The voice represents a hidden language that conveys more than just the meanings of written words and this is particularly evident in the short story where it primarily relies on language and sound to convey its message .its magic lies in its ability to convey thoughts and emotions in ways that surpass beauty and paragraphs . in this context this research takes a chose review of the phonetic significance that constitutes an essential part of the impact of the short story on the reader with the reliance on some concrete examples from the texts this has aided us in clarifying the study and helping the reader understand how phonetic significance was applied in the short story collection \\\\"in the Hell of Blockato \\\\" .
Phonetic significance in the shot story collection is considered a fundamental element in enriching the reader\\\\'s experience and deeper understanding of the storie by using language and sounds in an innovative way that enables the author to achieve multiple literary objectives .while phonetics is concerned with studying speech sounds or linguistic sounds it is not the same as phonology (Omar , 1997, 13 – 14 )
The importance of speech sounds lies in their representation of the scientific aspect of language as they facilitate the common communication among individuals .
Through the study of the short story collection\\\\" in the Hell of Blockato \\\\" we discover the authors delicate linguistic ability which was evident in the auditory level through the sounds of birds cars and explosions in the scenes included, as in the phrase \\\\" a loud crash sound that startled him and woke him from his sleep\\\\" as narrated by the author in one of her stories ( Al – Zubaidi 1444H – 2023AD,p, 60 ).
\\\\" In the Hell of Blockato \\\\" as a title carries various nuanced connotations that cannot be fully encapsulated within a specific context. Resignation as a title for a specific story from the short story collection, despite its specific context hawever it carries a suggestive connotation that we find in the collection , and this is one of the tools for conveying meaning that aligns with the readers .
This research aims to analyze hom contextual cues interact in shaping meaning and contribute new dimensions to understanding language \\\\' exploring hom contextual and auditory elements integrate in interpreting meaning and enhancing language comprehension \\\\' in addition to studying the role of phonetic significance in enhancing and deepening linguistic understanding .
Note that this research followed a descriptive analysis approach by selecting specific texts to extract contextual elements and phonetic features and analyzing its impact on meaning comprehension \\\\' as well as assessing the influence of phonetic significance on understanding vocabulary \\\\' sentences \\\\' and texts with the identification of various types of phonetic significance to determine the impact of each type on meaning formation .

the verb and its two signifiers tense and event are considered as the most important elements of the sentence And it is the main element that gives the sentence its identity, so We decided to do a detailed research about the verb and its time and aspect Therefore, this article relies on the descriptive methodIt studies the tense and aspect in the verb, Because the verb plays an important role in language and it is one of the mportant elements that most grammar books have studied it And the other grammatical rules branch are derived from it. Indeed, there is a precise difference between the time of the verb and its expression, Because the verb tense determines the occurrence of the event
in one of the three tenses, While the aspect shows the quality of the occurrence of the event. On the other hand, there are sentences whose verb does not indicate a certain time.

This study aims to highlight the true meaning of “perhaps” occurring in the words of God - Glory be to Him - by presenting the sayings of grammarians and commentators regarding it. The content of the study is that I wanted to highlight the multiplicity of these meanings of (perhaps) is according to its context in the verse, and therefore it is difficult to take a single meaning that is consistent with it wherever it occurs in the Holy Qur’an. I showed that the Qur’anic context and parsing have a clear effect in determining its meaning. The meanings mentioned by scholars, whether grammarians or commentators, are only contextual meanings of “perhaps” occurring in the word of God, but the linguistic meaning of it remains as it is. He mentioned that “perhaps” comes in the sense of reasoning, questioning, and simile, which led them to this. They ruled out its occurrence because it was not reliable that it occurred in the word of God Almighty, and from here religious considerations also had an impact on this difference, and the confusion into which the scholars fell; Because the meaning of “perhaps” is expectation and anticipation, and what is expected without a doubt is not reliable in its occurrence and may or may not happen. Because of this, they were forced to make an interpretation, because it is impossible for Him - the Almighty - to anticipate something whose occurrence is not certain. In this research, I tried as much as I could to show that some of these meanings are intended, and are helped by the Qur’anic context, and it is not possible to assign “perhaps” to a single meaning in all of its locations. I do not claim to have come across every stray and incoming statement regarding perhaps, but it is sufficient for me to have shed light on some. Its aspects and some of its meanings

Objective: To stand on the main purposes contained in the poetic passages, study and analyze them, as the poets of the Hamdanid state touched all poetic purposes, but their main focus was on the purposes of pride and praise, for what they represent from an important aspect in light of an Arab state characterized by originality and a distinguished position such as the Hamdanid state, as pride formed an important part of their personalities, especially if we know that most of the princes of this state were poets, such as: Saif al-Dawla al-Hamdani and Abu Firas and Wajih al-Dawla Dhul-Qarnayn and Abu clans Hamdani and others, the praise topped a distinctive place among the main purposes, as poets competed in praise of the princes of this state, especially Saif al-Dawla al-Hamdani, who had the foot in the purpose of praise, especially among poets coming to the Hamdanid state, Kalmutnabbi who won the favor of the prince and Al-Awa Al-Dimashqi, and the son of his plant Saadi, And Abu Ishaq al-Sabi, the parrot and many others.
Methodology: We followed the descriptive approach in this research, as it influenced the selection of poetic passages that included the main poetic purposes, and we tried to highlight the poets' choice of words and meanings to express their emotions that they wanted to disclose through short texts known as syllables.
Results: The poetic passages were a different poetic style and contrary to the curriculum of the old poem, as it did not retain the traditional parts of the Arabic poem, such as introductions and multiple topics, but the passage was characterized by its coherent structure, the poet does not exceed in its framework the idea or the same topic and this is achieved in all its different purposes of praise, lamentation, pride, satire, spinning and description.
Conclusion: Our research consisted of an introduction and five demands: praise, description, spinning, lamentation and pride, and the research included a conclusion with the most important results we reached, as well as a list of sources and references that we relied on in writing the research

This study focused on the image of the blind in ancient Arabic texts and blindness as one of the most difficult human conditions. There are reportedly few specialised books that discuss blind people in particular, and these studies were limited to pages that were characterised by historicity in mentioning their names, lineages, and nobles. Even Al-Jahiz (d. 255 AH), who is renowned for his wit, stories, anecdotes, depth, and unique outlook on life, realism, and foresight, lost his literary essence when discussing them. He only mentioned their names in his work "Al-Barsan, the Lame, the Blind, and the Cross-eyed," and this trend may be due to feelings of pity and compassion. In addressing them.
The book " Naktul Himyan fi Naktil Omyan” is considered one of the late sources that sheds light on this oppressed and isolated group, and it includes in its entirety the news of the educated elites of the blind, as well as their anecdotes, circumstances, stories, and creativity.
Given the above, the study used an analytical and inductive approach. It attempted to cut through the concepts in these texts and clarify their aesthetics.
According to the study, this group has strong morals, intelligence, tenderness, and wit. They become more aware of their environment and become activists for change and improvement.
Despite the lack of interest in blindness in prose literature, because the sighted person is the one who mostly records the reality of literature, we find stories, especially symbolism and anecdotes, that reveal hidden worlds related to them, hidden in the text

In order to gain thought and reflection on it as well as to understand the source "that" and its purpose within the Qur'anic structure, this research focuses on the source "that." This study adopts description, analysis, and interpretation as its method because it is concerned with extrapolating the structures of reasoning with the source "that" in specific and crucial places, then distributing it among its various causes in accordance with the research plan, and finally studying it to establish the causality of the tool, after being presented with the commentators' thoughts on it, and coming to a conclusion. If there is no grammatical direction, certain meanings that the thinker and contemplator derive from the commentators' and scholars' sayings, as well as the usage of verbal and moral cues and Qur'anic readings to assist the reasoning. The Holy Qur'an uses some of the most beautiful sorts of rhetorical techniques, and the explanations of the source "that" in it vary depending on the speech's intent and goals. The Qur'anic approach offers justifications for its laws, obligations, and beliefs, and from it we arrive to clear thinking and the right route in religion and in life. Nevertheless, the research was not free of rhetorical and linguistic distractions that did not stray from its grammatical nature. The Qur'anic discourse places a great deal of emphasis on the method of reasoning, which has given rise to a variety of ancient and modern studies on it. However, it is evident that no studies have been done that specifically identify each of its tools, deduce its positions, goals, and purposes, and clarify how they all contribute to enlightening thought.
Objectives: The study aims to achieve the following:
1. Reflection on the arguments of the Quran.
2. Outlining the significance of identifying the Holy Quran's "that" source.
3. Determining the meanings of the reasons in order to clarify the subjects for which the source "that" was employed in the Holy Qur'an.
Methodology:
In studying the grounds for the reasoning with the source "that" in the Holy Qur'an, the analytical approach is employed to trace the verses of the Holy Qur'an and reveal the regions where the reasoning with the source "that" was utilized. The majority of the research was conducted using an analytical technique. To track the placements of the source "that" in the Holy Qur'an and establish its reasons.
Results:
The research concludes with a number of results, the most important of which are the following:
1. The significance of the reasoning approach rests in understanding the topics on which it was utilized in the Qur'anic text.
2. Within the Qur'anic text, the technique of reasoning is a vital component in determining the discourse, its direction, and its aim.
3. The basis for finding the reason for the reasoning included in the verse is the explanatory relationship between the reasoning phrase and the reasoner inside the text and the evidence it contains.
4. The Qur'anic reasoning approach is regarded as one of the most essential methods for revealing religious and Sharia purposes.
5. The lexical verbal meaning of the vocabulary within the text, as well as the syntactic meaning of the vocabulary within the text, are two essential aspects that influence determining the reason for the reasoning contained in the verse.
6. The study and contemplation of the reasons of the reasoning for the source "that" inside the Qur'anic text helps to clarify the purposes that may be hidden from us, such as:
• The infinitive "that" serves to put the sentence in the single position.
• The explanation may be preceded by "that" in the source, which does not explain the logic, thus a deleted estimate that fits the reasoning contained in the text must be constructed.
• The evidence indicates that the Qur'anic meanings meant inside the text go beyond the grammatical trickery noted by grammarians in judging the language eliminated before the infinitive "that."
• The definitions of the reasons for the reasoning with the source "that" focus around the existence of a result and a goal as a result of the reasoning's purpose.
