In this research I’ve ocused on deducing the aims of the revelation of some surahs in the Qur’an that begin with separate letters and how to link them to the general purposes of the revelation of the Qur’an.

This study spotlights the outset of Descendance of divine revelation upon the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which is an essential stage in the Prophetic Biography. The study aims at expounding the mechanisms of scientific foundation for four major bases of Islamic Da’wah (Preaching); namely belief basis, knowledge, basis social basis, and Humane basis.
In this study, the objective analytical method was followed.
I have come to many conclusions, including that the beginning of Revelation is considered the fundamental beginning of the doctrinal foundation in Islam, proving the existence of God Almighty and emphasising the perfection of His names and the greatness of His attributes. This also includes the fact that the beginning of revelation constituted the cognitive foundation through which the nation came into being, inspired by a comprehensive cognitive methodology expressed in the fact that knowledge is a divine blessing, that it is not limited to a subjective framework, and that it has multiple mechanisms that require psychological and intellectual evocation.
Additionally, the research findings indicated that during this stage of advocacy, there was a significant emphasis on the importance of humankind and the civilizational adventure of the mankind. This was accomplished by highlighting the remarkable accomplishments of the individual and discussing their role in advancing civilization. Furthermore, the study addressed the significance of human values as a key attribute of the prophet (SAW).

to the development of civilization along four axes: the first: the use of the civilizing benefits of divine revelation; second: the centrality of the spiritual component in building civilization; third: the use of the benefits of Islamic cultural heritage; and fourth: the emphasis on the humanity of civilization
Drawing on inductive and analytical methods, it has reached conclusions, including that the civilizational benefits of divine revelation are not limited to looking at and contemplating the human and cosmic environment, but also reveal the factors of construction and civilizational decay, and that one of the necessities of the discourse is to Explain.
the civilizational benefits of the Law verse, And limiting civilizational progress to the material element creates a defect in the concept of civilization.
And that one of the axes of the civilized contribution to the preaching discourse is the employment of the data of the Islamic cultural heritage through systematic steps.

Textbooks "mutūn" were a significant contribution of the post-classical scholars. This genre gained great interest, especially in the non-Arabic regions, and it still represents a foundation of many private Islamic madrasas.
This paper aims to unfold this genre's main features, by relying on the descriptive and comparative approach and focusing on some late māturīdī writings. It shows how mutūn could rectify and revise the previous opinions, avoiding degression and repetition. This genre was distinctive in its tolerance of competing views, its combination of rational and scriptural evidence, and the intensive presence of logic in service of theology, and it showed the distinction of abbreviations over lengthy ones, and I did not find any previous study that dealt with this issue.
This study shows the importance of conducting a similar analysis of the late Ashʿarī mutūn. The study also recommended the development of a program in Sharia schools that responds to contemporary suspicions related to the creed. The mutūn books are far from many of these suspicions.

The research examines the foundational issues where the Shafi'i school distinguishes itself from the Hanafi, Maliki, and Hanbali schools within their established methodologies. The research employs an inductive and analytical approach, exploring these foundational issues unique to the Shafi'i school and succinctly presenting the primary evidence relied upon by each group, with a fair discussion and preference given if applicable.
A prerequisite of the research is that the foundational issue must represent a point of divergence between the Shafi'i school and the other three schools within their established methodologies. If an opinion contradicts the adopted stance of one of the other schools but aligns with the Shafi'i school's perspective, it remains within the scope of the research, as the endorsed opinion is not necessarily that of the other schools.
It was found that the Shafi'i school has thirteen distinctive foundational issues not shared by the other three schools. These unique positions cannot be considered deviations, whether leaning towards acceptance or reluctance, as they are firmly founded on substantial and credible evidence within Islamic jurisprudence. The conclusion highlights the results derived from the research.

This research relies on the ruling of the majority of scholars regarding the issue (or the subject) by prohibiting judging it and not applying the ruling to the rest of the people after the prohibition of adoption.
Our work was to read all the parties to the issue، and to infer the ruling that was adopted by the majority of scholars.
And it is not understood from this work to detract from the work of those who preceded us in reasoning about the issue، but seeing it supports their opinion and casts the argument on those who disagree with them. In addition to that، this research was an explanation of what the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) guided to in breastfeeding the elderly، and who is What is meant by breastfeeding in the hadeeth and who are its members.
Our research methodology was analytical and inductive

There is no doubt that God Almighty has prepared for the preservation and maintenance of this purified Sunnah men whom He made according to His eyes and provided them with various psychological and intellectual talents، blazing intelligence، comprehensible memorization، and tremendous ability to read what dazzles the mind، exhausts wonder، and makes those who know their news and conditions what fills his heart with certainty that these Geniuses have prepared this wondrous preparation only for a sublime purpose. It is the fulfillment of God’s honorable promise: {Indeed، We have sent down the Remembrance، and indeed، We will keep it}.(Surah Al-Hijr: Verse 9). Among these men was ((Imam Ishaq bin Rahawayh))، this imam recognized a large number of memorizers who multiplied the narration، such as Al-Fudail bin Ayyad، Mutamar bin Suleiman، Jarir bin Abdul Hamid، Sufyan bin Uyaynah، Abd Al-Razzaq bin Hammam، and others. In fact، it was a great motivation for me to write about this great hafiz، by collecting his hadiths in which he contradicted other narrators، through an inventory of the book (Al-Ilal) by Al-Daraqutni، and the book (Fath Al-Bari) by Ibn Hajar (may God have mercy on them).

This study dealt with a sensitive, important and dangerous issue, which is the issue of the sexual instinct, which has become a tiring topic for educators and those interested in education, especially after the escalation of sexual anarchy in the Arab world until it became a threat to conservative and Muslim societies in the eastern world and elsewhere. The study was diversified on several axes. The first of them revealed the concept of the sexual instinct, its characteristics, and the relationship between it and some terms close to its meaning.
While the second revealed the nature of the legal view of the sexual instinct as an essential part of human being.
The third clarified the Qur'anic and legal methodology in laying the foundations and mechanisms for controlling the sexual instinct, and managing it to achieve the purposes of the Sharia by depositing it in the human entity
The study also revealed the extent of human need for legal controls that limit the eruption of instinct and its tyranny, by opening the legal outlets for it, such as marriage and right-hand ownership in a way that is consistent with normal instinct, and does not clash with religion, taste and clean custom. The study also showed the seriousness of sexual disorder and its effects on the individual and the Muslim community in particular, and the human community in general

Al-Kalabadhi is considered one of the famous Sufis who had a prominent role in defending the Sufi doctrine, and this is evident through his explanation of the reason for writing the book. The matter of ability in the actions of the humans is one of the important topics in the Islamic faith, which Imam Al-Kalabadhi dealt with in the sum of what he conveyed from Sufism regarding opinions on matters of belief; As it relates to the actions of the human being, which are the basis of the assignment and upon which the reward and punishment will be, Likewise, the Sufis’ saying about ability in the actions of the humans agrees with the saying of the Ash’aris in that the ability to act comes with the action. And that if the human resolves to act, then God Almighty creates for him the ability to act, and this is what was reached during the study of this issue and its comparison with the opinions of the scholars of Aqida.

This research is a study in which the two researchers follow models of jurisprudential issues that the Maliki scholars called the term: (the approved saying)، namely: the issue of: the ruling on marrying the farthest with the presence of the closest of the guardians، the ruling on the marriage of the farthest with the presence of the closest of the guardians، and the issue of: what breaks the infallibility between The spouses، and the issue of: alimony and accommodation for the one who was divorced or her husband died، then studying it in a comparative study with the rest of the jurisprudential schools، then clarifying the correct opinion on these issues.

This study consists of two sections: the first: Imam Al-Marwazi and his book “Exalting the Destiny of Prayer”, and it included the personal and scientific biography of Imam Al-Marwazi, introducing his book “Making the Value of Prayer” and his methodology in it, and the second topic: collecting and studying his explanatory narratives in the first part of Surat Al-Baqara, and clarifying strange words from it, if any. Then, a general explanation of the verse, documenting it from the books of exegesis of the tradition and the books of hadith that dealt with it, so the judgment is on the attribution of the novel, and the study showed after extrapolation, research and scrutiny that the number of explanatory narrations in Surat Al-Baqara in the book of glorifying the value of prayer is eleven narrations, but we studied in this research the explanatory narrations In the first part only, which numbered five narrations, most of them were reported by more than one route from the companions or followers.

Imam Ibn al-Attar al-Shafi’i، may God Almighty have mercy on him، is considered one of the great jurists of the Shafi’i school of thought، so I liked that the topic of my research be entitled “Models of Imam Ibn al-Attar al-Shafi’i’s choices in the provisions of purity from his book al-Idda fi Sharh al-Umdah fi Ahadith al-Ahkam، a comparative jurisprudential study.” And two sections and a conclusion، and I explained in the introduction the importance of the topic and the research plan، and as for the first topic، I mentioned the life of Imam Ibn Al-Attar Al-Shafi’i، may God have mercy on him، and divided it into five demands. The topic (reasons of science) is of great importance in the knowledge system because of its important and effective role in communicating knowledge. The issue of sources is of particular importance for Islamic knowledge education because it is related to building the nation’s thought and its civilizational orientation in order to rebuild it individually and as a group; Because it is based on the original roots and the trends and values that have had the greatest impact in our history. The person obtains his knowledge from many and varied sources. Here it is necessary to search for the reasons by which knowledge is obtained، as this issue is considered the cornerstone on which the rules are built، and Imam Al-Kabbazi was One of the scholars who explained the reasons for knowledge in his book (Al-Hadi fi Usul Al-Din) and the reasons for limiting them

The slowness in performing the job task entrusted to its owner in light of the lack of internal control, which is represented by the internal motive, with the failure to apply the principle of punishment and reward to those who belong to the career line, or to apply it to some without the other, has been reflected in the quality and quantity of performance, which prompted us to choose this so The research deals with this issue by employing legal texts that stimulate the spirit of the best performance of the employee in the public and private sectors, and accordingly the research was divided into an introduction, a preface, and four demands. As for the introduction: we dealt with the importance of the topic, its objectives, the reasons for its selection and its structure, as for the introduction, we clarified the concept of job performance and its relationship to the vocabulary of the title. As for the first topic: we talked about self-monitoring and its relationship to improving job performance, and the second topic: we touched on external control and its impact on improving job performance. As for the third topic: we dealt with the principle of reward and its role in improving job performance, and as for the fourth topic, we talked about the principle of punishment and its role in improving job performance, then the conclusion came with the most important results that we reached. .

Imam al-Suddi al-Kabeer is one of the minor followers، so some of the companions، including Anas bin Malik (may God be pleased with him)، and he (may God have mercy on him)، was a scholar and an interpreter. May God have mercy on them)، I dealt with in this research his narrations in the limits، which amounted to two narrations، and I cited the body of the hadith and then mentioned its graduation according to the authenticity from its original sources، then I studied the chain of transmission except for the men of Sahih Muslim، I was known as the ambiguous and attributed that in the margin and I contented myself with Ibn Hajar’s saying; Because the nation unanimously agreed to receive his hadiths with acceptance، then to judge the isnad of hadith after looking at the sayings of the scholars of al-Jarh and al-Ta’deel in the narrators. This is by explaining the hadith in some detail from the books of explanations، then mentioning the most important benefits of the hadith، then mentioning the jurisprudence of hadith، if any، abbreviated، using the books of jurisprudence، and the research plan was as follows: The first topic: the personal and scientific life of the great Imam Al-Suddi، and the second topic: his narratives in the limits Then the conclusion، which contains the most important results of the research.
