Activation Measurement at Fair Value to Achieve Transparency of Financial Reporting

Abstract

There are multiple and varied Accounting measurement methods and techniques, which reflecting the financial events over time, in order to unify these methods and techniques in the form of agreed models. IFRSs has been concerned in supporting measurement methods by providing a measure achieving Relevance, and faithful, Representation and achieving transparency in financial reporting. The research aims to clarify the impact of applying measurement at fair value in achieving financial reporting transparency and its applicability in the Iraqi economic units. The importance of the research comes from the importance of measurement at fair value as a modern and contemporary topics and measurement. Research based on the Hypothesis that the application of measurement at fair value and the disclosure of that measurement in the financial statements achieve a high level of transparency in financial reporting.
This is achieving by comparing the measurement application at fair value in the research sample (Bank of Baghdad and Commercial Gulf) with the application of historical cost measurement; the level of transparency in the financial statements was increased.
Many important results were obtained; that level of transparency in financial statements when applying the measurement at fair value is higher than the level of transparency when applying historical cost, fair value measurement improves comparing of financial statements in various financial entities that application international accounting standards, and international financial reporting.
The basis of differentiation between them and the measurement of historical cost is to achieve the required saucepan of relevance and faithful representation.

Abstract

تعددت وتنوعت طرائق وأساليب القياس المحاسبي، التي تعكس الأحداث المالية على مر الزمن وفي سبيل توحيد هذه الطرائق والأساليب، وضع نماذج متفق عليها، اذ إهتم مجلس معايير المحاسبة والإبلاغ المالي بدعم طرائق القياس عن طريق توفير مقياس يحقق الملائمة، ويدعم التمثيل الصادق ويحقق شفافية الإبلاغ المالي وهو القياس بالقيمة العادلة، وهدف البحث إلى توضيح تأثير تطبيق القياس بالقيمة العادلة في تحقيق شفافية الإبلاغ المالي وإمكانية تطبيقه في الوحدات الإقتصادية العراقية, وتأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية القياس بالقيمة العادلة كونه موضوعاﹰ من الموضوعات الحديثة والمعاصرة وقياسهُ للشفافية التي تعد الشغل الشاغل للمستفيدين عن طريق المقياس العالمي (S&P)، واستند البحث الى فرضية رئيسة هي أن تطبيق القياس بالقيمة العادلة والإفصاح عن ذلك القياس في القوائم المالية يحقق مستوى عالي من شفافية الإبلاغ المالي, وتحققت هذه الفرضية عن طريق مقارنة تطبيق القياس بالقيمة العادلة في عينة البحث(مصرف بغداد والخليج التجاري) مع تطبيق القياس بالكلفة التاريخية، فقد وجد ازدياد مستوى الشفافية في القوائم المالية، وجرى التوصل إلى أهم النتائج، أن مستوى شفافية القوائم المالية عند تطبيق القياس بالقيمة العادلة أعلى من مستوى الشفافية عند تطبيق القياس بالكلفة التاريخية، وأن القياس بالقيمة العادلة يُحسن مقارنة القوائم المالية للوحدات المالية المختلفة كونهُ مدعوماﹰ بتطبيق معايير المحاسبية والإبلاغ المالي الدولية، وأن أساس المفاضلة بينها وبين القياس بالكلفة التاريخية هو تحقيق القدر المطلوب من خاصيتي الملائمة والتمثيل الصادق.

Abstract

abstract
highlights distinguish organizations day of its ability to improve the quality of their performance career constantly to keep up with changes rapidly, among the models for the evaluation of modern is a model of the institution European quality management (EFQM) (european foundation of quality management), who has been applied at this search.
Problem: is the problem of search not to the presence of evaluation of a real accurate the performance of the Ministry sample is under which the diagnosis of the strengths and weaknesses .. and work on enhancing the first and reduce or cancel the second, which improves the quality of functionality.
Objectives: the most prominent the objectives of the search is a system to evaluate the performance in the Ministry sample to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the current down to opportunities for improvement appropriate to reduce the gap or cancel. Sample search: the Center of the Ministry of higher education.
Curriculum and styles available: adopted a search on approach search case (case study), and designed researchers scheme procedural to search guarantee the two-part, the first part model performance evaluation and institutional (EFQM) was measured lists of examination (checklists) of the institution European quality management, the second part ensure improving the quality of functionality as adopted researchers by-resolution, which included proposals improvement that have been distributed on a sample of departments the upper and Central team quality to find out how with it, as well as the methods of statistical other using the program (spss.23).
The most prominent results: shows the results that the ratio of the gap college that come to an existing examination for model performance evaluation and institutional (EFQM) of (49%), as for the ratio of the agreement with the proposals for improving the quality of functionality has reached the proportion of the deal with it (97%) showed the results of styles and statistical used to find that there are the role of the application form and evaluation of organizational performance in improving the quality of functionality.

يبـرز تميـز المنظمـات اليوم من قدرتهـا على تحسيــن جــودة أدائها الوظيفـي باستمرار لمواكبة التغيــرات المتسارعة، من بين نمـاذج التقييــم الحديثة هو أنموذج المؤسسة الاوربية لإدارة الجــودة (EFQM) (European Foundation of Quality Management) الذي تم تطبيقه في هذه البحث .
المشكلة: تتمثل مشكلة البحث بعدم وجود تقييــم حقيقي دقيق لأداء الوزارة عينة البحث يتم بموجبه تشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف.. والعمل على تعزيز الاولى و تقليص او الغاء الثانية مما يحسن جــودة الأداء الوظيفي .
الاهداف: ابرز اهداف البحث هو وضع نظام لتقييــم الأداء في الوزارة عينة البحث لتشخيص نقاط القوة والضعف الحالية وصولاً الى فرص التحسيــن المناسبة لتقليص الفجوة او الغاءها.
عينة البحث: مركز وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
المنهج والاساليب المستخدمة: اعتمـــدت البحث على منهج بحث الحالة (Case Study)، وصمم الباحثين مخطط اجرائي للبحث تضمن جزأين، الجزء الاول أنموذج تقييــم الأداء المؤسسي (EFQM) وتم قياسه بقوائم الفحص (Checklists) الصادرة عن المؤسسة الاوربية لإدارة الجــودة، اما الجزء الثاني تضمن تحسيــن جــودة الأداء الوظيفي اذ اعتمد الباحثين به الاستبانة التي ضمت مقترحات التحسيــن التي تم توزيعها على عينة من الادارات العليا والوسطى وفريق الجــودة لمعرفة مدى اتفاقهم معها، فضلاً عن الاساليب الاحصائية الاخرى باستخدام برنامج (SPSS.23) .
ابرز المخرجات: اظهرت المخرجات ان نسبة الفجوة الكلية التي توصلت اليها قائم الفحص الخاصة بأنموذج تقييــم الأداء المؤسسي (EFQM) بلغت (49%)، اما فيما يخص نسبة الاتفاق مع مقترحات تحسيــن جــودة الأداء الوظيفي فقد بلغت نسبة الاتفاق معها (97%) وبينت مخرجات الاساليب الاحصائية المستخدمة في البحث ان هناك دوراﹰ لتطبيق أنموذج تقييــم الأداء المؤسسي في تحسيــن جــودة الأداء الوظيفي.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Lean Manufacturing system using one of its most important tools: the value stream mapping to identify, remove or simplify steps and activities that do not add value as a method of improving productivity in the organization.
The practical problem of the study was the length and number of activities and procedures adopted in manufacturing the frame (size 1200-20) and size.
The study is based on the analysis of the current situation in the organization. The study site for the frame manufacturing line (size 1200-20) is carried out through the current value stream mapping through the use of one of its tools process activity mapping.
The study followed the case study in Diwaniyah Tire Factory, and collected the data and information through the field and the interviews conducted by the researcher with the officials in the factory and determine the current operations and activities of the sample of the study of the manufacturing line of tires size 1200-20,. The most important conclusions of the study were:
1- The study shows that using the proposed value stream mapping contributes to reducing the times (add value, unadd value, process, waiting, cycle time and work in process) in the study sample, as well as reducing costs and improving productivity.
Among the most important recommendations of the study:
1 - The need to apply the value stream mapping in the plant to take advantage of the information provided by the activities and procedures that do not add value, which contributes greatly to the identification and destruction of waste.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم نظام للتصنيع الرشيق باستعمال احد اهم ادواته الا وهي خارطة تدفق القيمة في تحديد وإزالة أو تبسيط الخطوات والانشطة التي لا تضيف قيمة كأسلوب لتحسين الانتاجية في المنظمة موقع الدراسة ، اذ مكن استعمال خارطة تدفق القيمة في مسار تصنيع الاطار في المصنع موقع الدراسة في الكشف عن مختلف مناطق الهدر التي سببت اوقات انتظار طويلة اثرت سلباً في إنتاجية المصنع.
تمثلت المشكلة التطبيقية للدراسة في طول وكثرة الانشطة والاجراءات المعتمدة في تصنيع الاطار ذات الحجم (1200-20) ، مما ادى إلى طول اوقات الانتظار وارتفاع الكلفة وانخفاض الانتاجية .
اعتمدت الدراسة في جانبها التطبيقي في تحليل الوضع الحالي في المنظمة موقع الدراسة لخط تصنيع الاطار (ذات الحجم 1200-20 ) عن طريق خرائط تدفق القيمة الحالية عن طريق استعمال احد ادواتها وهي خارطة نشاط العملية .
اتبعت الدراسة منهج دراسة الحالة في مصنع اطارات الديوانية ، وجُمعت البيانات والمعلومات عن طريق المعايشة الميدانية والمقابلات التي اجراها الباحثين مع المسؤولين في المصنع وتحديد العمليات والانشطة الحالية لعينة الدراسة المتمثلة بخط تصنيع الاطارات ذات الحجم 1200-20 ، وكان من اهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت اليها الدراسة :
1- اثبتت الدراسة ان استعمال خارطة تدفق القيمة المستقبلية (المقترحة) يسهم في تخفيض اوقات ( اضافة القيمة ، عدم اضافة القيمة ،العملية ،الانتظار، وقت الدورة ، وخزين تحت التشغيل ) في المصنع عينة الدراسة ، فضلا عن خفض التكاليف وتحسين الانتاجية.
ومن اهم التوصيات التي توصلت اليها الدراسة :
1- ضرورة تطبيق خارطة تدفق القيمة في المصنع للاستفادة من المعلومات التي توفرها عن الانشطة والاجراءات التي لا تضيف قيمة ما يسهم بشكل كبير في تحديد الهدر والقضاء عليه .

Abstract

The objective of this research is to employ Sustainability Accounting Standards (standard FNO101 by SASB Commercial Banks) by analyzing the content of annual report of commercial banks listed in Iraq Stock Exchange to understand the extent of commercial banks alliance of Sustainability reporting and to employ this standards for enhancing disclosure , transparency verifying. This research also aim to know the attitude of the employee of this banks about the important of Sustainability belong to FNO101 throw Questionnaire . The research show that commercial banks committee to Sustainability reporting by 51.54% as a mention for all banks this rate acceptance that over 50% and there are contrast for high rate 72.22% in 2016 of ( Altanmia International Bank ) that have best performance between other banks according to (CAMELS) scale that issued by Iraqi Central Bank in cooperation with AR nest & young company ,this is show that applying Standard FNO101 are good for measuring performance .The low rate of Sustainability reporting is 33.332% -2016 of (Erbil Investment and financing bank) .

Abstract

ان التطورات الاخيرة في توجه الدولة بنقل الصلاحيات المالية للمحافظات غير المرتبطة في اقليم مايتطلب من مديريات الشؤون المالية في المحافظات استخراج موازين مراجعة موحدة لكل الدوائر المرتبطة بها وهي كل من ( البلديات ( بلدية – ماء- مجاري) ، الصحة ، التربية، الزراعة، الشرطة، الرعاية والضمان الاجتماعي) وبالنظر لاختلاف الانظمة المحاسبية في هذه الدوائر ولاسيما الدوائر التابعة الى وزارة البلديات تحاول الباحثينالوصول الى حلول لمساعدة ادارات المحافظات لتحقيق الاهداف التي تسعى الى تحقيقها عن طريق توحيد نظامالمحاسبي لجميع هذه الدوائر وبالتركيز عنمديرية بلدية المركز وبلديات الاقضية والنواحي.
وان الهدف من الدراسة هو تقويم نظامالمحاسبي الموحد للبلديات ومعرفة اهم المشاكل والمعوقات خلال فترة تطبيقه. التعرف عنمدى تطابق نظامالمحاسبي الموحد للبلديات مع الاهداف التي جاء بها قانون ادارة البلديات رقم 165 لسنة 1964 المعدل. توظيف نظامالمحاسبي الحكومي باستخدام دليل احصائية مالية الحكومة في مراكز البلديات والاقضية والنواحي وذلك لتوائمه مع الاهداف التي تسعى اليهاالمؤسسات البلدية من تقديم الخدمات للجمهور دون مقابل او بمقابل رمزي. بيان اهمية استخدام نظام احصاءات مالية الحكومة GFS وما يحققه هذا نظاممن معلومات احصائية ومالية عنمستوى الدولة ومتوافق مع متطلبات البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد لدولي.
واهم ما توصلت الية الدراسة يعد استخدام نظامالمحاسبي الموحد في البلديات مخالفة قانونية لان قانون البلديات رقم 165 لسنة1964 يعد البلديات وحدات حكومية, فضلا عن ذلك يتم تمويل البلديات لدنخزينة الدولة بمقدار الرواتب لتلك المؤسسات, كما يتحمل الادارة المحلية في المحافظة التنظيفات وتعده البلدية كإيراد لها وتقوم بالصرف منة عل التنظيفات, كما ان الطرق والجسور بعد اكماليهاتحول ملكيتها الى البلدية وبغض النظر عن كلفتها تقوم البلدية بإثباتها بمقدار(1 دينار) في سجلاتها, ونتيجة لذلك يصبح الافصاح مشوه ولا يعكس الحقيقة المالية لمؤسسات البلدية, كما لا تعكس النتيجة الحقيقة لها. توجد هنالك مشكلة حقيقية في توحيد الحسابات بعد نقل الصلاحية من الوزارات الى مجالس المحافظات , فلم تستطع الادارة المحلية في المحافظة توحيد مؤسسات البلدية في المحافظة مع بقية المؤسسات الحكومية الاخرى, وسبب ذلك يرجع الى اختلاف النظم المتبعة فيها. نظامالمحاسبي الحكومي وفق احصاءاتمالية الحكومة اكثر ملائمة للعمل به في المؤسسات البلدية لأنه يوفر افصاحات افضل ويلائم عملية توحيد الحسابات. كما اوصى الباحثان استبعاد نظامالمحاسبي الموحد للبلديات من التنفيذ لأنه لا يلائم طبيعة العمل في مؤسسات البلدية. حل مشكلة الحادثة في مجلس المحافظات والتي سببها تعدد الانظمة المحاسبية وذلك في جميع الوحدات الحكومية الخاضعة للتوحيد, وذلك لتسهيل عملية التوحيد واعطاء نتائج إفصاحيه افضل وقياس نتيجة الاعمال بشكل افضل. تطبيق نظامالمحاسبي الحكومي وفق احصاءاتمالية الحكومة في مؤسسات البلدية في العراق بدلا من نظامالمحاسبي الموحد للبلديات.

Abstract

The theoretical part of this thesis involves the derivation of the mathematical formula of the cascade system for more than one component that has the strength (x) and getting independent stress (Y_1) with an attenuation factor (k) which works to recertification the path of this system and make it works in right way. Also, this work reached the reliability function of the Cascade system 〖(R〗_3,R_2) depending on the derivative mathematical formula of the inverse Lindley distribution. Moreover, it was concluded that the reliability of R_3 is increasing by increase the value of the strength parameter, while R_3 is decreasing by increase the value of the stress parameter

تضمن الجانب النظري من هذا البحث على اشتقاق الصيغة الرياضية لنظام Cascade لاكثر من مكونه تمتلك متانه ((x وتتعرض لجهد مستقل ( (〖 Y〗_1 مع وجود عامل التوهينk ) ) والذي يعمل على تصحيح مسار هذا النظام والعمل به بصورة صحيحة , وقد تم التوصل الى دالة المعوليه لنظام Cascade 〖(R〗_3,R_2) بالاعتماد على الصيغة الرياضية المشتقة لتوزيع معكوس لندلي . كذلك تم التوصل إلى أن معولية النظام R_3 تزداد عن طريق زيادة قيمة معلمة المتانة بينما عند زيادة قيمة معلمة الإجهاد فأن معولية النظام R_3 تتناقص .

Abstract

The study aims at interpreting and analyzing investor sentiment in order to predict the prices of future securities and to achieve additional returns by studying the historical data of the banking sector in the Iraqi market for securities through several indicators such as volume index, index of number of traded shares, index of number of contracts, The level of return as psychological studies support the existence of the impact of many factors on the mood, such as weather, events and others, which in turn will affect the decisions of investors in the Iraqi market for securities,
the study was based on the theoretical dilemma of continuing intellectual debate And the theoretical conflict between the advocates of traditional financial theories and defenders of the theory of behavioral finance, and the problem of the application of the lack of interest in the tendencies of investors that affect the investment decisions suffered by investors in the Iraqi market for securities when they take the investment decision also tries to highlight the most important evidence proved by The ideas and elements of the behavioral approach, which added psychological and social behavioral variables that affect the decision-making process in order to predict the movements and performance of the financial markets.
The study used a series of statistical, financial analyzes, and tests using the statistical program Spss & Excel. The study reached a set of conclusions the most important of which are: Investor sentiment affect the returns on investment in securities. The study has taken many recommendations, the most important of which is to avoid investing in times that show negative effects on the market movement due to the investor sentiment. Maip or seasonal follow the market moves cautiously to avoid the expected loss.

Measuring financing requirements and their role in improving the market value of the bank

Abstract

The study aims to identifying the importance of measuring financing requirements, which is one way of measuring liquidity risk by identifying the funding gap for banks. Liquidity risk is the inability of the Bank to meet its financing requirements. Liquidity risk may occur as a result of turbulence in the financial market, leading to a reduction in some sources of financing. The Bank has full responsibility to control these risks and minimize liquidity risk, thereby improving the Bank's market value. The study was based on a set of reports and financial statements published for a group of banks listed in the Iraqi market for securities which were selected based on the availability of data for the period 2005-2017. The sample included 9 banks (Bank of Baghdad, Bank of the Middle East, Iraqi Investment Bank, National Bank of Iraq, Credit Bank, Sumer Commercial Bank, Gulf Commercial Bank, Mosul Bank for Development and Investment). The study used a set of financial and statistical means to achieve its objectives. The study was used to verify the normal distribution of data (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) and found that it is subject to normal distribution. The study also used the analysis of correlation and regression relationships of the study variables and hypothesis testing using a set of statistical methods, Pearson, as well as the use of simple linear regression and the use of the application of the statistical program ready SPSS The study reached a set of conclusions, most notably the existence of relationship of impact and correlation of significant statistical significance between the requirements of funding and The market value of the bank. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the management of banks to take into consideration the relationship between the financing requirements and the market value of the bank through the management of banks to measure the financing requirements of banks and determine the bank's needs for funds

هدف الدراسة الى التعرف في أهمية قياس متطلبات التمويل وهي أحد طرائق قياس مخاطرة السيولة عن طريق تحديد فجوة التمويل للمصارف. ومخاطر السيولة تتمثل في عدم قدرة المصرف في تلبية متطلبات التمويل الخاصة بالمصرف. وقد تحدث مخاطر السيولة نتيجة الاضطرابات في السوق المالي مما يؤدي الى تقليص في بعض مصادر التمويل. وفي إدارة المصرف المسؤولية الكاملة للسيطرة في هذه المخاطر، بما يسهم ذلك من تحسين القيمة السوقية للمصرف. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة في جانبها التطبيقي في مجموعة من التقارير والكشوفات المالية المنشورة لمجموعة من المصارف المدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية التي تم اختيارها اعتماداً في مدى توفير البيانات لمدة الدراسة 2005-2017 وكانت عينة الدراسة تشمل (9) مصارف وهي (مصرف بغداد، مصرف التجاري العراقي، مصرف الشرق الأوسط، مصرف الاستثمار العراقي، مصرف الأهلي العراقي، مصرف الائتمان، مصرف سومر التجاري، مصرف الخليج التجاري، مصرف الموصل للتنمية والاستثمار). واستخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الوسائل المالية والاحصائية لتحقيق أهدافها وقد استخدمت الدراسة للتحقق من التوزيع الطبيعي للبيانات (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) ووجد انها خاضعة للتوزيع الطبيعي، واستخدمت الدراسة ايضاً تحليل علاقات الارتباط والانحدار لمتغيرات الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات وذلك عبر استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل معامل الارتباط الخطي Pearson وكذلك استخدام الانحدار الخطي البسيط عن طريقتطبيق البرنامج الاحصائي الجاهز SPSS.وتوصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات لعل أهمها وجود علاقة تأثر وارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية معنوية بين متطلبات التمويل والقيمة السوقية للمصرف. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة اهتمام إدارة المصارف بالعلاقة ما بين متطلبات التمويل والقيمة السوقية للمصرف وذلك عن طريققيام إدارة المصارف بقياس متطلبات التمويل للمصارف وتحديد حاجات المصرف للأموال

Abstract

The Research aims at understanding and clarifying the impact of human Affective engineering with its dimensions (Instinctive emotion ,behavioral emotion, contemplative emotion) on the voice of the employee . the problem of research was the following question: ( Does human Affectively engineering a ffact on the voice of employee). The importance of research in terms of results obtained through the survey of the views of the research sample in the organization investigated represented by the staff of college of Administration and Economics , Karbala University of (78) respondents by questionnaire that prepared for this purpose.
After collecting and analyzing the data statistically using a set of statistical tools including correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression . A set of results was obtained which crystallized in the conclusion that: human Affective engineering is interested in knowing the feelings and desires of the human resource which contributes to the success of the organization's work. The most important recommendations should be to increase the college's interest in finding and strengthening the health environment in the work , which in turn reflected in the human Affective engineering and the voice of employee.

يهدف البحث الى فهم وتوضيح أثر الهندسة البشرية العاطفية بأبعادها (العاطفة الغريزية, العاطفة السلوكية, العاطفة التأملية) في صوت الموظف, وقد تمثلت اشكالية البحث بالتساؤل الاتي:( هل تؤثر الهندسة البشرية العاطفية في صوت الموظف), وقد جرى استشراف أهمية البحث بما تؤول اليه النتائج التي نحصل عليها عن طريق استطلاع اراء عينة البحث في المنظمة المبحوثة و المتمثلة بالملاك الوظيفي في كلية الادارة والاقتصاد جامعة كربلاء والبالغة (78) مستجيبا بواسطة استمارة الاستبانة التي اعدت لهذا الغرض, وبعد جمع وتحليل البيانات احصائيا باستخدام جملة من الادوات الاحصائية منها معامل الارتباط والانحدار الخطي المتعدد وتم الحصول في مجموعة من النتائج تبلورة بالاستنتاجات منها تهتم الهندسة البشرية العاطفية بمعرفة المشاعر والرغبات للمورد البشري والتي تسهم في انجاح عمل المنظمة المبحوثة: فيما كانت أهم التوصيات ضرورة أن تزيد الكلية الاهتمام بإيجاد وتعزيز الاجواء الصحية في العمل والتي بدورها تنعكس في زيادة الظواهر الايجابية والتي فيها الهندسة البشرية العاطفية وصوت الموظف.

Abstract

This work, a new continuous distribution built depend on [0,1] truncated Fréchet Pareto ([0,1] TFP) has been introduced and discussed. The cumulative distribution function and properties of the new distribution are obtained under consideration. It is clear that any item fails when it has a pressure to which it is subjected surpasses the conforming strength. Strength, can be noticed as “resistance to failure” in this case. The expected stress is less than techniques for strength if there is a good design practice. We can define the safety factor in expressions of strength and stress as strength/stress. Therefore, this work will derive the [0,1] TFP strength-stress model with more than one parameters. Moreover, this paper will drive the Shannon entropy and Relative entropy and Renyi entropy as well.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to study and determine the nature of the relationship between dynamic capabilities as an explanatory variable And sustainable organizational performance as a responsive variable.
Methodology / Design: 135 questionnaires were distributed to professors at the University of Kufa who hold the title of Professor in all faculties of the university (21), and the retrieved questionnaires (129) were (127) valid for statistical analysis, (SPSS) as well as AMOS.
Theoretical results: A knowledge gap on the interpretation of the relationship between the variables of research in addition to the researchers' quest to demonstrate the importance of sustainable organizational performance as an important means to achieve the high competitiveness of the organizations currently.
Results: The research results in a set of results, including a direct significant effect between dynamic capabilities and sustainable organizational performance.
Scientific results: The results of the research can be used as the organizations' interest and developing dynamic capabilities will lead to achieving sustainable performance and achieving its future goals.
Originality / Value: The research came to fill a knowledge gap, which was the result of an earlier research that discusses the two research variables in one research model and the impact of this relationship on enhancing the social and competitive position of the organization.

Abstract

الغرض: يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين القابليات الدينامية كمتغير تفسيري والأداء المنظمي المستدام كمتغير استجابي.
المنهجية/التصميم: تم توزيع 135 استبانةعلى الأساتذة في جامعة الكوفة ممن يحملون لقب (استاذ) في عموم كليات الجامعة البالغة (21) كلية، بلغ عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (129) كانت (127) منها صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي، تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) فضلا عن برنامج (AMOS).
النتائج النظرية: وجود فجوة معرفية عن تفسير العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث إضافة لسعي الباحثين لبيان أهمية الأداء المنظمي المستدام كوسيلة مهمة لتحقيق التنافسية العالية للمنظمات حاليا.
النتائج العملية: توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج منها وجود علاقة تأثير معنوية مباشرة بين القابليات الدينامية والأداء المنظمي المستدام.
النتائج العلمية: يمكن الإفادة من النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث اذ ان اهتمام المنظمات بالقابليات الدينامية وتطويرها سيقود للوصول للأداء المستدام وتحقيق أهدافها المستقبلية.
الاصالة/القيمة: جاء البحث ليسد فجوة معرفية تمثلت بعدم وجود بحث سابق يناقش متغيري البحث في ا أنموذج بحث واحد (على حد علم الباحثين) ومناقشة أثر هذه العلاقة في تعزيز مكانة المنظمة الاجتماعية والتنافسية.

Abstract

The research aim to analyze the influence The Role of Smart Organization Characteristics in Promoting Entrepreneurial Alertness by Adopting Proactive Work Behaviors of the application in Asia-Cell for mobile communication. To achieve this, the organization's smart characteristics (Strategic vision, culture of merit, incentives and rewards) adopted based on (Schafer,2009), and the proactive work behaviors (taking charge, employee voice, individual innovation, problem prevention) adopted based on (Parker&Collins,2010), while the dimensions of the entrepreneurial alertness (alert scanning and search, alert association and connection, evaluation and judgment) adopted based on (Tang et al., 2012). The branches of Asia Cell mobile communications company, located within the Middle Euphrates region, have been selected as an applied field for research by distributing a survey of (42) respondents from branch managers and heads of departments of the research sample as well as managers of companies with exclusive agencies, as well as personal interviews. The correlation coefficient (Person), and the F-test was used to determine the significance of the regression equation, and R2 was used to interpret the effect of the independent variable in the intermediate variable and the dependent variable. One of the most important conclusions reached is that the adoption of proactively work behaviors is instrumental in enhancing the relationship between organization's smart characteristics in achieving the company's entrepreneurial alertness as a result of the increasing competitiveness of the Iraqi telecommunications sector. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including the need to employ the intermediate role of the proactive work behaviors entrepreneurial alertness to enhance the positive impact relationship to in enhancing the organization's smart characteristics in achieving the company's entrepreneurial alertness within the communication environment, thus contributing to providing innovative and renewable services that continuously add value to the company and its customers, thus sustaining the sustainability of its leading edge at the local level. As well as the possibility of increasing the number of subscribers within its network as a result of the attractive race for the services offered within newly deployed service centers in some districts of cities of sample research

هدف البحث إلى تحليل دور خصائص المنظمة الذكية في تحقيق التأهب الريادي عن طريق تبني سلوكيات العمل الاستباقية بالتطبيق في شركة اسيا سيل العراقية للاتصالات المتنقلة، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك، تم اعتماد خصائص المنظمة الذكية (الرؤية الاستراتيجية، ثقافة الجدارة، الحوافز والمكافآت) اعتماداً على((Schafer,2009، كما تم اعتماد سلوكيات العمل الاستباقية (تحمل المسؤولية، صوت الموظف، الابداع الفردي، منع وقوع المشكلة) اعتماداً على(Parker&Collins,2010)، في حين تم اعتماد ابعاد التأهب الريادي(عملية المسح والبحث اليقظ، التجميع والترابط اليقظ، التقييم والحكم) اعتماداً على(Tang et al.,2012).
وقد تم اختيار فروع شركة اسيا سيل للاتصالات المتنقلة المنتشرة ضمن منطقة الفرات الاوسط ميداناً تطبيقياً للبحث عن طريق توزيع استبيانة شملت (42) مستجيباً من السادة مديري الفروع ورؤساء الأقسام للشركة عينة البحث فضلاً عن مديري الشركات الحاصلة على وكالات حصرية منها، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية. وقد استخدم معامل الارتباط (Person)، واختبار(F) لتحديد معنوية معادلة الانحدار، كما تم استخدام (R2) لتفسير مقدار تأثير المتغير المستقل في المتغير الوسيط والمتغير المعتمد.
ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها إن تبني سلوكيات العمل الاستباقية يؤثر تأثيراً فاعلاً في تعزيز العلاقة بين خصائص المنظمة الذكية في تحقيق التأهب الريادي للشركة عينة البحث في ظل التنافسية المتنامية في قطاع الاتصالات العراقي. وقد اختتم البحث بعدد من التوصيات ابرزها ضرورة توظيف الدور الوسيط لسلوكيات العمل الاستباقية في تعزيز العلاقة التأثيرية الإيجابية بين خصائص المنظمة الذكية في تحقيق التأهب الريادي ضمن بيئة الاتصالات المتنقلة بما يسهم في تقديم خدمات مبتكرة ومتجددة بأستمرار تضيف قيمة للشركة ولزبائنها مما يدعم استدامة تفوقها الريادي على المستوى المحلي فضلاً عن إمكانية جذب مشتركين جدد لشبكتها نتيجة التسابق المغري للخدمات المقدمة ضمن مراكزها الخدمية المنتشرة حديثاً في بعض احياء واقضية المحافظات عينة البحث.

هدف البحث الى استعمال نظام التكلفة في اساس الانشطة في تحليل ربحية الزبون بالشكل الذي يساعد في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية عن طريق تخفيض وادارة التكاليف والايرادات وادارة المخاطر وتحسين الجودة وتخفيض الوقت وزيادة المرونة فضلا عن تحسين الوضع التنافسي للوحدة الاقتصادية وفي ضوء ذلك تم تجميع منهجية البحث بين استخدام كلا من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المعياري الاول بغرض دراسة واستقراء وتقييم البحوث المتعلقة بدراسة نظام التكاليف في اساس النشاط واستخدامها في تحليل ربحية الزبون والثاني بغرض وضع اطار يوضح كيفية استخدام نظام التكلفة في اساس النشاط في تحليل ربحية الزبون بغرض تحسين ربحية الوحدة الاقتصادية مع التطبيق في احدى شركات صناعة الاصباغ في جمهورية العراق تأسست عام 2000 وعدد الزبائن بها 45 زبون بخلاف زبائن التصدير وكذلك دراسة العوامل المؤثرة في ربحية الشركة بغرض تحسين هذه الربحية ، وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية تدعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية اليها. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث إن تحديد العامل الحاسم لتحقيق الربحية من بين مسببات الربحية والذي يساعد الشركة هي أن تركز في المسببات التي تحتاج إلى دعم والمسببات التي تحتاج إلى رقابة وإدارة علاقة الوحدة الاقتصادية بزبائنه بشكل فعال من أجل تحسين الربحية ، وتبين من البحث التطبيقية أن عنصر الحجم (إيراد الزبون) يعد العامل الحاسم في تحقيق ربحية الشركة .
