This study deals with a particular linguistic difficulty for succession of two particles of vowels in Arabic . The researcher tackles the difficulty of the succession of two particles of vowels in the triple verb , in plural , and in combining the two particles of vowels without spatial change , and other positions.
The result show that the succession of two particles of vowels are permissible if they are different or separated them apart. This kind of succession is considered difficult but not impossible.

Because of deep meanings, eloquence, rhetoric, and words’ richness, holy Quran has special features which have been inspirational to Muslim literates. They have benefitted so much from it in different conceptual, verbal, and stylistic levels. The relation between literary works with holy Quran can be traced under “intertextuality”. Poems of Ezoldin al-Monasarah from Palestine and Mohammad Ali Shams al-Din from Lebanon include Quranic themes and words. The present study by descriptive-analytic approach attempts to explain the intertextual relations of the poems of these two poets with holy Quran. The most important result is that the frequency of poems which Shams al-Din and al-Monasarah have benefited from Quranic words and phrases in them by partial and parallel negation methods is more than a thousand and two poets many times have simultaneously used intertextual methods in one poem and benefited from the style of holy Quran verses in creating themes based on expressing people’s sufferings as a result of their country’s invasion.

Abstract:
The scholars’ tendency to understanding the secrets of Quran’s miracle and the elegance of its orders is one of the important factors which made them to learn the Arabic language and its rules, especially its rhetoric . That is why the scholars, especially the Muslims have made a great attempt at investigating the Quran. They made an attempt at interpreting the sentences ,at studying the rhetorical devices , deriving and explaining the skills of rhetoric used in Quran. Quran had a great effect on improving the rhetoric , and the rhetoric of Quran can prove the miracle of Quran. This study aims at explaining Miracle of the rhetoric in Quran,and then the rhetorical devices in Surah Luqman are investigated.

The causes of early marriage of girls are multiplied and overlapped according to the cultural and social context of the community. Which are numerous and has a role to the increased incidence of early marriage in Iraq generally and spend maize, in particular, is the most important educational level, with the highest incidence of early marriages recorded within the educational level (Lamy) and hit percentage (60.8%) and the lowest proportion was recorded within the educational level of junior high. What above, amounting respectively (5.6%, 0.7%). The kinship was also have a role in the increased incidence of early marriage in the judiciary as it recorded the highest rate of early marriage of a cousin within the Urban and Rural Areas judiciary as the ratio, respectively (36.5%, 48.7%) As of early marriages forcibly within which got Elimination recorded the highest incidence in the hand Ghammas reached (41.8%) and other other reasons that had a role in the increased incidence of early marriage in the elimination of economic Kalmstoy, customs, traditions and religious reasons. This has had the impact of early marriages on the social development process in the judiciary. Because women still do not enjoy even today in most communities the same rights enjoyed by men. Especially with regard to the educational aspect, health and economic.

The relationship between the religious establishment and crimes of corruption is based on an attempt to make use of the effectiveness of religion in religions communities such as the Iraqi community in the process of social informal control or members of staff in government departments, particularly for those who are in charge of important responsibilities. This contributes in the reduction of negative effects of the different types of corruption which is growing steadily in society. To identify the different situations that corruption could be treated through, it is the duty of the religious establishment to stand against corruption as an evil that must be stopped, and that its main religious and social role. This is based on a number of religious teachings (Fatwas) which are effective in limiting the spread of some phenomena that the religious establishment deemed negative since they affect negatively the religious commitment of people. There are many examples for corruption in the contemporary political life that destroys society completely.

"This research aims at defining Social Competence and its Relation with perspective self-control for students of college of Art-university of Al Qadisiyah . The specimen of this research consisted of (200) students of university of both sexes chosen randomly, and to achieve the aims of the research , The researcher built the test Social Competence. As well as The researcher here built the measurement of perspective self-control. In order to use these tow tools in measurement , the researcher has followed a group of procedures of which he analyzing the articles of the tests , Reliability and Validity. After application of the research tools and getting university students answers , the researcher used the suitable statistical aids for reaching the conclusions , the results were the following : The students of have a high degree of Social Competence , students of Art have a perspective self-control,and a positive relationship has been detected between Social Competence and its Relation with of perspective self-control for students of college of Art-university of Al Qadisiyah".

The research aims to identify the extent of the importance of youth participation in decision-making social decision, and the economic, political, first and try to identify the most important obstacles and reasons that prevent the effective participation of youth in decision-social decision within the family and outside .research found a number of the most important results
1-The method of socialization of family democracy provides for young people, including offer them care and attention and the freedom to express an opinion, the possibility of participating in the decision within the family and outside making.
2- There are problems and impediments in the face of community participation for young people which leads to a waste of creative energies of young people who represent the largest segment of society.
The research found some recommendations and proposals
1- Activate the role of all the institutions of society, to instill the value of participation among young sons, starting from the family, and its important role in motivating their children to participate in decision-making inside and outside the family, and prepare them to take responsibility.
2-holding scientific seminars and guidance for young people themselves, to help them understand their abilities and potential and by faith in order to reach to make appropriate decisions in their lives, whether in the future study, work or marriage and others.
3-The state should provide appropriate employment opportunities for youth, and the elimination of unemployment, which has caused a great loss to the community and is anathema to take advantage of the creative energies. In addition to the necessity of activating the role of economic enterprise, through encouraging young people to present their ideas, and to allow them to participate in decision-making work, and trust competencies young.
4-The state should the age group of laws and regulations that determine the rights and freedoms of young people, and provided with the opportunity to express their views in their community issues remove obstacles to their participation, in order to achieve effective for youth political participation.

This research entitled (Public Council in the wilayet of Baghdad, the first election cycle 14 - October 22, 1913) the study of life in the legislative mandate of Baghdad late Ottoman period. The work of the Public Council for the state similar to the work of the Council of the Ottoman envoys in Istanbul.
This research is very great importance it is without exaggeration the first study that dealt in detail Public Council for a term of Baghdad based on authentic sources, particularly the official press of the mandate of Baghdad (Zawraa) published the minutes or the public meetings of the Council, and through the official newspaper of the Ottoman Empire (Takvim-i Vekayi) published legal materials for organizing the work of public boards.
The Public Council for a term of Baghdad membership includes representatives of religions and religious communities in the state of Baghdad, there was a member of Jews and other Christians, and the rest of the members representing the Muslim residents of the Sunnis and Shiites. Did not choose the members of the Public Council precisely at a time in which we find who is active in most of the meetings of the Council, we find another member did not have any role if not that his role was negative through non-attendance or absence of several sessions.
