the world, which is the usability of Zoom in interpretation.
3. Examining the effect of collaborators\' (translators) interdisciplinary competence in translating a text or a speech by using the collaborative translation. The data analysis of this study shows that the performance of interpreters and the quality of the translated text was successful based on House’s model for assessing translation and according to the opinions of a group of professional interpreters. The study finds that using the aforementioned two variables facilitate the translating process. However, Zoom as an interpretation tool lacks an important feature, which is handover, and that resulted in overlapping translators\' voices on some occasions. VII This can be a motive for this app developers to upgrade it in order to construct the perfect virtual environment for interpretation. The study provides those who are interested in the field of translation with some guidelines for the use of the concept of \"collaboration\" in translation. Our desire in this research is to know the intellectual, linguistic and literary level that Ibn Al-Abar enjoyed, and to demonstrate his ability to employ references in his poetry and literature. Writers and poets benefit from heritage as motivated by several considerations and factors, including artistic, cultural, political, social, psychological and national factors. The issue of linking to heritage is ancient and extends over the ages. It was clearly known and popularized under various formulas.

The objective of this research is to examine the discrepancy in identifying the grammatical factor that affects the verbal masculine noun when adhering to the syntactic instructions outlined in al-Qaisi's book "The problem of parsing the Qur'an." By doing so, this study aims to establish a position regarding the significance of the factor and its influence on the variety of grammatical functions associated with the given name. To achieve this, selected samples of Quranic texts are presented for analysis. Our follow-up is confined to texts in which there are numerous features of the inflection of the accusative noun according to the difference of the factor, which was distributed between being a complete verb - which is the majority - or an incomplete or a derived noun, specified or omitted. In order to know the functions occupied by the accusative noun.

It is impossible to consider a literary text as an environmental text unless it fulfills the conditions of environmental literary premises. This approach was applied on the novel (Old Dreams of the Sea) by Shua’a’ Khalifa. The study is based on a theoretical account in which the roots of the concept of ecocriticism are presented, then the discussion focuses on its beginnings, characteristics and conditions. Al-Hindi Al-Zawali (d. 849 AH), who received attention from scholars, so they placed footnotes and report on it, including the Hashiya of Mir Ghiyath Al-Din Mansur bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Tashtaki Al-Shirazi (d. 948 AH), which are like comments that the author places in the margin.to explain and clarify what is obscure and difficult to understand.
The study revolves around revealing the personality of a scholar who lived in the first half of the tenth century AH. I wanted to shed light with a brief translation of Al-Mahshi due to the paucity and scarcity of what has been translated for this venerable scholar, while clarifying the nature of Al-Hashiya, its importance, and its sections, with a focus on the sources from which he derived his scientific material in Al-Hashiya, including the proper names and books, they were diverse and many of them were in language, grammar, morphology, rhetoric, interpretation, theology, logic, and others. Some of them were attributed to their authors and some were not attributed, as well as transmission from scholars, whether it was literal transmission, by conduct, or through an intermediary. It is an educational book that studies in the Arabic language the science of Arabic grammar. This undoubtedly reflects for us the extent of the author’s interest in the Arabic language, as Arabic was not his language; Rather, it was Persian.

This study aims at revealing the aesthetic value of the metaphor and its stylistic specificity in semantic generation, which is left by research in the forms of meaning most influential in activating the memory of the recipient and his thought and perception of acceptance and interpretation. The prophet Mohammed (PBUH); and accordingly, the research was keen in its study to monitor the poetic evidences that contain the requesting methods and clarify their impact on the concerned, using the the analytical approach to reveal the purposes that the poetic evidences aspire to; and the study was divided into: a preliminary and four demands, the first: The command style, the second the interrogative style, the third: the prohibition style, the fourth: the appeal style, and finally the conclusion.

Following the issuance of the 1960 Constitution, the gold mining industry in Ghana witnessed a decline in production, as a result of the political reactions shown by Britain, by withdrawing its investments, as well as the Ghanaian government’s efforts to make it a national industry and liberate it from colonial dependency. Therefore, this industry suffered from a severe shortage of manpower, especially unskilled ones, which made the Ghanaian government move towards bringing the workers from abroad, especially Nigerian workers who were working for lower wages than national workers. These workers were exposed to problems and harsh, dangerous working conditions, and were surrounded by many social and economic conditions.
The study reached a number of results and conclusions, including: The decision to bring Nigerian workers was a sovereign decision, and a first step towards liberating the Ghanaian gold mining industry from colonial dependency. This study examines the Spanish colonial period in El Salvador since its discovery by Spanish explorers in 1524. In the different Sudanese historical eras, the regions of Sudan were closely linked to each other, forming as a result a diverse ethnic, religious, and national entity, which combined Arab origins with multiple African ones, and linked their ethnic relations formed over time with each other, by human contact, however, this interdependence was greatly affected by the impact of the extension of British colonial influence to Sudan, which made it a raging spark of a racial-civilized conflict, between the two parts of the Arab-Islamic north of Sudan on the one hand, and its south with a black African majority on the other hand, which was clearly demonstrated by the British colonial policy, especially in the period between 1922-1930 AD, as this malicious policy became a direct cause of sowing racism and apartheid between the people of the same country, feeding discrimination and stirring up racist strife and hatred between the groups of Sudanese society in its northern and southern parts, through a set of procedures and laws and the application of the decentralization system, with the aim of consolidating racism in it, in preparation for the subsequent separation of the south from Sudan, which was achieved in 2011. This research attempts to address this through an introduction and two chapters: the first topic: the features of British policy in Sudan, the second topic: the British measures devoted to apartheid between the north and the south.

The research aims to study the exposure of Iraqi society to talk shows presented by satellite channels represented by Al-Iraqiya Channel, because these programs represent great importance in shaping the public’s knowledge in general, especially with the opinions and ideas they present regarding various issues of concern to public opinion. The study of Musnadian languages ​​is considered a major part of the comparative linguistic study, especially after the revolution of Musnadian discoveries, which took a large part of the attention of Yemeni, Omani, and Saudi archaeologists and linguists. Place and time form the space that includes other narrative elements, complementing its special treats to enlighten several aspects of the event and the characters in the narrative piece. Hence, place is the space which where all other events happen, and in which all the characters move and take action. Time is the element that the author chooses to narrate the events, and we find that time and place form a remarkable presence in the novels of Abdo Khal, reflecting the importance of this relationship in evaluating the narration

Alienation is an old term that has been used in various parts of the world, philosophically, literary, and psychologically. Poets and writers have found a wide scope in it to express what the soul endures and suffers. Because the literary text is an experience lived by the self within an environment in which it grew up. Which made alienation a deeply rooted and renewed phenomenon. Therefore, this study came within this field in choosing the phenomenon of alienation to study the poetry collection “The Garden of Answers” by the poet Hussein Al-Qasid, who is considered one of the poets who rebelled against systems and restrictions until it became part of his diaries. Therefore, this phenomenon was clear and evident in his poetry, as a result of the influences of authority, customs, and the values of a society with its psychological and dynamic factors

Undoubtedly, Imru' Alqays' Muallaqa gained the intensive attention of those who are interested in the pre-Islamic poetry at the different literary, critical and academic levels. There were different readings for that Muallaqa from various perspectives. Here lies the importance of this research which is regarded as one of the several readings that aim at discovering new additions for those studies. The current research aims at presenting a new reading which may help answering some questions which have been of concern to the researchers or the readers. Such questions include the reason of saying the Muallaqa, it's time, topics and the arrangement of its lines. The research tried to follow the reading style to reach new data based on the interpretation of various kinds of evidence. The layout of the research includes an introduction which presents clarifications of the title and the reasons behind saying that poem. The research falls into two sections. The first focuses on the objective obsession of Almuallaqat topics. The second has to do with the literary obsession which led the poet to make his poem as it is. It is worth mentioning that this is not a final reading of the poem and it has not included it all. It is only an attempt to start a new view of reading the pre-Islamic poetry. It may be a starting point for those who aim at discovering what is new.

The research problem lies in a main question: Is violence actually present in children’s programs on MBC 3? Several sub-questions branch out from this question.


1- Do MBC 3 programs show programs that contain violent scenes?


2- What are the forms of violence in children’s programs? What are the most visible forms of violence?


The importance of the research lies in the growing phenomenon of violence in children’s programs, which has begun to spread and become part of children’s behavior. The research also leads us to:


Revealing the presence of violence in children’s programs and its most important manifestations, and trying to provide solutions to the phenomenon of violence that is presented on television programs and negatively affects their behavior.


This research is considered descriptive research, as the researcher used the survey method to achieve the desired results in identifying violence in children’s programs, its forms, and methods, based on the method of content analysis.


As for the Hidd community, it selected all MBC 3 satellite channel programs for children for a period of three months (a comprehensive inventory sample) in order to reach accurate results.


The most prominent results reached by the researcher are:


1- The MBC 3 channel dedicated to children broadcasts content that contains scenes of verbal, actual or physical violence.


2- Programs that do not contain scenes of violence do not show any lofty values, principles, or values


3 - The programs broadcast on MBC 3 are imported internationally and are not produced by MBC 3 and children’s institutions.

The phenomenon of alienation is one of the important phenomena that aim to reveal those feelings and visions that poets broadcast in the folds of their poems as a psychological, intellectual and cultural product. The poet has a special space for himself within himself, in which he takes refuge from what surrounds him from society, attitudes and thoughts that are disturbed by his thoughts and whims, or feelings that inhabit him and move him in a different direction. The poet (Adnan Al-Sayegh) was chosen. As an Iraqi poet estranged from his homeland and a bold voice with his ideas, as he exercises his intellectual lust by rebelling against reality in search of himself, and permeating thought with the surprising, which opens up spaces for intense work in poetic reception, he presented a distinctive poetic creativity that calls for research. There is no doubt that the poet lived various forms of psychological, spatial, intellectual, social, and other forms of alienation, but the research was limited to studying two types of them, namely (psychological and spatial), as they are the most important types of alienation that dominated his poetry according to an analytical study based on the text. The study came to three topics, the first of which dealt with Alienation in general, while the second topic dealt with the alienation of the ancients, while the third topic studied the alienation of the jeweler, and its impact on his poetic text, and then the conclusion that presents the most important findings of the research. The most important sources adopted by the researcher (Alienation in the Poetry of the Pioneers) and (Alienation in the Arabic Novel) and other sources that studied the phenomenon of alienation.

Despite that the Royal Era in Iraq was not meant to continue until the end of the Algerian Revolution (1962), it was contemporary with its developments since its start in 1954 until the royal regime in Iraq was toppled by the 14th of July Revolution, 1958. Here, many questions may rise: what were the reflections of the Algerian Revolution in Iraq Foreign Policy in that period? How Iraq reacted to its events, positively or negatively? What was the size of the support given by the Iraqi government and parliament? Answers for these questions may be find in we follow the positions of the then Prime Minister, some members of parliament, and the foreign affairs minister, Burhan Al-Deen Bash A’yan, who witnessed the period 1954-1958, the first half of the Revolution. Those positions represent all of Iraq’s positions towards the Algerian Revolution. Such positions reflected the desire of the Iraqi Government to champion Algeria’s liberation cause through diplomatic support and some material and military aid, which reflected in turn the Iraqi public opinion, as the Iraqi people sympathized with North African Arab countries striving to obtain independence from France

The ethics of communication is one of the very important topics in the new communication environment and the problems that accompanied this era greatly affected the process of public communication with each other. The question is: was the public able to keep pace with these changes and behaviors and preserve the customs, traditions and customs that express their culture? The research consisted of three chapters: The first chapter is methodological, the second chapter is theoretical, and the third chapter is practical. As for the most prominent findings of the research:


1- The study showed that most of the publications do not take into account the social and moral customs and traditions according to the vision and follow-up of the users.


2- The study revealed that the personal account of the users was not hacked or hacked, which indicates a state of appreciation and respect for the privacy of others.


3- The study showed that a message or image with pornographic content did not reach users through social networking sites.


4- The study revealed the desire of users to introduce a system that governs the pros and cons of the digital world, due to the awareness of those social classes of the importance of social sites

Sports media is a branch of specialized media that aims to provide individuals with facts, information, and laws pertaining to each of the widely practiced sports, especially football. Sports media has developed significantly since the middle of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century to become one of the most important means that provide knowledge at all social levels, through what it publishes and broadcasts of facts, opinions and ideas that have changed and developed in a short period of time.


The researcher used the analytical description approach. The objectives of the research are that the sports media should be characterized by accuracy and objectivity in the transmission of sports news, second, the sports media should have a role in guiding the sports fans in preserving the facilities and considering them as the property of all. One of the findings of the study is that the media has a major role in provoking sports riots, and that is through, that there are many ways and methods adopted by the sports media in provoking riots, that the sports media have a positive and negative role in provoking sports riots.


In this topic, we dealt with the importance of sports media, the objectives of sports media, and the definition of some concepts such as sports media and sports stadium hooliganism, in addition to the objectives of the research, the characteristics of sports media, sports media in the face of sports riots, types of sports media, and the negative role of sports media.

The education and training process, in some senses, aims to bring about fundamental developments in the learner’s behaviour, and to provide him with information, knowledge, skills, trends, and social, educational, and artistic values. In order to achieve the technical educational goals that seek to bring about those desired behavioural changes. The teacher must transfer the experiences and information required to achieve educational behavioural change in an uncommon way that changes the student’s interest and desire and pushes them to learn, taking into account his/her psychological, social, mental and physical qualities and characteristics. Reaching this goal requires significant effort by educational institutions, and in order for this to be done satisfactorily, the learner must be allowed to practice a number of activities and experiences that qualify him to acquire information, educational trends, and practical skills in that they are basic aspects of the components of the educational process. Therefore, the research aims to reveal this and build a measure of aesthetic judgments in ceramics for students of fine arts institutes. The research is determined as follows:

This research includes a statement of the position of Arab researchers on the aspects of Ibn Sina’s moral philosophy in contemporary Arab thought, whether in the works written under the titles of the history of Islamic philosophy or Arab philosophy. In addition to what contemporary Arab researchers wrote about Ibn Sina’s moral philosophy in a book under this title, Through the dimensions of these works, I found that most of our researchers are content with presenting the text of Ibn Sina in his works, with a simplified analysis of some of those texts, as well as a statement of the Aristotelian and Platonic influence in terms of definition and sections.

The concept of green libraries is gaining momentum as people become more aware of the importance of sustainability. There are several reasons for this, including the need to conserve natural resources and reduce the carbon footprint of buildings. However, there are also challenges and pressures that call for specialists to move towards a sustainable green future. To draw the attention of officials and specialists towards building green libraries, it is important to take into account the elements that must be present in such buildings. One such example is the central library of Diyalah University, which is newly built and in use. The library is surrounded by green gardens on all sides and benefits from rain and river water. The vertical design of the building facilitates investment in natural elements such as air, water, and light, making it an ideal model for green academic libraries.

Knowledge is the first basic philosophical activity to reach the truth or certainty that man desires.


Knowledge is a very important means, which the philosopher follows in his mind through (analysis, criticism and interpretation), using the tools and sources of knowledge, whether they are mental, sensory, or intuitive (Al-Hamiyyah).


Al-Kindi, as the first Islamic philosopher, touched on several types of knowledge that he mentioned in his treatise “On the Great Industry” and they are (real knowledge, presumptive knowledge, and deceptive knowledge). The concept of knowledge was present in the folds of Al-Kindi’s philosophical letters.


The importance of the research was surprised to shed light on the concept of knowledge among the Greek philosophers, and to stand at Al-Kindi’s philosophical vision and the extent of the presence of knowledge and its types in Al-Kindi’s philosophical approach and method, some of which became clear through his writings, and how the researchers who preceded us analyzed them. What are the definitions mentioned by Al-Kindi in his letter ((in The limits of things and their drawings)) that have to do with knowledge and sensory and mental perception?


Then we touched on the types of knowledge in Al-Kindi language and idiomatically, and what are the differences between mental knowledge and sensory knowledge?


Which was mentioned to us by the Iraqi philosopher Hussam Al-Alusi (may God have mercy on him) in his book ((The Philosophy of Al-Kindi and the Opinions of the Ancients and Moderns in it)) and then we dealt with the complementarity of knowledge at Al-Kindi, as he is considered the first Peripatetic Islamic philosopher who tried to reconcile philosophy and religion, after he translated, studied, understood and interpreted the philosophy of Plato and Aristotle tried to present it to us in an Islamic syncretic spirit.

Social problems have become among the threats that affect marital relations, as the problems vary based on their causes, whether economic, psychological, or other, among these problems are the problems that lead to divorce between spouses, Divorce is also a social phenomenon that affects the family and society, the importance of studying Problems of divorced women because divorce leads to the disintegration and collapse of the family. The sample included (200 (A woman from the city of Baghdad, of different ages and economic and social backgrounds, used a tool prepared by the researcher to identify the problems of divorced women. The tool for this study includes twenty items representing different problems. The results showed that psychological problems were the most important problems with a percentage of (74.6%), social problems (69%), and finally economic problems (59%). The results also indicated that there were significant differences according to the variables of age and job.
