The geographic service considered to be of the newest human geographic which have been found lately, which takes much of the attention in last years, it also known as fulfillments of the human needs, it is not parts of markets nor any other financial issues, sometimes it called what human demand for live a comfortable life.
The services classified to many categories include: basic services, political services, economic services, and human care.
But in Hamam Al-Aleel distract there is a few services available of these basic services such as roads, trains, electricity network, drinking water, and communications network, side by side with the other basic services such as administrations and educational services that stand for: (44 primary school), (10 intermediate school), in (2010-2011), as for the economic services, and human care which stand for local markets, public roads in Hamam Al-Aleel city center, and in some neighborhoods, which stand for about: (17285 mm), in addition to the Health services which stand for about: (6 medical clinics).
Also there is many effects on Hamam Al-Aleel distract which delay the developments in the fields of the social , and local services that needs to be studied in this research.

This study will try to study an important phenomenon in the poetic text contrary to the usual and familiar in the language and this phenomenon is essential, especially in the stylistic and linguistic studies are repeated poetry alsaayigh is closely related to the stylistic expression, the phenomenon of "stylistic deviation" To all the stylistic phenomena related to the deviation in his poetry, but will stand in the style of the poet, which addresses the animals and blacksmiths and morals and gives them a human dimension was able to gain through this phenomenon.
We discussed the phenomenon of two main axes:
The first axis: (theoretical), where we discussed the theoretical aspects in terms of the term language in Arabic and foreign dictionaries and linguistic effects, and terminology in Arabic and Western literature as old and modern as possible.
The second axis: (Practical), where we dealt with the practical aspects of this stylistic phenomenon in the poetry of Yusuf alsaayigh, and we divided this axis into four headings are: Poetic labeling. Address the heart and eye. Address the morale and moon & Address Freezers.
As we study this important phenomenon, we do not claim that we overlook the efforts that preceded us in this field, which have a great impact in contributing to the enlightenment of research, especially in the theoretical aspects, but this research is an attempt to add to the previous studies which will contribute to highlighting the aesthetic and technical impact of stylistic patterns Which is placed in the poetic text of alsaayigh.

The research focused on showing the archeological and architectural plans of the villages of Mosul and its environs and its long history since the Islamic conquest until the end of the Ottoman era. Old Mosul, and on the banks of the Tigris River on the left and right sides, the eastern fortress on the banks of the Tigris River on its eastern side, and the western fort on the bank of the Tigris River on its western side, which merged into its neighborhoods and old shops and became within its borders Administrative and geographical areas, while the external villages were distributed around the city of Mosul and its environs, which extend within the areas along the Tigris River and its tributaries, within the basin of the Khabur River, Upper Zab, Lower Zab, Khazar and Khosr, as well as villages and towns located in the mountains, hills, valleys, And the Western plateaus and deserts of the south and its plains, which retained its plans and geographical locations, and its archaeological sites, and its names and terminology, which were during the Ottoman era, included religious, civil, administrative, scientific, service and commercial Defense and military, distributed throughout the villages of Mosul and its towns and areas.

The cultural criticism is observed as an intellectual activity that adopts culture as a subject for researching and thinking . It expresses positions towards its development and traits .
Abdullah Al-Ghathami presented a critical project in which he declared the death of the literary criticism to be replaced by the cultural criticism. Al-Ghathami ,within his theory , calls for releasing the term of literary from the institutional formal conception and resorting to reveal the aesthetical defects and illustrating what is odious in the discourse. The concept of the implied arrangement in the theory of the cultural criticism comes as a focus concept.
This research attempted to bring out an image of the cultural criticism, Al-Ghathami's critical project, and endeavor to make a study of the cultural arrangement employment in a model of Ghali Shukri's critical readings, establishing on the important cultural statements.
Our study is based on three axes ,in the first of which , we dealt with defining Al-Ghathami's critical project. In the second axis, we studied the concept of cultural arrangement .In the third axis, we tackled an aspect of Al-Ghathami's critical project in samples taken from Ghali Shukri's critical readings.

The research aimed at knowing the effect of the program in the environmental media on academic achievement and the development of environmental awareness among fourth-grade students a scientific / Preparatory in Biology Science .
The research sample was selected in a deliberate manner from for girls school, bringing the number of students in the experimental group (42) students, while the number of female students in the control group was (40) students and make parity between students of the two groups on several variables.
The search preparation program requirements in the environmental media activities, such as brochures, posters, wall papers and drawings, movies, video...Etc. Search requests prepare first is the test tools for the academic achievement and a measure of environmental awareness. Statistical methods were adopted in this research are testing(T-test) For two independent samples. The results showed a statistical significant difference between the scores of students spirits experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group students who studied using the proposed program of environmental media, as well as there are significant differences in the scale of environmental awareness and in favor of the experimental group.

The second rank of the administrative system has played a major role in the political scene, and here we had to highlight the role and functions of the ministers and their role in changing the course of events in these during the period of last Abbasid Caliphates era, through the tasks and powers conferred on them and the visible fingerprints left by to ministers in the conduct and orientation of events on a continuous and serious basis, the ministers had powers at the political level that were of varying degree of importance. It would have given a distinctive character to the period of the research.
These powers and functions have addressed multiple political, military, administrative and financial aspects, as well as their role in the advancement of the scientific and literary movement and the accused in reviving the economic situation, this research has confirmed these tasks and focused on them as a part of the political role, the research has relied on a number of relevant sources and references.

The current research aims to identify the measurement of the level of social intelligence at the teaching of the University of Mosul in general, and aims to identify the differences in the level of social intelligence according to the following variables (gender, specialization, scientific title) when teaching the University of Mosul.
The study sample consisted of (300) teaching and teaching methods, which were selected by random class method from the human and scientific faculties of both sexes. To achieve the research objectives, the two researchers constructed the social intelligence scale as a final component of (72) paragraphs. The two researchers extracted the sincerity of the instrument through honesty and virtual self-honesty and also structural The results were statistically analyzed by using the statistical bag for the highest score. Social (SPSS) have reached the following search results:
--There were statistically significant differences between the mean and the average mean in the level of social intelligence at the teaching of Mosul University and that the respondents fell within the high level of social intelligence in terms of degree.
-There were also significant statistical differences in the level of social intelligence in the teaching of the University of Mosul and gender variants and scientific title
-There were also differences of statistical significance in the level of social intelligence in the teaching of the University of Mosul and the variable specialization scientific and humanitarian colleges.-
In the light of the results, the necessary recommendations and proposals were presented

All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions, and those who follow them to the Day of Judgment. In this study, Hadiths have been analyzed to highlight educational features. Overall, the research consists of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion.
The first section examines the prophetic hadiths in education through a number of subsections: First, education through story, good sermon, logic, persuasion and role model. Second: education though mistakes, kindness in dealing, and intimidation. Third: education by using indirect guidance, gradation in education, brainstorming, and competition. As for the second topic: I have devoted it to the prophetic aspects of education through these topics: The method of preface, discussion, taking into account individual differences, the method of repetition, the measurement in education, asking questions, and discerning psychological and educational of the learners. In conclusion, the most important results are reported .

This research aims to examine levels of critical thinking Skills among Distinguished Students in high schools . To achieve the main goal for this research, the research used California measurement)CCTST2000) . The number of the random sample was (100) students in two high Distinguished schools in Mosul. The results of the research show that the degree of critical thinking among members of the sample of the study is below the acceptable average. The results did not show statistically significant differences in the level of critical thinking according to gender or level of the study. based on these results, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The period of the Crusades was characterized by cognitive and emotional activity as a result of the escalating conflict between the Muslims representing the East and the Crusader presence represented by the western side. The West imposed a pattern of intense dealing to find immediate and future solutions, and from the history of the Islamic East, And how to deal with members and his military and religious and they were even community, including the body of the Knights of the Dua (Templars). The most powerful military teams against Muslims in the fighting, and the testimony of most historians of the Crusades, and were described the worst expressions that confirm the hatred of Muslims to them, rarely described as beautiful descriptions, and as is known every description of the enemy during the war. The aims of this research is to identifying the impact of teaching optics , by using virtual laboratory and multimedia , on the visual thinking skills of fourth scientific grade students .
The sample comprised two groups of fourth scientific grade students for the academic year (2017 - 2018) A.D the second semester . This sample was chosen intentially from (Abd Al-Rahman Al-Ghafiki preparatory school for boys) from the research community in the left side of Mosul city . One of the two grope was chosen randomly as an experimental sample of (41) students who were taught by using virtual laboratory and multimedia . That group is taught in a computer laboratory in the school after installing the computers by definite programs needed to apply the experiment and the designated lessons by multimedia and virtual laboratory (Crocodile Physics 605) with the necessary activities and experiences . The second grope was nominated as a control sample of (39) students and was taught by using traditional method , the teaching was taken place in the classroom and by using available teaching means. The two groups were equivalent in : intelligence total score , physics score , general means for previous academic year and age (in months) . One of the researchers himself taught optics for two groups in regards to the teaching plans prepared previously for this purpose .
To achieve the aim of the research and testing its hypotheses , the two researches prepared visual thinking skills multiple choice test of (21) items of three alternatives . The test was prepared by the two researcher after choosing (7) visual thinking skills . to show its suitability to the definite subject and student age . Each skills in that consisted of (3) questions after reviewing some visual thinking skills test in the previous studies . The two researchers test the validity , reliability and psychometric features such as discriminability . The reliability coefficient reached (0.81) by using (KR-20) formula .
The experiment started at the beginning of the second semester for the academic year (2017-2018) A.D on Sunday (11/3/2018) after preparing computer laboratory . It lasted till the end of the semester on Tuesday (8/5/2018) . Hence the experiment lasted for (9) weeks .The visual thinking skills test have been applied upon the sample on Sunday (6/5/2018) . Then the two researchers correct the sheets of the test and collected data . The data had been analyzed by using t-test for two independent samples at level of significance (0.05) , also measure the impact by using Eta square (ᶯ2) . The results were as follow :
1 - There is statistical significant difference between the mean score in the visual thinking skills test of students , at the experimental group who learned optics by using virtual laboratory and multimedia and the mean score of students at the control group , who learned optics by using traditional methods , and for the benefit of the experimental group which scored the highest mean score .
According to those results , the two researchers gave number of conclusions , recommendations and suggestions .

Almoushahat as a luxury - a vision in Andalusian texts.
The land of Andalusia is a charming piece of the Islamic world. The scarf human expatiate with its pure nature, was a living and derived from its fertile ideas, and a painting that speaks of the meanings offine luxury. The innovative moushahats were born as a traditional poem -of the complex weights-.And access to a world commensurate with the general taste of a society entertained by entertainment and singing ,As well as the ease of language, making it the focus of writers, They showed it was not arbitrary but a deliberate process through which the identity of the Andalusian man was presented.

Language is the primary means of human communication with others, as he uses it in his conversations and discussions, so I use it in his conversations and discussions, and it fell into earlier disciplines such as psychology and sociology. The seventies of the twentieth century witnessed the modern thought represented in Pragmatics that appeared at the hands of Austin and developed it, and she in turn was interested in the study of language, in addition to how people understand each other, and pragmatics proceeds from a basic rule that “when we say a word, we actually accomplish, actually” the speaker in various denominators This study has taken the Diwan of Antara as an applied field for it, and it was limited to the expressive aspects only to reveal to us through models selected from his Diwan about psychological and social situations that the poet lived at the time, which enabled us to touch his intention and approach the reality of living, which in turn portrayed the Arab reality in those time period.

The study deals with the phonological and morphological interaction, and it also investigates the impact of the two glide sounds, /W/ and /j/ in the syllabic structure of the morphological construction. The two sounds refrain because of the lack of harmony between the parts of the sound segment, which calls for the transformation of the structure to get rid of the weight of the unacceptable segment, and notes that the structure was rejected because of the unacceptable sound segment, which weighs particularly if the glide sound was preceded by long or short sound, or when repeated at the beginning of the formula. This totally call for transforming from one form to another for the sake of lightness.

Imam al-Bukhari is the imam of the hadith scholars, and his Sahih book is the most authentic book on earth, and it contains a pearl of the chain of transmission, which are the three narrators, and they mean what was between Imam al-Bukhari and our master the Prophet ﷺ only three narrators. The first companion, the second from the followers, and the third from their followers, and the advantage of these triads is the honor of the high chain of transmission and the proximity of communication, and the number of these triads is twenty-two hadiths, narrated from three ways, namely: the path of Salamah bin Al-Akwa and the number of its narrations is seventeen, and the path of Anas bin Malik and the number of its narrations is four Hadiths, and the path of Abdullah bin Busr with one hadith. As for the research problem, it is focused on refuting the suspicion of objecting to these triads of stalkers, as people question Sahih al-Bukhari.Therefore, our work here lies, and the aim of the research is to prove meeting and hearing by knowing the dates of narrators birth and death, and to prove the realization of the narration between the elders and students, so that it becomes clear with certainty the validity of endurance and performance and determining the contemporary period among the narrators. So I called it:

His plan came in three demands: The first requirement: the path of Salamah ibn al-Akwa'.
The second requirement: the path of Anas bin Malik . The third requirement: the path of Abdullah bin Busr . Then she concluded with a conclusion, showing the results of the research and its benefits.

Teaching English, especially for children who are in primary schools should be enjoyable, interesting, repetitive, and understandable. In doing so, there should be appropriate methods for teaching English to them. One of the alternative methods is called Total Physical Response which can be applied in the classroom. TPR is one of the English teaching approaches and methods developed by Dr. James Asher (1977). This method attempts to center the attention of encouraging learners to listen and respond to the spoken target language commands of their teachers. TPR is a language teaching methods build around the coordination of speech and action; it attempts to teach language through physical activity. This method tries to introduce some language skills or components in an action in which a teacher serves three roles: an order taker, a model provider, and an action monitor in which learners serves as models and action performers while they feel ready to speak out.

This research examines the perception and conceptualization of the sociolinguistic phenomenon of politeness and impoliteness in Iraqi culture. Politeness has come through two approaches traditional and post-modern. Both focus on different perspectives: the traditional approach focuses on the production of politeness and impoliteness whereas the discursive approach emphasizes the necessity of evaluating and perceiving them. We aim in this paper to examine how Iraqi people perceive im-politeness in their culture, what actions relevant to be polite and impolite? what sources of both politeness and impoliteness? what reasons that change the Iraqi society to be more or less polite than before? The data of this paper were collected by online questionnaire sent to more than 150 students at the Uniersity of Fallujah and Anbar. It was found that Iraqis mostly tend to be sociolinguistically polite and always attempt to keep tact in social interaction in light of the Islamic values and the inherited traditions though there are certain cases that involve impoliteness for specific intended or unintended purposes.
