through this research it became clear that he is one of the greatest Fundamentalist scholars through
his applications of fundamentalist rule in his methodology in explaining Sahig Bukari.
This research Showed the path of weighting in the legal evidence that was manifested by the
Contradiction and how Imam Al=Aini may bod have mercy on him Followed it . His presentation
of the methods adopted by the Hanafi School of weighting in order to solve the apparent conflict
between the presumptive . evidence and his confirmation of the nonoccurence of conflict between
the definitive . evidence . This research necessitated that it consist of four researchsand thirteen
topics .
Ishoweed in the first research: the definition of the Aini and his writers of omdat Al-Qari As for the
Secand research: I knew the weighting in the language and terminology .
It was the third research ;In astatement weighting Sections and its pillars and Conditions /
As for the fourth and last research: I clarified the views of Imam Badr al-Din Aini in Some Seotions of
weighting and its Conditions , then I included it with uisseal .

The researcher mentioned many important issues, that are hard to mention Its
particles It’s particles. The sound may be repeated, and its repetition is a depiction of
the situation, embodiment and suggestion, which indicates that the tone of the bell
contributes to highlighting the intended meaning. The sounds of the Holy Qur’an’s
letters are the same as the letters of the Arabic language, but its style is different from
ordinary Arabic speech, this is evident in the expressional value of the sound. Reading
and hearing Holy Qur’an is suitable for calmness and supplication as believing hearts
are humbled, reassured, and calm in the presence of sanctification, impartiality, and
absolute power. There are many words that share the meaning of the sound, and
are closely linked to it. So it is worthwhile for us to be aware of the meaning of these
words, as the verses of the Qur’an were revealed for a great goal, in which there is
strength of expression, eloquence of meaning and good style, and this listening came
in a variety of formulations and harmony with other composition, in a way that works
to direct the sound during the recitation to the image with which the music of the
words is emitted, as if the arrangement of the sound had necessitated the methods of
recitation. Hearing Qur’an carrying the message of heaven and has the greatest effect
in making souls humble and hearts soften to that tune.

God Almighty created man, and his goal was to populate the earth and to
become a successor over it, and He subjected to him all that is in the heavens and all
that is on the earth. To achieve the purpose of creating the heavens and the earth
and creating the different and diverse human beings distributed on the ends of the
earth, a general, comprehensive framework must be defined that includes all this
diversity and difference, and pushes everyone toward... Reconstructing the earth and
benefiting from the bounties of God Almighty and His signs emanating throughout
the universe, heaven and earth, for the benefit of the people and the benefit of the
country, and what would reduce the state of tension and war accompanying human
differences. This framework is merciful coexistence between the races of the entire
earth, citing His mercy from mercy. God guided our master Muhammad, may God
bless him and grant him peace, and his religion is the religion of justice, mercy and
coexistence.
The importance of research is highlighted in the desire of the vast majority of
people to live in peace, harmony, tolerance, mercy and affection, far from hostility,
fighting, rivalry and hatred, and the endeavor of each individual to be busy developing
himself and advancing his work instead of being busy and thinking about fighting
those who disagree with him, and their need to benefit from each other’s experiences
and expertise, and thus achieve stability. It is the matter of life and souls are happy by
uniting with each other in a compassionate atmosphere.
The research problem lies in the main research question: Is it possible to
establish an intellectual methodology for compassionate coexistence? Are there laws
governing this coexistence that apply to all people?
This main question was answered by adopting the two Sunnah’s: Integration,
which includes: the unity of the human soul, the human nature that requires human
beings to come together, the nature of human imperfection that requires cooperation
and integration, the Sunnah of Assimilation that includes the principle of Quranic
acquaintance, the Sunnah of difference that leads to diversity, and mastering the art
of ignoring that leads to... Affection.
Through these two studies, we reach an intellectual foundation within a Sunni
framework for the principle of compassionate coexistence emanating from the mercy
given to the worlds.

This search aims to shed light on some of Quranic rules of Faith، Cosmology
and the morality. They are clear glances broadcast in the folds of the Holy
Qur’an, Despite their shortness، they contain a lot of good. They include on
great meanings that represent a way of life for people. They are not specific for
one subject such as worships and monotheism، but they are rules to correct
the worship statue and pave the path to the Hereafter and treat the behavior
among people.
One of the most priority blessings that Allah has blessed with his believers
that he sent down the Holy Qur’an as a light and guide for people. And He told
that this Book is a blessed, Book and Allah sent it down for people to read it
carefully and get benefit from the verses in this Holy Book, and the Scientists
have striven in the past and now to contemplate the Qur’an and to dive into
its meanings, so they extract the most worth things from it and derived rulings
from it.

It was less fortunate in the grammatical lesson than the mutawatirah,
despite its high importance and originality in the origins of grammar. It must
be known from the outset that there is nothing to do with grammarians
preferring a reading over a reading, whether it is frequent or irregular,
it has nothing to do with narration, rather it is included in the door of
familiarity, so this weighting is a study Purely linguistic, as for the novel, it
is a year that follows the entrance of the mind in it, and it is not possible for
a sane person who smells the scent of knowledge to present an abnormal
reading over a frequent reading in the chapter of the novel, and as for the
know-how, its chapter is wide.

The title of this research was In what The prophet، may God bless
him and grant him peace، singled out for himself in the Hereafter، from
the book “Fath Al-Qarib Bi-Sharh Mawahib Al-Mujib” by Ahmed bin Ali
Al-Munaini - may God Almighty have mercy on him - (T: 1172 AH) “The
Splitting of the Grave”
It included two parts:
The first section dealt with the discussion of the personal and scholarly
life of Imam Al-Munaini، then concluded this section by talking about the
study of documenting the manuscript، its transcription، the researcher’s
methodology in investigation، and copies of the manuscript.
As for the second section: I made it to talk about the verified text، in
which light was highlighted on the splitting of the grave، and that he، may
God’s prayers and peace be upon him، was the first to have the grave
opened for him، and this is what is unique to him.

Many researches dealt with concepts related to energy security under
the title of energy geopolitics, so the research strived to remove confusion
between the two terms. The research dealt with the two concepts
separately after examining the terms energy and geopolitics. While the
research dealt with the applied study of the two subjects after the Russian-

second focuses on securing access to energy sources from producers to
consumers at reasonable prices suit both sides, The research also showed
the great link between Russia as an energy producer and the European
Union as its consumer and the difficulty of obtaining suitable alternatives,
as well as the weak link between Russia and the United States of America.
Therefore, the research recommended the need for negotiation between
the two parties to the conflict to stop the war and the return of trade exchange
in order to secure energy and reduce competition.

Islam set specific conditions for dealing with economic affairs and
general rules, and left freedom to apply them, provided that they were
within the general legal limits.
With the development of societies in the modern era, society has come
to use bank cards as a means of paying for goods during the purchasing
process, obtaining services, paying bills and taxes, and other benefits that

In this study، I dealt with (comparative interpretation)، which is divided
into (analytical interpretation، objective interpretation، and overall
interpretation)، through two sections، the first is theoretical and the
second is practical and applied. It is the compound term (comparative
interpretation). As for the second topic، it came in the statement of
the four sayings that interpreted the word (the two worlds) in the Holy
Qur’an، and the statement of the comparative and weighted sayings، and
the evidence of each team، and a discussion of these evidence. The study
concluded with the conclusion summarizing the results of the study.

This research dealt with the refutation of the deviations of the modernists
related to the limit of theft، and in it the presentation of the origin of the
deviation in which they claimed that the limit of theft is not obligatory for
the thief and it can be replaced by a second

In the matter of what prevails in the side of corruption, when there
is a conflict between interests and corruptions the people in charge need
to consider the diligence, and this is not possible except by referring to
the jurisprudence of balances. This rule has had a clear impact on criminal
jurisprudence, and the evidence for that is the legal treatments of what
came in some criminal matters in the chapter of retaliation and rechargeable
interests. In addition, it also explores how the rule of propulsion
harm takes precedence over bringing interests has a clear impact on it.

This study aimed to identify the methods of teaching through e-learning
and the causes of the obstacles facing the teaching of English as a foreign language
in Islamic schools in Iraq and remedies for these obstacles . This study
attempted to identify the positive and negative aspects through the extent of
the difference in the arithmetic averages and for each variable of the study variables.
The study instruments consisted of a questionnaire prepared by the researcher,
which consisted of three sections, and each section had (5) questions
in addition to demographic information. The sample of the study where (168)
Islamic secondary teachers (males and females) from different regions of Iraq
participated, where the questionnaire was distributed to them electronically.
After respondents , the researcher analyzed the questionnaire using statistical
analysis (spss) and through the findings showed that the researcher obtained
the reasons of these obstacles: Most of Students don’t have PC or P. Mobile,
Weakness and lack in technical skills required to use the computer and visual
input and ability during online learning , Students don’t care with e- learning
timetable given from his teacher or school, Many teachers and students lack in
training courses in the field of e-learning . The lack of an independent computer
lab in the school for the use by teachers and students . Lack in the training
courses provided to the teacher regarding the teaching of information technology,
which help them in the e-learning platforms. .Important implications of this
study include a need to provide more institutional support, technical training,
and personal time for faculty members to learn and upgrade their knowledge
and skills in educational technologies.
