The scientific development and renaissance witnessed by the world in general and the Arab world in particular has contributed to various fields, including the sports field. The technical and technological development is increasing day after day and has included all areas of life, including the educational process, which has benefited from technologies such as (computers, video and visual models) in introducing them as tools to assist the learning process. Educational bags have proven their effectiveness in education as they prepare learners for different areas of visual, audible and sensory experience, so the learner acquires different educational experiences through interaction, practice, participation and communication with the data of the surrounding environment through the diversity of knowledge sources that suit his inclinations and needs. The aim of the research was to prepare an educational bag to teach some offensive skills in foil. And to know the effect of using the proposed educational bag on the level of learning some offensive skills in foil. We assumed that the proposed educational bag has a positive effect on the level of learning some offensive skills in foil. There were statistically significant moral differences in the test of the level of learning some offensive skills in foil between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups, in favor of the experimental group. The researchers used the experimental method because it is suitable for the nature of solving the research problem. The research sample was deliberately selected from the players of the Al-Fatat Sports Club in fencing (beginners) in Basra Governorate for the year 2005, numbering (16) players, which represents the total study community. The experiment was conducted in the sports hall of the Naft Al-Janub Sports Club in Basra. We concluded that the educational bag has a positive impact on the level of learning some offensive skills in foil. There were statistically significant moral differences in the test of the level of learning some offensive skills in foil between the experimental group and the control group in the post-tests, in favor of the experimental group. We recommended the necessity of using the proposed educational curriculum in learning some offensive skills in foil in fencing lessons or in sports clubs. And adopting modern technologies in training, teaching or teaching fencing skills and searching for new methods. And conducting similar studies on other skills or different samples.
