TheCOVID-19pandemichasbecomearealchallengetothemedicalcommunity.AlongwiththeproblemoftreatingpatientsincriticalconditionscausedbySARS-CoV-2,thepandemicCOVID-19hasexacerbatedsomeenvironmental,socialandbiomedicalproblems.Thisresearchincluded90patientswithCOVID-19and30non-infected(positivecontrol). Allsampleswerecollectedfromnasalswabs andpharyngealswabs in subjects of differentagesandgenderfromtheperiodNovember2021toFebruary2022andwasperformedatBaqubahGeneralHospitalin Diyala.Allsamples(from infected patientsandhealthypatients)werealreadyidentifiedbyusingReverseTranscriptasePolymeraseChainReaction(RT-PCR).Complement C3, C4 and white blood cells, lymphocytes and platelets were determined for all samples. The current study indicatesthat the COVID-19 patients showed lower levels of C3 and C4 were (96.48±6.72and 22.03±1.67) mg/dlrespectively, while the hematology tests showed a lesser ratio of WBC and LYM were (11.94±0.73and 20.35±1.46) μl, while a high ratio of PLTwas (288.71±12.71) μl.

Cytomegalovirus(CMV)consideroneoftheopportunisticviruses,withaworldwidedistribution,thatcaninfecthumansatanystageoflife.Itisamajorcauseofprenatalandperinatalinfectionsandmayleadtoimportantcomplicationsinpregnancy.Thisstudyaimstoassesstheserumanti-CMVantibody(IgGandIgM)levelsinbloodofwomenwhosufferedabortionandcorrelationofabortedwomenwithsocio-demographiccharacteristicssuchasage,living,academicachievement,numberofabortion,andfetusageThisresearchwasperformedbetweenNovember2021andJanuary2022on80womensufferingfromabortionand20healthycontrolwomeninAl-BatoolTeachingHospitalinBaqubahcity.ELISAtestresultsshowedthattheabortionwomenshownhighestpercentageofseropositivetoCMVforIgG(96.3%)and(40%)IgMwithasignificantdifferenceascomparedtothecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Anti-CMVIgGandIgMseropositivitywerehigherinyoungerwomen(20-30years).Thecurrentstudyfoundthattheagegroup21-30yearshadthehighestrateofabortions,withsignificantdifferences(P<0.05).Thefindingsofthisstudyalsoshowthatuneducatedwomen,andthewomenlivinginruralareashaveahigherrateofabortion(58.8%and72.5%)respectivelywithsignificantdifference(P<0.05).statisticallysignificantrelationshipbetweenthenumberofmiscarriagesandfetalage,withthehighestmiscarriagerateforfetuseslessthan3months(98.3%).

Diabetesisametabolicdiseasethatresultsfromadefectintheactionofinsulinoritssecretionorboth,orforsecondaryreasonsthatareduetoadefectintheendocrinefunction,inwhichthebloodsugar(glucose)levelishigherthannormallevels.Therearethreemaintypesofthisdisease:type1diabetes,type2diabetesandgestationaldiabetes.ThisstudywasconductedintheBaqubaTeachingHospital-DiyalaHealthDepartment,intheperiodfromthebeginningofOctober2021totheendofJanuary2022.Whichaimedtoevaluatesomeimmunologicalindicatorsforpatientsinfectedwithdiabetestype2whichincludedassessmentlevelsofcomplementsproteinsC3andC4inDMpatientsandhealthypopulation.Forthecurrentinvestigation,90bloodsampleswerecollectedanddividedintothefollowinggroups:Thefirstgroup:-Approvalof(60)bloodsamplesfromdiabeticswhohavebeenmedicallydiagnosedattheBaqubaTeachingHospital.Withinmyagerangeof(21-70)years,therewere(28)malesand(32)females,whoweresplitintoage-relatedgroups.Thesecondgroup,whichservesasacontrolgroup,consistsof30samplesofpersonsofbothsexeswhodidnothaveanychronicillnessesatthetimetheresearchwasbeingconducted.Therewere15malesand15femalesinthisgroupwhowerebetweentheagesof(21-70).Thefindingsofourstudyindicatethattherearenonon-significantdifferences(p>0.05)amongpatientsintermsofgenderordiseases.The(41-50)and(51-60)agegroupsscoredhigherpercentages(25.60%and28.90%)thanthe(21-30)and(31-40) agegroups,whichscoredlowestpercentages(11.10%and15.60%),accordingtoourstudy,whichcontrastedwiththis.Thecurrentstudy'sfindingsalsorevealedlowermedianlevelsofC4complementparametersinpatients(23.00)comparedtohealthyindividuals(40.00),withasignificantdifferenceforC4complement(p0.05).IncontrastourstudyfoundsignificantlyhigherlevelsofC3complementinpatients(150.00)comparedtohealthyindividuals(120.00).

KlebsiellapneumoniaeisaGram-negativebacteriumthatcausesseriousinfectionsandisresistanttovariousantibiotics.FiftyisolatesofKlebsiellapneumoniaewerereactivatedandreidentifiedbasedonCompactSystemVitek2.Alltheisolatesweretestedforsixantimicrobialagentsusingtheagardiffusionprocess.Thefinalresultswereasfollows:Ampencillin96%,Imipenem38%,Cefotaxime96%,Tobramycin48%,Doxycycline90%,andAzythromycin66%.β--lactamaseproducers(MBLandAmpC)appearedat70%and22%,respectively.ClinicalK.pneumoniaeisolates'RAPDamplificationinformationrevealedthat16isolateswere0%Applyingtheintegrasegeneasanindicatorforclass1integronresearchandPCRanalysisrevealedthat16(100%)ofK.pneumoniaeIntegrinIdendrogramsofK.pneumoniaeisolatesshowedtwomainclusters:AandB.Accordingtoourdata,resistancetoallantibioticclasseswasshowntobemorewidespreadinBlineages(100%),followedbyAphylogeneticgroupings,whichwereresistant(100%)tocefotaxameandampencillin.

Body tracking is a viable solution for interacting with the human-computer and augmented reality. They are considered a necessity for a comprehensive understanding of human mobility. According to a robust tracking system ofthe human body, locating and tracing the human body in practical applications arechallenging due to the enormous number of deformations and variations in body parts, postures, skin colures, lighting conditions, and clothes. To reduce complexity, several earlier works have concentrated on specific issues, such as face recognition, hand motion recognition, and mark recognition. The researchers agreed that the most previous approaches presume that people act while standing. Focusing on the detection and tracking of the human body, and the other component focusing on the detection and analysis of human action, the suggested system isbasedon the integration of tracking with the study of human activities through movement.And use YOLOV5s algorithm for detection and tracking , the result achieve by this algorithm and proposed system mAp 99%. That is replacing typical processing procedures likeroboflow with an alternative that can function without the Internet. The proposed system is based on ten classes that contain a collection of overlappingverbs and can operate on photos, videos, and real-time systems.

We developed and validated a spectrophotometric technique for determining Carboxin, Chlorothalonil and Pyriproxyfen residues in cabbage samples that is simple, accurate, sensitive and precise. The approach is based on recording the first derivative curves and utilising the zero-crossing method to compute the estimated values of each component. There are no earlier separation procedures in this procedure. This investigation led to the revelation that the correlation coefficient of the calibration curves was more than 0.9998. The calibration curves for this spectrophotometric approach for Carboxin, Chlorothalonil and Pyriproxyfen are linear in concentration ranges of (1-35) μg/mL, 0.5-7 μg/mL and (1-30) μg/mL, with a relative standard deviation of no more than 5.0%. The proposed approach has been utilised effectively to test Carboxin, Chlorothalonil and Pyriproxyfen residues in cabbage samples concurrently with a high rate of recovery, accuracy and precision.

The deterrent effect of medication molecules that have expired, ketoprofen, on aluminum alloy (R408,R613)corrosion in 0.2 M NaOH solution was investigated using the weight loss approach at (20, 30, 40, and 50 0c). The problem involves determining the temperature distribution within a domain subject to a Cauchy boundary condition on a part of its boundary.We introduce a transformed variable,which allows us to reformulate the problem as a linear Cauchy problem followed by a series of nonlinear equations. We propose a polynomial expansion method to solve the linear Cauchy problem for the Laplace equation, and we employ the Newton method to solve the resulting nonlinear equations. Importantly, our approach does not rely on mesh-based discretization, allowing for parallel computation and preserving the mesh-free nature of the problem. We present numerical results obtained using our methodology and discuss the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The results show that the method provides a robust and efficient framework for solving nonlinear inverse boundary problems in heat transfer, with potential applications in various engineering and scientific fields.

The current research is seeking to identify the petrography, mineralogy and geochemical relationships of Gabbro rocks in Besha area within Erbil Governorate, at the Unstable Shelf in Imbricate Zone. This study aims to determine the origin of the gabbroic rocks and their geochemical relationships.The basic sheared gabbro rocks are exceptional in the studied area at Alanah (Beesha) in samples (B1, B2, B3, B6, and B8). The sheared gabbroic rocks contain fine to very fine crystals of plagioclase which is presenting as euhedral to subhedral tabular crystals and anhedral grains that cumulate and fractured by shearing stress that can be concentrically zoned as well as processing polysynthetic twins.The gabbroic rocks in the area of study are characterized by moderate to high ranges of the loss on ignition. These variation values are a crude measuring of the rock alteration degree. Accordingly, all gabbro rocks types have been affected by the variable alteration degree. These gabbroic rocks exhibiting the tholeiitic geochemical features, with characterized by good trend of sub-alkaline tholeiitic in the total alkalis-silica and AFM relationships with the medium-K tholeiitic.Generally, the most distinctive properties exhibiting by using spider diagrams of the gabbrorocks in the studied area are selected enrichment of the certain elements such as Sr, Ba and U, addition to relatively lack of enrichment of Zr, Y and Hf. These geochemical patterns and the variation of the HFSEs are exhibiting by the tholeiite rocks are characterization of the supra subduction Zone.In Addition to all analyzing opaque minerals in the sheared gabbro rocks of the area of study are representing alumina magnetite and secondary magnetite

In the current study, cephalexin and two beta-lactam antibiotics were combined with four distinct aldehydes: 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, 4-methoxybenzaldehyde, and 4-bromobenzaldehyde, to synthesize Schiff bases. The reaction between the free amino group of the acylamino side chain and the aldehydes resulted in the formation of four Schiff bases within the medication. Comprehensive characterization and surface examination were performed on each Schiff base. The biological activity of the synthesized compounds against Bacillus Pumilus(Gram-positive bacteria) and Candida
albicans(fungus) was evaluated using the agar diffusion disc method. The antibacterial screening tests revealed that the Schiff bases exhibited enhanced antibacterial activity against these microorganisms, indicating superior efficacy compared to the parent drugs. However, no significant inhibitory effect on the tested fungus was observed.

Six derivatives of 4-Chlorobenzohydrazonamide have been successfully synthesized. The synthesis pathway was divided in two parts, the first part including synthesis of two starting materials 4-Chlorobenzohydrazonamide (3) and 2-(3,3-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-benzo[f]indol-2-ylidene)malonaldehyde (4). The second part is the synthesis of of indole Schiff base (4) and 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole (6) from (3). The structures of these compounds were characterized by their spectroscopictechniques such as, FT-IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
