Technology is considered as the most significant element of development that contribute to economic growth raising .Thus, most developing countries including the GCCs, in the beginning of their economic rising , resort to transfer technology from advanced industrial countries consolidate by oil prices correction. However these countries transfer the ready made technology without founding the scientific bases to implant this technology and develop it later. That led these countries to continue importing technology, specially for oil industry . This research aims to study the scientific principles that the GCCs must provide to implant transfered technology and develop it later.

Children and adolescents of the Killed and lost people are faced with many difficulties and problems resulted out of wars and occupation .These difficulties and problems varied according to different factors like age and sex. As such, these children and adolescents are in real need for special care and counseling

Arming represents a significant side during the seventies of the last century between eastern group led by Soviet Union and allied countries, and western group led by the united states and its allies . Each party tried to increase its influence and its political and military force on the expense of the other in what is known as cold war.
This study tackles the most important sides in the American - Iranian relations during the seventies, that is arming . Arming between the two states exceeded the average of arm relations between the united states and any other state in the world . The study also endeavors to find the impact of arming on this relation its causes and effects on Iran and the region , and its influence on security in stability and the Arab culf region

Explosive Sounds have clear influence in creating vocal coherence between prorunciation and literary text, particularly poetic text. The repetition of these sounds in the poem is considered as adistinctive phenomenon in it .
This research endeavors to study the vocal formation of explosive sounds especially his collection (Aneen Alswari) which is chosen as a sample for our study. The research falls mainly into an introduction and two sections .First section discusses explosive sounds, their nature , definition and phonetican`s openions regarding these sounds . While second section is devoted to the analysis of (Aneen Alsawari) poems , and the influence of explosive sounds in these poems. The study follows an analytic procedure based on tracing the semantic indications of explosive sounds in these poems.

There are many sacred texts confronting each other, They are mostly liable to fall in to centrism. presuming that within Islamists as structures liable to split, there are text's subject to come into a criticism or deconstruction as in liberals, communists and Batistes if the concurrence happened and when some text examines the other by force of nature.
This topic of clash, among texts ,is subject to criticism till each text seems to have separate translation and the text can be considered as a starting point towards another text based on the text as a primary substance bring into bringing specific structures. Consequently we endeavor in this study to figure out whether sacredness as an authority has an entity and reality out of the humanitarian nature’s reach or it is found out of the content of these texts or structures. Besides, we endeavor here to make inquiries whether these practices and ideologies, adopted by these groups have a metaphysical dimension in itself or incite its applications to be metaphysical Also in this study we endeavor to disclose an interference practiced by non- religious structures on the religious ones to ask holiness for inspiration as a kind of replacement process, generated by to historical necessities.
