In this paper, we are study some behavior fractional operators solutions, such as existence,
uniqueness, stabilities and extended formulas for a dynamic multi-fractional order differential
equations. Theorems are stated and proved based on the definitions of Riemann-Liouville
fractional integral and Grunwald-Letnikov fractional derivative. Also, a simple numerical
approach has been implemented to solve such system.

This study has achieved to determine the concentrations of inorganic chemical metals for raw
and clean water of Baquba liquefier station (the largest unit which provides the city with
drinking water) by taking water samples from the station through (April 2009) till (February
2010), these analysis included the estimation of pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved
salts, total hardness, calcium, magnesium, chloride, sulfate, sodium, potassium and aluminum.
The clean water results has compared with the world health organization standards to
determine any access in these metals concentrations that are anticipated to produce adverse
health effects following long-term exposure.
All the final results of water samples reinforce the fact that has accepted chemical and
physical properties except turbidity, with simple difference in some chemical concentrations
all over the experimental period, as well as, it is observed that there is no any qualitative
treatment of total hardness for raw water in the station.
Also, the statistical analysis emphasize no significant differences between raw and clean
water except turbidity with the presence of significant differences for most parameters all over
months with significant positive relation between water temperature and both turbidity and
total dissolved salts and negative relation between total dissolved salts and the raining rates.

The present study was designed to determine the genotypes of Giardia duodenalis isolates
from human by using polymerase chain reaction – restriction fragment length polymorphism
technique (PCRRFLP) technique, by amplification of glutamate dehydrogenase (gdh) gene to
provide information about the genetic diversity and their epidemiological and clinical
characteristics in Baghdad province. Thirty isolates from children (112 years old) were
processed for (PCRRFLP). Data corresponding to demographic, social and environmental
variables and presence or absence of symptoms were collected. The glutamate dehydrogenase
(gdh) gene was amplified by using specific primers (GDHiF and GDHiR), the PCR
amplification was observed in 17/30 (56.6%) of the fecal samples, among these 5/17 (29.4%)
samples belonged to genotype A and 12/17 (70.5%) samples belonged to genotype B. Genetic
subgenotypes identified from human fecal samples revealed that, 5/17 (29.4%) were
subgenotype AΙΙ, 9/17 (52.9%) subgenotype BΙΙΙ, and 3/17 (17.6%) subgenotype BΙV.
Genotype B was detected in children with severe symptomatic giardiasis and many of them
had diarrhea while, subgenotype AΙΙ was detected in children with mild symptomatic
giardiasis and without diarrhoea.

LiF Polycrystalline thin films have been prepared by using thermal evaporation
technique on substrates of glass heated at room temperature under vacuum of (106mb)
and the thickness of films was ( 400 nm ). After that the films were treated thermally at
pressure ( 103 mb) and a temperature of (323 K ) ,(423 K ) and (473 K) for one hour.The
optical measurements which is included the absorbance spectra using
UVVIS
spectroscopy in the spectrum range ( 250850 )nm demonstrated that the values of the
absorption coefficient ( α ) was greater than ( 104cm1) and then ( α ) decreases with
increasing of annealing temperature ( Ta ).

Background: visceral leishmaniasis is the most severe form of leishmaniasis
caused by protozoan
parasites
of the Leishmania
. The disease
genus. It is the second-largest parasitic killer
in the world, being responsible for an estimated 500,000 cases each year worldwide.
Objectives: To explore the validity of rapid detection test for the laboratory diagnosis of
visceral leishmaniasis against the conventional blood smear technique.
Patients, materials and methods: The present study was carried out at Al-Batoul Teaching
Hospital during the period from January to July 2009. A total of 75 patients with VL were
included. 28 (37.3%) of them were female and 47(62.7%) were male. The age range was 1
month- 8 years. Additionally, 30 apparently healthy individuals were enrolled as control
groups. 13(43.3%) of them were female and 17(56.7%) were male. Venous blood sample
were collected from each subject; sera were separated and kept frozen till use. All sera were
tested for anti-rK39 IgG antibodies using the InBios Kala-azar detect rapid test (Seattle, WA)
according to the manufacturer's protocol.
Results: The results showed that out of 75 patients, 10 (13.3%) and 9 (12%) were positive for
kala-azar by microscopical blood film examination and kala-azar rapid screening test
respectively. The distribution of positive cases according to the gender revaled hat the
infection rate among males was higher than in females, and the most affected age was 1-4
years.
Conclusion: The validity of kala-azar rapid setection test was comparable to that of
microscxopical examination for detection of kala-azar cases among clinically suspected
patients.

Index number is one of the most important tools of statistical analysis that reveals the true reality of the level of economic indicators and financial, monetary and social, as is the case for index of consumer prices and the index of wages, as well as the record on both the proportion of trade and the level of agricultural and industrial production and the strength of indicators other cash for trading in markets finance and trade.In the first section we explain the concept of index numbers and types of formulas and mathematical laws their own, focusing on Laspeyres price index and Paasche price index and the relationship between them and the Fisher's ideal index. In the second section we show the basic steps and the task that can be followed in the setup and configuration records through the identification of the goods covered and determine the base period, as well as the mathematical formulas to do so.In the third section we show the practical side of records in the agricultural sector, plant and animal in the manufacturing and extractive, water, electricity, construction and trade-capable browser. We do this by using the Iraqi experience by explaining an easy technic which can be. In the last of this article the researcher give a set of conclusions and recommendations focused on the need to adopt a base year for comparison is valid close to and use of scientific and technical development to find the index number.

This paper is devoted to present a new parameter that should be included along the design
phase of and modular Encryption Algorithm that will implemented on windows operating
system. This parameter is the tick resolution (Tic) which represents how frequent the system
will leave current process and give the control to other, this will be used to compromise
Encryption Algorithm and that must be an integral black box.
A mathematical model has been presented to formula the relationship between Tic and the
key parameters of Encryption Algorithm which the complexity, This paper will prove the
nonlinearity of the behavior of Encryption Algorithm due to high tick resolution, where
increasing the complexity might lead to lack in security. An optimal solution have been
proposed practical test to present the effectiveness of Tic on the Encryption Algorithm
linearity.

In the usual geophysical works we need to confirm the validity and
accuracy of the
information on the presence of geological information and wells(bore holes).In this research
note the principle is different above,where geological information failed,despite of their
number and high cost,which have drilled 20 wells,but failed to identify th engineering
reality.And while the exact geophysical technique executed (the electrical resistivity method)
in determining the structural situation and the depth of the water.The reason for this unusual
case,because of presence of a large thickness of sediments(recent sediments),which is multi
interbedded sediments of silt,sand,and gravel,and lack of (marked beds) in the drilled depth of
the well(20m) to correlate between them to get the precise structural and geological
situation.so in this cases, compilation of many investigation methods ,engineering ,drilled
borehole,hdrOlogyand geophysics carried out in Kubasia area to study site area prope
rties.Drilling of 24 boreholes gave misleading geological solution on the Problem because no
geological correlation can be done which causesfrom High varieties of rock type(no marked
bed) only recent sediments,so in this situation geophysical method be the more suitable in
solving problem

This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of pseudomonas aeruginosa
vaccine on stimulating of cell mediated immune response in laboratory white mice.
The result revealed the high increased weight of spleen and mesenterial lymph nodes in the
vaccinated animals in contrast to the organs of the control group. The morphological changes
in these organs indicate indirectly the high immunological activities of them, beside the
activation of kupffer’s cells in the liver of the vaccinated lab. animals.
This study appeared a hight interaction between the cellular immune system and the orally
administrated whole cell of Ps. aeruginosa bacteria.

In this project, the spatial and temporal variation of maximum usable
frequency (MUF) parameter is investigated and modeled. The values of MUF for
Baghdad station links, with other stations distributed over Iraq territory, where
determined using the international reference model (RECF533) for HF
propagation. The determined MUF dataset reflected that the spatial distribution of
this parameter for Baghdad station shows circular symmetry, which stimulated the
possibility of using a two dimensional second order polynomial in order to
describe MUF variation. The main feature of this adopted mathematical model is
its low complexity. The results of conducted analysis indicated that the spatial
variation of MUF is simple while its temporal variation is more complicated and
needs more sophisticated mathematical description than the polynomial
description. The test results showed that the accuracy of proposed simple model
lies within the tolerance of REC533 reference model.

We have studied the effect of thickness' variation on some optical properties of (Fe2O3)thin
films deposited on preheated glass substrates at a temperature of (420 °C) by chemical
pyrolysis technique. The optical transmission (T %) in the wavelength range (400-900 )nm of
films was measured. Optical conductivity, band tail width and skin depth are calculated and
correlated with the variation of film's thickness. The change in optical properties due to
scattering by acoustic or optical phonons is investigated. The carrier concentration Nopt was
obtained using Drude’s theory of dielectrics .

This paper aims to build linear programming transfer model with two stages; because traditional transfer methods fail to solve the transfer problem for more than one stage (can be generalized for multistage transfer problem). The quantity of the request can be estimated then beyond optimum analysis can be used to find optimum transfer quantities with less total cost. The proposed model is applied on Al-Maha company limited.

شملت الدراسة ( 50 ) مريضًا ( 30 ذكور و 20 إناث ) مصابون بداء السكري المعتمد على الأنسولين (النوعراجعوا مستشفى الخالص ومستشفى بعقوبة العام إضافة إلى 20 شخصا من الأصحاء ( 10 ذكور و (IDDM) ( الأول٣٠ ) سنة. - ٢٠١٠ وكانت اعمارهم تتراوح بين ( ١٥ /١٢/ ١ ولغاية ٣١ / 10 إناث) مجموعة السيطرة للفترة من ١أظهرت النتائج باستخدام التحاليل الإحصائية:-لمرضى داء السكري المعتمد على الأنسولين ولكلا (mmol/L) ارتفاع معنوي في مستوى كلوكوز مصل الدم بال11.9 ) مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة (ذكور،إناث )( 5.62،5.68 ) على التوالي والنتائج المسج لة ، المجموعتين ( 12.3( mmol/L) بال ( Ch. , T.G , VLDL , LDL) تشير إلى وجود ارتفاع معنوي لمصول الدهون البروتينية، (0.83،0.96) ، ( وللمجموعتين الذكور والإناث وكانت النتائ ج{( 3.76،4.04( 7.26 )} على التوالي مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة ( ذكور ، إناث ) التي قيمها {( 2.72،2.97 ،7.4) ،(1.98،2.28)اظهر وجود انخفاض ( HDL) 3.25،3.44 )} على التوالي في حين أن تحليل ) ، (1.12،1.14 )،(0.438،0.408)،معنوي لكلا المجموعتين ( 0.912،0.809 ) مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة ( 1.96،1.83 ) للذكور وا لإناث على التواليولكلا المجموعتين ( 4.14،5.03 ) مقارنة بمجموعة (LDL/HDL) وبالتالي لوحظ وجود ارتفاع معنوي في نسبة.( السيطرة ( ذكور ، إناث ) ( 1.41،1.62

Kala azar is endemic in parts of Iraq. Aseroprevalence study was carried out in the adults
in AL-Anbar governorate Serum samples were taken form 202 adult from both sex
between 18-73 year old from different areas in AL- Anbar in the period from January to
December 2008 and by using immune chromatographic strip test . There was no significant
cant difference in sero positivity between the sexes(9.9% males & 11.9% females ) . the
highest rate of infection ( 3.46 % )was in the age group 24-30 years,among all seroposivity
visceral leish maniasis cases included in this study , the highest frequency of visceral
leishmaniasis was reported in july 7cases(2.9% ).Further studies are needed explore the
reservoirs and vectors of the disease in this region.

Optical modulator is an important component in optical systems. The present optical
modulator has been designed consisting of three concentric circles (C0, C1, C2). Each circle
has different shape divided to transmittance and oblique sectors, the numbers of sectors
chosen are equal to (20, 40, 60) respectively. The central circle was designed using fractal
geometry with a modified program. The efficiency of this optical modulator disk was tested
by applying the [MTF]( It is a function that calculate the transferee function for any
modulation , in other hand it is calculation of contrast degree of the an image for any object) ,
and the best modulation was at spot light size equal to (2 mm2 ) and it’s effective on the
modulation.

The mixed ligand complexes of Co (II), Ni (II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) with
(L- lysine )and 8-hydroxyqinoline (Oxine) were synthesized and characterized by : (FT-IR,
UV-Vis, AAs) spectra, melting point, molar conductivity measurements. Chloride ion content
were also evolution by (Mohr method) .Magnetic susceptibility measurements.
From the above data the proposed molecular structure for Co (II), Ni (II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and
Cd(II) were forming tetrahedral geometry
