The total production of the province of Diyala of red meat, poultry meat and table eggs qualifies it to be a strategic province in terms of the production of meat and eggs in Iraq, and therefore it has an important strategic weight in food security in Iraq in general. Throughout this study, it has been clear that the province of Diyala produces (8,60%) of red meat , (3.15%) of poultry meat, and (10.84%) of table eggs of Iraq's total production during the research period (2002-2016), despite the existence of many constraints and determinants that obstacle the production process such as the spread of diseases , lack of interest in livestock ,the deteriorating security situation as well as the competition by the imported products.

Unemployment is a socio-economic psychological problem that has implications in societies, whether the future or the future is different from one society to another and from time to time according to the characteristics of each of them. In Iraq, the phenomenon is chronic as in the study area is related to the phenomenon of unemployment wasted a number of reasons, the most important of which is the growth of the labor force, And the lack of adaptation of the economic sectors to keep up with the reality of society. The main results of the research are the distribution of the unemployed among the administrative units in the governorate. Unemployment rate was 22% of the labor force in the governorate. 85% of males and 15% of females were registered according to the data recorded. The illiteracy rate among the unemployed was 42%, and the percentage of those who receive unemployment allowance was only 14%. The research concluded that there are no accurate unemployment statistics in the governorate. Males are registered in females

This study dealt with Spatial Modeling System of Diyala River between Baqubah and Mouth of the River through passing area of study. The area of study lies in an unstable pavement in the North-East of sedimentary lowland within the limit of secondary Tigris River. The area includes a tectonic activity under the surface which works to make continuous slope which effects the stream of river. The geology of the area is formed of modern river residuals of the fourth age going back to the age of playostosen and Holocene.
It is obvious that the area has a superior aspect of being flat and the slope of surface is from North- East till South-West.It appeared that the climate of area is continental climate which is within a regional dry climate having the aspect of high temperature degrees and less fall of rain with oscillation in it elements totally. During the study it appears that the area contains different natural plants growing on the banks of the river and in the middle of the stream. The soil appeared to be transported soil by the Diyala River and hugest part of it is mud of two types; soil of banks of river and soil of flood residuals.
There geomorphological risks in the area after designing spatial modeling which by it appeared three levels of land as being suitable or dangerous to use. They are suitable high lands and less dangerous about (15%), suitable and semi dangerous lands about (76.56%), and lower lands and dangerous about (8.44%). These risks have a negative effect on the usage of lands by human activity as being lands very sloppy and unstable and always are effected by different types of erosion processes which makes it unsuitable for any kind of human usage like living, agriculture, roads, and bridges.

The subject of study "Women and Her Intellectual and scientific Effect on Islamic Orientation during the Fifth and Sixth Century After Hijrah" is considered one of the important subjects that deserve to be studied.
There is no doubt that women is half of the society and has big effect in supporting men. She is the birth of human beings, generation raise and their educator, being described as the base of forming a family. She has an impact on all different fields of life, even on political, intellectual, scientific, social, and economical levels because of being important in society the Verse in holy Quran was named (Al-Nesa) (The Women) as an honor for her by Allah.
Despite the circumstances that faces orientated women, customs, and tough traditions that were imposed by society on women, she was able to prove her being and stand. When Islam came to Eastern parts opening many places and spread in them and learned the principles and values of Islam they gave the freedom for education and learning.
The study referred to a number of women that had a great credit in teaching many women in Islamic parts and the fifth and sixth After Hijrah centuries had value in intellectual and scientific development for women during that era.
The study revealed a great number of scientists and students that heard about women who were scientists, hardworking, and mystical during that era, and had a pioneer impact in this.
The study also revealed that women had a great impact on encouraging intellectual and scientific movements in Islamic parts like: Tirkan Khatun, which her word was obeyed and he is one of the women who is intelligent, religious, wise, and manageable.

The research aims at discussing the diplomacy of Chou En Lai at the Geneva Conference and the most important views and proposals he presented during the discussions of the Conference, which finally formed the basis of the agreements reached at the Conference, particularly what is concerned to the peaceful resolution of the war in the Indo-China region.
In this study, the researcher reached several conclusions that the diplomacy of Chou En Lai was able to achieve several results, most important was ending the war in Indo-China and neutralizing it, and preventing any American attempt to interfere in it. It also opened channels of communication with some major European countries such as Britain and France, and was the path of further strengthening relations with these countries. It can be said that China's participation in the Geneva Conference and its call for peaceful resolution of disputes contributed in changing the stereotypical image promoted by the United States of America which asserts that China is one of the poles of the war.

The first Muslim scholars paid much attention to the issue of guidance as part of Islamic advice. Also, Islamic education-focused its attention to students' inclinations and potentials with directing them towards studies and specializations. Which, in turn, qualify them to those tendencies and potentials. It has also taken the lead in guiding teachers to the demand for learners, solving their problems, overcoming learning difficulties as well as guiding them to the best methods of teaching and learning. Islamic education preceded contemporary education in the issue of student reorientation or so-called vocational guidance. Promoting Islamic identity by linking scholars with their past and their Islamic cultural heritage.

The present study investigated Al-Khatal City: A Study in its General State until the end of 656 A.H /1258 A.D. It is an important city with significant geographical position as it lies on the eastern bank of Jehon River "Amodarya" which is regarded as one of the greatest rivers in Khurasan. Moreover, there were many cities and villages that follow it which reveals that it is a vast city. It includes a number of rivers that provide Jehon river with water. All this encouraged its economic prosperity due to agricultural, industrial, and commercial activities. When Islam reached the city, it was able to refine it until it became an excellent Islamic city as it was integrated with the Islamic State. This city gave birth to many Prophetic Hadith narrators and historians.
The present study consisted of three chapters. The first chapter discussed the geography of the city. The second chapter dealt with Islamic conquer of the city and its political and military affairs. The third chapter discussed the civilized aspects of the city including administrative, social, economic, and cultural aspects.

Our Islamic history is full of distinguished scientists like Historians and Sheikhs, that had the privilege on the Arabic and Islamic Homeland in transporting history to their people during the period they lived in. one of those genius scientists and Historian was the writer Abu Al-Abbas Shehab alden Ahmed Bin Abdul Wahhab Bin Abdul Daiem Nuwayrii born (677 A.H.) in Egypt in Village of Nuwayra a village of Bani Sewaief and was educated and raised on his father’s hand in Cairo. This research aims to identify the constraints in which face the Kurdish language teachers in secondary schools in Kalar city when using the educational instruments. To achieve this aim, the researcher chose (89) of Kurdish language teachers as a research society who are distributed among (19) of secondary schools in the center of Kalar city for the academic year 2018-2019, and (45) teachers have chosen to represent the sample. Then, the questionnaire was prepared as a research tool as well as distributed to some of pedagogy experts to verify its validity. As a result, the rate agreement was (87%) percentage. The stability has been also checked by using (re-test) of (10) teachers of Kurdish language. By using the Pearson correlation coefficient, the stability showed (0.79 %.) Accordingly, the questionnaire has been distributing to the sample of research. Statistically, research shows that the most important constraints which are facing the teachers when using educational instruments are, the lack of various instruments in the school, the lack of training courses in using educational instruments and limited of lessons time which is obstructed of using educational instruments.

The aim of the research is to shed light about the size of this phenomena In Iraq for the year 2014 and the extent of its spatial representation at the level of governorates according to the environment. gender and age, and what are the Variables that cause the discrepancy. achieve that the researcher used the quantitative and descriptive approaches, also the normative degree and the statistical methods have been used in order to compare it spatially and to know the effect of the independent Variables on the dependent Variable (Unemployment).
The research reached a number of results, the most important of them are:
1–The number of unemployment in Iraq for the year 2014 reached (961663) unemployed of the total economic activity of (9079588) at the rate of (%10,6).
2 –Unemployment rates Varied spatially according to governorates (Anbar , Kirkuk) came at the first and the last rank with (%19,6), (%2,9) respectively. Unemployment rates Varied on the environmental , gender, and ages levels , the unemployment rates in urban reached (%11,5) while I rural reached (%8,1) , the males rates came at (%8,4) while the females were at (%21,9) the age group of (15–19) years came at the first unemployment ranks at (%24,5) while the age group of (60–64) years in the last rank (%2,9).
3 – There were a number of Variables that have been the cause of the spread of Unemployment including (illiteracy rates the, percentage of urban population, the average size of the family, the proportion of the adult population, the average of the expenditure of the family, the proportions of emigrates).

The population variables in the urban centers are influenced by two variables that differ in their degree of influence in the demographic aspect of the cities. The current research aims at determining the role of the school activities in the art education in the design work of the middle school students in the center of Baquba district. This study comes as a comparison between the dust phenomena in Diyala and Karbala and its relation to the speed of the wind which varies monthly and yearly. The researcher depends on choosing two different geographic places; one of them occurs in a wavy area (Diyala governorate) and the other (Karbala governorate) which included in a sedimentary plain. Then, two statements are chosen (Khanaqine and Karbala) as their climate and the speed of the wind data are available.
The stud deals with the highest and the lowest average of wind speed in Khanaqine statement. The general average was (0.9)m/s while in Karbala the average was (2.4)m/s. The highest annual recurrence rate in 2015 in Khanaqine stays two days while in Karbala statement stays for three days. On the other hand, the highest annual recurrence of dust storms was six days in Khanaqine statement in 2004 while in Karbala statement was 30 days in 2008.
Excel program was used to know the recurrence of dust phenomena. It is found that the highest range for Khanaqine statement was in April and the lowest in December. In Karbala, the monthly range was increased during June and decreased in December. This means that dust phenomenon appear in summer and spring months and decreased in winter months and it increase in Khanaqine. The annual average recurrence of dust storms was in Khanaqine in 2003 and 2004 while in Karbala statement was in 2008 and 2009.
In relation to the statistical results, the comparison between dust phenomenon and wind speed for both statements, according to Pearson correlation coefficient using excel, show that the correlation was extreme and positive. It increases clearly in Karbala in comparison with Khanaqine

It is recognized by the grammarians that poetry is the largest encyclopedia of reasoning and rule rules. Its value comes from the fact that our first grammarians made him second only to the Qur'an. They even went further by interpreting what they understand from the Book of God. They asserted the validity of the grammatical rule they derived from the Koran, as it is ongoing on the traditions of Arabs in their speech. They identified four classes of people who protest their poetry, and our poet, Al Qatami, is from the second class of poets (Islamic poets) whom the grammarians collectively agreed on the permissibility of their poetry. Therefore, their dictionaries and grammatical books came to convey his poetry to lay down a grammatical basis, or to infer the validity of what the grammarians went.
Not surprisingly, the lexicons explain the obscurity of his poetry. They quoted more than eight hundred examples. The grammarians followed their traces, from Sibawayh to the late, as well as what they quoted from the original evidence of phonological and morphological phenomena.

This study discussed the urban indicators in Buhruz Township using a questionnaire form that contains several variables like area, operational history, family size, and horizontal and vertical construction development. It also discussed the reason behind reconstruction like enlarged family size, investment or remedy. The form also contained the number of stories.
The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between family size and the need for medium to large area for residential units. Moreover, most of the old houses are facing humidity problems and they need reconstruction.

The present research aims to identify the intrapersonal intelligence of the students of at the distinguished schools, and to identify the differences of statistical significance in the intrapersonal intelligence according to the gender variable.
In order to verify the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a intrapersonal intelligence scale of (38) items. The scale was applied to a sample of fifth grade preparatory students in the distinguished schools of both genders in the departments of Al-Karkh (first, second and third) in Baghdad governorate, (196) students were randomly selected, and after the statistical treatment and analysis of the data, the results showed that the students in the fifth grade preparatory have intrapersonal intelligence, and there are no differences by gender in students.
In the light of the results, the researcher reached a number of recommendations: Emphasize the development of intrapersonal intelligence among students to prepare a healthy generation confident in their mental abilities, and investment councils parents and teachers to help students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, the researcher suggested proposals, including between intrapersonal intelligence and other variables such as (goal orientation, mind habits)

The Aghlabid state in the Arab Maghreb is the sole representative of the Abbasid state. It worked to preserve the region and its subordination to the Islamic state, especially after the opposition fled and fled from the center of the caliphate. The study aimed to shed light on the political changes in Morocco after the emergence of the pro-Caliphate state of Aghlabid and the efforts exerted to curb foreign affairs. It is an attempt to delve into the depths of that history to derive the historical facts of the political development movement in that region. The study also reflected an important aspect of the history of the region as a refuge for opponents of the Abbasid state. The study was based on the historical, analytical, and conclusion approach to the conclusion of lessons and lessons. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are the success of the pro-Abbasid state of Aghlabid in achieving security in the Maghreb region despite the great number of disturbances and differences of views and doctrinal tendencies. The study confirmed the competition for the leadership of the Arab Maghreb among the independent states, as well as the state of polarization and competition between the Aghlabids, Alawites and Kharijis, which confirms the difference between the parts of the Arab Maghreb and the lack of unity of opinion. The relations of the Aghlabid state in the Maghreb region were characterized by an alliance and a clash. The study recommends several recommendations, the most important of which is the study of the Abbasid city in the Maghreb because it was the basis for the launching of the Islamic call and its spread in the continent of Africa and a symbol of Islamic civilization. It also needs to shed more light on some of the issues and issues that are different, because there is confusion and inconsistency in some incidents And many issues.

Wind speed in Iraq varies between light and moderato according to geographic location the tracks of pressure system, temperature andintensity of natural vegetation of each climatic station. These characteristics and others determine the degree of wind erosion in Iraq. Two equations were used as to identify levels of wind erosion and to compare the result founded relying on the Iraqi meteorological records and the three basic climatic factors that affect erosion (temperature, wind speed and rain). According to 24 climatic stations spread all over Iraq. The Sulaimaniyah climatic station revorded the lowest wind erosion rate of( 11.2) according to Chepil equation, while The Selman climatic station recorded the highest one with( 13568) Thus, wind erosion rate of Selman station is(1211.4) times than Sulaimaniyah climatic station. While the Sulaimaniya climatic station recorded according to the coefficient of the annual wind erosion coefficient the lowest rate of erosion and the value of (10.7), while the Salman climatic station recorded the highest rate of erosion and the value of (197). Thus, the wind erosion at the Salman station is equivalent to (18.4) times compared to the Sulaymaniyah Climate Station.

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a model in the achievement of students of the fifth grade literary history and to achieve the goal of research formulated by the researcher hypothesis zero search variables, the researcher followed the experimental method, the research community consisted of fifth grade students in the preparatory and secondary schools of the Directorate General for the province of Diyala The study sample consisted of (65) students (33) for the experimental group and (32) students in the control group. The researcher used the statistical means of the statistical package spss.
