The development of any sports game and its reaching the required level depends on the concerted efforts to eliminate the problems and negatives facing the game and then raise its level.

At present, attention has begun to be given to mental abilities due to their importance in the learning process and implementing plans, and how the mind plays an important role in developing the level of the player’s skill performance. It is also considered the decisive factor in many playing situations during matches.

Now being implemented in many satellite channels for the developed world every day and units of physical training rhythmic (Aerobic) through sport practiced morning of music by everyone .. have changed much of the world's methods to fitness health in order to access the individual to the highest level of fitness and skill and in commensurate with the requirements of the age and skill and physical and psychological health that has been directed our colleagues working in the field of sports medicine, rehabilitation and fitness experts on the need to be units of physical training influential and violent and interesting, not boring and routine ...

The research aims to identify:
Identify the impact of the use of cooperative learning to learn and develop some of
the physical abilities associated with effective high jump to the third phase
students, Department of Physical Education teaching compared to the usual
manner.
Used experimental method was chosen as the research sample of first-year
students, Department of Physical Education Faculty of Education, University of
Mustansiriya.
The results that the cooperative learning teaching style contributed to improving
the learning effectiveness of the high jump and the development of physical
abilities linked to the efficiency of members of the research sample.
Have been recommending the use of cooperative learning method to learn the
effectiveness of the high jump and the development of some of the physical
abilities associated with this event.

This study incurred recognize on the Kinetic – sensation
realization ( Spatial ) and its relation with the level of the learn of
some skills in basketball .
The researcher used the describable clinical protocol because its
accordant for this kind of study . The sample is chosen by the
random method from the students of the first grade / College of
Basic Education - Sports Education Department / AL-Mustansiriya
University for the studious year ( 2007 – 2008 ) , and their number
was ( 40 ) students , in percentage ( 41.6 % ) , and their ages is
between ( 21 – 22 ) years .
The result defined that there is significant correlation relation
between the Kinetic – sensation realization ( Spatial ) and the level
of the learn of some skills in basketball

Scientists and experts have turned to paying attention to the psychological factors associated with practicing sporting activities, and the importance of this research comes from finding data on the emotional response states that the player experiences before or during competitions and identifying them in order to overcome them for the purpose of achieving the best sporting achievements and reaching the highest levels. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method, while the research sample includes (14) players from the Diyala University handball team who participated in the Gaza Diyala University Handball Championship, as they constituted a percentage of (71.42%) from the community of origin for the research, with (10) players.

While the researcher concluded that there is no significant relationship between emotional response and skill performance in handball.

The researcher talked about the developing which happened in sport and a
sane of using the modern training teqniches in handball sport to develop players
skills ability in order to get good level through using application exercises.
The importance of the study lies in proposing training program using
exercise application of various playing movements and their effect on performing
some offence individual and team skills in handball
The problem of the study was in the lack of coaches' interest in giving these
exercises during training sessions although they are used during games and that
will lead to positive results

The research include five classifications the first contains the
definition of the presentation of the research and it’s importance. the
researcher touch on the methods of teaching one of them the method of
position game and it’s part in teaching the move skills like the skill of
preparing the skills in Volleyball . the research problem included no enough
teaching methods which followed A(traditional) and weakness effect in the
level of the education so it is did not give the development which got in this
field and didn’t depend upon single differences between the educated
students. the aim of this research is the definition of using the method effective
in position of the playing in the level of performance in volleyball
preparations .
The Two classification contains the theoretical studies , the research
took the education methods like the method of position game and the
execution contains in teaching the move skills..
The three classification included the methods of the research and
practical performance , He used the experimental methods which is suitable to
the natural of the problem .
The designs of the Two similar groups in the exam of before and after
, Then he chooses the research sample intend method about cadets in the
central practical of the volleyball there number (14) educated in age (10-12)
years . The dividing in equal random way and in lot method to two groups
teaching on position way control group teaching in traditional way. The
education’s curriculum executed for one month then tested the level of the
game performance to the skill of volleyball preparation .the researcher used
the statistics means to suitable results .
The four classifications included display the results and solute it to the level
of the game performance and discus the results and predication to the proper
scientific bibliography . The researcher reached to the method of playing
position were more effective in the level of the performance in volleyball so
the researcher will using this method in teaching the move skills of the
volleyball game and another games

One of the conditions for success and progress in the skillful performance of motor skills in sporting activities is that they be based on sound scientific foundations, in addition to the diversity of exercise methods and how to choose the appropriate ones that will help in the process of learning these skills, as each method hasIt has its own features and conditions that are compatible with the learners, their abilities and the individual differences between them, and that the combined exercise ensures that the learner performs the skill continuously and with a relatively short rest period, which makes it increase the repetitions of performance, unlike distributed exercise, which adopts larger rest periods between one repetition and another, which reduces the performance of the repetitions within One educational unit.

The research contains of five chapters and include
Chapter One : contains the definition of the research and includes the introduction and the
importance of the research , this chapter shows the mental creation and its importance in the
knowledge and scientific fields and also contains the importance of mental creation in sport field
within the games and activities in which the choices and competitive situations are multiple which
the athletic one must take a proper decision in it as in handball game which needs the mental
creation to suffice the performance requirements. The importance of the research raises in
knowing the mental creation and its influence with the level of academic and practical
achievement of handball subject for the students of fourth stage in college of sport – Diyala
university , the first chapter includes also the problem of the research , the aims of the research
are:
1- Knowing the mental creation for the students of the fourth stage in college of sport –
Diyala university .
2- Knowing the level of academic and practical achievement of handball subject for the
students of the fourth stage in college of sport – Diyala university.
3- Knowing the relation of mental creation with the level of academic and practical
achievement of handball subject for the students of the fourth stage in college of sport –
Diyala university.
The two researchers suppose that there is a connection relation which has statistical significance
between the mental creation and the academic and practical achievement in handball subject for
the students of the fourth stage in college of sport – Diyala university.
The fields of the research are:
❖ The human field: sample from students of the fourth stage in college of sport – Diyala
university , their number is (26).
❖ The time field: from (3\5\2009) to (5\7\2009).
❖ The place field: hall of (Al Shaheed Mustafa Al Deery) in college of sport – Diyala
university

After reading of many similar theoretical studies, the researcher used a special
form to measure the psychological pressures in football game to solve the problem
of the research. according to this fundaments the researcher used the description
approach, which is suitable to solve such type of problems. The researcher chose
the sample of the research by using direct method. The sample of the research
consisted of (70) players selected from (7) clubs selected from the whole
environment of the research that consists of (14) clubs from the clubs of northern
zone in Iraq. The forms of the measurement distributed to the players and then the
researcher collects the answers of the players to check all the rate of (61) items of
the measurements. The researcher cheeked the results that get higher degrees than
the others all that lead the researcher to give the conclusions and recommendations

My research contains five chapters, first chapter is the introduction and dealing with significance of research and importance the leadership characteristics for managers of youth centers, and what these characteristics impact on achieving leadership working, for developing managers of youth centers working in leading the successful working to arrive the goals which the manger looking for .

The problem research contains who be a manager in specific field should have a leadership characteristics assist him to get his goals.

And managers of youth centers have important leading responsibility that is their services in youth centers very important to get successful working.

And throwing saw the working of youth centers managers noticed that the managers whose had poorly leadership characteristics affected adversely on their work.

The importance of the research :
Identify the relationship between the perception – dynamic by the focues
on the alertness and some of the basic skills in the activities for art
gymnastics for women for the students in Diayal university – physical
education second class .
The Research aim :
Identify the perception – dynamic and its relationship with the
performance and some of the basic skills in art gymnastics for women .
The research sample :
Diayal university – physical education ( 50 ) students from the second
class they yield to the tests of the perception – dynamic for the vertical
jumping.
The test carrying out from 5-3-2008 to 5-4-2008 .
The researcher used Pearson correlation coefficient and the mean .
standard deviation and statistical methods .
The conclusion :
There is no relation ship between most of the tests of the perception –
dynamic and the basic skills in art gymnastics for women .
The recommendation :
Development of the perception – dynamic in the research sample by
increasing the repetitions and practice during the educational units

The aim of this study is to know the Energy Index and Average of Pulse Rate of
the Heart in Different Energy System (Phosphagen –Lactic-Oxygen ) and
comparison the measures the Energy Index of the heart between the different
energy systems ,in addition to know the relation between Energy Index and
Average of Pulse Rate of the heart in Different Energy Systems ,we chose the
symbol of the search (4) players of each system who play in track and failed .the
result : there are differents between the measure of Energy Index of the heart
between the three groups for the benefit to the first group (Phosphagen) and there's
relation between the Energy Index and Average of Pulse Rate of the heart in
Different Energy Systems after load for the benefit to the there'd group (Oxygen )

This research has five chapter :
First chapter includes the introduction and importance of the research which
focused on the developments of athletics' fields applying in raising the technical
performance level to the players .
This developments goes to the well programmed planning and scientific style
for developing and improving the athletic's level ; which made the best for these
sports , recording the best results .
The importance of research in the study of some physiological signs and its
relationship with attacking skill in volleyball .
1. to have a good information about the sample study ( second stage sport
education department ; basic education college ) on the some physiological
signs .
2. To know the accuracy of attacking skill in volleyball for the sample's
research .
3. The relation between physiological signs and attacking skill ( research guess
).
4. There is statistical relationship between the physiological signs each others.
5. There is statistical relationship between some physiological signs and
attacking skills in volleyball .
Important Recommendation
There are important need in training programs for developing some
physiological signs as …..;the maximum level to have oxygen and shrinking ,
spreading blood pressure for research sample developing the attacking skill in
volleyball sports for the sample research because this skill is very significant in
achieving and having the strength .
Deductions
1. There is high contextual relation between high having oxygen level test and
attacking skill in volleyball.
2. The physiological signs as high level for having oxygen and blood shrinking
and spreading pressure are very important physiological signs to the
research sample .
3. Improving and developing , spreading blood pressure which contributing in
the attacking skill developing in volleyball

Educational and training methods of leaching and exercising sport plays
and activities has been numerous including football , these methods have
been proved to be successful through out a lot of studies and researches
which have used methods .Because football game is the first intersecting
, important and popular game in the world so the concerned are in a
continuous movement to search and to study whatever improve this
game and make it at the top of excitement and enjoyment , the problem
of the research is that ways followed in teaching football skills does not
use such modern educational methods and kept to the traditional ways so
that the aim of the study is to know the importance of the two methods
used in learning , some of football skills .the researcher has applied his
experience on a sample of to students from Diyala university for the
year 2005 – 2006 the sample has been divided in to unequal parts the
first consist of 12 students whom have learning .The second group
consists of 8 students learned the same skills through traditional methods
.The researcher has came out with this conclusion :
- The concentrated training has rule in learning rolling and accuracy
of giving skills in football.
- The increase in back feeding in concentrated and training method
has been proved its goodness in learning the skills under research

The importance of this research was determined in that it seeks to find out the effect of applying two teaching methods and comparing them in terms of the effect on the level of learning and the time invested during a weightlifting lesson. The importance of the research was linked to the problem that the stimuli that the student obtains during the educational process from the reciprocal method are effective. In the learning process as well as the time invested compared to the imperative method. The researchers reached several results, and the recommendations focused on adopting the reciprocal method to a greater extent than the imperative method because of its impact on developing the level of learning and on investing the full time in the lesson and benefiting from it in increasing the number of repetitions.

The research contain about five chapters, The first one included the
introduction and the problem. The researcher clear the importance of training and
its effects to increase the kinetic characteristic plans and body ability and his roles
for the games vandals. The researcher clear the competition properties for
basketball gland and body needing also he talking about the players position in
the game in its contain the research problem basically talking about the different
between duties and players position in the game
Its The second chapter included the theoretical studies and research talk about
motion term and its explain the kinetic characteristic contain and its roles plan
effect about the results
The third chapter included the procedures of the researcher is take the sample
about 69 player which is representing 10 team in Iraq basket ball leg .
The fourth chapter show the examination results and discuss the results .
The fifth chapter (Conclusions Recommendations)

Foot ball game like other sport game it is not quite useless from
mistakes , but these mistakes are in less but in most cases are very
important in setting the team results during the game or the
championship. so we find most of head teams settle their games scores
( results ) are the relying on the perfect usage of resolute case ( like the
direct free kick , indirect free kick , corner kick , and the penalty kick )
which it consider one of the important tactical ways of a foot ball game
that so many teams are relying on it in order to score goals . the first
chapter include the important search and preface , the research problem
lies in the identification of the resolute case and the team results in the
world cup championship 2006 in Germany and because the aim of the
research goal was to ( identify the resolute case and the results of the
team in world cup) the research suppose ( there is relation between
resolute case and the results of the team in world cup championship for
rising team for tow part ( finally comparable ) and ( finally ) for the team
in world cup 2006 in Germany . the third chapter include research
method field study , and the fourth chapter include view and analysis
and discuses the relation of resolute case with the results team
elimination in the world cup championship for rising team for tow part (
finally comparable ) and ( finally ) its ( Germany , Italy , France ,
Portugal ) the research conclude 1. There is relation between resolute
case and win sharing teams in the world cup for year 2006 in Germany .

goals in world championship cup was from resolute case execution

The concern for an important role in the achievement and the result can be obtained, and it is a double-edged sword can either be a negative impact, it was concerned with disabilities and can be either positive influence he is concerned about the facilitator, that the study has become an important concern in many sports psychologists because of their direct impact performance in sports competitions, as scientists believe that human behavior, especially in the positions of win and loss are largely influenced by the level of concern, which is characterized by an individual, I This study aimed to identify the relationship of concern Bath facilitating and constraining the performance of players through quantitative indicators of basic skills in a game of volleyball.

The problem of Search was the problem was
disrepair in coachings elects of Tennis with the first franking and his
important as attack skill . The Search aimed to knowing the Good
Investing for the first franking on results of matches in geal Tennis . The
sample of Search had represented best four careerists universally in geal
Tennis . the results had showed a big imparity in centenary rate for
scores which got it both first careerist and sixth careerist and were beside
the sixth careerist because his Good Investing for the first franking ,
where the good investing help him on gain (30) score while the first
careerist had gained in the first franking (12) score only, the Searcher
recommended that it from necessary to habituation our elects on care
with accuracy and speed of the first franking in particulars of the
training
