The present research aims at recognizing،the governmental institutional performance evaluation and its impact on Iraqi national security. The study was applied at the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, specifically in Federal Intelligence &Investigations Agency (FIIA). The intentional sample method was used, that included several functional levels (general directors, directors of directorates, directors of departments and directors of sections. 124 questionnaires were distributed to all members of the targeted sample, and with the continuous follow-up of the researcher, all the questionnaire papers distributed to the sample members were retrieved, and when sorting the questionnaire papers, 15 of them appeared, among them, 15 abnormal or incomplete questionnaires, thus, the total number of the correct and used questionnaires is 109 in this study. In order to achieve the goal of the study, a hypothetical scheme was built that gives an initial perception of the shape of the studied relationships, and for the purpose of analyzing the data, the researcher used a set of advanced statistical tests by adopting structural models. The most important conclusion of the present study is that the institutional performance evaluation became a basic advantage and trait of institutions of different specializations. As a result of the comparisons that are relied upon through the actual required results, it plays a significant positive role in supporting the national security system.

The current research seeks to diagnose the role and contribution of creative marketing and its dimensions in enhancing the mental image of the Asia Cell Communications Company / Holy Karbala Branch, and the problem was summarized by a set of questions based on the researchers’ perceptions, the most important of which was (What is the level of availability of dimensions of creative marketing and mental image in Asia Company? Cell Communications / Holy Karbala Branch?). The research presented a theoretical framework for creative marketing and mental image, and then analyzed the relationship between them through the opinions of a sample of workers in Asiacell Telecom, using the exploratory analytical research method. And for the purpose of determining the relationship between creative marketing and its dimensions of creativity in the field of (product - pricing - promotion - distribution). And the mental image and its dimensions (the cognitive dimension, the emotional dimension, the behavioral dimension) a set of main and sub-hypotheses were developed and tested after obtaining the necessary information for the field side through the use of the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, by distributing it in a random sampling way, where the researcher distributed (103 ) A questionnaire on a number of employees in the company under study, and (99) questionnaires were retrieved, of which (97) were valid for statistical analysis and with a response rate of (94%). To analyze the data, a set of statistical methods available in the statistical program (Amos V.23) were used. ), (SPSS v.23), and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was (there is a significant effect between creative marketing and the mental image of the researched company).

The aim of study is test the relationship between banking diversification and capital adequacy indicators in market value. A sample of Iraqi private commercial banks was selected for the period (2005-2019) based on financial reports published in the Iraqi Stock Exchange. in order to measure the variables of the study, the researcher depend on financial (diversification and capital adequacy) and Suitable statistical equations for it . The research aims to show how social responsibility and its role in improving the reputation of the bank in some Jordanian and Canadian banks and to come up with results and recommendations that help the Iraqi bank management to realize the nature of the relationship between the components of social responsibility and reputation in Jordanian banks, the research sample.
The community of this research was represented by the Jordanian banks listed on the stock exchange, while the research sample was represented by seven Jordanian banks. and the main reason for choosing is because of the availability of digital data for social responsibility in The financial statements explicitly,
As for the duration of the research, it was fifteen years for the period (2005-2019), according to what was available from the annual reports of the banks of the research sample.

Iraq is a classic example of the contradiction between the abundance of natural resources and the distortion of the results of economic development and the development of the financial and monetary structure, despite the fact that Iraq is the fifth in the world in crude oil reserves and the second largest crude oil producer in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC), amid all this abundance of natural resources However, the economic policies concerned with the oil sector file have largely failed to live up to expectations and ambitions, and in light of the great importance that the Iraqi oil sector enjoys, the study aimed to know the impact of the shocks of crude oil revenues on monetary policy variables. And that is by measuring the correlation and effect between crude oil revenues and monetary policy variables, which include money supply, inflation, exchange rates in the parallel market, interest rates on deposits for a period of six months and interest rates on savings deposits for banks operating in Iraq, depending on the data of the study, which includes (17) year of oil revenues, by using a set of standard analyzes by means of statistical programs. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of A strong direct correlation and effect between Iraqi oil revenues and money supply, which is consistent with the logic of economic theory in rentier countries, where the statistical results indicate that the hypotheses had a statistical significance at the level of morality used (5%).

The current study aims to show the impact of the financing structure within the framework of the pecking order theory as an independent variable in enhancing the firm value as a dependent variable, Companies, the study adopted a time series of 2004-2019. The current study aims to determine the role of spiritual leadership as an independent variable in enhancing and affecting the sustainable organizational performance as a dependent variable according to the opinions of a sample of the Imam Hussainiya Holy Shrine employees. This study aims to identify the impact of Strategic Flexibility in its dimensions (Human Capital Flexibility, Information Flexibility, and Expansion Flexibility) in Crisis Management in its dimensions (discovery of warning signals, preparedness and prevention, damage containment, recovery and learning) at the level of the Baghdad Crime Control Directorate. The study was conducted on an intentional sample. It is made up of (85) leaders working in the directorate (heads of departments, their assistants and heads of divisions). The problem of the study was identified by several questions, the most important of which is what is the impact of strategic flexibility in crisis management at the level of the Directorate of Combating Crime in Baghdad, and the importance of the study lies in enabling security leaders to develop their skills related to Crisis management according to the strategic resilience approach, and I adopted the descriptive analytical approach, The questionnaire was used to collect data and information and then analyze it using statistical methods and programs such as: (SPSS, Amos, reliability coefficient, simple correlation analysis, structural equation modeling), and the most important conclusions were (there is a significant effect of strategic flexibility on crisis management), and the study recommended the necessity of Work on developing strategic flexibility and developing it positively for successful crisis management.

The aim of this research is to identify the impact of applying governance through its mechanisms, and the role that these mechanisms play to ensure the achievement of the dimensions of information disclosure to improve the financial statements that include financial reports that reflect negatively or positively on the efficiency of financial markets. In order to prove the hypothesis of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire, and a questionnaire was designed for the analysis on the research sample represented by (7) from Iraqi banks, and the research community consisted of employees in banks where (150) questionnaires were distributed among them (118) and represented (78.7%). . Statistical programs (spss) were used to analyze the questionnaire data. The research reached the most important conclusions: the necessity of applying governance mechanisms to enhance the efficiency of banks' performance and to help managers and the board of directors follow a correct policy to ensure investors' money and increase their confidence in Iraqi banks.
As for the recommendations: the need for Iraqi banks to use the modern technology strategy as a means to enhance the dimensions of disclosure by disseminating information to serve the needs of users of financial reports, leading to achieving their confidence and full satisfaction, which provides them with the motivation to deal with the bank.

The main purpose of this study is to show the extent of the influence of the independent variable, net working capital, on the dependent variable, the market value in some of the (6) industrial companies registered in the Iraq Stock Exchange, where the necessary information was obtained through the financial reports of the Iraq Stock Exchange. For the period from 2011-2019, as the study relied on a number of statistical tools and methods such as simple linear regression analysis as well as the financial analysis of the study’s indicators (net working capital, market value) and in light of the results, which were reached, there is an impact relationship for the net index The working capital depends on the market value of the company (plastic, sewing, Al-Mansour, carpets) and one of the most important recommendations is to pay attention to maintaining the working capital in a balanced manner while taking advantage of investment opportunities in a way that leads to the ability of companies to meet their obligations and at the same time the optimal investment for those funds.

- Objective of the study: The current study seeks to identify the role of educated organizations with their four dimensions (shared vision, leadership, learning, change) in reducing counterproductive work behaviors by their dimensions (personal behavior, organizational behavior).
- Population and sample of the study / The study was carried out in the educational sector in a sample of teachers working in schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Babil Governorate, where a sample of respondents was taken, amounting to (135) individuals.
- Problem and Questions of the Study/ The study focused on a main problem, which is "Do the educated organizations contribute to reducing the counter-work behavior of teachers in the Babel Education Directorate?"
- Contribution and importance of the study / The contribution of the study is to try to reduce the knowledge gap for the variables, as it focused on the role of educated organizations in reducing counterproductive behaviors. The importance of the study lies in that the variables (the learning organization and reverse work behavior) are important variables that directly affect the contemporary educational environment in particular and other organizations in general.
- Study methodology and tools / The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in polling the opinions of respondents to describe and analyze the data of the study and then interpret it to reach practical results that depend on the sample’s answers to the study questions. The data was collected through the questionnaire, which in its paragraphs relied on the standards of previous studies, and the data was analyzed through a group through a number of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha, impact factor, coefficient of determination) based on the (SPSS) program. And the program (Excel).
- The most important results / The study found a set of results, including the high level of the two main variables, and the study also found that educated organizations lead to the reduction of counterproductive work behaviors in those schools.
-The most important recommendations: The surveyed schools should pay attention to building and developing positive behaviors because of their impact on a set of organizational and behavioral outcomes such as organizational creativity, organizational ingenuity, organizational flexibility, job satisfaction, positive behavior, cooperation, and achieving advanced levels of performance.
