This research dealt with the ways of proper upbringing of the Muslim child based on the
approach of the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. It has been divided into
three main chapters. In the first chapter, we dealt with (The status of a child and childhood in the Holy
Qur’an). As for the second chapter of it, we discussed (The Qur’an’s approach to the religious
construction of the child). While in the third and final chapter we discussed (The methods of the Qur’an
in rehabilitating the child socially and psychologically). And then a conclusion through which we
summarized the most important findings of this research. In addition to some recommendations that
we believe may contribute to educating parents of the need to adhere to the Islamic curriculum; To
bring up their children in a sound manner as desired by the Wise Legislator

The aim of the research is to prepare a curriculum which includes special exercises using
ballistic power for the activity of (200) m and to identify the effect of this curriculum in developing
the explosive power of the legs as well as the distinctive power of their speed and the achievement of
the women's running of 200 m. In this research the researchers used the experimental method of onesample with pre- and post tests. The physical abilities have been tested and measured by standardized
test and approved scientific source. The implementation of the curriculum took (8) weeks with a
number of training units (3) units per week, i.e. (24) training units and a time of (30-40) minutes. The
researchers concluded that the ballistic exercises had a positive effect on development of the strength
marked by speed and explosive power of the legs and achievement of (200) m run for women players.
There are also statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests of the research sample
and in favor of post tests.

The present study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between strategic leadership
and the acceptance of bank deposits, and to know the extent of the impact of strategic leadership in the
acceptance of the bank deposits. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers relied on the
descriptive analytical approach to collect data with the of the questionnaire as the main tool of the
study as well as analyzing this data through a set of statistical methods (SPSS v.25) and (SMARTPLS3). The study was applied in the private banks operating in Iraq, particularly in the city of Baghdad.
Six banks were selected which are: (Middle East Bank, Ashur Bank, Gulf Commercial Bank, United Investment Bank, Commercial Bank of Iraq, Sumer Commercial Bank). The study population was
represented by the administrative leaders working in those banks at the level of (branch manager,
department manager, assistant manager, division manager, unit manager) and their number was (155),
from whom an intentional sample was drawn according to the equation of (Green, 1990) to be
represented by (106) individuals. The study found that there is a positive relationship between strategic
leadership and the acceptance of bank deposits, represented in the correlation and impact between the
research variables. However, any positive impact leads to a positive improvement in deposit
acceptance, and the study recommends the need to pay attention to strategic leadership, as it represents
an opportunity to achieve proactivity in providing the best services to customers and help overcome
the difficulties and risks that may meet the banks surveyed

The idea of this study focuses on the extent to which the judicial constants of the Federal Court of
Cassation are adopted as a primary source of law because Iraq considers the opinions of the judiciary
as a secondary source of law, which makes these opinions not fixed and subject to renewal and change,
Unlike laws, which are characterized by a large percentage of stability, the more binding the opinions
of the judiciary, the more they are characterized by stability and the greater the confidence of
individuals in the stability of the positions of the judiciary and not to change them, or replace them and
thus protect and guarantee the acquired rights and safeguard the notion of legitimate expectation, a key
legal premise. that the judicial institution must adhere to protect, to ensure that individuals gain the
confidence of individuals in the law, given the seriousness of this matter and the departure from
stereotypes at work, especially in light of the great development that the world has witnessed today in
a way that achieves the legal security of individuals without prejudice to their acquired rights.

A person alone cannot do everything, and the judge must seek the help of other people to be
his assistants in completing his work to the fullest, without mistakes and loss of people's rights. The
judge does not alone manage the justice system, but is assisted by the judges' assistants, and these are
linked to the civil lawsuit with a set of rights and duties., whether directly or indirectly, according to
the role of each of them. Provided that the proficiency of these persons in their duties impartially and
proficiency is a real guarantee for the proper functioning of judicial justice and its completion in an
accessible manner. And one of the most important things carried out by the judges' assistants is the
procedural work related to the case and its major role in the regularity of litigation procedures and the
progress of the case in its proper course. However, errors must be issued by these people at the level
of their work, and therefore the lack of validity of these procedures may lead to the deviation of the
case from its proper course, which results in the loss of the right or invalidity of the procedures. This
is because the procedural legal rule is a binding rule, as it contains procedural penalties, and the error
that leads to a defect in the judicial procedure is the penalty for nullity.

This research sought to define the function of strategic planning (supporting senior
management, communication, and training of employees) in promoting organizational development in
Salah Al-Din General Hospital and Al-Ballad General Hospital in Salah Al-Din Governorate, and to
clarify the managers' degree of understanding of the significance of the study's topics and employees
and how management support affects change and development. As the study shows the importance of
the role of senior management support in the ways of developing organizations and keeping pace with
the new reality, as a random sample of managers and workers in the surveyed hospitals was selected,
As a fundamental instrument, the questionnaire was utilized to gather data and information for the
study at the organization under review. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the
study came out with a set of conclusions and proposals, most notably: significant correlations between the (senior management support) and organizational development and its dimensions, and the presence
of a positive moral impact on the senior management support dimension in the dimensions of
organizational development. The study's goal was to raise senior management's interest in strategic
planning and its applications, to involve many of them in training courses and workshops, and to see
the Arab and foreign experiences that restrict and suggested sponsoring them by receiving them. ,

The significance of the study is in determining how much tugging exercises have an impact.

specialists and trainers with data on the training aspect and time saving to train boxers in the best way
and train the players in imaginary skills similar to the real fight but applied in the air with the same
speed and real technique of punches. The research problem lies in that there is a lack in the use of
modern sharpening exercises in the stages of preparing special training programs for boxing players
by boxing specialists and just be sufficient with the old traditional methods and routine programs that
are not set. On the other hand, prepared in a way that aims to correctly identify the minutes of
movement and how to apply it in an economic and fruitful manner so that it achieves the desired
success in the basic skills for young boxers. The exercises consisted of (24) training units at a rate of
three training units per week, and they were carried out for eight weeks. The research concluded that:
The exercises used had a positive impact on the boxers’ own strength, including the explosive power
of the arms, the endurance of punches performance, the speed characteristic of the arms, and the
accuracy of performance in one of the tests on the punching bag. In one of the tests, some insignificant
results appeared due to the difficulty of the test, which needs a high neuromuscular compatibility and
exercise. The researchers recommend the stretching exercises be used in the training units that the
trainers have designed. The application and use of them on different age groups.

It has become the duty of media institutions to play the primary role in reforming society,
especially the youth class educate them to stay away from the phenomenon of drug abuse which
threatens the entire Iraqi youth without exception. This was confirmed by the relevant institutions,
including the ministry of interior, health and education, which confirms the rate of drug abuse has
reached catastrophic levels. This is what prompted the media to pay attention to this phenomenon and
take its role in addressing it and making it one of the priorities of its strategic plans. In this research,
we will address the role of the media in combating the phenomenon of drugs among the youth of Iraq.
In addition to identifying the causes of spread, abuse, methods of treatment and prevention of this
phenomenon, and how to help young people to reform their behavior to be active in society

The study of political figures is one of the most important pillars that historians rely on in
revealing the political, economic, and social behavior of world leaders, including the figure of the sixth
Turkish president (Fakhri Korutürk). Korutürk is one of the most important figures who has a
professional record full of achievements at the political, diplomatic and military levels. He was
distinguished by his high professionalism in all the positions he held, which earned him fame and
acceptance by all political parties in Turkey, which contributed to being a compromise in the crisis of
the presidential elections of 1973. Turkey had witnessed a presidential crisis due to the competition
between the civilian current calling for the removal of the army from politics, and the military
movement keen to ensure the continuation of the military presence and its role in managing the state.
Indeed, during his presidency of Turkey during the period (1973-1980), Kurotturk succeeded in
adopting a balanced role between political parties and the army, trying to bring the views closer
between them until the end of his presidency in 1980.

This research is concerned with the poets of the tribe of Tai who lived in lslamic era, and it
attempts to answer the question: what is the level of their poetry according to the standards of Arab
literary criticism? To answer this question, we decided to follow the opinions of the old Arab critics
in their judgments of Arab poetry. We will reveal the artistic structure of these poems, whether they
are poems or fragments, and were they in their poems with a long or short poetic breath? And how did
they build those poems? Did they follow the traditions of the ancient poets in the introductions to their
poems? Was the thematic unity achieved in these poems or did they address more than one theme?
Did they succeed in moving from one subject to another? Then we will address the topics of these
poems and we will present them to the Sunan of Arab poets in the fulfillment of poetic meanings in
those purposes in: pride, praise, satire, lamentation, spinning, description... And we will give our
opinion on these meanings according to the standards of Arab literary criticism.

The liability arising from the work of others means that the responsibility incurred by the guardian
or the person responsible for the care of any person for the actions carried out by those under his care
as a result of acts contrary to law or agreement and which cause harm to others. This study dealt with
the concept of liability, its definition, elements, scope, conditions and basis. It also dealt with the legal
responsibility of the follower of subordinate actions of his boss, with reference to the conditions and
the basis on which it is based, how it is determined and who is responsible for it, and how this official
can avoid it and get rid of it. In addition, it briefly addressed some of the theories that spoke in this
regard, followed by a short conclusion that included the most important findings, suggestions and
recommendations

of the internal audit in the research sample, with the competency framework issued by (IIA).

administrative corruption in organizational structures' different states. Also, to describe the importance
of the components of the competency framework in improving the quality of internal auditing, and
upgrading the reality of traditional auditing to the modern professional reality in the research sample, by adhering to the components and elements of the framework. For the purpose of achieving the
objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed from several axes, which included many
questions which were directed to the workers in the community and the research sample, who are
internal auditors and some specialties. The other Employees in the internal audit department, and
departments that have to do with internal audit. In order to prove the research hypothesis in the
commitment of internal audit to the performance component to improve the quality of its performance,
and to prove the hypotheses correlation and influence between the research variables. The researchers
reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the commitment to the
components of the competency framework in general, and the performance component and its
elements in particular improves the quality of internal audit performance in the economic unit of the
research sample. The researchers also made a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important of
which are: The need to keep abreast of developments in internal audit, and work to activate the
components and elements of the competency framework, including the performance component (the
task planning component) of the research sample, for the purpose of improving the quality of internal
audit performance.

The ancient Iraqi civilization, throughout its historical periods, specialized in the natural
tendency to legalization until it became a distinctive sign of its intellectual approach, and was
characterized by its maturity and treatment of many issues that were prevalent at the time, including
the medical profession, which was one of the most prestigious professions in the ancient Iraqi society.
As doctors represented a professional organization that included many medical specialties and as a
result of the importance of this profession, the legislator Hammurabi allocates part of his legislation to
it within the legal articles of the medical profession, which is the first law in ancient Iraq regulating
the medical profession and clarifying the doctor-patient relationship, by determining the fees of
treatment and surgical operations and the consequences of the doctor from the penal penalties in the
event of his negligence in his work according to the patient’s belonging to his social class. The science
of medicine developed in ancient Iraq in the second millennium BC and the best evidence for this is
what came in Hammurabi’s code, which distinguished between the doctor, surgeon and veterinarian
and determined the wages of each of them. Hence the problem of the research is as follows: How did
Hammurabi's code regulate the doctor's wages and what was the standard adopted in that? What was
the penal responsibility towards a doctor who was negligent in his profession? .

The term exclusion has been frequently touched upon in recent times especially after the events
of 2003. There have been many cases of its occurrence due to the situation that Iraq is going through
and the spread of administrative corruption in it, as well as the weakness of administrative control in
examining the availability of the conditions for appointment in the candidate for public office, in
addition to other reasons. The importance of exclusion has increased in all departments of the Iraqi
state as a result of the increase in its cases. This was accompanied by a clear confusion in resorting to
exclusion from the job, as management may sometimes be resort to it instead of dismissal despite the
lack of application of the text on exclusion contained in the text of Article (62) of the amended Civil
Service Law No. 24 of 1960, and this has been shown to us through the decisions of the Employees
Judiciary Court on exclusion.

The researcher aims to know the impact of the academic schedule strategy in teaching Arabic
grammar to fifth grade students by testing the validity of the following null hypothesis:
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of
the experimental group students who studied according to the learning schedule strategy and the
average scores of the control group students who studied in the traditional way. The researcher has
chosen the experimental design with partial control. For this study the researcher randomly chose
Mustafa Jawad Primary School of the General Directorate of Education in Diyala Governorate / Khalis
District as a representative of the experimental field consisting of two primary sections for the fifth
grade and (33) control group. The researcher identified the scientific material for the Arabic grammar
material, which included seven topics from the Arabic language book. After that the researcher has
formulated behavioral goals amounting to (68) behavioral goals, and the researcher prepared an
educational plan model in accordance with the strategy of learning schedules to teach to students of
the experimental group.
And another plan to teach the students of the control group according to the traditional method. The
research tool was a post-educational test of Arabic grammar consisting of (30) items, the researcher
used statistical methods from the educational package of the statistical program SPSS issue (19) and
chi-square, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cyberman-Brown, difficulty coefficient, discriminatory
strength, efficacy of false alternatives. At the end of the experiment, the researcher reached several
results, including that the performance of the students in the experimental group was better than the
students in the control group in the post-test. Based on the results of the research, the researcher
recommends several recommendations, including the following: 1- The need to use the strategy of
learning schedules in teaching Arabic grammar among fifth grade primary students. 2- Working on
training Arabic language teachers and teaching them on the steps of applying the learning schedules
strategy. Through the results of the research, the researcher proposed some suggestions, including the
following: Conducting a study similar to the current study in other variables such as acquisition and
development of syntactic skills and critical and scientific thinking in Arabic grammar.

One of the objectives of our research is to know the effect of the information given to the
learners on learning some offensive skills in basketball for the first intermediate students - Diyala
Governorate. The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the research problem. The
research sample was chosen by the intentional method, and they are intermediate first-grade students
with an age of (12-13) years at Ibn Al-Nadim Intermediate School for Girls, Diyala Governorate, and
they counted (32) students for the academic year (2021-2022) after excluding the female students
participating in the exploratory experiment and female students who are over the age of (13) years.
The number of female students in the research sample has become (20) female students. They were
divided using the odd and even number method into two parts equally, with (10) students for each
section, and their percentage reached 62.5 percent of the research community. The researchers have
completed what is required from the vocabulary of the third section. The statistical method was used
to process the numbers statistically to obtain the results and then put the results for discussion. Then
the researchers presented their findings by using external feedback from the students and under the
scientific guidance by the researchers, which contributed positively to improving and modifying motor
behavior in the performance of offensive skills in basketball (handling, shooting, and plumping) for
the experimental group and at a better level than the control group, which developed slightly

The High Commission for Human Rights is a state agency that is impartial specialized and
independent from the interference of state authorities by providing guarantees for the reliable
performance of the tasks entrusted to it. The 2005 Constitution was assigned tasks in sensitive areas
such as protecting human rights and freedoms. At its core, it comprises an integrated set of civil,
political, social, economic and cultural human rights which enables Iraqis to live in dignity, and has
been allocated to many institutions and bodies that protect and guarantee these rights, and the office
of the High Commissioner for Human rights through education, promotion, and consultation with the
mandate related to reviewing legislation and demonstrate compliance with the constitution

The research dealt with the possibility of how to use the intellectual capital in the public
companies of Iraq’s industrial sector as an important means to reduce cost and improve product quality
as well as raising the workers' production to reach organizational excellence. The research has applied
this method in the research sector. The study aimed to display how intellectual capital is used and it
reached to important conclusions showing that intellectual capital is one of the important and fundamental pillars of organizational excellence and the keenness of the sector was clear in order to
develop and improve the intellectual capital and encourage the capabilities, skills and experiences of
the workers, for the purpose of achieving market excellence. This is one of the priorities of this study’s
interest. The most important recommendations of the study were the need to ensure the importance of
intellectual capital in achieving organizational excellence and the need to search for ways that develop
the ability and creativity of workers to reach products that are distinguished from those of competitors.

The use of nuclear energy is now commonly used in many fields. Some which are used in fields
that benefit humanity (in time of peace), whereas some are used in areas that are harmed, such as its
use in weapons (in time of war). Among the uses that serve humanity on a large scale is its use in the
medical fields and the treatment of some diseases, which is called (Ionizing Radiation), which modern
science in the field of medicine concludes that it can be used in the treatment of many diseases such
as diseases of weak immunity and malignant tumors. Also, the use of radioactive isotopes has
contributed to the elimination or reduction of these diseases. Most countries have adopted legislation
regulating the use of these materials and radiological devices used in medical fields. At the same time
preventing them and the dangers of their use. Ionizing radiation may be used in the diagnosis or treatment of disease, this means that it may contribute to the diagnosis of the disease in its initial stages,
which helps in its treatment at a high rate. The International Atomic Energy Agency has taken care of
this issue and has set the rules governing the use of those radioactive materials and devices used in
them and urged countries to abide those rules by issuing internal laws regulating such use of ionizing
radioactive materials by obtaining the necessary licenses for institutions and people who are working
on them. This is what the Iraqi legislator has done as it issued a law for the prevention of ionizing
radiation No. 99 of 1980, which dealt with all aspects of licensing, use, and the effects resulting from
the use of such radiation

The main idea of the research is to identify the nature of the reflection resulting from the
success of the strategic alignment of the senior management on the success of the application of the
international standard (21001: 2018), as most organizations operate today in a dynamic environment
with continuous movement, which needs to achieve compatibility between the variables of the two
environments, in order to maintain its position in its private sector, and to achieve high quality in the
services it provides according to the standard (21001:2018). It is the tool that enables educational
organizations to upgrade the level of services they provide in line with the expectations of their beneficiaries. The research problem indicated that there is a lack of awareness of the importance of
strategic compatibility and its use in meeting the requirements of the standard (21001: 2018) by
educational organizations. Therefore, the importance of the research emerges in the recommendations
presented as mechanisms to address this problem. In order to translate the idea of the research into
applied results, the descriptive approach was adopted, as a questionnaire was designed for the purpose
of data collection, which was distributed to a sample of (15) employees working in the Directorate of
Institutional Development and Government Coordination. To process data, a number of statistical tools
have been used in the program (SPSS-V23). After the interpretation and discussion of these findings,
the main and subsidiary hypotheses of the research were accepted for consideration, which confirmed
the significance of the role played by the strategic alignment through its four dimensions (possibilities,
commitment, balance, and control), in meeting the requirements of the standard (21001: 2018) by
fulfilling its requirements. It was therefore recommended to review the experiences of educational
organizations in developed countries that have been awarded the specification certificate
(21001:2018), and try to convey the results of their success to Iraqi organizations.
