Prepositions in general are used to represent, disclose and express ideas as they are closely related to clarifying the significance of the context in all its forms. The study of their meanings is of great importance to grammarians and commentators. Therefore, the interpretation of the meaning of these prepositions need from the researcher to go deeper to reveal how to be used to give the desired meaning، and then elicit the required result and the intended purpose as well. These facts inspired the researcher to select the current study under the title (Prepositions and their verbal and moral impact in the Qur’anic context - a semantic grammatical study on the first quarter of the Holy Qur’an). This study, therefore, dealt with the verbal and moral impact of prepositions in the context of the Holy Qur’an in the selected verses that have been chosen from the first quarter, in which these prepositions were mentioned. The purpose behind choosing the first quarter of the Holy Qur’an was that because it contains the most preposition types as well as the jurisprudent perspective، doctrinal، and ethical rulings that are the basic foundations of human life. Also because of the impact it contains in clarifying the aesthetics of the context and Qur’anic expression، which thus led to enriching the moral connotations that are one of the aspects of the miracle of the Holy Qur’an. Finally, extracting the final result of those prepositions that were mentioned in the first quarter of the Holy Qur’an in terms of their usage. indications and the number of occurrences.

The research includes many objectives to answer a number of questions that revolve around this topic, including
Explaining the meaning of right and usufruct and what are the reasons that give an individual the right to usufruct.
- Studying the jurisprudence rulings that work to regulate the right to use river water, and clarifying the extent of the interest of Islamic jurisprudence in ensuring these rights.
A statement of the legal controls that regulate usufruct.
A clarification of what is meant by the partnership contained in the hadiths of the Prophet that call people to the legitimacy of partnership, as it clarifies when an individual has the right to exploit that partnership, and what are the controls for benefit in the event of partnership, and how to sustain this benefit.
- A statement of the legal position on the use of river water, the extent to which it is organized and guarantees the rights of individuals in this aspect, and what are the stages this regulation has gone through, with an explanation of some legal articles that regulate the right of usufruct.
Explanation of the extent of compatibility and difference between Islamic jurisprudence and legal jurisprudence on the issue of the right to use river water.

This is an applied fundamentalist study of the hidden according to the Hanafi school، and it was taken from the book “Al-Lab Sharh Al-Kitab” by Abdul-Ghani Al-Ghunaimi (d. 1298 AH) as an applied model for this study، and this research was organized into two sections and a conclusion..

The true doctrine of Al-Malikiyah includes two sections: at the time of the obligation of fast breaking and the section of a ruling of eating from the vermin of the earth as a serpent whose venom is secured، which I dealt with in detail in this research. I presented the two issues in two sections، each section separately. I put the issue in a perspective and then present it in detail.. I present the first ruling including what was in the true doctrine of Al-Malikiyah، and then I present the explanation of the jurists who agreed with Al-Malikiyah in the true doctrine of Malikiyah and those who disagreed with them. Additionally I present the rest of the evidence of each doctrine and presented the face of the significance of what the Al-Malikyiah see from the inclusion of this or that evidence. The two issues dealt with seven schools of doctrine in addition to Al-Malikiyah، Hanafiya، Shafi\'iyah، Al-Hanabala، Al-Dhahiriya، Al-Zaidiya and then Al-Imamiyah
and studied them as a comparative jurisprudential study. I try in this research to present the two issues in a detailed presentation of what is likely at the time of giving Zakat (Alms) of Al-Fitr، which is considered sufficient for the needy in the days of Eid and it is permissible to eat from what was forbidden when needed، forced or to be treated by.

This study dealt with an important origin of Arabic grammar according to one of the eleventh century grammarians، Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Qassab Al-Rumi known as (Ibn Al-Qassab) in his book (Al-Azhar). in which he explained the book (Explanation of Secrets in Grammar) by Imam Muhammad bin Bir Ali Al-Barkawi، who died in (981 AH).This study came to highlight the distinguished scientific efforts of the personality of Sheikh Ibrahim in the grammatical explanation of what his book has the importance of being the first to explain the book (Al-Zahir) by Imam Al-Barkawi. Then the explanations followed after him until they exceeded forty. Because of the importance of the grammatical reason in the Arabic language، as it explains and consolidates the rulings through which the judgment is placed on what is required and what is not, and what is permissible for both، and what is desirable and reprehensible in its permissibility. The book of Al-Azhar was distinguished by the abundance of grammatical explanations, so it was necessary to present a thorough study of this scientist to deal with the grammatical reason in the dependencies.

Imam Abi al-Fadl Wali Al-Din, may Allah have mercy on him, is one of the Shafi’i scholars, distinguished by his knowledge, wisdom of his mind and the broadness of his understanding. This was obvious through the study of "Matn Al-Ghayah Wal-Taqreeb", in which he mentioned his opinion as well as his preferences and choices. The book also contained jurisprudence rules terms, criterions and rules of jurisprudence. He authored the book "Al-Nihayah" by mentioning issues of Shafi’i jurisprudence, with reference to other schools of thought in a few places.

In this research, a well-known Shafi’i jurist is shed light on, namely, Judge Abu Ali Al-Farqi, who died in the year 528 AH. I found them many, so my study was limited to what he mentioned in the chapters on marriage only, and my methodology in writing was the comparative approach, where I mentioned the opinions of the jurists from the different Islamic schools, open to the opinion of the judge Al-Fariqi, with the evidence for each saying, with a discussion of the evidence, and a statement of the most correct ones. God grants success.

This research studier the duration of Elaa and its Judgment in Islamic law.
The importance of this research is shown when a man neither wants to marry a woman nor he let her marry another man. He swears not to approach her. He doesn't her as divorced nor married. The purpose behind the Elaa is to do harm to the wife. Even muslims did Elaa too. But God prevented it and gave the husband a duration so that he may think again and not to rush. A Fter that if he thinks that it is better to leaves this harm awm away, he can teave. And if he thinks it is better to devorce, he can devorce.
God limited the duration in Four months. So anyone who swears to Elaa for Four months or less, he doesn't need to wait for the end of it. Because the duration of Elaa ends before the time limit or in the time limit.
Waiting for four month and ten days should be in the time of Elaa Because only after the duration of Elaa the wife can demand to raise the case to the Judge. If the wife has no right for demanding without Elaa. For the demanding from the husband to reverse his decision should be after four months. The research is summarized in studying a part of the specific interpretive narrations from the book of Dhikr Al-Narr the Mention of Fire by Imam Al-Hafiz Abdulghani Al-Maqdisi, in which he mentioned the horrors of the Day of Judgment in general and mentioned the horrors of Hell in particular...The researcher began by studying the biography of the narrator by mentioning his name, his birth, his sheikhs, his students, his doctrine, his scientific effects, his political and social era and his death. And by adopting the assigned hadith books and approved interpretation books. In addition; The study of biography was made for the men of chain of transmission cited by Ibn Hajar, the verses cited were attributed, the name of the surah and the verse number was mentioned, and the strange words in the narrations were explained.
In conclusion, the research contained a conclusion in which the most prominent results reached by the researcher by this study and the most important recommendations emanating from it were mentioned.

This study dealt with the Jurisprudential issues that consist of three parts according to Shafi’is in Al-Bayan book by Al-Omrani (dead 558 AH) in the book of Taharah and its impact on the fatwas of the contemporaries, a comparative study, because Imam Al-Omrani (may Allah have mercy on him) was an ascetic and pious Imam, a benevolent scholar, well-known for his jurisprudence and principles, speech and grammar. He was born in Yemen, and they called him the Sheikh of the Shafi’is, and the Sheikh of the people of Yemen. He mentioned in his book Al-Bayan, which is one of the important books of the Shafi’is, the most important three aspects in this book, and it is known that the aspects differ from the sayings, because these words are the words of Shafi’i (may Allah have mercy on him). There are two important sayings in this respect; that is, the old saying and the new one. While concerning the aspects, they represent the opinions of the companions of Al-Shafi’i that are based on its origins and rules. These may be their diligence sometimes not based on its origins and rules, and this is not from the doctrine, but is attributed to its owner. Therefore, the researcher selected four issues in the book of “Al- bayan” by Al-Omrani(may Allah have mercy on them) in the book of Taharah, which is related to water, and knowledge of the other sayings of the doctrine that agreed with those aspects of the Shafi’is

The study of dialects is an important topic to understand the morphological differences, as it is the linguistic material that supports us in establishing the morphological issues. Evidently, it is clear that Al hadith and its explanations has a noble position in language, because it is the linguistic sources that cannot be dispensed with.
For the sake of the foregoing, the current study was presented under the title (the morphological level in some Arabic dialects mentioned in Fath Al-Bari, Sharh Sahih Al-Bukhari by Ibn Hajar).
The most important findings of this research are:
The explanations of Al hadith contain rich morphological and linguistic material, as they are among the linguistic sources that cannot be dispensed with.
In his book Fath al-Bari, Ibn Hajar attributes some dialects to their tribes directly. However, in some places he refers to them by saying: “A well-known language”, and a “little language”, but he does not attribute them to the tribe that use these languges.
Ibn Hajar used to mention the Qur’anic readings in his book, and attribute them to the one who recites them, and then refer to the tribe that use it, as he identified in his example (Qanwan) by adding up diacritic mark which is the reading of the Al Aaraj, but it is the language of Qais.
All the dialects mentioned by Ibn Hajar in his book had one meaning, although they differed in their morphological values.

Al-Hafiz Ibn Katheer summarized Ibn Al-Salah’s book known as (muqadimat abn alsalah) in the sciences of hadith, so he summarized what he explained, but he was not satisfied with summarizing it only, but Ibn Kathir had his own opinions in which Ibn Al-Salah disagreed. Which he disagreed with reached (eighteen issues), and this research deals with the study of three models of those issues, which are: (judging the validity of the hadith based on the validity of its chain of transmission) and (the ruling on the hadiths of the Mustadrak of the ruler Abi Abdullah) and (the ruling on the novel of the innovator who does not atone hisinnovation).

This study showed what was mentioned in the description of the reward and what was added to it in the Noble Qur’an . The researcher tried to shed light and meditate on what was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an regarding the description of reward. It is found that most of what is said about “reward” is described by its greatness, generous، ungrateful and good. As for what is added to the reward, it has been added to the benefactors, the workers, the believers and the reformers, and to the noun connected (min) the interpreter with what follows it for the doers of good. So that the researcher tried to identify the implications of the description for the above-mentioned، benefiting in all of that from the sources of language and interpretation. The research took place in two demands، the first relates to the description of the reward، and the second with what the reward is added to it. Thus, the study invoked the Qur’anic texts related to these two demands and searched in the sources of language and interpretation for the reasons and indications related to them. As for the introduction that the researcher presented، in which he explained the main idea and division of the research.. Then came the conclusion that the researcher reached the most important findings and results..

My study focused on an important topic of interpretation, which increases the taste of those who seek the Book of Allah Almighty in performance and understanding, and its Reciting Pause, related to the science of Reciting Pause and initiation, and its connection with the interpretation of Qur'an. The difference of scholars in this art is due to two main reasons: First: The authentic effect transmitted on the authority of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Second: The context and the correct meaning of the noble verse. In this research, we get acquainted with the types of "Pause" that Imam "Al-Nasafi" reviewed in his interpretation compared to the imam "Al-Dani" in his book "Al-Muqtafa". We chose from the Qur’an the longest -Surat which is "Al-Baqarah" - as a model for the study. For fear of prolongation and boredom, my research came as a narration of the places of Pause arranged on the places of the noble Qur’anic verses preceded by an introduction and concluded by a conclusion. I did not discuss all of the standing in the surah, but rather what was related to the interpretation I mentioned, relying on what was mentioned by Imam "Al-Nasaafi", may Allah Almighty have mercy on him
