Abstract
The research deals with one of the most important problems that the female survivors of
kidnapping face, highlighting their suffering in their prisons and after their escape, which
were social, psychological and health problems that they experienced during the kidnapping
period. The kidnappedvictims were subjected to gang and individual rape, as well as being
afflicted with many gynecological diseases without access to treatment, besides using them as
a commodity sold in the market.

تناول البحث التطرق الى اهم الاشكاليات التي واجهت الناجيات من الاختطاف ومعاناتهن في معتقلاتهن وبعد هروبهن
والنجاة من الاختطاف بما في ذلك المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية والصحية التي تعرضن لها وسبل معالجتها, وقد تناولت
الد ا رسة عينة من الناجيات من الاختطاف, وتوصلت الد ا رسة الى جملة من النتائج منها: ان المختطفات تعرضن الى
الاغتصاب الجماعي والفردي, كما تمت اصابتهن بالعديد من الام ا رض النسائية دون الحصول على خدمات علاجية.فضلا
