It is not hidden from the students the interest of the grammarians in the moral and assessing factors، and the reason for this interest lies in the fact that the logical regents is not subject to a verbal context، and it is not hidden also the importance of the explanations that dealt with the book of "Kafiya of Ibn al-Hajeb،" among which is the book of al-Safiya which It is distinguished by the abundance of its grammatical material، in addition to the large number of verbal regents contained in it. In this research، I dealt with the verbal regents in the book (Al-Safiya in clarification and interpretation Al-Kafiya)، and I dedicated it in one chapter، which is the chapter on logical regents and the evaluation of regents, so the research was marked by (The Logical And Suppositive Regents According To Al-Sarhandi In His Book "Al-Safiya Fi Tawdih Al-Kafiya")،The nature of the research required that the opening of the introduction followed by a summary of the logical regents and their divisions when grammarians، then divided the subject of research on two sections، dealt with in the first section moral factors when Al-Sarhindi، and dealt with in the second section estimate regents، then folded the research with a conclusion to the most prominent results، followed by a list of references. Praise be to God, with whose grace good deeds are done, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. And after: The issue of fundamentalist differences is one of the most important topics that the scholars of fundamentals have taken care of, as it removes the forms and raises the confusion that exists between many fundamentalist terms that are almost similar in appearance to a large extent and differ in their nature. And its meaning, which results in a difference in the rulings based on it, so there is a great need here to define the limits and differentiate between the limited, Therefore, the scholars of fundamentals were interested in mentioning the differences in separate places of their works when there is a problem or similarity between two similar terms. And what is disliked is guidance in which the prohibition formula is not inevitable, because the evil that is required to be avoided in the guidance dislike is worldly, and in the legitimacy is religious, that the disliked is forbidden related to the slander of his action, and the disliked is a righteousness and guidance that is not related to the slander of his action.

This research is a text and an explanation in the science of theology, but the text is part of the system of Sheikh Safi al-Din al-Qashashi in the fundamentals of religion, in which he mentioned a number of unseen matters that are known as audiotics among the theologians, and the explanation is for his student Mulla Ibrahim, known as Burhan al-Kurdi al-kurani, and the commentator excelled in explaining the system, And editing its meanings, its expressions in the special, precious verbal answer that he included in explaining its verses.

After trusting in God, I spoke in the folds of this research about examples of narrators whom Imam Al-Nasa’i called a word that is not trustworthy in his book, The Weak and the Forsaken. I mentioned his sheikhs and Imam Al-Nasa’i has many sheikhs because of his travels, among the most famous of them are Ishaq bin Rahwayh, Qutaiba bin Saeed, Ahmed bin Manea and others, and he narrated from his peers the likes of Abi Dawood Suleiman, Suleiman bin Ayyub and others, and he narrated many manners and that is because Imam Al-Nisa’i asked for knowledge when he was young. His scientific life is more than seventy years, and the memorizers of the students of knowledge from different parts of the earth have passed to him, such as Abu Awana bin Ishaq, Abu Jaafar Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Tahawi and others. It was admitted to him by everyone who knew him and heard from him, then it was known by the word “not trusted” and its meaning was clarified in language and terminology. And I showed the purpose of Imam Al-Nisa’i with it, and its rank according to Al-Iraqi, Al-Dhahabi, and Al-Sakhawi. Then I mentioned examples of the narrators Whom Imam Al-Nisai Called them not trustworthy in his book The weak and Abandoned. The Critics' Sayings were presented in each narrator. I have studied the sayings CritiCall.Then,I have indicated the Correct opinion each narrator.

Despite the large number of grammatical studies, Arabic grammar is still full of grammatical issues that have not been covered by the hands of scholars in theory and application. With the author of the saying that they see as contrary to the grammatical rules and standards, or that he has fallen into delusion, and this is understood from the context of the speaker’s words, and from this vision, the research was named (what the grammarians said (this is far), which included two precedent of entrance topics in which the semantic meaning of the phrase (this is far) was clarified. As for the first topic, it dealt with grammatical issues related to names, while the second topic dealt with grammatical issues related to letters.

The research is an attempt to discuss the most important issues of the Arabic language among grammarians, including myself, which is the issue of syntax, and the importance of the issue of syntax lies in the fact that it touches the Holy Qur’an, as this issue deals with the subject of the Qur’anic readings, and shows the Qur’anic aspects, and shows the inference of the possible aspects of each of them.
In this research, I tried to address a group of grammatical issues commensurate with the size of the research in terms of their number, divided into topics and demands in which I tried to reach crystallization of the idea of what is permissible in which two aspects of syntax are permissible, citing some Quranic verses, as well as a group of poetic verses of different eras taken from the mothers of Arabic grammar books In this pause, we stand on the importance of the issues in which our research occurred, which are permissible in which the two sides are permissible from the sayings of the grammarians .

Al-Zanjani has multi-chapter grammatical opinions in directing the Qur’anic word in his book called (Rawdat Al-Mustanshar for the treasury of Imam Al-Mustansir), and these grammatical chapters were scattered in the folds of the pages of his interpretation, as Al-Zanjani is considered one of the scholars who became famous as he is a linguist, jurist, interpreter and speaker at the same time. This study aims to review and collect the most important grammatical topics that he dealt with in his book, his method of presenting the grammatical issue, and studying that issue according to multiple sources to see if that opinion that Al-Zanjani reviewed was unique to him or was preceded by commentators and grammarians, then a summary of each issue and the researcher's preference. If possible, then the conclusion, in which I counted the results that I reached, then came the list of sources and references that I benefited from.

This study is aiming to identify one of the prominent Kurdish figures who served the Holy Qur’an and its sciences, namely, the great scholar Al-Mulla Salih Al-KozaPanki, may God Almighty have mercy on him. He had a great interest in the studies of the sciences of the Qur’an and that is clearly shown in his valuable footnote, which is named (Edraak Al-Madarik) on (Madarik Al-Tanzil wa Haqaiq Al-Taawil), which is famous in the name of Tafsir Al-Nasafi. Nasafi died (710 AH).

The study shows a variety of the sciences of the Qur’an, not all of which are mentioned in this science, that they included seventy sciences or more, because of the limits of the research as it is limited to Surah Al-An’am from verse (111) to verse (165) of the same surah, which is located in the first half of the eighth section in the Holy Quran.

This study consists of two sections, the first section contains the biography of the author, his scientific stature, and his writings in the narrated and rational sciences. The second section is going to define the book and its attribution to the author and his great interest in the Qur'anic sciences

Explanatory Narrations of Al Imam Muhammad bin Nassr Al-Marwazi (D. 294 AH) in Surat Al-An'am from his Book, “Glorifying the Value of Prayer (Collection and Study).This study consists of two topics: the first is based on the translation of the biography of Al Imam Muhammad bin Nassr Al-Marwazi, his personal and scholarly life, and his death, as well as his book (Glorifying the Value of Prayer) and his methodology in it. The second is the collection and study of explanatory narrations from Surat Al-An’am in his book, then documenting them from the traditional books of explanation and the books of hadith that dealt with them, so the judgment is on the attribution of the narration. The study showed after extrapolation, research and scrutiny that the number of explanatory narrations in Surat Al-An’am in the book, “Glorifying the Value of Prayer” is five narrations, most of which were received by more than one path from the Companions or followers.

The study of the Hadiths in the critical study is difficult and not easy، especially if they are from a famous imam who is one of the trustworthy in the Hadith of the Prophet. Therefore، every researcher should be stripped of his whims when studying the Hadiths of one of the media. Among these imams is Yazid bin Harun، may God have mercy on him. I have studied his arguments in the In the of learning transaction book، and studied them critically، by discussing the sayings of scholars in judging Hadith، and before him studying the isnad men and translating them، and relied on the rulings of the early imams first، then I mention the sayings of the late ones، and I discuss them with a scientific discussion، then I make a summary to judge at the end of each conversation according to what you found.
Since the research deals with the faulty Hadiths of Imam Yazid bin Harun، it was undoubtedly necessary to export it with a simple translation of him، may God have mercy on him، and to introduce him to him.

The book "The Statement in the Doctrine of Imam Shafi'i", by the author Abu Al-Hussein Yahya Al-Amrani, is considered one of the most important books in the jurisprudence of Imam Shafi'i, because it contains topics referred to as Lebanon, collected from the main books approved in the faith, and reviewing the statements of the men of the schools of important statements in his time private, or in earlier times. The current research aims to study some of the issues in this book to clarify the important points in it, in which the author dealt with the issues smoothly and clearly, and the work of the researcher was to shed light on the personality of Sheikh Al-Omrani and some of the issues he dealt with, then appended the research with a conclusion, and we ask God to grant us success in our endeavour. God willing.

Before going through this research, it is necessary to clarify the foundations on which I relied on it, and its purpose, as this research aims to collect some jurisprudential issues with two sides in the one school of thought, in selections of jurisprudential issues in the book of funerals from the book of Al-Bayan by Al-Amrani - may Allah Almighty have mercy on him - And the weighting between them in the matter of burying the dead without a shroud, and shrouding the dead in a usurped garment, and the ruling on the the dead who takes others money for him during his life.

The method of my study was based on presenting the issue at the beginning, then mentioning the first saying, which is the first view of the Shafi’is. After that, the researchers mention the schools that agreed with this saying, and then the second saying, which is the second view of the Shafi’is, and whoever agrees with this saying and mentions the evidence for each saying. Finally, weighting the issue according to the strength of the evidence.

In conclusion, it is recommend for researchers and students of science to pay attention to studying the jurisprudential aspects. Because it contains a great fruit from the jurisprudential effects, and this is what greatly touched during this research. praise be to God.

This research dealt with people’s differences upon righteous people’s prophecies، as belief in the prophets and messengers is one of the major issues and principles، and the denial of prophecy results in disbelieving in Islam. Hence، it is not permissible to believe in someone whose Prophecy has been proven to be non-prophet، such as Musaylamah the Liar، or deny the Prophecy of someone whose message have been proven by definitive evidence، such as Prophet Muhammad. This research shows who is meant to be a Prophet or a Messenger، what is the ruling on believing in the prophets، how many prophets are there، and the names of the prophets who are mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah، and who differed in their prophecies and clarify the issue of those whose Prophecy differed. The study concluded that the correct texts contained in the names of the prophets are the ones that must be relied upon، and if there is no text، then it is obligatory to either stop or accept the whole without detailing. The study concluded that Al-Khidr، Luqman، Mary، Eve، Dhul-Qarnayn، Joshua and others are not prophets، but righteous men، and good women.

The Islamic Sharia required that the perpetrator of the crime be aware and deliberate, choosing the rhythm of the crime in order to be qualified to bear the criminal responsibility for what he did, so the perpetrator must be sane, adult, and fully qualified. Responsibility because he is unaware of his actions, and the important question that needs clarification and clarification and is the focus of this research, what are: Barriers to taking criminal responsibility for the perpetrator of war crimes in Islamic jurisprudence? There is no difference in that whether these crimes are against the soul or what is below it in terms of organs, money or property, and the answer lies in the extent of the perpetrator’s awareness of the crimes he is doing, and this is what we will show in this research.

The urgent and urgent need to clarify the provisions of Islamic law in relation to the rules and order of wars, and to clarify the jurisprudential provisions for the perpetrator of the war crime. As well as serving the victims of wars and their families, and clarifying the legal rulings related to them and facilitating their knowledge of them. This is our topic from the contemporary topics, despite the fact that its jurisprudential issues are scattered in the stomachs of the old jurisprudential books, but they needed to be arranged and produced in a beautiful way for the purpose of understanding them and assimilating their contents for people in general and the perpetrators of war crimes in particular.
This research consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion, in which we explain the definition of war crime and related concepts, as well as the types and elements of war crimes and barriers to taking criminal responsibility, and a conclusion in which we show the most important results and recommendations, and finally a list of sources and references that the researchers relied on.
