The phenomenon of )fa`al and af`al( is a common phenomenon in Arabic, and its prevalence has drawn the attention of Arab linguists, who have given it great care and attention; hence, it has had a wide presence and tangible presence in grammar sources, morphology codes, and language works, whether general dictionaries, books of meanings, specialized works in language sciences, or other books of linguistic correction, as grammarians have studied it based on the fact that it is a phenomenon closely related to the issue of transitivity and intransitivity, while morphology books and their topics have included it in the chapter on abstraction and addition and what results from that addition in terms of semantic changes that are considered contrary to the meaning of the original without the hamza. As for other language works, the aspect of their treatment of this topic has mostly been centered around the dialectal aspect; This is because it represents, in one of its aspects, a dialectal phenomenon that cannot be ignored or underestimated. As for the interpretive codes, we sense in them prominent figures - even if implicit - of these two structures in the folds of the interpreters’ sayings.

One of the important purposes of the story is to prove the Qur’anic revelation and the Muhammadan message, as it is part of it, and the part follows the whole in the aims, goals and purposes while maintaining its essential joke. The belief is very important here in the narrative structure because it is one of the main objectives of the story that works to deepen the sense of faith in the recipient. If this is the result, then the entire religion is from God, which confirms that this is the true story that was not for entertainment but for education and consideration. Therefore, the call was repeated in its methods as shown by the stories of the prophets mentioned in the Qur’an, to establish the belief of faith in the hearts of people and so that generations do not forget throughout the ages.

Abstract
The topic of (Arred walawal) is an important topic in inheritance law. Those who do not know them know nothing. Therefore, I decided to research this topic, explaining the meaning of (Arred wa Alawal), and the views of Muslim jurists on them. In the first section، we discussed the topic of refusal, clarifying the meaning of refusal linguistically and technically، and the positions of jurists on it. Some permitted it, while others did not. Those who advocated its permissibility also differed on who the proponents of refusal were. All of this was explained in the first section، favoring the valuable opinion that, in our belief, should be adopted.
The following section was devoted to explaining (Alawal) linguistically and technically. We then identified the first proponents of it, explaining the scholars' views on it, then discussing the evidence and weighing what we believe to be the most valid، based on the strength of the evidence.

The idea of this study starts from research in the semantic aspects of the indefinite in the Quranic expression where the grammarians and rhetoricians studied the indefinite subject, dealt with its concept briefly and elaborately, and did their best to explain its meanings. But most of time, they did not satisfy all the meanings the indefinite expresses in language, therefore; some of them were mentioning some specific aspects of them, while the others were mentioning other aspects, hence, the indefinite did not attain a comprehensive study including all of the aspects and meanings of its mentioning in the discourse, therefore; this study came to meet this desire. It adopted the Holy Quran as field for work as it is one of the most superior texts in language and style, it is the miracle that will never end once a time.

The Holy Quran is the last of the revealed books of Allah. It was revealed to our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family), and through it He brought people out of darkness into the light. The Meccan verses and surahs were revealed, and they mostly include the fundamentals of belief, such as belief in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Imamate, and the Last Day. Then the Medinan verses and surahs were revealed, and they include worship, branches, rulings, and the Sharia. In it is news of those who came before us and news of those who will come after us, and the rulings between us. In it is news of those who came before us from the previous nations and past centuries. In it are stories of the prophets and messengers, nations, groups, individuals, incidents, and the historical journey of the human community, including a lesson for those who take heed.
