A Cubic Rank Transmuted Gumbel distribution (CTGD) in this
article is a new generalization of the Gumbel distribution based on a
cubic ranking transmutation map. Examined are the cubic transmuted
Gumbel model’s fundamental statistical properties, such as its hazard
rate function, moment-generating function, moments, characteristic
function, quantile function, entropy, and order statistics. Finally, the
usefulness and applicability of the CTGD using two real data sets about
waiting time at a bank is described and Wheaton River flood, and the
fit has been compared with Gumbel distribution (GD) and transmuted
Gumbel distribution (TGD). The results show that the proposed model
provides a superior fit than transmuted Gumbel distributions and Gumbel
distributions.

The use of Sbdaj, the ancient and traditional mineral foundation, is a
popular practice in Kurdistan Region Iraq. The research work is confined
to a comparative analysis of traditional foundations (Sbdaj) and modern
foundations (Vichy). The analytical tests were performed for heavy
metals and major contents using X-ray fluorescence and inductively
coupled plasma spectra after sample preparation in two different ways.
Also, the UV spectrum and FT-IR spectroscopy of the Sbdaj foundation
and Vechi Sunscreen have been taken. The revealed peaks of Infrared
absorption of Sbdaj foundation are (3378; 2960; 2854; 1637; 1261;
1092; 1054; 799; 657) cm−1
, which allowed identifying the stretching
band of (hydroxyl, methyl, carbonyl, silica group, ester) respectively,
while obtained IR spectra for Vichy foundation (3392; 2959; 2856;
1639; 1409; 1261; 1044; 843; 673) cm−1
that identify the stretching and
bending of (hydroxy, methyl, ester, methyl, silica, ether) respectively, that
returns to the ingredients used in these foundations. The Contents of
major (SiO2, Al2O3) and trace elements (Pb, W, Nd, I, Sn, Cu, Ni, and Cl)
were able to be determined by (XRF). (ICP-OES) used for identifying
the presence of) Pb, Sb, Cd, Sr, Se, As, Zn, Ni, Mn, Cr, V, and Ti (The
overall mean concentrations of heavy metals in Sbdaj varied between
(0.194 to 62235.18 ppm). 0.194 ppm for Cd and 62235.18 ppm for Pb.
The levels found in Sbdaj are more than the suggested safe limit for skin
protection. The UV- absorption spectrum shows that Sbdaj contains
blocking components that absorb UV radiations. It exhibits the same
absorption band (318 nm) as the Vichy Sunblock.

Polluted tap water with coliform and fecal bacteria produced from the
desalination plant of Hawija district/Kirkuk governorate was studied from
November 2021 Until April 2022. Ten sites located on Hawija district
named 1-10 were selected in this study on the feeding channel, the
desalination stages plant and the distribution grid in the district. Total
bacterial count and values of coliform cells per 100 ml of water sample
was examined. The results of the study indicated that the filtration plant
was operating with high efficiency in removing bacterial contaminants
in most sites after desalination plant. Sites 5,6 recorded undictable
average values and site 9 recorded lower average values (8.33 cell/100
ml) respectively. The study also showed that the distribution grid
is weak because the obsolescence of the pipes in some residential
neighborhoods with average coliform values 17cell/100 ml and 17.17
cell/100 ml in sites 8 and 7 respectively as contamination was recorded
in some selected water samples. In reference to the results of the station
operates with high efficiency and the tap water produced from it was
within the Iraqi and international standards for drinking water.

In this work, we find the results for the folded part projection of the
butterfly catastrophe model onto the control space, using methods from
catastrophe theory to obtain stability and the catastrophic behavior of
finite periodic solutions for some non-linear differential equations. Finally,
we have shown that a saddle-node bifurcation, which can be classified
as a butterfly mutation, accompanies butterfly surface folding.

In this study, the structure of polyethylene glycol polymer with
different molecular weights was investigated, and the physical properties
were studied in terms of pressure, volume and temperature using a
theory called Simha-Somcynsky (SS). which shows irregular lattice
structure in terms of the hole fraction depending on which thermodynamic quantities are expressed in the statistical thermodynamics of
polymers. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the hole fraction and
occupied site fraction y. Thermodynamic properties and hole fraction
were investigated in the range of temperature between 283 - 450 K, and
at a pressure up to 150 MP. Average error and maximum error in specific
volume were determined as 0.036% and 0.28%, respectively, as the
highest error in peg302. The other important determination was that the
polyethylene glycol had glass transition temperatures ranging from 55 to
60 K.

Extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) are defined as those
bacterial enzymes which are capable to hydrolyze most beta-lactam
antibiotics, including penicillins, cephalosporins, and the monobactam
aztreonam and especially expanded spectrum cephalosporins such as
ceftriaxone, cefotaxime, ceftazidime. Worldwide, ESBLs are considered
to be a serious threat, especially in hospitalized and immunocompromised patients. There is a growing prevalence and dissemination of
ESBLs in bacterial isolates all over the world. Individuals at high risk
are those exposed to bacterial species harboring ESBLs as they result
in treatment failure in many cases. Thus, there is an urgent need to
detect ESBLs producers with the formulation of strategic initiatives that
participate in controlling their prevalence and dissemination. The current
review aims to illustrate the importance of ESBLs and give a simple
definition of their major types emphasizing on their substrate profiles
and characteristics

The rapid advances in Blockchain technology have impacted various
areas, including financial, healthcare, and supply chain systems. Due
to its unique characteristics, such as decentralization, trustworthiness,
and security, this technology has recently been used in education,
particularly in the verification of academic certificates. A certificate from
an academic institution is a crucial document that could give someone
access to new prospects. It frequently serves as a great starting point
for choosing candidates during the recruitment process. Due to the
lack of an effective anti-forging mechanism, academic certificates
are vulnerable to fraud, forgery, and imitation. To combat this trend,
educational institutions have implemented methods that often entail a
third party verifying the legitimacy of academic certificates. A review of
reference studies was conducted for this purpose. Many databases and
papers that focused on blockchain in academic certificate verification
and made important contributions rather than just making general
statements about the topic were chosen. This paper investigates the
benefits and challenges of blockchain technology in academic certificate
verification. In the results obtained, it has been suggested that while
blockchain technology in academic degree verification is still a new field,
it holds a lot of promise for the academic certificate verification process
as a whole. Finally, to avoid fake documents, this review paper focuses
on papers related to the Academic Certificate Authenticity System
(ACAS) using blockchain technology.
