This research deals with the study of the jurisprudential applications of the rule ((There is no harm)), which is one of the famous and important general rules of jurisprudence .
This type of study has its great benefit, and its great importance, as through it the jurisprudential issues are combined with their counterparts, and the particles are combined with their analogues and similar ones, and linking them to a base that collects them even if their topics and chapters differ, which confirms the consistency of the legal rulings, the clarity of their intakes, and the researcher develops the queen Jurisprudence in consideration and ijtihad, and prevents it from contradicting in understanding, as it achieves great importance for the rule as it confirms its comprehensiveness and acceptance .

The current research aims to measure the level of self -deception among university students. The researchers set five goals, and to achieve these goals, the researchers follow the steps of the comparative descriptive research approach. The research sample included Basra University students for the morning study for the academic year 2020-2021. Their number is (200) male and female, and a scale of self-deception is built. The scale consists of (35) items divided into three areas. Moreover, the psychometric properties of the scale are extracted, and the researchers use the statistical package for social sciences spss for data analysis. The results show that university students have self-deception, and it is also found that there are statistically significant differences between males and females in favor of males, and there are no statistical differences between students by specialization. Accordingly, the researchers present a set of recommendations and suggestions

Therefore, the Turkish national security is directly affected by the conditions of its geographical neighboring countries, such as: its gaining or losing a power, or its being invaded, or losing its central authority. So Turkey pays a lot of attention to protect its national security which is sometimes required to use its military forces outside its boundaries in order to protect its national interests. Turkey is trying to overcome the issue of insecurity in its geographical neighborhood, which was come from the events that happened in Syria and Iraq in 2014, represented by “ISIS” control over a number of Syrian and Iraqi cities, through Turkey determination for geopolitical situation, its allies and potential enemies. It plans for a road map with its geographical neighborhood currently which represents a threat to Turkish national security, therefore, Turkey takes a position based on realism, effectiveness, military deterrence, and follows a plan that prevents any challenge will face it, and handles arising problems over its boundaries insecurity. So the attempt to realize its position from these developments, Turkey has made its decision to use military forces towards the situation in Syria as a necessary and insistent mechanism to protect its national security and achieving its foreign policy objectives under a turbulent regional conditions. Turkish military intervention in Syria is manifested through these following military operations: (Euphrates Shield, Olive Branch, Peace Spring, Spring Shield). This subject study approach depends on the realist theory in international relations, as Turkish policy in the past few years has shifted from soft power and diplomacy to the use of hard power policy. the realist school generally stresses on a perpetual tendency to conflict between states, and believes that power policy, capacity building, and alliances will increase state power, positions, goals achievements, security guarantees and national interests, because chaos makes countries worry about the balance of power, while the structure of the international and regional system enforces countries to pay careful attention to this balance. So, this study shows the changes which has prompted Turkey to adopt a realistic approach and its intervention in Syria.

Intelligent robots have entered all fields of economic, health, social and educational life. Due to the digital and technological revolution that has occurred in recent centuries, humans have been replaced by machines in performing many of the jobs and tasks that humans used to perform. As a result, robots have appeared, and the latter has many positive aspects in Providing more production at lower costs and with good quality. However, this does not mean that there are no disadvantages in using robots. They have become independent in making decisions and have begun to invent new languages that even their factory does not know, especially those robots that rely on complex artificial intelligence. They have also begun to cause harm to others. Therefore, it is necessary to find legal remedies for the damage they cause and to address what they may cause in the future, and in order to respond quickly to robots equipped with complex artificial intelligence, considering that the latter is in continuous development and with new characteristics and features that have become beyond the capabilities of humans in some cases and which are distinguished by their independence, it has become necessary to provide legislation The national legal system has its own legal system because of the damage that these robots may cause in the future. Therefore, legalizing and regulating the manufacture and development of robots legally, granting them legal personality, and determining who is responsible for their damage has become an urgent need.

The study wonders about the subject of the discourse of political participation in the context of the variation of its spatial levels in the province of Karbala, and since the place is the product of the interaction of groups, forming a social, political, economic and cultural space, this place also has daily discourses that form it in divisive and/or consensual ways, but it does not depart from the context of (rank trade-off), which requires us, to question the meaning of these discourses? What is its relationship to shaping levels of political participation discourse in their spatial contexts within Karbala province? Do these discourses play a role in determining the spatial context for varying levels of participation such as election, party loyalty, protest and political criticism, on social media? Which makes us understand the origin of the question: why this disparity? Therefore, we need to depend according to scientific logic, to determine a study sample from a research community represented in Karbala province according to the place of residence and gender identity, and then choose a sample randomly cluster amounting to (300) units. The study concluded several conclusions, in its introduction, that discourses as a daily practice, such as: popular discourse, tribal discourse, and religious-sectarian discourse, affect unevenly within their contexts the attitudes of individuals towards the priority levels of political participation discourse.

The researcher uses Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis to explore the structure of Critical Discourse Analysis of Halimah's political speeches to reveal the effectiveness of the positive self- representation upon Singaporeans in holding the success in their progressive life and to prove the efficiency of positive feminist strategies in changing and developing the Singaporeans' life to the best.
