The science of readings is a danger to science, rank and lift it a bit; To attach to the book of God and save the system of the Koran, it has emerged as many Islamic scholars of the nation since the dawn of Islam for their Holy Book service, and studying everything related to science related to the holy book, including science readings and readers to learn about science and related wading through the search (look on readings and readers in the age of the message), which deals with the definition of readings and readers. and studying the descent of readings, as well as the types of readings and sources, and the relationship between the Koran and the readings, and the issue of the descent of the Holy Quran on seven characters, and what the meaning of the seven letters, interpret and responses, readers ten, the most famous readers.

The research has proven the innate nature of Quranic values and their foundational source. Additionally، it highlights the profound significance that God intended for these values، as well as the reason for which human beings and the universe find their righteousness through them. Furthermore، it elucidates the connection between legislation and acts of worship in the holistic religion described by the Creator in His Holy Book as the 'righteous religion.

The idea of the research is summarized about the approach of some scholars and researchers who are called (the Quranists) in the process of making fatwas, which is the method of sufficiency in the Qur’an, as the research sheds light on this approach and its most prominent personalities, then access to the statement of the impact of this approach on the process of legal deduction, and analysis of their deductions discussing it, and attempting to analyze the claim that the method of being satisfied with the Qur’an is a method that eliminates the differences between Muslims, thus uniting their word and rulings; Because it is the Sunnah that sows disputes among Muslims, and the research is organized into an introduction and two demands. The first talks about this trend and its emergence and its most prominent characters, and the second is about the impact of the method of contentment with the Qur’an in the process of legal the deduction.

The Holy Qur’an is the immortal and miraculous constitution of Muslims, and it contains solutions to the problems facing Muslims in the time of the Messenger Muhammad (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family). Contemporary problems have emerged that confirm our need to return to the Holy Qur’an in an urgent and necessary manner. Let us draw from it the solution and treatment of the problems of emerging issues. This will be done through an interpretive approach that shows how the Holy Qur’an deals with these issues. It is called kinetic interpretation. It is one of the important approaches for contemplating the verses of the Holy Qur’an and is in accordance with methodological steps that can be followed to apply them in dealing with emerging issues. These steps can be learned about. Through the interpretations that followed this approach.

أم الكتاب تعدٌّمن المراحل التي يمر بها القران الكريم وهي المرحلة الاولى. نعرف بحقيقة أم الكتاب من خلال عرض الآيات التي ذكرت مصطلح ام الكتاب حيث تكرر لفظ ام الكتاب ثلاث مرات في القران الكريم في سورة ال عمران وسوره الرعد وسوره الزخرف، بدأ البحث بتناول مصطلح أم الكتاب في سوره الزخرف تحديدا. وأم الكتاب بمعنى أصل كل كتاب من الكتب السماوي وذهب أغلب العلماء ألي أن ام الكتاب هي اللوح المحفوظ، واللوح محفوظ من التغيير والتبديل وهناك من ذهب الى أن القران هو ام الكتاب وهي النسخة الأصلية لجميع الكتب السماوية فيما ذهب أخرون الى ان القران هو ام الكتاب وليست النسخ جميعها من الكتب السماوية. ومن ثم يبين البحث مصطلح اللوح المحفوظ وهو المستقر فيه حقيقة القران. وان اللوح المحفوظ لا يحصل فيه تغيير وتبديل والتغيير والتبديل في لوح المحو والاثبات وبهذا تحل مشكلة البداء والنسخ على اعتبار أن ما في اللوح المحفوظ يجب ان يطابق القران.
وبيًن البحث أن هناك مقامات للقران الكريم، وجود تكويني ووجود كتبي، كما بين البحث حقيقة كل منها، وحقيقة ومعنى الكتاب المكنون وذهب الكثير من العلماء الى إن اللوح محفوظ الذي اثبت الله فيه القران.

With the progress of the materialistic life in the modern era, and with the movement of global arrogance witnessed by contemporary reality. Where many materialistic concepts far from the unseen world and the spirit of faith are raised in the public mind, through various means that lead to distancing the man from the depth of the meaning of faith in religion and preoccupation with their everyday lexis and their subjective and instinctive problems.
It seems that the term atheism has taken shape following the spread of free thought, scientific skepticism, and the growing activity of intellectual currents in the criticism of religions. We can even say that the intransigence of atheists towards religions can have various political, social, economic, or cultural reasons. Hence, it was necessary to extrapolate the reasons for atheism in an attempt to figure out ways to discard this problem.

In this research, I dealt with (The linguistic and idiomatic concept of attenuation and belief), and I divided into two sections. The definition of attenuation linguistically and idiomatically, and the second requirement: defining faith linguistically and idiomatically and the second topic was entitled In the Attenuation of Doctrine of Monotheism), and it has two requirements, the first demand in it, (the method of ridicule and derision the weakening of the Doctrine of Monotheism), and the second requirement: I dealt in it, (the method of denial in the weakening of the Doctrine of Monotheism), and ended the research with a conclusion that included the most important findings of the research

The topic of the research includes the response of the interpretive studies to the various rebuttals of the German orientalists، including those raised about the personality of the Messenger Muhammad (PBUH) on the one hand، and what the German orientalists raised about the interpretive studies، as well as questioning the source of the Holy Qur’an، claiming that it is the work or authorship of the Messenger Muhammad (PBUH). The orientalists were the pioneers in presenting all these suspicions and others in the intellectual arena. If we go back to the roots of the suspicions، we would find them in Islamic sources، but you raised them not in the form of a suspicion intended to cast doubt، but rather in the form of narrations، news، or a specific understanding of an interpreter. The issue of secondary rulings is considered one of the issues that the fundamentalists were interested in in their research, and most of their attention was focused on explaining how to combine them with the primary rulings, and explaining the technical aspect of prioritizing them over the primary rulings. Some of them argued that the rationale for prioritizing them is the claim of ruling the evidence of the secondary rulings over the evidence. The primary rulings and their denial of their subject matter are an act of worship. Some of them held that the reason for this is that the evidence of the secondary rulings is specific or restricted to the evidence of the primary rulings. Some of them held that the evidence of the primary rulings proves the judicial ruling while the evidence of the secondary rulings proves the actual ruling, and the actual ruling takes precedence over the ruling. This is done by always linking the secondary ruling to a purpose that is considered the most important in the eyes of the legislator, and he does not accept its lapse under any circumstances, and that purpose is the angel and basis for making the secondary ruling, and for that reason the submission is made in favor of the secondary ruling, in order to preserve that most important purpose.

Sustainable development is one of the modern terms, but its concept was within the reach of Islamic jurisprudence, and Islam considered this concept among its heavenly teachings, as it emphasized it in various fields, including the tax, spoils, money, and zakat.
Money, gold, and metals were among the topics that the research focused on. It dealt with the views of the jurisprudence schools as a comparative study, and the researcher did not seek to favor one doctrine over another, as each of them has evidence that he adhered to.
The research found that they agreed on the permissibility of one-fourth of a tenth of zakat, including the Imamiyyah, except for the Hanafi school of thought which espouses one-fifth of minerals. And that some minerals that are voluntarily ignited by fire are subject to zakat, i.e. gold and silver only have zakat on them according to the opinion of the Malikis, Shafi’is, and Dhahiriyya.

This research is famous for exploring the oppositional sequences that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) focused on in conveying his adopted beliefs to the people، and knowing the beautiful impact they had on the soul of the recipient. An effective method was used in searching for texts and analyzing them within artistic methods to reach the semantic objectives، the success of which was demonstrated by the Imam (peace be upon him) ، as well as the statement of their beautiful effect.

The Quranic Speech is a miraculous speech that God has brought down all and cherished on the chest of his generous messenger; For people's gifts and guidance to the powerful way, through arguments, evidence and evidence proving the unity of God bless and rise. This discourse is characterized as a speech to all mankind, and for all time, and it has had an important media effect in responding to rhetoric of disinformation between people; in order to repel them through presentation and peasant.
The researcher initiated a deliberative study of this media response to disinformation speech, taking from the argument theory a way to do so.
The researcher began introducing the terms of the title, then proceeded to study this speech in accordance with the argument theory by describing the most important arguments used by the Holy Quran in his argument to the misguided and from these tools) but, indeed, or, what...
