The book "al-Jāmi’ al-Saghīr" which was authored by al-Suyūtī was distinguished of abundance of hadiths، with easy access to it، in an elaborate manner that are attributed to it as one of the sources that are well embroider with the sciences of the rulings of hadiths in terms of the authenticity or weakness. This، however prompted the scholars to compete among themselves on the interpretation and the explanation of the hadiths. Thus، one of the authoritative books on its exegesis is ‘Faydhu-al-Qadīr’ which was authored by al-Manāwī which covers all the required areas in the exegesis of hadith as well as the explanation. Nevertheless، this falls into many irrelevant imaginations. Ahmad al-Ghamārī explained it in his book ‘al-Madāwī. The researcher in that used inductive and analytical approach، in comparison with other methods. He was able to reach a few results، the most prominent of which is the diversity between al-Ghumārī’s methods and that of al-Suyūtī as well as al-Manāwī.This includes the distraught about the reason، and the judgment on the hadith of al-Ghamāri which was correct in most of it.

The determination of the real estate broker's commission varies from one country to another and according to the requirements and customs of the local market. It can be a fixed percentage، such as 2% of the property value، or it can be linked to a variable percentage based on the property value. In other cases، the determination of the commission percentage is left to the parties involved in the brokerage contract.
Regardless of the commission percentage that the real estate broker receives، what matters in this context is the fulfillment of the conditions set by the Kuwaiti legislator for the real estate broker to be entitled to the brokerage commission. These conditions include the real estate broker performing the tasks assigned to them by the intermediary in order to complete the mediation with the other party، the brokerage contract being in writing، the broker documenting the mediation process in their personal notebook، and the contract not being contingent on a standing condition

This research dealt with introducing of Shihab al-Din Ahmad bin Muhammad al-Ansari al-Matbouli and and his explanation of Al-Istrak al-Nadir on Al-Jami Al-Saghir، According to the descriptive analytical approach.
And it was concluded that his explanation in revealing the provisions of Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir has been reached، as he took care to clarify the symbols of Al-Hafiz Al-Suyuti’s rulings on them، as a report on them، or as a follow-up، or as a correction. He also followed Shams Al-Din Al-Alqami in his explanation of Al-Jami’ Al-Saghir، and corrected them.
This study recommends that attention be paid to verifying Al-Matbouli's explanation، while finding the missing parts of it، especially the second part; Because he explained the introduction of Al-Suyuti in Al-Jami Al-Saghir، and we could not find it، and we reached the first and third volumes of the explanation.

The research "the necessary purposes of Sharia in Quranic stories-the purpose of saving offspring and money as an example" aims to highlight the relationship of Quranic stories with the purposes of Sharia, and draw attention to an important resource for the means of memorizing the purposes, which is the stories of the Quran. The researcher followed a practical approach through which he came to the conclusion that the lessons and sermons learned from the Quranic stories are aimed at benefitting people while also pushing away harm and corruption from them; especially in the means that are related to the purpose of preserving offspring, such as: A father choosing a good husband for his daughter, and taking care of the safety of his family members, and their welfare, which will, in turn, be reflected on the welfare of the society as a whole. Additionally, the Quranic stories urge the need to preserve money and earn it, righteously, while also staying away from money earned in unlawful ways; as money earned unlawfully ruins the blessing and benefit of that money. In return, he encouraged us to thank Allah for the blessing of money by spending it in the pleasing of God, and warned us about what happened to the people of Sheba, when they refused to offer thanks and were led by their arrogance.

The research aims to gather the verses in which Allah mentions the statements of the angels، then deduce the doctrinal issues that indicate the monotheism of Allah in His Lordship and Divinity، and study them. This is to clarify through their statements their affirmation of the true belief and their agreement with the belief of.
Ahl al-Sunnah (the people of Sunnah).
Some of the important doctrinal issues include proving Allah's knowledge and power، proving His attributes، the obligation of disassociation from polytheism and its people، the reward of the monotheists in this world and the Hereafter، and the everlasting punishment of the people of polytheism in the Fire.

This study discussed the state’s supervisory mandate over Waqf properties in the modern age. This study adopted the inductive analytical methodology. It emanated from the problem of Waqf importance in Islam, and its multiple shaiah and social benefits, the obligation of the state or any other institution or authority’s mandate over Awqafs because of the state’s authority over the waqf’s benefits, such as its management, development, supervision, preservation, achievement of its objectives and activation of its role in the society. This research aimed to clarify the concept of state’s supervisory guardianship on Awqaf, and to demonstrate the state’s supervisory role in preserving awqaf. This study found many results: the first, the state has the right of supervision on awqaf through its authorities according to the legal and shariah-based principles, the second, Shariah Supervision Authority is a new entity included in the organizational structure of the Waqf institution whose responsibility centers around the issuance of relative fatwas and the Islamically legal supervision. The decisions taken by the Shariah Supervision Authority, particularly those relating to Shariah-based issues for the Waqf institution, shall be binding and shall not be disobeyed. The study recommended the necessity to activate the role of judiciary to solve the standing problems in the area of awqaf and be given powers to curb the Awqaf matters.

After trusting in God، I spoke in the folds of this research about examples of narrators whom Imam Al-Nasa’i called a word that is not trustworthy in his book، The Weak and the Forsaken. I mentioned his sheikhs and Imam Al-Nasa’i has many sheikhs because of his travels، among the most famous of them are Ishaq bin Rahwayh، Qutaiba bin Saeed، Ahmed bin Manea and others، and he narrated from his peers the likes of Abi Dawood Suleiman، Suleiman bin Ayyub and others، and he narrated many manners and that is because Imam Al-Nisa’i asked for knowledge when he was young. His scientific life is more than seventy years، and the memorizers of the students of knowledge from different parts of the earth have passed to him، such as Abu Awana bin Ishaq، Abu Jaafar Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Tahawi and others. It was admitted to him by everyone who knew him and heard from him، then it was known by the word “not trusted” and its meaning was clarified in language and terminology. Then I mentioned examples of the narrators Whom Imam Al-Nisai Called them not trustworthy in his book The weak and Abandoned. The Critics\\\\\\\\' Sayings were presented in each narrator. I have studied the sayings CritiCall.Then،I have indicated the Correct opinion each narrator.

The decision of the Nigerian government in 2019 ordering the closure of individuals’ rehabilitation institutions led to and raised sensitive research questions whose correct answer everyone is awaiting, such as the question of whether it is possible to evaluate it and solve its problems or not. This study aimed to answer the role of employing modern means of Islamic preaching and its methods in solving its problems, so it focused To get to know the institution, the appropriateness of its setting for the evaluation process, its management and evaluation programs, and to become acquainted with those in charge of the institution and their dealings, and their opinion on employing modern means of Islamic preaching and its methods in correcting the behavior of inmates and re-education, and the government’s opinion on restoring the activities of the institutions if their management and programs are corrected in a manner consistent with Islamic law and modern developments, It relied on the inductive, deductive and historical method, used the descriptive analysis method, and also used the quantitative method. The problematics of terminology in the exegetical lesson represent one of the most important problems that deserve to be examined and scientifically criticized. According to our opinion - between the limits of the term that he mentioned and its scientific truth، and from this section، the concept of the term "traditional interpretation" is one of the terms that Dr. Al-Dhahabi talked about and gave it a place in his book، which is what we will present a solution to his opinion on objective analysis and criticism، and God is behind the intent.

Definition of precedence, duty, and delay. Presentation in the language: is the precedence in the matter or the opposite of delay.
Technically: it is the transfer of something from its place to the one before it. What is obligatory in the language: meaning proven and obligatory. Technically: what the law has ordered to be done in an obligatory manner. Delay in the language: is the oath of introduction: and terminologically: it is the transfer of something from its place to the next place.
As for the issue of ablution and cleansing, the jurists have two opinions: The first opinion: It is permissible to give priority to ablution over cleansing. The second statement: It is not correct to give priority to ablution over cleaning oneself with cleansing. The most correct statement is the first statement.
The second issue is the ritual ablution. There are two opinions of the jurists regarding it: The first opinion: The order between the duties of ablution is obligatory, and it is not permissible to give precedence to one over the other. It is permissible to prioritize the rituals of ablution one over the other. The most correct opinion is the first opinion.
Then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results that I reached, and then I mentioned the sources and references that I relied on in this research.

This research includes a brief overview of the life of Imam Al-Mawardi - may God have mercy on him - and five applied models of the issues with which Imam Al-Mawardi - may God have mercy on him - disagreed with the Shafi’i school of thought، how to adopt them، explain his statement، evidence for what he said، take the opinion of those who agreed with him، and clarify the significance، if any، from the Qur’an and the purified Prophetic Sunnah and from Then taking the opinion of those who disagreed with it along with explaining the evidence and the evidence، if any، from the Qur’an or the Sunnah، and then stating the most correct opinion of the sayings by relying on the strength of the evidence in terms of taking the most correct statement.

This study aims to explain the science of appropriateness in Surat Al-Anfal according to Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi (494 AH) in his interpretation of Al-Tahdheeb fi Al-Tafsir from the beginning of the surah to verse 30, and to introduce Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi and his great interpretation that contains great sciences including the science of events. The title of this research is: (Tayseer Al-Mannan Interpretation of the Qur’an by Ahmad bin Abdul Qadir Al-Kawkabani (may God have mercy on him) (d. 1282 AH)، Surat Al-Isra from verse (61) to verse (65) “Study and investigation.”

Disagreement is the difference between the narrators of their sheikh in the context of attributing the Tradition or its text. This disagreement is increased and decreased according to the number of the sheikh’s students. It mostly falls in the attribution or in the text or both، some of which are effective، and some are ineffective. When weighting the friction among the imams، it must be stated that there are important evidences that weighs saying of some of them، such as the imams’ affiliation and others. This research is entitled as (The authentic Traditions in which al-Nasa’i said but Qatadah infringed him in the big Sunan: A critical study) in order to show the extent of the difference between Qatada's narration and other narrators. This research has come up with five Authentic Traditions. In the end، results are mentioned in the conclusion

The research aims to clarify the intentional interpretation of one of the contemporary commentators, Imam Al-Qasimi, through his interpretation of the merits of interpretation and to clarify his approach to expressing the intentions, as his interpretation did not receive sufficient luck from the study in this field, as well as other intentional study.
The research including an introduction, two sections and a conclusion that includes the most important findings.
Among the most important of these results: Imam Al-Qasimi did not limit his intentional approach to the term purposes and its derivatives, but used a number of terms expressing this meaning following the approach of the ancients in the use of different words that express the purposes, and among those terms that stood on them in his interpretation are: (Wisdom, meaning, purpose, interest, spoiler, purpose).

This research included the study of the science of occasions in Surat Al-An'am by Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi (d: 494 AH) in his interpretation of "Refinement in Interpretation" from verse (14) to verse) 28.(
Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi is an imam of the imams of the advanced interpretation، and he is considered one of the first scholars who wrote in the science of occasion، and he mentioned the occasion for verses from every surah of the Holy Qur’an. Twenty occasions in this surah، through which he mentions the aspects of the verse's connection with what came before it.
In our research، we got to know Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi and everything related to him from his personal and scientific biography، and we got to know his book “Al-Tahdheeb fi Al-Tafsir.” We also learned the concept of events and everything related to them. The commentators، and then we mention those who agreed with the saying of al-Hakim al-Jashmi and supported his opinion among the commentators.
In order to complete the interest in this study، we have mentioned the occasion of the comma in each of the verses mentioned by Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi.
