Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli (District/793 AH) - one of the prominent figures of the Al-Hilla Interpretive School - stood on the interpretations of Al-Sharif Al-Murtada (d. 436 AH) - the second pole of the Baghdad School of Interpretation - in his book (Gharar Al-Fawa'id), and presented us with a critique of these aspects in his book (Gharar Al-Gharar), which is an abbreviation of the book of Al-Sharif Al-Murtada , and we have shortened in this research to (the meanings of the Qur'an); That is why we called it (Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli's criticism of the interpretation of the meanings of the Qur'an according to Sharif Al-Murtada), with it we seek to show the intellectual cross-fertilization between the two schools. , or one of his opinions, but it includes the criticism of Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli.

This research dealing with the study of the submitted effort by the Al-Allamah Al-Hilli (d: 726 A. H) in the field of the exactitude of the names of narrators in two of his books men's books: (Summary of Sayings in the Knowledge of Narrators) and (Clarification of the Suspicion of the Names of the Narrators), men's scientists have made great efforts in this area, some of whom have addressed the development of literature on the exactitude of the names of the narrators in order to raise suspicion, or included this in the biography books they classified, as this has an impact on the process of devising legitimate provisions.
The research is divided in a preface, three Topics and a conclusion. In the preface I addressed the meaning of exactitude, and the importance of searching for the exactitude of the names of the narrators. In the first topic, I mentioned the literature of the exactitude of the names of narrators, and the methods of the exactitude. In the second topic, I provided a brief definition in my books Al-Alamah al-Hili (Summary of Sayings) and (Clarification of Suspicion), and showed the method that he followed in exactitude. In the third topic I presented a number of suspicions that occurred to the Al-Allamah in exactitude the names of the narrators in the two books. In the Conclusion I ended with the most important findings of the research.

Historical investigations were limited to the theological writings of Allama al-Hilli (d. 726 AH), he did not use beliefs and theological issues to solve historical issues, and most of his historical bases were in the position of proving issues from the origins of religion, and he did not take the single news and the narrations that provoke discussion except in matters not related to the origins of beliefs such as issues related to the origins of religion. Marginal or colloquial beliefs, and in the religion beliefs related to the origins of that require a reliable document, he stuck to customary rational inferences in few sources, and most of his documents were frequent news.
He believed that the unanimity of scholars on the transmission of a report or the interpretation of a verse is in the same way as frequency, and given the foundations that prevent historical cases from being proven by single narrations, Allama al-Hilli used this expanded definition of frequency in order to find a solution in historical references.

And this research - consisting of two sections - we have devoted to talking about one of these princes, Prince Dubeis bin Sadaqah Al-Asadi (d. 529 AH), who assumed the Emirate of Hilla in the year 512 AH after the restoration of his father's rule, and he restored the great prestige of the Emirate Historians have described him as generosity, fervor for the weak and the neighbor, patronage of science and scholars, and courage in his many battles.

The religious heritage of the first martyr, Sheikh Muhammad bin Makki Al-Amili Al-Hilli (d. 786 AH) received great attention from researchers, but his literary heritage was not interested in him, and from here I took upon myself the task of collecting the rest of his poetry, studying and achieving it, which is an initial step that opens the way for those interested in studies. Literary after us in order to confront his literature with a critical study revealing the places of beauty in his literary discourse.
The research material required that it be divided into three axes. The first axis was devoted to a comprehensive translation of the life of the first martyr in terms of name, place of birth, upbringing, and martyrdom, mentioning his sheikhs, students and writings.The second axis was concerned with studying his poetry in a scientific study, and highlighting its artistic value, while the third and final axis included his poetry an accomplished collection based on historical, masculine and literary sources.

“The Looting Issue” was mentioned by Allamah al-Hilli in his book Qawaeid al-Ahkam” and it was explained by Radhi al-Din Abd al-Malik ibn Shams al-Din Ishaq ibn Fathan al-Qummi.

(Al Nukat) is a text from the dictation of Nasir al-Din al-Kashi (d. 775 AH) and the report of Abd al-Rahman al-Ataiqi (d. 790 AH), which was compiled by al-Kashi by Imad al-Din Yahya bin Ahmed al-Kashi (d. 745 AH), who in turn explained it with a thorough explanation.

In the realization of the work, we relied on two manuscripts, the first in the upper holy shrine, and the other in the center of Allamah Al-Hilli, and we made every effort to produce it in a scientific way.
