This is a research in the book ('Iidah Al-fawayid fi Sharh 'Iishkalat Al-qawaeid) by Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan ibn Yusuf ibn Al-Mutahar Al-Hilli (d. 771 AH) in which I tried to show the grammatical principles that the compiler used to clarify the problems of his father’s workbook, which was tagged (Qawaeid Al'ahkam fi Maerifat Al-halal wal-Haram) It is a short summary workbook Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin extended the saying in what was most beautiful about it, and it appeared that he had a wide linguistic culture, especially with regard to the grammatical principles and rulings that included most of the grammatical research, and this confirms the argument that the jurist needs linguistic sciences, although the origins of grammar worked on the characteristics of jurisprudence , Which called for the jurists to have a grammatical culture that emerged in their works, and these principles that Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin used were varied between grammatical tools and other principles such as the active, the passive, the addition, the conjunction, the condition, the grammatical analysis, and so on.

This research deals with an important issue related to the intellectual components of Fakhr Al-Muhaqaqin (Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan Al-Hilli) who died in 771 A.H, those components in which the philosophical impact appears clear.It was reflected in his scientific achievement represented in his explanation of the sermon “Qawaeid Al'ahkam fi Maerifat Al-halal wal-Haram” by his father Ibn Al-Mutahhar Al-Hilli (died in 726 A.H), where Fakhr Al- Muhaqaqin dealt with his explanation of this sermon called (Jami’ al-Fawa’id fi Sharh Khutbat Al- qawaeid)) a philosophical treatment in which he was influenced by the writings of The first Muslim philosophers as Al-Farabi and Ibn Sina about the speaking soul And the ranks of the theoretical mind represented in the hyaloid mind, the mind with the faculty, the mind in action, and the learned mind. Then he talked about the philosophy of politics and man's need for civility in a way that clearly confirms his philosophical knowledge.
Fakhr Al-Muhaqaqin had an extensive biography among the books of biographers, but none of them conveyed to us a complete picture of his wide knowledge and knowledge of the rational sciences, as he himself said in explaining the sermon of Qawaid al-Ahkam: He has many of the books of our companions.." And here the value of this letter appears, which is the home of this study, in which he explained the sermon of Qawaid al-Ahkam, as it represented the clear practical evidence of the extensive mental knowledge of Fakhr Al- Muhaqaqin.
 

The covenanted people (dhimmis) received the attention of the scholars of jurisprudence in their studies, so they explained the rulings related to them, and how to solve the jurisprudential issues if they were a party to them.Among these important jurisprudential studies is the book of Allama al-Hilli al-Hasan ibn Yusuf ibn al-Mutahhar (d. 726 AH), (Qawaeid Al'ahkam fi Maerifat Al-halal wal-Haram) Which is considered one of the important jurisprudential books of the Imami Shiites, and the jurists dealt with it in research and explanation, including his son, Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin Muhammad bin Al-Hassan bin Yusuf Al-Hali (d. 771 A.H), who explained the book, a full and simplified explanation of its phrases and complex jurisprudential issues, and called it ('Iidah Al-fawayid fi Sharh 'Iishkalat Al-qawaeid).
In this study, we try to shed light on the jurisprudential issues that dealt with the covenanted people (dhimmis), and clarified the rulings related to them, whether those mentioned by Allama in his book or by his son Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin in his explanation

The Hillah Intellectual School presented scholars who had a great impact on the development of religious and jurisprudential thought, and that elite was keen to present a scientific approach in the articulations of theological sciences and the interpretation of the Qur’an. Sheikh Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin was famous among them in this scientific approach, who set a logical pattern of exegetical writings, complementing the path of his father. Allama Al-Hilli, son of Hilla school. Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin was famous for the specificity of the interpretation of his father, as if he had come to decipher the hieroglyphs of Allama Al-Hilli. Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin was distinguished in his methodology and remedial ability, and it appeared that he had a great share and role in the rooting and renewal of jurisprudential and fundamentalist codes.
In his book (Mi’raj al-Yaqin fi Sharh Nahj Al-mustarshidin fi Asul Al-diyn) Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin Explaned prophecy, the great word with precise dimensions and feeling, he had to put all his efforts in order to complete the meaning of true prophecy, so we titled our research “Prophecy in the book of Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin(Mi’raj al-Yaqin fi Sharh Nahj Al-Mustarshidin fi Asul Al-diyn).
In the framework of the analysis, the research was based on the use of the comparative method in listing the private sources whose concepts coincided with the book Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin, but rather an increase in verbal and historical narration, and the models of books used, even if they were few, but gave a kind of understanding of some terms and concepts. The research also used the thematic division in studying its requirements.
 

The research studies semantic linguistic research in a book of Principles of jurisprudence, titled (Mabadi Al-Usul 'iilaa Eilm Al-Usul) by the scholar Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin (Muhammad bin Al-Hasan bin Yusuf bin Ali Al-Mutahar,who born in Hilla in the year 682 A.H, and died in the year 771 A.H, and he is one of the most famous scholars And jurisprudence of the Imamiyyah in the eighth century A.H, and owner of a large number of books, whose material varied between the narration and the sensible, including this book, in which he summarized theological research and fundamentalist demands in chapters, with brevity and brevity.
These chapters included many linguistic-semantic topics, such as the origin of languages, the division of expressions and language phenomena: from verbal association, truth and metaphor, and the semantics of a section of the letters of meanings, and the indications of command and prohibition, condition and exception, and so on.
So the researchers chose a number of these topics, which Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin had an ample share in revealing its ambiguities, after examining the opinion of the compiler and others in it, then deducing an independent opinion with considerable evidence, so they arranged a search in that and called it (semantic research at Nihayat Al-mamul fi Sharh Mabadi Al-Usul by Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin Al-Hilli) in which they had pauses here and there, taking and turning and weighting, according to the scientific evidence available to them. The research was divided, after collecting its material, into three topics:
The first topic: speech and its truth.
The second topic: truth and metaphor.
The third topic: the significance of the letters of the meanings.

This research represents contemporary reading in one of the features of the communicative system represented by the modern linguistic lesson. As it deals with studying the pragmatics in the fundamentalist discourse in the blog of one of the greatest scholars of the city of Hilla, the scientific and the indicative dimension. So, consider how to use the fundamentalist, discursive rhetoric in order to achieve a continuous communication between the two parties of the speech.

This research studied the intellectual genius and the scientific impact of one of the most prominent scholars in the city of Hilla, namely Sheikh Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin, If we look at his life, we would find it active with distinguished scientific benevolence, and his biography was mentioned in detail in the books of Islamic heritage, and there is nothing left of it that deserves standing on it except for two important axes, the first of which is the early intellectual brilliance represented by attaining the degree of ijtihad when he was in the prime of his life.
The research has been detailed by clarifying the meaning of genius, the concept of diligence, and what is related to the subject through research in psychological and educational sciences.
As for the second topic, it is the scientific impact left by Fakhr Al-Muhaqqaqiq, which is represented by the literature and research, which became important sources for researchers and scholars after him until our time.
 

In this discussion, we will discuss the Qur’anic inference according to one of the prominent scholars of the Imamiyah in general, and scholars of Hilla city in particular, which is Sheikh Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan ibn Yusuf ibn Al-Mutahhar Al-Hilli.
There is no doubt that Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin has benefited greatly from the Qur’anic text in its inferences about the fundamentals of religion, since the Holy Qur’an is the book of Allah Almighty, and it has mixed with his flesh and blood, as it is related in his inferences in his explanation and clarification of the fundamentals of religion in the light of his book (Tahseel Al-Najat fi Usul Al-Din). This was manifested in terms of: monotheism, justice, prophecy, leadership, and resurrection.
And it seemed to us, in the light of what we came across from his explanation of the fundamentals of religion, that the research should be in a preface entitled (Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin) defining indicators, inference linguistically and idiomatically, and three topics, the first: the patterns of Quranic inference, in light of the inference of a part of the verse, and the second: the patterns of Qur’anic inference, in the light of inference with a complete verse, and the third: entitled “the patterns of Qur’anic inference”, in light of a Qur’anic passage (a group of verses).ended with a conclusion and results of the research, then a list of references that we adopted in the research.

It is not hidden that indexing the heritage of a scholar of the nation’s notables and masters of its sciences through a single, special bibliographical indexing, of great benefits, and great benefits, as it is a work that shortens a lot of time and effort for researchers, in standing on what was classified and authored, as is the case in (The Library of Allama Al-Hilli) by Sayyid Abd al-Aziz Tabatabai, and for this reason, and to complete the benefit that Sayyid Tabatabai started, It came to my mind to collect the legacy of Fakhr Al-Muhaqiqin; To be an extension of what was collected from the legacy of his father, Allama al-Hilli, as the legacy of this distinguished scholar was not collected in a way that made it easy to find anything from it, so I collected from it what I could collect, with the grace of Allah Almighty, by mentioning the titles of those works and letters, with mentioning the most important copies that reached us, and their whereabouts. Let the honorable reader place his hand on the books and treatises written by that scholar in jurisprudence, theology, hadith, and other treasures he left behind in various fields of knowledge and knowledge.
