They turned in different directions, including what is phonetic, and what is indicative, and so on. The results reached.

Abstract This research deals with the choices of Ibn Arafa in the endowment and the beginning through his interpretation.It consisted of: an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction included the importance of the topic and the research plan. The first section included: introducing Imam IbArafa and his interpretation. The second section included: Ibn Arafa's choices in endowment and initiation. This research is based on highlighting a new type of interpretation, which is (objective analytical); It can be added to the four well-known types (analytical, summative, comparative, objective), and this type was clarified through direct practical application by taking a blessed surah from the surahs of the Noble Qur’an; Namely, Surat Al-Sajdah, which has thirty verses, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him and his family) used to recite it regularly in the Fajr prayer in the first rak’ah of it every Friday morning.
And I followed a new approach in which I collected the objective approach by highlighting it by introducing it from the topics of Quranic sciences and mentioning everything that was said about it within these investigations, represented by its conciliation and jurisprudential name, the reason for its revelation, the number of its verses, its proportions to what preceded it and what followed, and a statement of its merit, character and goals.
Then the surah was divided objectively into parts and topics according to the method of objective interpretation, then the interpretation of these topics was an analytical interpretation

In light of the historical reading of the Messenger () document in Medina regarding tolerance and human fraternity, she drew the document the general planning of the nation, and by applying its provisions and adhering to its provisions, as that state was established on the strongest corner and strongest basis, then it spread strong and firmly established in the east and west of the world and presented to people the most wonderful What humanity has known from the manifestations of civilization and civilization. The historical reading of the articles of the document confirmed the state of political awareness, understanding and perception that it carried, as it dissolved the differences and united the nation and provided a model for how to write and make constitutions because it was a social contract with which all parties were satisfied. The study showed that Islam has a message of tolerance and human fraternity, and it reflected the document and translated that in its clauses and texts, so it came to clarify that the author of its items is the noble Messenger and the message he carries is the truest and noblest message that came to mankind and humanity to worship God, and he acknowledged honoring human beings, respecting them and linking them with a sacred bond, which is the bond of fraternity and tolerance, And that the document aimed at the nation’s discipline, its high motivation, and the elevation of its prestige. The document outlines the reality of the treatment between Muslims and each other and between Muslims and non-Muslims, and by reviewing these articles, it becomes clear that cohabitation is higher than the mistake, good accommodation, kindness, courtesy, containment and acceptance of the other under the umbrella of the justice of Islam and the sincerity and fairness of the document concluded between Muslims and other people of Medina. The document provided a civilized glimpse of human fraternity and tolerance and carried a unique solution to the problem of minorities, indicating that the Islamic civilization possesses a sound and correct vision, and that the document respects the other and appreciates competencies and enlightened minds. The texts of the document came to carry the principle of equality, brotherhood and tolerance, and these matters together are considered one of the human rights in human life, and equality in Islam and within the document is a fertile field in the field of rights and duties among all people, even if with enemies, and this principle guarantees all citizens in light of Islamic humanity all freedoms and all Public rights and duties.

True Islam is God’s revelation to His Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), which is complete and perfect, on both the theoretical and practical levels.In addition, God Almighty perfected the Faith through the Holy Quran wherein He says:This day I have perfected your religion for you and completed my favour upon you and have chosen for you Islam as religion. The aim of this research is to study the rules of inference by the fundamentalists through an introduction , two papers and a conclusion that included the results of the study.

The Arabic language is a true image of the nations thought and civilization،as it conveys us a huge cognitive thought has its roots in the works of history. The most prominent of what was employed in this research is a group of modern linguistic approaches،in clouding the descriptive grammar and the generative approach،1whose origins were not without references and allusions in the traditional Arabic grammar،1as mentioned by the Kufic grammar school that it was closer to the descriptive approach due to its reluctance to justify and interpret expensive unlike what famous for his school of visual grammar. The credit for rooting the descriptive approach in the modern linguistic lesson goes to the Swiss scholar de Saussure،who called for putting forward the study in the state of stability .but seeks to interpreted on the basis of the scientific method .within the scope of talking about the modern descriptive approach،this approach has a wide dimension that organizes all the areas that called for descriptiveness،and that it provided an explanation through the principle of the direct components of the appealing sentence and the objection sentence،the use of the generative transformational opproach has shown the importance of grammatical work through the theory of linkage and factor that Chomsky advocated،which pushes the accusation that some modern grammarians have attached to the factor.

This study deals with calculating the amount of water consumption of winter and summer vegetable crops, given the nutritional and economic importance as they are the main food for the population and by applying the (cropp wat 8.0) program to calculate the latent evaporation / transpiration of the modified Nabman equation based on the values of the climatic elements of the study area and the plant coefficient (kc) for the group Winter and summer vegetables, as the values of winter vegetables amounted to (594.7) mm, with a large difference from the values of evaporation / transpiration of summer vegetables amounted to (997.1) mm. Variation in irrigation water needs (total and net) in the study area.

Abstract: This study explored the perceptions of primary school students in Iraq towards employing the role playing strategy in Arabic language course. The descriptive analytical and quantitative approaches were adopted. A questionnaire was used. A purposive sample was chosen. It consists from 208 female and male 5th grade students in Baghdad. Questionnaire forms were passed by hand to students. All the forms were retrieved. SPSS program and descriptive methods were used to analyse data. The researcher found that the perceptions of primary school students in Iraq towards employing the role playing strategy in Arabic language course are positive. In addition, this strategy improves students’ communication, analysis, and Higher-order thinking. It raises students’ creativity and self-confidence levels.

The current study aimed to identify the level of difficulties facing the work of the educational counselor in light of the distance education environment and the crisis of the Corona pandemic, and are there statistically significant differences in the level of difficulties between male and female counselors in Diyala Governorate, Baqubah city center, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used The researcher prepared a scale in its initial form consisting of 24 items, and in front of each item there are three alternatives (agree, agree to some extent, disagree The paragraphs of the scale were distributed into four areas and the research was applied to a sample of middle and middle school counselors in Baqubah city center and for the academic year 2021-2022. The apparent validity of the scale was verified by presenting it to a group of experts in the field of psychology and educational guidance. Some paragraphs were deleted, and the scale became in its final form consisting of 24 items, and the researcher calculated the Pearson correlation coefficient between the first and second applications, which amounted to (0.79) It is a reliable coefficient of stability, and the research sample amounted to 200 counselors and counselors (130) counselors and (70) counselors, as well as extracting the psychometric properties of the scale represented by the discriminatory strength of the scale and the relationship of the paragraph with the total degree of the scale, which indicated that all items are statistically significant, and the results resulted The study indicated that the level of difficulties is high, and there are no statistically significant differences between male and female counsellors in the level of difficulties, and the study also came up with a set of recommendations Including activating the role of electronic platforms, which are special for the educational counselor, as well as increasing the time that the counselor spends with his students and activating the role of the educational counselor, especially in times of crisis. The current research aims to identify open-mindedness and positive thinking among primary school teachers, and to identify the significance of the differences according to the gender variable (males - females) and years of service (less than 10 years - more than 10 years) for both open-mindedness and positive thinking, and to find the correlation between them. . To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the open-mindedness scale (Al-Taie, 2019), which includes (40) items, and in front of each item there are six alternatives. The researcher verified the psychometric properties, as the apparent validity and stability of the two scales were extracted, then the two scales were applied to the research sample of (200) male and female teachers, who were chosen randomly from the Diyala governorate center, and after analyzing the data and processing it statistically using the following statistical means: T-test for one sample, And the t-test of two samples, the researcher reached the following results: - that primary school teachers enjoy open-mindedness, and there is a statistically significant difference between males and females in open-mindedness and in favor of females, and there is a significant difference according to years of service in favor of years of service less than 10 years, and that teachers have a level of Good of positive thinking, and there is no statistically significant difference in the level of positive thinking, according to the variable of gender and years of service

This research dealt with a study for Vocational Education Services in
Salah Al-Din Governorate and an attempt to assess the level of efficiency of its performance by its compliance with the Iraqi local Planning standards ,In year 2021-2022. The number of Vocational Education schools in this Governorate(23)school with the population of (3843) pupils, while the number of educational crew exceeded (515) teachers with a number of classes reached(192) classes .The most important results of this study that a carrying capacity for Vocational Education schools exceeding the actual number for ) pupils and classes ,but this number it does not indicate the efficiency of the services provided, and it does not indicate its availability in the Governorate enough in it ,As much as it indicates the lack of students both in the Governorate and country, As a result of the poor enrollment of students in all its institutions especially females because the lack of career prospects for its graduates and decreased student success rate in recent years and most of them are distributed in urban areas and deprive the rural of it .Therefore, the study recommends the competent authorities to provide and development the Vocational Education sector in all respects ,to benefit from their expertise which prepares middle cadres to professional required by the important economic at the level of the Governorate and country in general

Organizing the relationship between the Federal Governments and the local governments in federal States is one of the important and sensitive issues based on an entity and the survival of the federal state. The two ways that made Federal States (disintegration and integration) which they are very famous methods, working to build a strong state capable that able to achieving the interests of all state entities and a people. This relationship between the two parties, organized by the Constitution, which is usually organized in terms of its organization for this relationship to three types: either the constitution has been granted the general jurisdiction of the federal government and special jurisdiction of the local government, and here is a preliminary federal government compared to the local government or the opposite Local governments are the general jurisdiction and federal governments with special jurisdiction, or the Constitution has been identified and the powers of both parties. The aim of this research is to identify the nature and methods of news coverage of Arab websites of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, by monitoring the topics of this coverage, its size and form, knowing its sources and ways to highlight them, as well as the news values adopted by the contact person, and knowing the active personalities that the two research websites focused on in their coverage. to cause aggression.This research is a descriptive research, which used the survey method, relying on the content analysis tool to collect the required data during the period of the aggression, which began on 5/9/2021 and ended with the cessation of military air operations at midnight on 5/20/2021, and thus all news materials were counted. Which was published by the two research sites on aggression, which totaled (261) during eleven days in a comprehensive inventory method, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which: Gaza on the rest of the other contents that were covered by Al-Jazeera, while the political contents topped the topics covered by Al-Arabiya.net to show the extent of the destruction caused by the Israeli bombing of the infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, while the results indicated that the most used values were the value of the conflict, which is what Putting this value at the forefront of other values, and the reason for this leadership in both sites is primarily due to the issue of news coverage in which the conflict between the Palestinian resistance and Israel is its main focus.

The current research aims to identify the effect of the strategy of scientific stations in developing the generative thinking of the fifth grade students in the English language subject. The researcher used the experimental design with two groups (controller and experimental), and the sample size was (58), with (29) controls and (29) experimental. The two groups according to the plans The pre-prepared test re-tested the generative thinking, then the researcher analyzed the results statistically. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-test in generative thinking in favor of the post-test, and there are statistically significant differences between the average difference between the two groups in generative thinking in favor of the experimental group.

This article analyses the impact of digital games on the development of English language skills. The study population is 15 female learners in the Department of Languages and Translation at Tabuk University, Saudi Arabia. This paper aims to discover whether digital games can have a positive impact on students’ English language acquisition and progress. In today’s technological era, the younger generation is very engaged with the use of digital applications. Although the pivotal role that technology plays in people’s lives today is sometimes criticised, digital applications play a significant role in our lives today. As a result, some studies have investigated how digital applications can be used to improve language learners’ skills in the target language. This paper aims to highlight some of the benefits of digital applications by surveying 15 students from Tabuk university about how such digital games have impacted their English proficiency. The results indicate that among these 15 students, digital games improved the accuracy and fluency of their English language; these games not only helped to widen vocabulary and improve pronunciation but also enhanced their communication skills more broadly. From these results, this study concludes that digital games can have a significant impact on English language acquisition. As a medium, digital games are familiar to young people and thus instil a sense of confidence which is pivotal to learning a foreign language. Moreover, for language learners, digital games can be far less intimidating than speaking in class; allowing learners to practice the target language without feeling anxious about their performance or comparing their progress to that of their classmates.
