Abstract
Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli (District/793 AH) - one of the prominent figures of the Al-Hilla Interpretive School - stood on the interpretations of Al-Sharif Al-Murtada (d. 436 AH) - the second pole of the Baghdad School of Interpretation - in his book (Gharar Al-Fawa'id), and presented us with a critique of these aspects in his book (Gharar Al-Gharar), which is an abbreviation of the book of Al-Sharif Al-Murtada , and we have shortened in this research to (the meanings of the Qur'an); That is why we called it (Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli's criticism of the interpretation of the meanings of the Qur'an according to Sharif Al-Murtada), with it we seek to show the intellectual cross-fertilization between the two schools. , or one of his opinions, but it includes the criticism of Ibn Al-Ataqi Al-Hilli.
