Abstract
Praise be to God, who by His grace the righteous and the best of prayers are completed and the blessings of our Master Muhammad and his family and companions were completed after the end of this pleasant journey we reached the following results:1. The definitions of this veil are covered by concealment, whether in clothing or otherwise, and we find a comprehensive state of concealment in terms of housing, clothing, path and speech, and we also find an integrated worship that reflects the woman’s instinct and has valuable fruits, the most important of which is the fear of God Almighty, and if we say that the face must be covered, this worship in it is not in Other licenses and facilitation, and the dispute persists until the Day of Resurrection, which is in itself a mercy for the nation, according to many scholars. The evidence and weighting of originality are mentioned, then we have covered the covers at the present time for contemporary.2. For making a comparison between the past and the present, through definitions and effects, we find the following:a. That ancient robes is Bouchia at the present time and the cloak is also at the Gulf, which is the veil in Egypt and Lebanon.B. The veil corresponds at the present time to the tie, shawl, princess, sheila, gossip, gauze, mask, and handkerchief, and it may cover the face like ghusl, which is what Ibn Hajar said. We saw that the tie is better if it is attached to the shoulder and chest to give the meaning of his command (two men), but below is the handkerchief.C. As for the niqab, it is possible to verify the veil of the veil and its meaning on the face, or to allocate a single cloth to it, because wrapping the veil was for a cloth, and if it is from a separate cloth, it is the sauce or wrapping, and from it the skin patch does not find a veil because it does not cover anything mentioned from the face only disturbs the details of the face And change it, which is usually some Gulf women, and we saw in the veil of some women in our days that it is not worn in the street, in the markets and long-term, but it is possible in family visits, because the eye cannot be covered when insecurity and foreign men are not safe.3. The legitimacy of the veil is fixed in the Qur’an, Sunnah and consensus, and it is not desirable for the minimum of it. As for bridging the pretext, it supports that and is not the only basis.4. The hijab has many virtues that extend beyond a woman to a man and society, and the Most High has chosen a woman as a subject of these virtues, just as a man chooses for jihad and the imamate.5. One of the most important rulings of the legality of the veil is that a woman finds her humanity because she is the subject of her Lord’s orders and that she senses her freedom when she orders the veil without slipping.6. The conditions mentioned are considered general despite their accuracy and are required in all parts of the veil, not to be available at the bottom without the above or vice versa because it is too late that conditions lead to the death of the parole.7. As for disclosure cases, they are necessary to obtain this license and indicate the flexibility and great facilitation of our religion.And our last prayer is: Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and may God bless our master Muhammad and his family and companions
