worshipers for their Lord should be close and obedient.
And love is proved to him. God loves those who do what he has commanded
or is desired. He loves all good and hates all evil. Let love know in God that
love is not limited to people without others, or that it is only for the weak of
the soul as some think.
And the types of people whom God loves are mentioned in the Holy Quran,
and they are many, so I loved to collect them in a simple search, came the title
of my research (Al Rahman Lovers in the Koran are seven varieties, but I
merged two of them in one section to be in one verse , And I did not elaborate
on the subjects (varieties), for fear of prolongation, but I was limited to the
definition of varieties, and the love of God to them

Abstract
The comparative commentary is the detection of the meanings of Quranic
verses by comprehending the commentators' sayings in all the fields of
commentary and its variation with respect to the proverb and the scientific,
jurisprudent, linguistic and contextual opinion... etc. The fine saying is the
selection of the best words and it is a preference tense for what was fine, there
was finer than it, i.e. it is the best of saying. It is the good saying and not the
bad one of saying or the ones that the hearer does not understand their
indication, so he counts them a trespassing and invasion which is the most
sublime of accurate meanings. It is the right and the true of saying and not the
wrong and trespassing in reaching what the saying do not bear and far away
from the addressee's brain. It reaches the intended purpose of talk and not
blinding and ambiguity, and the selection of the most rhetoric meanings and
the least words. It is the right and justice and not the vanity and injustice.
It does not exclude anybody of the people and came in the unknown tense to
give absoluteness and engrossment.

Abstract
Ibn Bashkuwal and his book has authored many books which enriched the
library especially in biography. His book ((Al-Sila )) which is one of the early
books in biography in Andalucía has presented adequate information related
to most of the jurists and scholars of Andalucía as well as other scholars in
different fields. He has written down their names, lineages, nicknames, years
of birth, countries, names of their Sheikhs, students, books, narrated materials,
the sciences they studied, specializations, journeys, movements among cities
and he mostly mentions their dates of death

Abstract:
Developing countries in general and Iraq as special case are suffering from the
problem of Migration of Youths and Efficiencies, which causes negative and
dangerous phenomenon\'s in scientific and humaneness sides resulting political
instability and very dangerous problems and Iraqi social security.
So it needs to focus at scientific importance about phenomenon which could be
considered as disturbing phenomenon for present and future, the objective of
this research is to clearify the dangerous of all forms of migrations according to
analytical methodology for the economical, political and security reasons
considering all the positive and negative effects, taking in account what the
human rights organizations do with phenomenon, types and reasons and what
consequenting about dealing and conclusions.
It is necessary to clarify the treating that may solve the immigrants\' crisis in all
sides humanitarian, social and economical in order to limit it or to create
alternative climate or provision better standard of life to reduce this
phenomenon as possible as.
The solution is the provision of job opportunities in order to reduce
unemployment, keeping social joints, stability of political situation, trying to
keep the sectarian conflicts and lay the state of law.

Conclusion
at the end of the research and after addressing the various aspects of the topic,
including the definition of minors causes and implications to marry them.

The means of social media has a great importance in spreading the political
awareness by the several topics including the cognitive side as well as
enriching with the information for women throughout the openness to whole
world by these means. It has helped to form the visions and ideas in Iraqi
women's mind because of the dialogues, sessions and discussions of these
means to form the behavior to follow up and choice to these means.
This research has focused on the study of using the social media by woman
by a survey of a sample of women in Baghdad and the study of the most
important ways that women prefer in topics and believe its importance to get
the information, as well as the influence of social media on woman's
personality to know the nature of the relationship between the factors and the
most influential factors on them.

ordinary creditors, they are still exposed to losing some of their rights and they
have special guarantees to avoid this danger. Personal guarantees consist of the
attachment of one or more receivables to the original debtor's debt.The most
important forms of personal guarantees are the guarantee, but it does not
provide the creditor with sufficient security, because the risk of the guarantor's

Abstract
This paper studies the unconventional woman character presented by
Henrik Ibsen in the play of Hedda Gabler among his most distinguished
social dramas. The scrutiny of Hedda Gabler’s character in this paper focuses
on gender and gender role. It seems that Hedda’s attempt to play the male
gender role has led to her destruction in the play. This study utilizes an
eclectic approach to do a literary textual analyses based on the concepts of
stereotyping, objectification, and oppression as examined through the lenses
of the theories of Existentialist Feminism by Simone De Beauvoir, Sexual
Politics by Kate Millet and Human Basic Needs by Abraham Maslow
successively. The analysis of the character of Hedda Gabler in this study aims
to investigate evidences of the themes of stereotyping, objectification and
oppression that are worked by patriarchal politics of gender, sexuality, and
oppression respectively in order to lead to the disintegration of the female
character as manifestation of gender inequality. The three theories are used
then to explain how these themes of stereotyping, objectification, and
oppression create the disintegration which is responsible for the misery of
women. Hedda’s struggle against the disintegration process is highlighted in
the play. Results reached in this study that Hedda lost her battle to live a
normal life because she chose to challenge gender roles and tried to live as a
man.

Abstract
In the current work, an effective scheme was adopted for hiding cipher
text in image file. The proposed method was to hide the cipher text
message in frequency domain of image. The proposed method contained
two stages: the first embedding phase and the second extraction phase. In
embedding phase the image transformed from time domain to frequency
domain using discrete wavelet decomposition technique (Haar). The text
message encrypted using RC2 and Serpent algorithm; then used Least
Significant Bit (LSB) algorithm used to hide secret message in high
frequency. The proposed method tested in different images and showed the
success of hiding according to (PSNR) equation.

Cybercrimes has continued to grow over the years with new crimes been
introduced into the deep web. The trend in recent attacks across the globe has
shown the versatility of the perpetrators and what they are capable of doing.
The impact, effect and reality is has on organisations worldwide cannot be over
emphasized. Cyber laws have also been incorporated over the years, to be
implemented at various level and jurisdiction. The trend of attacks and growing
urge among perpetrators has called for concerns on what the incorporated
cyber laws have done to curb the growing crime. This paper examines
cybercrimes and cyber laws in order to be able to make the laws effective and
further implement it in preventing more cybercrimes
