And political opposition are in reaction to the tyranny of the political system or the ruling and wasted the legitimate rules that decide civil and political rights of citizens, it is the protection of political freedom and one of the important aspects, freedom of political opposition decided by the contemporary democratic regimes and Islamic law in this freedom.

The reasons for the writing of hadith are one of the most important topics of hadith science, as it opens up to other sciences, internal ones related to the hadith itself, and external ones related to its words from the case, the article and the context, and also it helps in understanding the honorable texts, and its knowledge helps the jurist and the diligent for a contemporary understanding of the narration.

Accordingly, this study dealt with the analytical descriptive method, comparing the avant-garde vision and the viewpoint of the Baghdad theological school concerning man and his issues, including his creation, what he is, his knowledge, and his consequence; Because we assumed that the speakers formed their opinions and verbal ideas according to what they deduced from the revelation texts of the Qur’an and hadith, but - contrary to this assumption - it became clear through this study that there is a difference and a vast difference between the relational vision and its analogy with the human and the words. The study reached the results mentioned in the conclusion, which shows the extent of the difference between theistic anthropology and its verbal counterpart.

The sparkling moon in our dark nights is nothing but an opaque body that reflects the sunlight that makes it that light we see in it.
And that scientists did not agree on how it arose, but put several theories, the most important of which are the theory of fission, the theory of rotation, the theory of the double planet (twin planet), the theory of capture, the theory of collision, and that each of the theories faced criticism and did not reach how to arise, but I say: that God Almighty created him as He created everything, without needing a theory or a medium for its formation and the form in which it is, and His creation is a proof and a sign to indicate the oneness of God and the greatness of His creation, and this is confirmed by the narrations about the Prophet and his family (peace be upon them).

Islamic Sharia has been concerned with human relations in general and family relations in particular, and for the importance of marriage, which the Holy Qur’an called a close bond based on choice, common desire and parity so that this link becomes strong so that the two parties become one soul, but this new entity may face what hinders it and disturbs its purity and prevents the continuation of This marital life and consequently the interruption of this close cord and the end of the marital bond. The Holy Qur’an is a miracle and a challenge to all
Arabs, with its linguistic and stylistic methods and phenomena, before which the reader stands in astonishment. Because the speech came in a coherent and equal way; that is why I found my need in this research, especially in a surah that describes the horrors of the Day of Resurrection, sometimes with encouragement, and at other times with intimidation.

As for the preamble, it is titled with (The Holy Qur'an and the reasons for its descendants and its preference).
As for the first topic: I dealt with the morphological structure in Surat Al-Qiyamah.
The second topic was devoted to: to deal with the grammatical methods in Surat Al-Qiyamah, while the third topic was titled with the suggestive significance in Surat Al-Qiyamah and I concluded my research with a summary that included the most important findings of the research.

The Quranic text is rich in connotations and denotations. Sometimes you find direct meanings (central or denotational), secondary (connotational) meanings, the meaning of meanings, and marginal meanings. They can be understood through social, psychological and historical elements in the text. This research attempts to find the marginal connotations in the Quranic text based on what was explained in the Quranic exegetic books and books of Quranic vocabulary as well as the Arabic-Arabic lexicons. It is divided into two chapters: The first of which dealt theoretically with the concepts of idiomatic and linguistic marginal connotation, then the concept of marginal connotation among linguists and the factors of acquiring that connotation; and the second chapter specified in the applied study of marginal connotation in selected texts of the Holy Quran.

The student of education finds a wide space in it for the educational values that specialists must take care of. In our time, the civic values that show the relationship between the members of the same society are emerging in all fields.
Here, the importance of shedding light on the civic values on which a person is brought up appears which is called civic education. That is: education on civic values of justice, equality, citizenship, peaceful coexistence, and others.
This research attempts to answer the concept of civic educational values and define their terms in the light of the texts, and show the relationship between religious values and civic values.
