Abstract
This research is considered one of the important researches in Maysan Governorate, as it focuses on the construction of helicopter airport project in the oil fields of the Maysan Oil Company, where the oil general companies in Maysan Governorate suffer from the cost of transporting the foreign engineering experts and the governing equipment of sustaining oil industry from Iraq\'s international airports to oil fields and vice versa. Private international transport companies transport foreign engineering from the oil fields to Iraqi airports and vice versa, and other international security companies take action to provide protection for foreign engineering experts during transportation. Hence, this process is very costly.
The objective of this research is to construct helicopters airport in the oil fields of the Maysan Oil Company, which can be reduced the required time for the arrival of foreign engineering experts and required equipment to the oil fields of the company by using the Critical Path Method (CPM). This may assist finding the time and cost of completing the project and drawing charts the project in light of the existence of non-traditional relationships between some activities in the project network, depending on the computer engineering software such as Primavera V6. 478 days were required to complete the project . Finally, a number of conclusions and recommendations are drawn up, and a number of future studies are suggested.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to determine the effect of internal marketing through three dimensions: vision, development, and reward - on organizational citizenship behavior in three private universities in Iraq. Organization’s view of their members as internal customers could be made them more realistic in dealing with the reasons for leaving and going to other organizations. This can promote business organizations to build an organizational environment that contributes to making the organization look like the homeland of those workers. The research method is descriptive analytical. The tool for data collection was the questionnaire. Statistical software (SPSS V.23 and AMOS V.23) was used to analyze the data. The research sample was randomly selected and consisted of 290 faculty members. The results of the research indicated that there is a positive effect of the independent variable “internal marketing” on the dependent variable “organizational citizenship behavior”. Also, the dimension of development has the most impact on organizational citizenship behavior, then comes the reward, and the vision, respectively. The research highlights on the level of variables and the nature of the relationships between them in the private higher education sector in the Iraqi environment.

Abstract
The current study aims to overcome the conflicts facing the company in its way of staying and continuing to maintain its performance excellent in light of the intense competition, which made it seek to find strong ways and links with its customers through electronic communication using electronic platforms, and this put confidence and safety in The place of suspicion and fear of not fulfilling credibility or violating the privacy, so this research comes to answer about the question: “Can the company achieve an excellent performance by relying on the customer's electronic confidence?”.
The study followed the descriptive and analytical approaches by providing a virtual model and testing the zero hypotheses, which stipulates that there is no significant effect of the customer's electronic confidence on outstanding performance. A three-point scale questionnaire was used as the study tool. the employers in administrative and leadership positions at Northern Cement Company in Nineveh Governorate was chosen as a study sample. The study concluded that the measurement and compatibility with the sincerity and reliability of the study model. The results showed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the variables of the study, which indicates the importance of building electronic customer confidence tools in enhancing the performance of excellence in a researched company.

Abstract
Hepatitis is one of the diseases that has become more developed in recent years in terms of the high number of infections. Hepatitis causes inflammation that destroys liver cells, and it occurs as a result of viruses, bacteria, blood transfusions, and others. There are five types of hepatitis viruses, which are (A, B, C, D, E) according to their severity. The disease varies by type. Accurate and early diagnosis is the best way to prevent disease, as it allows infected people to take preventive steps so that they do not transmit the difference to other people, and diagnosis using artificial intelligence gives an accurate and rapid diagnostic result. Where the analytical method of the data relied on the radial basis network to diagnose the disease, in addition to using the classification of the regression tree as well as the use of the genetic algorithm to improve the classification accuracy of both methods and by comparing the methods used to find out the most efficient methods of classification through criteria. Classification error, mean square root error, and average absolute relative error, and concluded that the experimental results are that the methods are good in terms of classification, as they gave results with less classification of error, and that the radial basis network was superior to the classification regression tree, and that the addition of the genetic algorithm led to an improvement classification accuracy.

Abstract:
In this research, the methods of Kernel estimator (nonparametric density estimator) were relied upon in estimating the two-response logistic regression, where the comparison was used between the method of Nadaraya-Watson and the method of Local Scoring algorithm, and optimal Smoothing parameter λ was estimated by the methods of Cross validation and generalized Cross validation, bandwidth optimal λ has a clear effect in the estimation process. It also has a key role in smoothing the curve as it approaches the real curve, and that the goal of using the Kernel estimator is to modify the observations so that we can obtain estimators with characteristics close to the properties of real parameters, and based on medical data for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and through the use of the Gaussian function and based on the comparison criterion (MSE) it was found that the Nadaraya -Watson method is the best because it obtained the lowest value for this criterion.

Abstract
The research problem is that the traditional methods of internal auditing are somewhat heavy with long and rigid procedures for the members of the audit process team, especially in light of the current developments that are reflected in the business environment and internal audit reports, so it is necessary to reconsider the traditional internal audit work method and assess the extent of its development by agile methods to reduce the time of the audit process on the activities and elements that add value and direct the effort and time to the activities and elements that add value to the work of the economic unit and the report of the internal auditor.
The research aims to study the possibility of applying agile internal auditing in the Iraqi economic units and to achieve the goal of the research. The researchers made a checklist to test the research hypothesis, which states (there are no applications of lean internal auditing methods in the local environment). For (6) private banks listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange, which number (69) banks, after reviewing the periodic reports prepared by the Central Bank of Iraq.
The researchers concluded that the most banks of the research sample applied to the graceful internal audit in the Iraqi economic units is the Ashur Bank, as it obtained the highest arithmetic mean it reached (2.55) and the highest relative importance as it amounted to (85.0%) and the second place the Iraqi Investment Bank got the arithmetic mean (2.48) and importance Relative (82.7%). In third place, the Khaleej Commercial Bank got an arithmetic mean (2.39) and relative importance (79.7%). In fourth place, the Trans-Iraq Bank got an arithmetic mean (2.28) and relative importance (76%). In fifth place, the Iraqi Islamic Bank got on the arithmetic mean (2.24) and relative importance (74.7%).

Abstract
In light of the general inadequacy in the performance of the economic units operating in Iraq, and the contemporary developments in all the various sciences, Iraqi economic units have become obligated to use modern technologies applied around the world. To keep abreast of these developments, this is done by moving away from traditional methods of evaluating performance and applying approved and accepted methods of evaluating performance. This will lead to an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities of economic units. In addition, this drives to reduce of production costs. Accordingly, this study aims to clarify the application of the balanced scorecard technique and its role in evaluating the overall performance of the economic unit and the performance of total productive maintenance in particular. The study also aims to highlight the role of the balanced scorecard technique in evaluating the performance of total productive maintenance in order to develop the Iraqi industrial sector. The research selects the sulfuric acid factory in Al-Furat Company for Chemical Industries and Pesticides as a sample for the study. The most important finding is that the application of the balanced scorecard technique, based on the measures that have an impact on the overall productive maintenance, contributes to evaluating the total performance of the economic unit and evaluating total productive maintenance activities.
