The poetry text is built on a complicated arrangement of relations that carry a semiotic formation that delves in the depth of its surface and deep structures, forming contextual pillars. This paper is an attempt to show a semiotic approach of the Shia poetry in Al-Andalus through analysis of poetry texts and exploring its surface and deep structures. It also explores the semiotics of the character and space and time and their effect in exploring the hidden aspects of the poetry text.
