This study sheds light on the discretionary power of the judge in compelling the husband to provide for the wife after he refrained from doing so in Islamic jurisprudence. It compares the position of Islamic jurisprudence with the laws of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. It aims to clarify the concept of maintenance in Islamic jurisprudence and the law, its ruling. This is in addition to the ruling regarding the husband's refusal, the discretionary power of the judge in dealing with a husband who is financially capable if he refused to provide the maintenance for his wife, and the position of personal laws in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in assessing the wife's maintenance in case the husband refrains from providing it.

And its doctrinal impact on the well-being of the individual and the nation, through establishing a complete understanding of it.
The righteousness of the Muslim individual is achieved when the belief is settled in his heart and soul, as it was settled in the souls of the Companions, and this righteousness appears by looking at his religion, his mind, his money, and his soul.
Complete faith cannot be achieved without Him.
This study is to prove the Medinan approach, as is the case in the Meccan approach, to establish the doctrine of belief in the Last Day, as Qur’anic contexts indicating the different meanings were mentioned.
Denial of the Last Day is a denial of a basic pillar of faith

This paper aims to demonstrate the ingenuity of Ḥanafī jurists in formulating jurisprudential rulings, and to capitalize on their peerless jurisprudential mentality in studying Qurʾānic texts under their flexible and comprehensive rules, for they did not overlook the incidents in Qurʾānic texts regarding the title “Pharaoh,” and his corrupt attributes and actions. They deduced therefrom precise jurisprudential rulings that other jurists missed. Following the comparative inductive approach on subsidiary issues in the Ḥanafī doctrine, I established that: all people are children to Ḥanafī jurists; intentions and meanings are considerable not words and phrases; reciting only chapters and verses mentioning Pharaoh in prayer is undesirable; swearing an oath by other than Allah, such as Pharaoh and other false deities, is impermissible, sinful, not legally binding and requires expiation if broken. I recommend studying Qurʾānic stories, extracting jurisprudential rulings from them, and implementing them.

The study of the Hadiths in the critical study is difficult and not easy, especially if they are from a famous imam who is one of the trustworthy in the Hadith of the Prophet. Therefore, every researcher should be stripped of his whims when studying the Hadiths of one of the media. Among these imams is Yazid bin Harun, may God have mercy on him. I have studied his arguments in the In the virtue of learning The Holy Quran and its interpretation, and studied them critically, by discussing the sayings of scholars in judging Hadith, and before him studying the isnad men and translating them, and relied on the rulings of the early imams first, then I mention the sayings of the late ones, and I discuss them with a scientific discussion, then I make a summary to judge at the end of each conversation according to what you found.
Since the research deals with the faulty Hadiths of Imam Yazid bin Harun, it was undoubtedly necessary to export it with a simple translation of him, may God have mercy on him, and to introduce him to him

This research talked about the life of Imam Al-Faqal Al-Shashi (d.: 507 AH), personal and scholarly، and highlighted his opinion by saying, which is the most correct one in an issue of worship tagged: (The ruling on a menstruating woman doing Tayammum by entering the time), as it showed the opinion of Al-Qaffal Al-Shashi and compared it with the statements of scholars from other schools of thought In the matter, with mentioning the most correct opinion, based on the strength of the evidence.

This research is a study in the choice of the saying for the fatwa at the Hanafis، and the statement of the foundations that they laid down، and the weighting controls among them in terms of strength، so we knew the terminology of the title، the words related to the fatwa، the fatwa by it، the fatwa on it، and the one chosen for the fatwa، then we explained the rules of weighting at the Hanafis and the fatwa in what differed In it the latecomers، then we clarified the layers of Hanafi issues.

This study included the extraction of these impacts from the considered books of the Sunnah of the Prophet, showing some of their benefits, after presenting an abbreviated translation of the biography of Imam Yahya bin Maeen and his student Imam Abbas Al-Douri. In this study, we discussed of the expressions of Imam Ibn Maeen and Imams of ul-Jarh andTa`deel in those impacts and it had reached (nine). These impacts dealt with various topics, including appeasement of the wife, supplication when looking at the Kaaba, and breastfeeding issues. Besides the permissible for the Muhrim to eat and opinions of jurists regarding the prohibition of singing and the Idda of the divorced woman.
The main findings of this study, Imam Yahya bin Maeen (may God have mercy on him) was distinguished by the strength of his memorization and the intensity of his adjusted of hadiths and effects, knowledge of men, and the defective of hadiths. Even he was recognized and become one of the supreme Imams of ul-Jarh-and Ta`deel. His book (History) on knowing men was one of the fruits of his great efforts and the best evidence of the accuracy of his research, and the intensity of his investigation. It was narrated by a group of his students. Among them was Abbas al-Duri, who was characterized by his great passion for acquiring knowledge, traveling in his search for it, give a hearing from the great Sheikhs and scholars of his time. Until he achieved with his vast knowledge a high position among the great scholars. He was praised by many imams of hadith. Moreover, his narration (al-History) on the authority of Sheikh Yahya bin Ma’in is considered one of the most extensive and useful narrations.

This research talk accurately about a small part of his examination of the thought of Imam Al-Hafiz Ibn Abi Jamra in his book The pleasure of Souls(bahjat alnfoos) , and this part represents his position on Sufism, which revolves around several Sufi issues or issues raised by the imam in this book.

This research is a study on how the American governments use the term Abrahamic common between the three religions in order to reach the goal that serves the interests of the Jews, and lead the terminology war to invade the intellectual system of Arab Muslims. Therefore, I studied the approaches that promote the contemporary Abrahamic call, including the political approach and the social approach. The United States of America has developed the Abraham Paths program, peace be upon him, which means the places where the Prophet of God Abraham walked, presenting those paths, and showing the most prominent stations that witnessed the invocation of Abrahamism in contemporary politics, revealing the extent of the political application of religious dimensions, and considering religion as a soft power to achieve their goals. In the second demand, it contains the supporters of the Abrahamic idea and their tools for its implementation, and the most prominent efforts exerted by Zionism in this call.

By verifying the texts of the book, through the comparison between the versions available to him, and the statement of differences between them, and confirming the text is correct with guidance and evidence for it, and the importance of the study is also highlighted: in standing on a model from one of the sources of Hanafi jurisprudence, and shedding light on one of its notables And revealing the features of his jurisprudential approach in his brief manuscript “Madar Al-Hukam”, To highlight its methodological characteristics in this type of jurisprudential classification, and the extent of its convergence with other Islamic jurisprudential schools, through what it dealt with of legal issues, followed in this descriptive and analytical approach. They rarely meet: limitation and branching with abbreviation, explanation and extension with rooting, just as his weighting of jurisprudential opinions is very rare, and this seems intended so as not to deviate from his intention in composing his
summary to expand the discussions and responses, and distract
he mind in issues. His choice and weighting were often limited inb thcircleof the sayings of the Hanafi jurists. In this research, I dealt with issues related to (whose testimony is accepted).

The objectives of the Sharia are part of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, rather they represent an important part of it, so the correct deduction is not done, unless it is fully aware of the objectives of the Sharia, so I wanted the topic of my research to be entitled “The purpose of preserving the offspring in the reasons for the hadith in the book Al-Luma’ of Imam Al-Suyuti, may God have mercy on him It includes an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I showed the importance of the topic and the research plan. As for the first section, I mentioned a summary of the purposes, the life of Imam Al-Suyuti, may God have mercy on him, and his book Al-Lum’a. In the reasons for the occurrence of the hadith in the book Al-Luma’, it was based on three demands, and as for the conclusion, I mentioned the most important results that I reached.

One of the most significant outcomes of Islamic law is perhaps the jurisprudence of balance, which is defined as the process of selecting the best and most appropriate Sharia among the available interests as well as the process of allocating the least harmful to the most harmful among the harms that cannot be avoided, in order to achieve the most desirable outcome. The Sharia of Islam has illuminated us with many laws that have achieved human dignity, security, and balance in this lifeIt has many practical aspects in modern financial transactions, including, but not limited to: the need for balance in wealth distribution and the importance of the individual in balancing what he gives charity and what he can leave to the heirs, as well as the importance of the state in balancing the amount of money it issues and the amount of real cover of gold and silver it has.

This research includes a brief summary of the life of Imam Taj al-Din al-Subki (may God have mercy on him), author of the book Tabaqat al-Shafi'i al-Kubra، and discusses the issues of marriage that were mentioned in the book Tabaqat al-Shafi'i al-Kubra, so the researcher collected the issues and studied them in a comparative jurisprudential study between the Islamic sects and presented their statements and evidence and responded to them and the statement of the most correct ones, relying on the strength of their evidence and the interests resulting from them without violating the legal provisions set by the wise street

This research، labeled (Ethical Dimensions in the Rulings of the Islamic Religion - Selected Examples)، aims to show the sources of ethics in the Islamic religion، which include the Holy Qur’an in the light of dealing with Qur’anic texts، and the Prophet’s Sunnah in the light of dealing with the sayings and actions of the Prophet، peace be upon him، and his advice and guidance، as well as In the opinions of jurists in general Because morals are the cornerstone on which Islamic legislation built its rulings.
The nature of the study required that the research be divided into an introduction followed by four topics. In the first topic، we dealt with: the meaning of morals linguistically and idiomatically. As for the second topic، we dealt with ethics in the Holy Qur’an. In the third topic، we dealt with ethics in the Prophet’s Sunnah. As for the fourth topic، we dealt with Ethics in the opinions of jurists in general، then we concluded with a conclusion in which we put the most important findings and recommendations that we reached in this research.

This research seeks to collect the interpretational choices and preferences among the commentators and benefit from them to know the correct saying and the weak one. This comes through the process of fully extrapolating of the interpretation of the verses for Sheikh AlـMudarres and Sheikh AlـBalsani through their interpretations and extracting their preferences in those verses and then comparing them, with presenting the opinions of the commentators in those verses in which there is a preference.
This research has a useful outcome for researchers, as it tries to highlight the efforts of two prominent contemporary Iraqi scholars in the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. It also tries to study their preferences within the comparative interpretation approach to apply them to the rules of interpretation that were developed by scholars and to show the effect of their evidence on the most correct saying. Especially since the lives of the two sheikhs, may Almighty Allah have mercy on them, were full of knowledge, learning, writing and rhetoric. Each of them is characterized by the capacity of scientific giving and the abundance of authorship, and that the main basis on which they relied in their preferences and choices was mental diligence, followed by the linguistic source.

This study was based on defining the terms ‘young men’, marriage, celibacy, and the encouragement of young men to get married through presenting the Prophet Hadiths that indicate the desirability and enticement of young men to get married. Other Hadiths indicate deterring them from celibacy, yet other Hadiths indicate and show the principles and rules for choosing a wife. These Hadiths were studied objectively in the light of the nine books The research contains an introduction, and a topic in which there are three demands, a conclusion, and sources.
