This research studies Al-alama Al-Hilli's protest by the Qur'anic text in response to the deniers of the Imamate of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, after the Messenger, may Allah bless him and his family and grant them peace. Using the understanding of the Qur’anic text and the clarification of its dimensions through the interpretation contained in the tongue of the chosen Prophet and his pure family, the book (Kashf Al-Yaqin fi fe’dael Amir Al-mu’minin) peace be upon him, was chosen because it involved a large number of invoking the Qur’anic text.
The research also studied the position of (Al- Imamiyah) on the Qur’anic text through what this great scholar of Al-Hillah and its reformist school argued, as well as the concept of the Qur’anic text and its surroundings, and the intellectual and methodological basis from which Al-alama Al-Hilli started in studying the virtues of the Commander of the Faithful, with some examples of its documentation in the Qur’anic text. and its surroundings, then presenting a census of the Qur’anic texts that the scholar argued in his book, and after that he concluded the research with a conclusion.
 

Many scholars considered the Book of(Al-Aidah) to be one of response, debate and protest books, but it seems to me that it is more likely to be considered in books of interpretation. This is because it included the verses in the manner of the hierarchical approach to interpreting the Qur’an. As it became clear after mentioning each obscure verse, and the Sunnah contradicting it; So Allama referred in his interpretation to the linguistic meanings, the different readings, the revelation matter, and the different interpretations of the verse.
We note from the title of the book (Aidah Mukhalft Al-Sunnah lns Al-Kitab wa Al-Sunnah), and this grammar of exegesis is considered a verbal interpretation, and in it Allama presented the verbal structures of the Sunnis on the Qur’an and contradicts it in many ways, and this was discussed in a verse by verse.
And we tried through the following question: How was the verbal reasoning used by the Sunnis at the time of the author? That is, in the second half of the seventh century, and the beginning of the eighth century, to show Allama’s response to any class of the Sunni schools of thought, and the answer is present in the folds of the research by following it with a historical path

This study attempts to present to the honorable reader some of the explicit positions of Western scholars regarding Shiite scholars, including Allama Al-Hilli, who contributed to enriching the Islamic jurisprudence library in general and Shiites in particular. That is why orientalists shed light in their writings on his products, as they are a product of Islamic thought.
The idea of our research is to reveal the Western scientific way of thinking about our civilization and its influential figures in the scientific arena in general. There are several goals behind this that we will try to understand and present to the reader
Therefore, we divided the research into two parts. The first came under the title: The Identity of Allamah Al-Hilli in the Orientalist system. The second: the efforts of Allamah Al-Hilli.

The rhetoric of persuasion is the starting point of Arabic rhetoric and its effective characteristic, as it emerged from Greek philosophy and debate, and gave speech authority and sanctity.It is also the source of the resurgence of modern rhetoric after long ages in which the interest of rhetoric was limited to image, ornament and stylistic improvements until it became (reduced) rhetoric, according to Gerard Genette, or (dead) according to Roland Barthes. Between the old birth and the modern resurrection, an Arab Islamic movement emerged in which the eloquence of persuasion was an embodiment of the atmosphere of mental maturity and doctrinal conflict, which relied on an applied gender field: debate.
The issue of the caliphate appeared in an arena of conflict between Islamic sects in which each group tried to prepare the evidence and proofs that confirm its right to the caliphate, and the doctrinal debates were a fertile field for dialogue in this issue, including the debates of a jurist of the Imami jurists referred to him for his high energy and activity in the intellectual and transmission sciences, which is Allama Al-Hilli
In light of this, the research was entitled to (The argumentative question in the debate of Allama al-Hilli with the four doctrines scholars in the presence of Shah Khadabandeh) and the research was divided into an introduction and two axes. idiomatically, the second: the authority and legitimacy of debate in the Holy Qur’an, the noble hadith and the texts of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and the third: the etiquette of debate, and the fourth: the debate is a rhetorical icon.
Then the second axis: the applied framework: in which the procedural steps of the research were represented by the statement of the argumentative question as a persuasive requirement through several paragraphs, the first: the question and its dimension, the argument, the second: the argument of the question in the debate, the third: the dimensions of the question in the opening phase, the fourth: the dimensions of the question in the process Confrontation and Defense, Fifth: The objectives of the question/implication question, and the research concluded with a conclusion that presented the most important results that had been reached, then a list of sources and references.
 

It is clear to the reader what the Quranic readings of great importance and great wealth in the linguistic studies, because it is one of the sources of the main hearing, and was concerned with the first and the first attention, and the attention to care to guide these readings, and scientists who directed readings Ibn Idris al-Hali this liberal world We have collected the guidance of this world from its manifestations and presented it in this research in the form of sequential questions.
We mentioned in every issue the guidance of Ibn Idris, and we held the balance between his guidance and the guidance of his predecessors, in order to determine the amount of similarity, difference, Affected. We then refer to the guidance of the scientists who came after him who were guided close to directing It turns out that the applications of Ibn Idris the process of guidance testify to him brilliance and the long experience, as he mentions the best directives and supports them with convincing arguments, and he has benefited in some of them from those who preceded him, but he was distinguished by the elegance of the presentation and the beauty of the narration, which made it easier for those who read. He was very good at presenting the opinions of those who preceded him, and he was not satisfied with the presentation, but rather discussed those opinions, and weakened the weaknesses of them, and supported what deserves support, and accompanied his discussion with compelling evidence and solid arguments.

This research deals with an important poet of Al-Hilla in the seventh century AH, who is Abu Al-Hasan Ali bin Abdul Aziz bin Abi Muhammad Al-Khali’i Al-Mawsili Al-Hilli, who died in the year 650 AH. He was known for his solid ideological position and his affiliation with the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT). He paused all his poetry in lamenting them and enumerating their virtues and dignity, and in particular the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH). He elaborated a great deal in depicting the tragedy of Karbala and the incident of Tuff in a melodious, touching, and epic style, and a narrative method that relies on narrating the facts and events. He depicted the incident in a tragic way full of pain and sorrow. As if it was just happening right in front of our eyes.
In our study, we have relied on the version achieved by Dr. Saad Al-Haddad. The nature of the research necessitated the study of the subject in an introduction and two chapters. The first is concerned with studying the topics in which he spoke about Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT). This topic includes the virtues of the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) and depicts the incident of al-Tuff with its many positions of the Master of the Martyrs (PBUH) and Aqila Zainab (PBUH) and Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) and what happened to them after the captivity. As for the second topic, it includes a technical study of Al-Khali'i's poetry in Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) and a study of the most important methods contained in it, such as the rhetorical style and poetic narration. In the research, we have adopted an analytical approach based on induction and tracking.
And our last prayer is that praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, for He is the best Lord and the best helper.
 

Humanism in the modern era is gaining new momentum as a result of many things, including the expansion of the cultural and cognitive dimension of writers and poets, the increase of civilizational blending among peoples, the development of intellectual, philosophical and social studies, and the emergence of multiple and contradictory currents that seek to lead societies from visions, ideas and principles in politics, beliefs and other things that have man as the center and foundation.
This study concluded by presenting the most prominent features and various phenomena of humanism in the poetry of Sayyid. Haider Al-Hilli.
In this research, we relied on the descriptive analytical method, and divided the aspects of human values in his poetry, then extracted the places of their aesthetics, and pointed out the salient and basic features of humanism in the poetry of Sayyid Haider Al-Hilli.
These values were clearly reflected in the pages of the poetry of Sayyid Haider Al-Hilli, as these manifestations had great echoes in it. This article attempts to shed light on the valuable opinions in the poetry of Sayyid Haider Al-Hilli about human values represented in many topics, including: fervor, jealousy, freedom, mercy, forgiveness, courage, magnanimity, generosity, loyalty, determination, and pride.

This Hussainiya journey is considered as one of the important journeies, because it represents the journey of ten scholars known as (The Ten Missionaries) which were in the year (1321AH) and printed in 1329AH/1911AD, and its printed copy is missing, and it is from the possessions of the scholar Sheikh Muhammad Husayn Hamad Al-Jabawi Al-Hilli (May Allah have Mercy on Him) So I extracted it from the book (The Poets of Al-Hilla), which transmitted the text of the journey only, so I investigated and controlled it, and I also relied on the biography of Sheikh Al-Jabawi with a full and satisfactory translation, and collected what was written about him in the books of biography and men, as well as mentioning his students and professors until his death (may Allah have mercy on him).
