In this research I deal with a very important topic, which is the ambiguous women in the Glorious Qur’an, an objective study, as I found in it the names of the women that were mentioned ambiguous, whether women from the previous nations or the women of this nation, with the definition of the ambiguity in language and terminology. The importance of realizing ambiguity, and the most important reasons for the arrival of it and the way to know the ambiguity is the correct transmission from the Prophet (peace be upon him) and from the companions and followers.
Then I touched on the sayings of the commentators in determining the ambiguous name, so I mentioned opinions on that, and Allah is the guardian of success

This research is titled ((Study of the life of Imam Asbat bin Nasr Al-Hamdani (d. 170 AH) - may Allah have mercy on him)) and the goal is to explain the life of a narrator from among the most prominent followers of the Followers, may Allah please them.
He is considered one of the prominent commentators who conveyed the interpretation of the Mighty Book of Allah, and Imam Al-Tabari mentioned him, and the scholars approved his interpretations. He is considered one of the prominent figures of the Iraqi school of Kufa, so I decided to present something about his life, as there is no independent study of him

When looking at the scientific biography of Imam al-Haythami (d.: 974 AH) (may Allah have mercy on him), we find a vastness in his sciences, diversity, and differences, so we stand on his books on interpretation, readings, Arabic Language, jurisprudence, and so on. The book of the major jurisprudential fatwas is the subject of our research.
It included in its folds his fatwas which are collected by one of his students, except that we tried through this research to shed light on some of these fatwas - the chapter on gift in particular - and to study them in a comparative study to clarify the jurisprudence of Imam Al-Haythami, and mastering (may Allah have mercy on him) the arts of this science, like other sciences in which he excelled.

ABSTRACT
The importance of this study comes from the virtue and importance of the Sunnah of the Prophet, which is the second source of Islamic legislation, as knowledge of the condition of the men of the chain of transmission who lead to the narration of the Prophet – may Allah bless him and grant him peace - is one of the most important aspects of preserving this religion.
Therefore, we see that critics from the people of this matter paid attention to the chain of transmission thorough investigation into the conditions of the narrators, examining and modifying them. According to the critics, mixing is considered one of the important matters for preserving the Sunnah of the Prophet, and it is worth noting to determine the period during which the narrator whose narration was accepted was mixed, as it is one of the most difficult tasks of critics, because mixing begins gradually, which affects the acceptance of the narration before it becomes clear and appears to the public.
Objective of the study: The study aims to identify the methods and approaches followed by hadith scholars in explaining the condition of the mixed narrator to avoid the transmitted narrators being deceived by the mixed narration, especially the preserved ones.
The reason for choosing the topic: The topic is chosen in order to show that the effect of mixing on the response of the novel is important. Some of the narrations are rejected and some are accepted, and this is what will become clear through my research.
Research method and plan: I followed the research and inspection method in the books of al-Jarh and al-Ta’deel to investigate the mixed people who did not narrate after the mixing, whether it was from themselves, their families, or the narrators on their authority, then I studied their conditions and the critics’ sayings about them before the mixing.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The science of Quranic readings is one of the most honorable sciences. Peace be upon him, which I read to the Messenger in seven letters to ease the suffering of this nation, and the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, taught it to the honorable companions, may Allah pleased them, and the companions taught to the followers, and then the followers of the followers until the matter ended with the ten readers.
I have shown in this research that the readings that the reader reads was used by Imam Al-Zuhri, especially in Surat Al-Baqarah, and showed the correct ones and the abnormal ones, as a service from us to this dear book, and Allah is the Grantor of success.

The science of the principles of jurisprudence is one of the most important sciences on which legal rulings are based for the interests of people. Among the issues related to this art is the issue of conflict and preference between legal evidence and how to combine two contradictory matters through examining the conflicting texts and knowing the abrogated and abrogated, or the earlier and later, or other controls set by the scholars of this art.
The legal texts contained in the Glorious Qur’an or the Sunnah may have conflicts - and what I will discuss in our research is this conflict in the Prophet’s hadith - and then need to be given weight within the controls and conditions.
Imam Al-Shafi’i wrote a book on various hadiths in which he addressed this issue, then scholars came after him and established general rules. A process through which the perceived conflict between the texts of Sharia is removed.
I collected this research and explained the meaning of conflict and preference, and explained the conditions for preference with applied examples that illustrate how to give weight between the texts of the Prophet’s Hadith

The current study addressed:
1-Deducing the jurisprudential rule in the chapter on prayer from the book Al-Mustasfa by Abu Al-Barakat
2. Relying on induction and using quite a few important ancient and modern sources that the research needs.
3- Explaining the rule, explaining its general meaning, and defining its vocabulary linguistically and terminologically, using books on language and principles.
4- Mentioning the evidence for rooting the jurisprudential rule from the Gloriuos Qur’an or Sunnah, if any.
5-Applications of the jurisprudential rule were mentioned in this book, and the first application was from Al-Nasafi’s book Al-Mustasfa.
6-Since the jurisprudential rule is derived from the book of the Hanafi school of thought, I, in turn, limited my study of it from the perspective of the Hanafi jurists, may Allah the Almighty have mercy on them.
Among the findings:
1-The jurisprudential rules in the book Al-Mustasfa by Al-Nasafi are mostly agreed upon among Hanafi jurists, may Allah the Almighty have mercy on them.
2-The jurisprudential rules in the book Al-Mustasfa are derived from the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.
3- Jurisprudential rules are based on removing embarrassment from people

Philon Alexanderi was one of the first Jewish philosophers, born in (20 B.C.) in a notable Jewish family of a distinguished position in the Alexandrian Jewish community. He studied philosophy and was strongly influenced by the views of Plato that he was called Plato of the Jews.
Accordingly, he interpreted the Torah metaphorically, by reconciling philosophy and religion. He made many travels, the most important of which was that to Emperor Caligula in Rome to convince him not to erect idols in Jewish temples. In our research, we present Philon's thought about the existence of Allah Al-Mighty, His nature, what He is, and His attributes.
The most prominent thing in his philosophy about Allah Al-Mighty is that he said monotheism, contrary to the doctrine of pluralism that was prevalent at the time, as he derived the saying of monotheism from his Jewish faith, but he contradicted the people of his religion for he believed that Allah Al-Mighty is not only the God of the Children of Israel, rather, He is the God of the whole world.
Added to that is his saying of -Logos- the word of Allah Al-Mighty which came based on his theory of God, whereby he saw that God cannot create evil – he was influenced by Plato - but rather created the Logos and entrusted him with the creation of matter that Philon considered a source of evil and sins. The Logos doctrine later affected the Christian religion, but it was not accepted by the Jewish rabbis, as some considered it as a departure from the Jewish faith, and that Philon was a Christian in secret. Philon died around the year 50 AD.

This research, entitled (Differences of Jurisprudential Opinion during the Era of the Companions), studies the established and frequently reported jurisprudential differences from the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Their differences are considered the cornerstone of the differences of scholars and imams who came after them.
Understanding the differences of the Companions helps in understanding and digesting the differences of others who came after their era. From this standpoint, this research addresses this issue through three branches: In the first section, the discussion is about the group that bore the responsibility of conveying the message and the Sharia after the death of the Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while in the second section their differences are documented by presenting examples of famous issues in which they differed among themselves. In the third section the reality of the fundamental reasons that led to the disagreement occurred between them and then it spreads to those after them

Abdu al-Hamid Abu Suleiman is considered one of the intellectual personalities who have recently received attention from researchers working in the field of Islamic and human studies, due to the strength of his theses, which center on the renewal of the epistemological model and its connection to the issues and bets what the Islamic reality suffers from.
An exploration of those turns and curves that formed along its historical path the theoretical, intellectual and methodological orientation of Abdul Hamid Abu Suleiman, may Allah the Almighty have mercy on him, has been investigated

The subject of this research was the approach of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal in his Musnad,. I studied what is related to the method of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal in his Musnad, which is his method in collecting hadiths, and his method in arranging the musnad and narrating the hadith from his sheikhs.
In the current research, I relied on the analytical and inductive method, which is an approach that relies on research and review of the scholars’ texts, writings, and opinions about it.
In collecting the texts, I was keen to rely on the original sources from among the sources and references related to the subject, from the books of hadiths and what is related to the approach of Imam Ahmad in his upbringing, his scientific journeys, and the classification of Musnad writing.
After completing writing this modest research, I reached the following points:
Imam Ahmad’s approach in his Musnad has arranged the hadiths in his Musnad according to the order of the Companions with several considerations, including priority such as the ten promised people of Paradise, precedence in Islam, relative nobility, and so on at the end of the chapter.
The text contains several chaises of narration in various places in the narrations of the author of the chapter.
I mentioned the scholars’ praise of the Musnad because the Musnad collected many hadiths in it and were selected from among seven hundred hadiths. They mentioned that the Musnad was an alternative to the six books, and he memorized a thousand hadiths, as some scholars mentioned.
The number of companions who have chaise the transmission in the Musnad reached (904) companions. In the Musnad, some companions with different companionships have narrations about it.
The number of companions with different companionships in Al-Musnad reached (56) companions. Some of the Companions share the Musnad of Imam Ahmad with the six books.

The research addresses the topic of “Guiding Readings in Tafsir al-Baydawi: A Study on Its Importance in Understanding the Qur’an.” The research highlights the importance of the science of readings and Tafsir al-Baydawi and their influence in guiding concepts of the Glorious Qur’an. Further, the research addresses the role of Al-Baydawi as a multidisciplinary scholar in the Sharia sciences and highlights the focus on directing readings and their importance in extrapolating Qur’anic connotations.
It should be noted that Al-Baidawi did not limit himself to the frequent readings only, but also discussed irregular readings. The research discusses the importance of directing the readings and their role in understanding the purposes of the verses and the concepts of the Glorious Qur’an, and this is highlighted through Al-Baydawi’s manifestations of the various readings.
The research shows its results that confirm Al-Baydawi’s distinction as a distinguished and knowledgeable scholar and thinker in the Islamic sciences. In conclusion, it is summarized that the results of the research and emphasizes the importance of guiding the readings in Al-Baydawi’s interpretation, and refers to the Meccan surah “Al-Qadr” as an example of the different readings and their interpretation.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and the best blessings and peace be upon our master and beloved, the best of messengers, and upon his family and companions, peace and blessings be upon him.
The subject of this thesis is entitled: (Interpretive Narrations in the Book of Al-Muntaqa by Ibn Al-Jaroud (307 AH), a Jurisprudential Interpretive Study), which I submitted to obtain a doctorate degree in the Department of Qur’anic Sciences and Islamic Education, College of Education for the Humanities, University of Anbar, where the number of exegetical narrations reached (305), (a narration, and each narration included an issue, or several issues, whether interpretive or jurisprudential, as my study was to collect interpretive narrations and extract them from hadith books. Then, the interpretation of this narration is presented, and then the jurisprudential ruling that I dealt with was mentioned by presenting the sayings of the jurists, their evidence, and explaining the most correct opinion.
In order for the reader to find it clear what Allah the Almighty means from the noble verses mentioned in the narration, and to reach an understanding of the meanings and legal rulings intended therein

My research, entitled: (Adding insect flour to foodstuffs - a comparative jurisprudential study), is one of the emerging topics at the present time, as the use of insect flour and its addition to food materials has recently appeared. The European Union has approved new laws that allow the use of these insects as food for people of the Union countries.
The research included an introduction, a preface, two topics, a conclusion and results. As for the introduction, it includes the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing the topic and its purposes. It included also, how to add insect flour, its types, and the countries that do this.
As for the first requirement: it included the legal ruling on eating insects. As for the second requirement: it included the legal ruling on adding insect flour to foodstuffs.
The study comes finally with the most important findings and recommendations

This study deals with one of the most important aspect of the rulings of the Qur’an with Imam Abi al-Laith al-Samarkandi, as it is a modest attempt aimed at informing his views through his approach to the verses of the rulings of the Qur’an in the interpretation of (Bahr al-Ulum).So, he, may Allah have mercy on him, was one of the ancient interpreters, and a pioneer of the science of interpretation.
He was the sign of his era, the reference in the doctrine, and he had qualitative contributions to the legal sciences. The imam lived at a time when the Islamic world, from a scientific point of view, reached its climax, and the building blocks of the blogging and authoring movement in the sciences became lofty in that era. He was born in the city of Samarkand in the year (300 AH) with a difference between the books of biographies, and he grew up in an ancient family with a scientific honor and a social prestige.
Al-Samarqandi was an interpreter and a jurist, and he had a long experience in various arts, and people of knowledge praised him as the best evidence . He probably died in the year (375 AH), as mentioned by Al-Dhahabi in the book (Al-Seer).
Our research is an introductory chapter on the life of the author drawn from my doctoral dissertation entitled (The opinions of Imam Abi al-Laith al-Samarqandi on the interpretation of the verses of rulings in his interpretation - Bahr al-Uloom - a comparative study). This chapter is composed of three topics, the first is a statement of the aspects of life in his era in terms of political, social, intellectual and scientific cases in two demands. The second topic deals with the biography and social life of Samarkandi in eight demands including the interpretation of the tradition, in which he collected what he could of the sayings of the companions and followers, and the opinions of the imams of the predecessors from the previous interpreters

Praise be to Allah , the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.
This topic shows the importance of publicity in marriage in order for the Muslim man and woman to stay away from people’s slander against them, and to stay away from any doubt or suspicion about their relationship. This is why Islam was keen on this and ordered the beating of the tambourine in order to exaggerate the publicity of marriage.
This research included an introduction, a preface, and two sections: The first section contains the biography of Imam Saeed bin Mansour and is divided into two sections. The second section contains five topics, and under each topic is a trace, and under each section is its conclusion, mention of evidence and follow-ups, if any, and discussion of its narrators, then judges that effect. The study comes with the most important findings.

This research is specialized in the study of the life of Mulla Salih Al- Gozapanki, and his approach through Surat al-Nisa’ to explain the life of the author, and to clarify his approach through his footnote called (Idraak al-Madarik al-Maariq al-Nazil and Facts of Interpretation), as it is one of the valuable comprehensive footnotes to the tasks of footnotes written on the interpretations of al-Kashaf and al-Baydawi.
It is to clear their puzzles, and reveal answers to what is there in the interpretation of Al-Nasafi. The research began with an introduction to the life of the author and then touched on his approach , showing how to deal with it, supporting all this with examples of interpretation, and then touching on some of the advantages and disadvantages of his interpretation.
This research is an excerpt from my MA thesis entitled (Recognition of perceptions of Mulla Salih Al- Gozapanki on (perceptions of revelation and realities of interpretation by Al-Nasafi from verse (24) to verse (87) of Surat Al-Nisa, a study and investigation).
This part came as a principle and a conceptual entrance to acknowledge the author's approach , how it is inferred by the hadiths of the Prophet , the sayings of ancient scholars and interpreters, his exposure to the syntactic, grammatical and rhetorical aspects, his extraction of jurisprudential and doctrinal deductions and other issues related to the sciences of the Glorious Qura'an.
