Raised scientific research in various fields (Fiqh, theology, logic, and linguistics), And every knowledge of these were present, The first of these was the science of rhetoric, the occasion, and the rules of reply and answer, Observe humility to the truth and display morals..
The truth of this research lies in the fact that it is taking a side of rhetoric, It shows the relationship between the preamble opening of a phrase (verb or noun) And the relationship of that to success in completing the blessing of authorship..
The objection was made to Imam Taj al-Din al-Subki - may Allah have mercy on him - in opening the preamble with a verb phrase, not the noun phrase, Therefore, according to the opinion of the objector, it is necessary for him to Leave the many preponderances that characterize the noun phrase, Specially since the Holy Qur’an has mentioned praise in the noun phrase, which indicates permanence and permanence, and that verb phrase indicates the occurrence and renewal, But this indication of the two sentences is not based on its launch, Each of them may be subject to probabilities, presumptions, and conditions, What makes each sentence perform a purpose that is more than its original meaning, And he makes the verb phrase in these cases more appropriate and more appropriate to the meaning of stability and continuity than the noun phrase, In addition to a note, the blessing of authorship is renewed after it was not, It fits with the verb phrase coming that indicates renewal and occurrence.

Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon His Messenger. This research is entitled (Rulings Of Harassing In Islamic Jurisprudence, Chapter On Acts Of Worship). I dealt with this research in order for the Muslim to be aware of the legal rulings related to these issues, and I dealt with the definition of immolation in terms of language and terminology, as well as the evidence for its legitimacy. From the Qur'an and Sunnah The pure Prophet and the jurisprudential rulings related to it. The research included three sections and six topics. First topic mentioned the definition of Harassing and its legitimacy. Second topic mentioned its legality from the Holy Qur’an and the pure Prophetic Sunnah. Third topic mentioned the issues of Harassing in Worship Rules, and it contains two topics, first mentions the burial in the cemetery, and second mentions zakat on "Hashish". Third topic mentioned the issues of crowding in the Two Holy Mosques, and there are two topics, the first mentions the crowding in the Great Mosque of Mecca, and the second requirement mentions the crowding in the "Al-Madina Al-Munawara" mosque, and finally the conclusion and mentioned the most important results, then the sources and references, what was right is from Allah and what was wrong is from myself and Satan Oh Allah, blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and the best prayer and peace be upon the one who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, our master, our Prophet and our beloved Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions. Then: It is not a secret to researchers in the sciences of the Quran in general and Quranic readings in particular, that the issue of choice is one of the forms of the science of readings. This is based on the rules followed by the imams of readings, and the title of our research was suggested ( The Choice of Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi for the Quranic Readings in the two surahs Al-lnfltar and Al-lnshiqaq ).

In this research I dealt with the choices of the scholar Ibn al-Aqrab - may God have mercy on him - who lived in the eighth century AH in the city of Aleppo, In the year (710 AH), I collected his choices and compared them with the eight schools of jurisprudence, and the fatwas of contemporary. where his choices were collected and reached two issues in the khul’ and zihar. The research included an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The second topic was the choices of the scholar Ibn al-Aqrab - may God have mercy on him - in the khula and zihar. As for the conclusion, it was in the most important results that I reached in this research, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.

Objective interpretation is one of the most famous sections of the interpretation of the Noble Qur’an, and it is of three types: either the student takes a specific word in the Noble Qur’an, or he studies a specific subject regardless of the pronunciation, or he takes a surah or a group of verses, which he studies objectively, and I chose the first type of it. So I searched in the Book of God Almighty for the word (livelihood) or (living) and found it found in five verses of the Qur’an. , and God bless.

This research is a study of one of the explanations of heritage Ajurumiya that has not yet been verified, so it was required that we verify this heritage manuscript, and study it with accuracy and explain of its merits. This book is the first book to be verified for the author, as its author is unknown, so we resorted to introduce him and extrapolate his approach and method of authorship and presentation of the content he dealt with , so that it can be easier for students and researchers to know his method of presenting the content, hoping that the book we are dealing with will be a reference to benefit from. I also studied the book and explain every comment and clear in it and brought it back to its origin. My method is easy and clear in the field of study, based on the verses of the Holy Quran, Arab poetry, and sources of the previous researchers, and then the conclusion comes in which we count the main results that have been reached.

This research highlights the scholar “Ibn Fourk’s” book “Al-Hadith Problems” in the aspect of understanding the text of the hadith and its jurisprudence and repelling the contradiction from it; this is because the science of the various hadiths is a great science with rules and foundations that only those with exceptional and profound linguistic, rhetoric, interpretation, Al-Hadith, jurisprudence and its origins can comprehend.
Ibn Fourk was an Imam and one of the Islamic figures that fit under this category. Recently, there have been a lot of problematic issues in hadith texts that appear to be ambiguous and contradictory, and given the importance of the hadith problems, which eliminates the problem and contradiction from the hadith. It is worthwhile to highlight the methodology of scholars who have written in this field in order to be aware of their method and scientific and doctrinal approach.

Imam Abi al-Fadl Wali al-Din, )may God have mercy on him(, is one of the Shafi’i scholars, distinguished by his knowledge, wisdom of his mind and the broadness of his understanding. This was demonstrated through the study of the Book of “Al-Nahayah”, in which he mentioned his opinion as well as his preferences and choices. The book also contained fundamentalist terms, controls and rules of jurisprudence. He wrote the book “Al-Nahayah” by mentioning issues of Shafi’i jurisprudence, with reference to other schools of thought in a few places. The researcher also explained special approach in Imam Abi al-Fadl’s book “Al-Nahaya” regarding the end of the definitions, and his approach in explaining the text of the goal, and the method of dealing and dialogue with the jurists in an objective manner away from fanaticism. Moreover, this study also aimed to show some of the places where Imam Abi al-Fadl disagreed with Imam Abu Shuja’ in his book, “AlGayah wah AlTaqreeb,” as well as other points in which he agreed with him. Which indicates the wisdom of his mind and the breadth of his knowledge

I talked about the applications of the semantic of the reference in the Sunan of Abi Dawood, it is known that the semantic of the reference is one of the ways of denoting words to their meanings. This research dealt with the clarification the concept of the semantic of the reference according to fundamentalists, its argument and its jurisprudential applications in Sunan Abi Dawood.I divided this research into an introduction, chapter, and conclusion. In the introduction, I dealt with the importance of the topic and the reason for choosing it. The research was titled with “ Applications of the Semantic of the Reference in Sunan Abi Dawood” and has three sections:The first section was entitled with, “the Semantic of the Reference for Fundamentalists”, and I defined the semantic reference linguistically and idiomatically.Then, in the second section was entitled with “ The Argument of the Semantic of the Reference” and I mentioned the sayings of the scholars regarding the judgment of the semantic reference, whether it is apparent or hidden, and its judgment.Next, in the third section, it was entitled with “ Applications of the Semantic of the Reference in Sunan Abi Dawood”Finally, I concluded the research with a conclusion showing the results that I was reached.

The research aims to monitor one of the poetic experience techniques, and to clarify some of its connotations, namely the restriction, compared to its absence in the context, which means the availability of the meaning of the release, which reflects an important aspect of the recipient's thinking.
The study focused on searching for the implications of these two employments and the specificity of one of them from the other, and mentioning the two employments means allocating the study to texts that include both employments, and excluding employment that comes in isolation from the other.
The study was devoted to what was achieved by the composition of the adjective in particular, as it revolved around the poetry of Ibn Nabatah Al-Misri; Which did not receive sufficient attention from studies, because of the abundant technical maturity in terms of abundance and quality.

The research deals with the relationship of proportionality between rhyme and poetic purposes. We shed light on the texts of our poet Hamid Al-Rawi, as we found there is a clear and explicit proportionality in the poet’s texts. We try to reveal this relationship; As he uses a thousand absolutes in rhymes with poetic purposes from which complaint and pain appear, he also uses broken rhyme in cases of lament and refraction. We find the poet also try to emphasize the main title of the poem and include it or some of it in his poetic texts.

AL-Ashmooni had grammatical efforts came in sequenceِ in his book: ("Tawdhih al-Tawdhih" Sharh Awdah Al-Masalik ela Alfiyat Ibn Malik)، especially that he was a well-known scholar، who became famous between the ninth and tenth centuries AH. So, it made me collect and focus these efforts، so that the researcher and reader can easily find and investigate. In addition to saving time and effort as well as this could be a useful reference. I also presented the method used by Al- Ashmooni in his weighting of controversial issues، relying on the verses of the Holy Qura'n and the Hadith of the Prophet (Allah Blessings)، and the poetry and proverbs of Arabs ، and then the conclusion counted the results.
